It was super easy to set up
June 24, 2017
After a disappointing pool we got at Walmart (not intex) that we put together and had to tear down b/c of a leak, I knew we should have spent the extra 75$ to get this pool. Our last pool was intex too. It was super easy to set up! Fallow directions! Map out and level your area. One thing we didn't know when we were setting up is in the directions it says to put down wood boards under each stabilizer (white polls) we didn't know we had to have those. But we did without them and it was fine. 2 reasons why I see people not liking this pool and I would give advice to.... 1- the pump is too small.... yes it is...intex does have an upgrade you can buy. I buy multiple filters and before they get really gross I change them out and rotate them. When the old filter is dry you can shake out or rinse off the stuff and put it back in the pump. 2-it gets cloudy or dirty fast... buy shock and clorine for this pool ( Clorox 1lb) they make both shock powder and little chlorine tablets. After all the kids swim it's not magically going to be clear with all the oils and bodies in it. After swimming I suggest you run the filter and shock it. It will be clear the next day. I did have to let out some water and refill it b/c right now it's 112 degrees. This purchase was so worth it for the cost. Hope I was helpful! Enjoy!
Great buy for a family pool for young kids too. Easy setup.

Perfect height for my four and six yr olds. Water depth when filled comes to about 36 inches. the product came without any holes or missing parts despite the box being severly damaged upon arrival. Have had it up and running for about a week now w/ no problems. I was pleased with how easy it was to set up as well. I almost set it up entirely by myself. **hint: if you are looking for a QUICK SETUP GUIDE: it comes with a how to dvd, but it was easy enough to pull it up on youtube. The ladder was also very easy to put together, we didn't even need to glance at the instructions. Naturally i would have preferred a hard sided pool, and that may be something i will look into when my children are older so we can get one with an appropriate height, but for $250, pump ladder ground cloth and cover included, this was a great buy. All you need now is chemicals, filters (though there is one included... type a -c ), and a maintenance kit.
Bigger and deeper than it looks.

The funniest part is we did not watch the video so put air in the top and stood there holding it for a long time thinking the air would eventually lift it up, lol.. Once the air is in the top and the braces are on fill it with water and it will lift everything up. It is actually 4 feet deep and can comfortably fit four or five floating lawn chairs, it will be great for us this summer as we have no shade in the back yard
Awesome pool

Perfect for the price. We didn't have a lot of space for a huge pool, and this is perfect for us to relax in. My teenage daughter and I set it up in one afternoon and it only took a day to fill. We've already gotten to go swimming!

Great for a family. Easy to install, but FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. It is sturdy and great option if you cannot put in an in ground pool and do not want a pool up all year.

Perfect little chill pool!
June 18, 2017
Posted multiple photos of different angles of this pool since I felt like there wasn't a lot for myself to go off of. The pool is 2.5 feet deep. Roughly 5 feet by 5 feet wide. We bought a tarp and put that down on the cement first, then used the air compressor to blow up the pool itself. I attached a picture of the compressor and the air tool we used as well, along with a few photos of the plugs that are in the pool. Took about 10-15 minutes to blow up the pool with the compressor, then maybe 30 minutes to fill it up with water. Comfortably fits my boyfriend and I (late 20's) and our little 7 pound dog and his little raft he chills on. We can both sit on the Bench if we want. Or sit on the floor, without having to sit on top of each other which is nice. With Prime I got it delivered in 2 days, which was awesome with this California heat! Nice to chill in the backyard with a drink (In the cupholders!) Some music, BBQ, and relax a little. Not to bad for the price at all. Definitely worth it for a blow up pool, and so much cheaper than what the stores have to offer.Mini Update! 7-17-17 Pool has been awesome since purchase! Did add a short video to review of trick to draining pool... I made the mistake of leaving the pool completely uncovered AND unused the week of 4th of July and every bug, spec of dirt, and Firework found it’s way into that pool, disgusting! Fireworks are HUGE in our neighborhood so the pool was bad (as you can see, it’s embarrassing) so I typically use a little Tea Strainer to pull any bugs or leaves out of the pool before hopping in (Picture posted) so since the pool drainer hole is on the bottom, I took the end of the strainer and propped it up in there lifting the pool just enough to drain the pool, everything can’t out, I used a little blue dawn soap to scrub out the inside afterwards and rinsed it and let it drain, and actually repositioned the pool in my backyard and refilled it and I swear it looks better than new!! That strainer was AMAZING and saved me a whole DAY of work!!! Still love this pool in this Cali heat!!

I bought this pool. It is awesome. I swam in it with my 6 year old and we had a blast. I’d totally recommend purchasing. He loved it and I loved it. It was big enough for at least 2 adults and 2 kids. We lounged on the lounger and he jumped off of it and played and played for at least 2 hours, maybe 3 hours. It kept inflated and was very sturdy. The lounger was sturdy as well. I was concerned it would not take much weight or might deflate but it held up nicely.
OHHH-MAZING!

I LOVE IT! I live in the central valley, CA and in the summertime, it's HOT! I started searching for "adult kiddie pools," and came across this gem. I figured for the price, what really have I got to lose? The pictures were deceiving, especially the picture on the front of the box, because I figured I'd be somewhat cramped in this. . .but unbelievably, as a 6'0" tall woman I can recline in this and my feet don't even touch the other side!!!! It is so lovey! I can float in it, it holds much water! I can swish in it ;-) and I can drink beer in it........ALTHOUGH, the cup holders $uck: they aren't perfectly round and they're too shallow to hold anything really, but if that's the worst part of this pool I simply do not care. I've only used it one time, on Memorial Day, and what a perfectly relaxing time I had - my friend jumped in as well later in the day and both of us had plenty of room - you could've even thrown some kids in :-) - but as I've only used it once I can't yet speak to the durability/stamina of this thing.......but so far, so GREAT!

Love the pool it arrived on time. Easy blow up. Put foam puzzle pieces under pool. It took 4 12 piece bundles. Water week old I am using floating chlorine and skim it everyday. Water looking very clear. Hoping to only empty and refill once a week. Also got 2 solar lights for the pool. We have a light show every night. Have figure out how to do some water exercises. Not a bad pool for this 60 year old girl.
Great for adults too!

i just got this pool and started to Inflate it . It's amazing! It s big enough for me to stick a float in it and kinda float . Can't wait to use it this weekend . It's not fully inflated yet but here's a photo to get an idea of how big this thing is. It takes up my whole living room . Also u don't have to inflate the bench if you don't want to .

Great Starter Pool
June 19, 2017
We purchased this pool after some research. I felt that this was a good pool for the price, and I still do feel that way. We've had it up and running for about 3 weeks now with no problems. It only took a day to put up and fill. I do agree with the other posts in regards to the pump being on puny side, but you do get what you pay for I guess lol. I have purchased the intex maintenance system separately, and while it does take a little bit of time to vacuum the pool, it did a pretty good job at getting everything off the bottom. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the pump continues to run for this summer, and we will budget to buy a better pump for next year. We have had plenty of 90+ degree days in Oklahoma, and we do need to add a little water every weekend (about an hours worth). I'm 5'3, and the water line comes a little above my waist line, so the pool is not technically 42" deep (just keep that in mind). I can still "swim" around, but mostly this is a good pool for relaxing, and I think it's a good size for kiddos. Also, we leveled an area of 20ft x 12ft, and you definitely need a little more than 12 ft for the sides, but 20 ft long was plenty. It's also good to note that at the beginning of the install video it clearly states NOT to use sand to level the ground for the pool. So if you do this, you may want to calculate in your cost for pavers as well. Overall, if you are looking for an easy install starter pool, I think this is a good start. I'll update should I run into any issues.
Great pool, be prepared for the space for the support and expanding sides!
May 8, 2017
The reviews that say you have to add in extra feet to account for the support bars and expansion of the water in the pool are not kidding! I measured out exactly 10x18 ft on my concrete slab...but had to add cinder blocks and sawed 2x4s to help with the overflow. I also had to move it up away from plants and for one of the support beams to spill into a walk path. When I did that I had to move it close to the spa and it's right up against my fence kinda pushing on it. I really really didn't want a smaller pool that only went 30" high....so I had to make this work.

I wanted to make sure I didn't screw up and cost myself a big pain by not following instructions in the first place so I watched the instructional video 2x....and then got stumped trying to be so literal when assembling the pump nossles...becasue what is in the video did not come with the pool and the written instructions (ps the written instructions aren't great). So don't freak out like I did! The filter pump system seems kinda weak but will do.

Overall great pool for the $ and I really like how high the pool goes.
Great Starter Pool For Younger Children
March 3, 2016
Purchased from Amazon Spring of 2015 for our 9 and 5 year old children. What attracted me was the depth would allow my 5 year old daughter to be able to stand and she was the youngest of the children in the neighborhood. Arrived from Amazon and was good that I had a hand truck because box is a bit unwieldy.

My biggest challenge was to find a piece of property that was level enough to hold the pool, you really need minimally 20 X 12 space. I ended up buying landscape timbers and 40 bags of topsoil from Home Depot to level off a space, (thought about using sand but hate how it gets tracked around into house and pool).

Set up is fairly simple, hardest part is getting the pool floor flat with no wrinkles on the bottom. I estimate it took me 1 hour by myself. Garden hose took approximately 12 hours to fill with valve open halfway so the hose did not snake around and pop out. Installing filter again is fairly simple and I could reach inside pool and install without climbing into the still chilly water.

Due to location I needed to run an extension cord to run the filter. I used and 50 foot 12/3 gauge and it ran fine however the circuit on the filter would trip when it rained, this required a simple waterproof housing, made out of an old cooler. I built the ladder checked the water's chemistry and voila the pool was open!

The pool was a big hit with 12 plus neighborhood kids. We emphasized the rules with each one of them and explained they would be banned for the Summer if anyone went in without a parent present and explained that they were never to move the ladder themselves. The ladder is actually a good safety feature in it self since if it is not installed over the wall of the pool it is difficult to get in.

Pool cover worked fine, really needs two people to put on, at keeping debris out but pool still required skimming before use.

Adding chemicals and and changing filter proved to be the most work. Checking chemical balance and adding some was done almost every other day in an attempt to hit the sweet spot. Filter needed to be changed at least once a week for me.

Personally I dislike disposable things and did not like having the chemicals around with all the kids so I did some more research.

Since it had proven to be such a hit I looked into upgrades and picked up the Intex Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump for Above Ground Pools, 2100 GPH Pump Flow Rate, 110-120V with GFCI, and the Intex 120V Krystal Clear Saltwater System CG-28669 with E.C.O. (Electrocatalytic Oxidation) for Above Ground Pools.

By adding these two upgrades the pool basically became maintenance free for over 3 months. I added one bag of pool sand to the filter and three bags of pool salt to the water. The water remained clean and bright and the chemistry was perfect without adding a single drop of any other chemical. The saltwater system would notify me if the water became too salty from evaporation and simply added a little more water. Well worth the price.

The pool itself had no issues all summer except for kids trying to get in and out on the side walls which dumps water out quickly. The ladder shows signs of spot rust which is understandable being in saltwater, and the cover developed some holes.

Taking it down in the end of September was simple enough, attached a hose to the pool and drained it away from house and to get rid of residual water I used a portable sump pump. I dragged mine into the garage, ran a box fan over it for two days until I was sure it was dry as could be, folded it up and put in basement.

We look forward to the warmer temperatures to return!

Summer 2016 Update```````````````````````````

Pulled the pool out of the basement and set it up in late May. After filling it up I noticed it had developed 2 pin hole leaks somehow-either from dragging it around or hitting something I assume. These holes were easily fixed by gorilla tape on the outside of the pool. Other than that it is keeping our neighborhood clan of kids (ages 6 to 11) happy on our warmer days.

Two new accessories of note are

1) Solar pool cover (15' x 24' Oval 8 Mil Blue Bubble Swimming Pool Solar Heater Blanket Cover)
Original Intex cover developed holes and was harder to put on than this one but more importantly this one is heating the pool very well.
Temp is up to 76 already.
2) Intex Auto Pool Cleaner
Picked this up from Amazon for $58 dollars and love it. My son had is 10th birthday and the kids trashed the pool with dirt and sand
collecting at the bottom. Last year the main problem I had was removing inorganic particulates from the bottom of the pool. This guy
runs off the upgraded sand filter pump and picks that all up automatically. Pool is crystal clear from sand filter and bottom is clean from
my robot vacuum.

Very easy to assemble me & my son got it up in 60mph wind the day it arrived so that tells you a lot. Pump works okay not best you've got to change filters to much in my opion & doesn't seem to do that good of a job. I think pool is to big for the pump that comes with this pool. Buying sand pump for next years Summer Fun!
Works great, kids love it - waiting for summer sun to warm it up a bit more
April 9, 2015
The pool arrived in good condition and is pretty high-quality when considering the cost. One word of warning - the support legs stick out approximately an additional foot on each side. I planned on placing the pool on our 12'x20' dead back yard lawn (stopped watering it due to California drought) but this didn't leave enough room to get past the pool. I ended up having to move a rock wall 2' over to make room for a pathway. The pool really needs about 14' overall width if you want to be able to squeeze past the pool when set up in a narrow space.

The overall design of the pool is ok - the inflatable ring and soft-side design works but I anticipate potential disaster if a kid decides to sit on the edge. I half expect to have to deal with a tsunami at some point. The side supports help a lot, the real vulnerability is at the ends.

Of course after the kids used it there's crud floating and at the bottom of the pool - now I need to figure out a way of cleaning the pool gently so as to not damage the fabric bottom. But I guess there's no avoiding that.

The next time I set up the pool I plan to lay down a bed of sand to create a smooth surface for the pool to sit on - the existing dead lawn is somewhat lumpy and feels a little odd underfoot when in the pool. Hopefully those lumps (no more than 1/2") won't stress the pool bottom fabric too much.
Also the minimal 1" lawn drainage pitch over the 18' length becomes apparent as one side of the pool sits a little lower. A sand bed could compensate for that.
To anyone planning on setting up on a lawn, note that virtually all lawns have a slight incline pitch for storm water drainage - consider placing the pool with the long side oriented cross-pitch if possible - this should minimize the issue. Otherwise you may need to do some leveling or live with the issue.
I ordered my pool direct from Amazon, because this relatively high-ticket / complex item had potential for problems and I didn't want to have issues with a 3rd party seller in the loop. The estimated delivery was crazy, something like 6 months, but I thought I'd try it and sure enough it shipped about a week later.

UPDATE: Had the pool for a few weeks now. Had a leak at the pump, turned out be one of the hose connector o-rings not being seated properly. They are tricky to get the hose to slip over the ring while keeping the ring in the groove. Pump is making a cavitation / grinding noise, that I didn't notice more. we're been running the pump for 8-10 hours/day. Made sure the pump is fully primed and it's still making the sound. Will keep an eye on that. Also, there are no shut-off ball-valves on the pump, so to replace the filter you need to physically lift the pump above the water line to replace the filter or make a big wet mess.

A problem we're having is with the cover. First, the cover has holes intentionally punched at intervals in the fabric, and the drawstring doesn't create enough tension to keep the cover from sinking. Combining these factors means the cover gradually fills with water despite being fastened to the sides. Then leaves get trapped on the cover. Then when removing the cover all of this debris enters the pool, effectively making the cover virtually useless. We're going to cover with a 20x10 tarp for now.

We subsequently purchased the intex strainer / cleaning kit / box of filters. The strainer will not sit level no matter what I do, reducing it's effectiveness. I think the connector hose is pushing the unit up. May take a hair drier to it or maybe weight it down a bit somehow. The cleaning kit is reasonable for the price, not terribly strong due to weak suction of the circulation motor, but it does work. All in all not terrible when considering the sales prices involved.

Very fun for the kids and myself! The seat is actually sustainable when a large adult like myself sits on it. The only problem is that it's hard to deflate when there are so many air chambers.
Awesome product - just wish it drained faster
August 24, 2017
This pool is amazing! It's the perfect size for my kids (4 & 2.5 years) or for adults! I fill it up to about seat level for my boys and they have a blast in it! The drink holders are awesome (though a little on the small side) and it was super easy to blow-up. The headrest did come with a leak, which we haven't fixed yet, so I'm not able to comment on that portion.I would love to give this product 5 stars as it's the best inflatable pool we've owned, but one big problem is the drainage - it only has one small hole. For such a large pool, I would have expected at least 2-3 holes/plugs. It's typically only filled to the top of the seat (so about halfway) and it still takes hours to drain unless you prop it up on something - which, initially, is difficult to do.
Blinding?
August 12, 2017
I like a lot of things about this pool, but I can not stand the white plastic. It makes it extremely hard to see when it's sunny out due to the reflection of the light on the white areas. If the bottom was blue it would have been a lot better.
Just what I wanted!
July 28, 2017
We have to fill ours up every other day. It does distort esp if in the sun all day. But hey, it's like 40 bucks, perfect for a couple, my boyfriend and I spend all day lounging around on the bench, listening to music, I love it. Its also perfect for tanning outside bc the water keeps you from heating up. You get what you pay for and personally my new pool!P.s. def look into floating chlorine dispenser (small) and an Intex pump. This way we never have to change the water (hate being wasteful) and it's alwats crystal clear.
Easy to assemble fun-in-the-sun delight for young and old alike!
July 27, 2017
My grandchildren enjoyed hours of fun with this easy to assemble portable swim pool. However, I found it a little difficult to empty the water out as the drain was rather awkward. The plug wanted to get in the way of the open drain, mandating that I hold it manually as the water flowed out. That was the only thing that kept this from getting a five stars rating.

July 18, 2016
Very easy to set up and can really cool you (adults and kids) off without having to buy a large pool. I use chemicals for small pools to keep it clean and avoid having to empty and refill it. The only thing is, it is only 30 inches deep, so when the summer heat really kicks in for a few days straight, the water gets too warm and you do have to empty and refill it. I wish they made these in 36" height. That would be perfect! It's great over-all though.

The grandkids loved playing in it
June 29, 2017
I ordered this about a month before we put it up. I also ordered a gorilla pad. We put the gorilla pad down over our concrete patio. Then put the blue tarp on top of the pad, the blue pad gets very hot in the sun, the gorilla pad does not. My husband was skeptical and had quite a time connecting the hoses and pump. The other issue we had was when this was delivered, it had a partial brown cardboard box over it, but was open on the bottom. When we took the actual pool out and it was on the bottom, there were 3 areas that had been scuffed up. We used the patch kit and the pool does not appear to be leaking. So if you order this, be sure you check it out really well before putting it up. We haven't tried to change the filter yet, maybe we can wait until after the summer and buy a new filter next year. We use a pool net to dip out the bugs and the few leaves. We do not have any other trash or sand getting into it. The grandkids loved playing in it. Ladder is a little light, but it works great.

I was sceptical when buying this pool. I thought it might be too small for my husband & I (he's over 6 ft & I'm not far behind). I was wrong!!! It's perfect to lounge around & cool off after a long day!! My only problem with the pool is the filter! The filter is WAY too small for the size of this pool! This Kiddie Pool is great when you first get it and and it holds for at least 11/2 months. The problem I have with it, it doesn't hold the air after it is pumped up. We are dealing with heat at 105 and up in Southern California, Ventura County. I wish I had a pool that we could count on and use everyday. I have to keep putting air in, it leaks AIR through the seams of the pool. For the Price it is okay.

Purchased this pool almost a year go, and for the 2 months we used it in 2016, the pool worked fabulously. We rinsed it and stored it in the garage for the next year, thinking that we would be able to get 2-3 years out of it. After installing it a day ago, we started seeing small leaks springing up in the lining. As we patch them, more and more keep arising. July 22, 2016
Didn't realize the top ring had a hole until the pool was filled up, of course. The patch kit does NOT work. I've tried different patch kits, nothing works and we have to inflate it several times a day. The filter is also inadequate for the size of this pool. Pretty disappointed with this purchase. I really wish I had read all of the reviews before I committed.

Air plugs
September 7, 2017
I don't understand why they would make the plugs almost impossible to seal. You get it blown up and then the air releases so fast out of it while you are trying to plug it up. I was at my wits end when I looked to see if anyone else had this problem and someone suggested putting olive oil on it. I didn't have that but I had Pam and used it while pushing with all my strength. I finally got it to seal but of course lost air in the process.
Great idea poor manufacturing and design
August 20, 2017
I really like the concept of this product but after 3 units have have varying problems. Two of the drains would not seal so they leaked, one leaked slow, had to fill back up every day a little so the water couldn't stay warm. The other drain leak out mostly overnight no mater what I did. The other had a random leak not in a seam but on an inside ring after a couple of weeks, Be careful not to over inflate.

July 27, 2017
We've only used it once and so far the air plugs have popped out several times. This morning (<12 hours of holding water) it deflated so much I had to drain it as the weight was too great to accept more air. It is very upsetting as water costs a fortune where I live. If it happens again I will return it. In addition it came deformed on one side.
Leaked air from day one
July 21, 2017
I wanted to love this pool, and I do!! But.... when I inflated it the very first time, the top ring never to fully inflate. I didn't think too much about it until an hour later when it needed air again :/. The pillow, bench and bottom ring hold air fine, but the top two rings obviously have a leak and I can't find it. Disappointing that it arrived in this condition. I will contact Amazon to exchange as I have enjoyed intex products in the past but I'm annoyed I have to deal with retrying a brand new defective product.
Bench didn't inflate but nice pool.
June 29, 2017
Would have been 5 stars is the bench seat inflated. The back of it inflated but the bench had a tear near the valve. Impossible to patch and too much of a pain to send back. My suggestion would be to inflate the bench prior to the rest of the pool to make sure it holds air.Otherwise easy set up and nice pool.
Could be better

I honestly do not know how to rate this. It is a cool concept, a pool large enough for younger kids to splash and play and even learn some basics about water and swimming, but has a bench that is "easily" taken down or put up, complete with a headrest and cup holders. In terms of price and size, I was thrilled. I do not want a big pool taking over my yard, but I wanted something big enough to really get in a good soak to cool down. I will break down the different aspects of this pool into a 1-5 scale to give a better idea of what you are getting.Ease of inflation-3: the main rings are easy to inflate, just like any other inflatable pool; the head rest and bench are a different bird. They cannot be blown up by mouth, my air compressor did not work, it was finally in desperation that I got a bicycle pump out and was able to squeeze the valve just so and pump with one hand to get those buggars aired up.Comfort of seat and head rest-5: I am 5'2", 145 pounds, the bench held me easily, was comfortable, and at a height I could sit easily and the kids could still play.Cup holders-2. These are a joke, they angle to the side, so they might hold a closed container, but no soda can!Width-3-the bench goes out easily a third of the way into the pool, making stretched out legs a tripping hazard for hopping kids, problem easily solved if you're short like me: keep legs close.Durability-1 (I would give this a zero or less if possible). The seal holding the water drain section of the pool ripped completely with a gentle tug to get the water drain open--I had not even had the pool set up twenty four hours at this point and it ripped in such a way I had to use a vinyl adhesive and pool liner scrap I had laying around to patch it, because the dinky square that comes with it would not hold the rip together. Also, the plugs for the air in the big rings come undone with very little encouragement, and I am afraid now that too much pressing in (which is what it takes to get the air locks sealed) will cause more ripping.Depth-5 this is the perfect depth for my kids who are 5 and 2. They can practice swimming and such, feel like they're in a bigger pool, and I can soak and be covered to my middle when on the bench. The kids are safe but having fun.All in all, I do not consider this a complete waste of money YET, but I will definitely not be buying another one like this. I would much rather have paid a little more for a higher quality of the same size and plopped a lawn chair in the middle of the pool. Time will tell how well my patches hold up, but I am afraid that before summer even gets really underway the entire pool will be held together by patches.

Unusable Pool
July 7, 2017
Used one summer and stored from September through June. Brought back out today, July 7, and it's full of holes. Unusable. Patching material was included, but we unfortunately need a lot more than is provided. That's a lot of money to spend for one year's use. Unless they'd work with us to resolve this issue, there's no way I can recommend this product. Very disappointed.

Top of pool frame not holding air this season
Frustrating
It was easy enough to set up
June 20, 2017
We were so excited to receive our pool for our grandson to play in. It was easy enough to set up, but when it was about 4 inches from the fill line the side walls blew out! Literally tore from top to bottom. Amazon will refund our money, but we do have to ship it back which is a hassle for something so bulky. So at this point all we have left is a defective pool, wasted water, and a disappointed grandson.
Very disappointed! The hoses won't stay connected and keep pulling ...

This pool has been nothing but problems since we set it up. Very disappointed! The hoses won't stay connected and keep pulling off and draining the pool. It seems that they have stretched out and don't fit properly. We've only had the pool set up for 4 weeks.
Leaks at Seams
April 23, 2017
Extremely upset. I can't get it to stop leaking. I've used 2 patch kits. It's leaking along the seams, so I think it's defective. I don't have box and they want me to ship it back. How am I suppose to get it back in a box???????? It'll take days for it to dry out to ship. UGGG!!!!

Not very happy
September 16, 2017
I was given one of these pools as a gift I didn't have it for more than a week and a half to two weeks and it already developed a hole somewhere somehow so I patched the hole and it got another hole and I have this pool sitting on a big piece of area in my yard on a tarp graded level so now I bought another one and the same thing again two weeks later the bottom ring has a hole in it very disappointing and I love that actual pool itself but the quality no good
I read great reviews. Ordered it
August 28, 2017
I read great reviews. Ordered it. Aired up pool just fine, my problem was I could not get 2 mail plugs to stay closed. I ducted taped then but when it got to wet they popped right off and instantly deflated and there went all the water. Then I aired them up again another day to try again. Same thing, couldn't get plugs to stay shut so I used gorilla glue tape this time, worked fine for awhile but deflated it a couple hours later. I got irritated and threw the whole thing in the trash. A big disappointment for my little ones and I. Guessing I got a defective one perhaps.
Had to buy 2 for a month of pool lounging
August 26, 2017
Pool was great the first week. After 11 days the top layer started leaking into the bottom chamber. I purchased a second one thinking that I inflated it incorrectly. The second pool lasted 16 days. So I basically spent $100.00 in 2 pools that are BOTH DEFECTIVE!!! It was NOT from abuse or neglect. I have NO children. I was the only person EVER to use it and I never leaned on the sides or overinflated when setting it up. I would love a refund or credit towards a new pool setup as I have purchased a pool previously from Intex and it was amazing and lasted 7 years. Left messages on the customer service line to no avail. That is why I just broke down and bought the 2nd one. Will NEVER purchase Intex products again. Two DEFECTIVE pools in one season?? Not acceptable.
Don't waste your money
August 24, 2017
It's great for us adults..but for kids..nope all they wanna do is jump off the seat..and it's really not that big for two adults and two kids..save your money ..plus the seat had a small pin hole so every time we sat down it deflated..don't waste your money..your better off getting the bigger pool with no seats and just put a blow up seat in it lol
Wouldn't recommend for it leaks in very short time

Have bought two of these at different times and both of them leaked after 1 month of use. No childen used the pool only one adult. Poor product.
Slow leak
July 25, 2017
(Update) After some use, the bottom ring air compartment has a leak that needs to be refilled every morning as it goes flat and dumps a bunch of water out. So, it constantly needs to be refilled which is starting to cost and waste a ton of water. The bottom layer gets holes very easily from feet, swim toys, etc. Ours is on a tarp and the weight and pressure takes a while for those leaks to make their way from out under the pool – every other week, I need to drain the pool, flip it and duct tape all the holes and then refill the whole thing back up – it's not easy or cheap. The initial $40 is fine. It's all the other money maintaining and keeping this a 'pool' is what gets you in the end.Well, I guess I got one of the leaky ones. Every morning, I have to refill and top off the air in the two main compartments. It's not too bad and figured it might happen for a $40 pool - I'm sure trying to dry, pack and return this thing is not worth the hassle. Besides that, the kids love it in this summer heat. We can easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids. I have to drain it every few days (draining takes just as long as filling) to rid of the gunk and bugs that build up in the water. 2 stars because of the leak factor...
