I always use a pillow in closing my pool. It helps with the cover all season. Though I've never had a cover on my 28ft above ground pool last really more than 1 season.
I purchased this product for a different purpose
August 5, 2017
I purchased this product for a different purpose. After making several types of "water pillows" for my grandchildren (with mixed results) I decided to get one of these. I filled it with water and it is perfect! The hose fits easily, the plug is water tight and the pillow doesn't leak! The kids have had hours of fun running, flopping and just laying on this water toy! The only time we have had trouble is when the neighbor's dog decided to join in and her claws tore through the plastic. But, at this price, it was easy enough to replace.
Great

Held up all winter. Still had about 80% of the air in it when I took it out to open the pool in the spring.

This thing is Huge!!! It took a long time to blow up & we used the air hose of my husband'a air compressor. Aside from that, it is really nice & heavy duty. Keep ya posted when we open our pool up.

Just placed in pool today... used a $15. air pump I bought at Walmart. (took about 15 seconds!) Hope this will be a good purchase! I had looked at former reviews before I purchased it... which helped with my decision.
Great product

It's a big blue balloon. So long as is holds air, we are good. Just know you are not supposed to fill these all the way. You should only fill them to the point that if you step in the middle your foot will touch the ground.

Easy setup, low maintenance, summer oasis
June 10, 2017
This pool has exceeded our expectations. I was a little bit skeptical from reviews about tears and leaks, missing parts, etc., but everything worked out perfectly (with some upgrades). Here's what we did:

12 ft metal frame pool $100
15 ft tarp (purchased from Tarps Direct) $20
Upgraded pump/saltwater system Krystal Clear 1500 GPH Sand Filter Pump & Saltwater System ($238)
Intex type b adapters ($20 required to upgrade pump)
Intex skimmer ($20 and works!)
Sand 50lbs ($10)
Pool salt 40 lbs ($10)

About leveling - we didn't level, we found a fairly flat looking spot and just built it. One side is a 3 inches higher than the other, and it's ok! So don't freak out about leveling unless you live on a major slope.

About the saltwater filter/combo - it's worth it. We run it two hours every night and the pool levels stay perfect, with 0 maintenance, no need to purchase or replace chlorine tabs. It's the equivalent to having an electric car, just plug it in, no more gas.

About the size- a few people said 4 adults comfortably, this thing can fit 8 adults, easily, and even more if you're all friends. Also my 34 inch tall little girl can stand in it, since it's not actually filled to the brim, which is awesome!

We live in ny, so also purchased the solar cover to warm things up, so far no complaints.

All in all, were super happy about this purchase and highly recommend this product. Dropped about $400-$500 all in (including some unicorn floats).
Best $100 i ever spent!

I love my Intex pool! We had our first one for 6 years, and then the metal poles finally rusted, so we bought a new one. I think you can buy new poles, so we'll do that next time, the liner was in perfect shape. My dogs jump in and out of this thing all day, and if it can withstand that, it can withstand anything! For $100, you can't get any better than this!

This pool was easy enough to set up with just 2 people, set up time was around 3 hours for us 1st time pool owners. The pump and filter system are too small for this sized pool so we upgraded to an intex 3/4 hp sand filtration system, glad we did.

May 6, 2016
The reason for purchase:I purchased the Intex 15ft X 48in Metal Frame Pool Set to replace my Intex 12ft X 30in Easy Set Pool Set. If you have the space, I would highly recommend just getting away from the easy set pools in general. The inflatable ring always went flat and would change with the temperature not to mention I had to repair the holes in it constantly. Also would easily tip over and dump out at least half the contents if overfilled due to rain water if not completely level. The pool was fairly easy to setup once I had a nice flat base. I was able to accomplish this nearly by myself with no help. My wife assisted me with putting on the legs but i could have done it without her. I found it easier to only put one plastic pin in per t-fitting all the way around and then go back and put in the second pin after the circle was completed. One thing to note is that the instructions are terrible and that there is NO bottom rope as shown in all the pictures and documentation. That appears to be a feature that has gone away. Also the center belt has a loop for each leg that slides on the center belt instead of the legs going behind the center belt. Don't put the pool up on a windy day unless you are filling it that day because ours tried to run away with the wind. I was able to straighten the pool up and get rid of all the wrinkles but putting a few inches of water in the bottom and getting in and kind of scooting it outwith my feet. I was unsure of how sturdy it would be but after filling it, this is a solid pool. We have not yet used it as the water is still 45 degrees but i know it will far out perform the other Easy Set pools we have had.The pump that these pools all come with is sized for a smaller pool. Across the board. Just save yourself a headache and go for a sand filter right away. You will not be disappointed. Now I scoured these reviews for information regarding the size i bought since i had bought one way too big. I have a 15 foot pool and I bought the Intex Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump for Above Ground Pools, 3000 GPH Pump Flow Rate, 110-120V with GFCI to go with it. After the fact, i noticed it was oversized for this pool so I recommend not get this big one and going for the Intex Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump for Above Ground Pools, 2100 GPH Pump Flow Rate, 110-120V with GFCI instead. The pump i got works fine but you can tell that it is oversized for the job. I also purchased the Intex 120V Krystal Clear Saltwater System CG-28669 with E.C.O. (Electrocatalytic Oxidation) for Above Ground Pools to pair with the pump and for my pool size, I only need to run the saltwater for 3 hours and the pump for 4 hours once a day. Both are on on timers so I don't have to think about it. The sand filter required 100 lbs of sand to hit the minimum mark, 110-120 lbs would probably be the full mark. I put 80 lbs of salt in the water to start since the water was already treated when it arrived and have two more 40 lbs bags of salt on hand should i need it when the pump indicates it needs it. You will also need a couple adapters to make the 1.5 inch hoses work with the 1.25 inch fittings. I bought the Hose Conversion Adapters kit for Intex 1500gph and 2500gph pumps to adapt everything together.Total Costs:Intex 15ft X 48in Metal Frame Pool Set - $349.86Intex Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump for Above Ground Pools, 3000 GPH Pump Flow Rate, 110-120V with GFCI - $157.23Intex 120V Krystal Clear Saltwater System CG-28669 with E.C.O. I reworked the base my pool sat on this time to ensure a very flat and level surface. Previously i had tried to level it as best i could and I prepared a surface a foot bigger that the pool itself as was recommended which gives you a 6 inch buffer all the way around. The pool was placed in pretty much the same place as the previous pool but i took steps to ensure a solid base this year. To layout the size, i pounded a round metal spike about where i figured the center. I took a string and measured it for 8 feet and took 12 stakes and put them out like numbers on a clock in a circle all around at the end of the string. I checked the clearance around the circle and made the adjustments to the center point and reset the stakes. Next I removed all the vegetative material since the pool was larger than my previous pool. I took a flat shovel and did my best to visually flatten the whole area, checking occasionally with a 4 foot level to see how off i was. I tied string at 2 inches above the highest point and used a line level to level the string from stake to stake to make a circle, wrapping several times around each stake and pulling it very tight to make sure it was perfectly level. I then took the remaining 250 feet and went back in forth from stake to stake across to have multiple points for leveling purposes. I then brought in 2 tons (yes I said tons) of crushed stone dust to use as my base. My neighbor is a landscaper and had it delivered for $18/ton plus a $50 delivery charge. A total of $84. I had it dumped in my driveway and moved it to the pool area a wheel barrow load at a time. In hindsight, I should have had it dumped direct into the area or at least nearby as I was very very sore at the end of the day. I borrowed a plate compactor from my neighbor but could have rented from a local source for about $75 for the weekend. I tamped the area (right over top of the string) after several loads and used the string as a reference to what needed to be leveled still. I brought in additional loads until the string was level everywhere with the string. I lightly watered the area as I went and it was as hard as asphalt and didn't give. With this method, the pool was less than a half inch off all the way around and I can further level if i want by placing shims under the individual legs but I doubt that will be necessary. The water delivery driver praised me for my leveling efforts.
Best purchase ever!

I almost never write reviews but in this case, when I am so pleased with a product, I feel compelled. I have four children who love to swim. They are 1, 4, 7 and 10. They know how to swim (except the one year old) but I don't feel comfortable letting them in a pool that is over there heads without myself or wife in it. Problem is, they would be in the water all day, and I'm not always in the mood! This pool was the perfect compromise! At only 30" deep they can all stand up in it and at 12' round its big! They don't realize it's a kids pool. To them it's like a 54" above ground pool would be for an adult. They are in it all day every day and I don't have to be in there with them. here are some pros and cons and some recommendations.

Pros:
Assemble is sooo easy. Took me a half hour. As with any pool it should be on level ground. I didn't have a perfectly level spot in my yard so I set it up as level as possible and it's fine.(water is a little higher on one side, no biggy) I wasn't about to level the yard for a pool that I didn't know anything about. Next year I will!

Because of its size you can take it down and store it for the winter and not have to worry about winterizing

Perfect size for kids! They can send up and swim!

The frame is strong! We didn't get a ladder. The kids hop over the side. They can hand and sit on it. It's very strong!

Because of its size, it warms up pretty quick, about a day after filling to get to a good temp.

The liner is thick. Not sure what the mil size is but it feels heavy.

Cons:

The filter! I've seen bigger filters on fish tanks! It uses a cartridge that has to be cleaned often and it doesn't flow much.

No skimmer. The filter will clean the water(eventually) but will not remove debris from the top of the water.

Water quality can go downhill quick! This could be partially my fault for not monitoring the water as often as I should but after it rains, if it's in direct sunlight often or if you have a lot of people in it, the chlorine levels can drop and it can go green real fast.

My recommendations

Along with the pool you will need a skimming net, a vaccuum that works with a garden hose, water test kit, the solar cover, a chlorine floating dispenser, quick dissolving chlorine tabs, and I would highly recommend getting the sand master 71225 filter and the index skimmer. The filter is so powerful it creates a small whirlpool which causes any debris on the floor to collect in the middle of the poll which makes it easy to vacuum up. Plus it's rated for 9000 gallons and is super easy to clean. Just flip the valve to backwash and your done! You'll end up spending about another $200 with these upgrades but totally worth it! Keep the filter running, add a tab or two a day and you'll have crystal clear water all summer!

Has stayed inflated but wasn't quite large enough to do the job intended. Elevating the cover to divert rain water.
It survived it's first winter
June 13, 2016
I feel like this product is hit or miss. I bought this last fall when i closed my pool despite the reviews saying it didn't hold air and mine survived all winter even when the pool froze over. I may have been lucky but i will purchase another one this fall when i close my pool and i'll see how my old one and the new one work over the winter.
Basic, but good
June 11, 2016
I can see how this could get negative reviews for winterization. I can't see the pillow holding its air for a whole winter. However, I am just using it to put under my Intex cover to keep rain water from pooling. For that, it's awesome.
The vendor should have provided some better instructions.
February 13, 2015
I put this in my fire pit to keep water from pooling on the cover. I have sharp tempered glass in my gas pit. I didn't fully inflate the air pillow as described in the other reviews. It has been about 4 month, the pillow is still inflated, most of which were over the cold winter months. The valve to inflate was a bit tricky, the vendor should have provided some better instructions.
A giant pillow of air, exactly as expected.
September 15, 2014
Inflated fine, very large and work well. Unfortunately they are too small for my 16' x 30' pool so I couldn't use them. Not a fault of the air pillow, just my bad. Oh well. They work quite well though! Could have came with a couple little ropes to tie them down, that would have been nice.

Great for the price,
June 29, 2017
I have to say that I was skeptical about purchasing a pool for the price. At the end of the day it has been a great product. In the owners manual it says not to place it on grass, mud, dirt, or sand. I think it is a way for them to get out of warranty the item. Anyway, I set it up in about an hour by myself being careful not to drag it. It went up just as directed and was an easy set up. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is due to the GFCI plug. The pump has a GFCI built into the plug and has to be reset every time it looses power. With this, the pool states that it only has to be run about 8 hours a day, but you can not put a timer on it because it trips the GFCI every time the timer shuts off. Very Poor Design and should be improved.
Great for the price
June 13, 2017
So far so good

We received this pool about 6 days ago and set it up 3 days ago. It was a super easy setup, took about 1 hour. The kids love it, it is just the right size and pretty sturdy. I think for the price, this is awesome! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it was only used once so far. My only con so far is the pump is not powerful enough for the amount of water the pool hold. I will invest in a new pump to keep this pool properly cleaned.
Upgrading the backyard splash tub!
July 24, 2016
I decided to upgrade the Backyard pool experience for my youngest granddaughter. She is 3 years old. She has two older siblings 10 and 9 years old. During the older siblings 3 to 5 years old time span, each summer, I would purchase a 60 Gallon throwaway pool for them to splash and play in the backyard. Once they turn 5, we transitioned to the municipal pool for swimming lessons and water fun.
So, I thought I would make a modest investment in a 2000 gallons pool for their collective summer time enjoyment.

After reading the reviews, I picked the Intex 12ft X 30 inch pool. I have a concrete patio at the foot of my deck. So I thought I would set up the pool on what I believed to be a level surface. I would give the pool 5 stars, it is a nice looking product. However, the pump that is included with the purchase is vastly underpowered for Normal to Heavy usage.
INSTALLATION
My son and his wife set up the pool in less than an hour using the enclosed instructions.
We filled the pool with a backyard hose and 3 hours later the girls jump in and had a great time.
However, the July 4th weekend was rainy and the temperature was unusually cold for that time of year. So we didn't have an opportunity to give the pool a good test until the following weekend. That is when I discovered the importance of a level installation site. The pool had settled and one side was under tremendous pressure. I had to drain 50% of the water and install leveling blocks or "shims" under three legs that were under pressure. Once level, the grandchildren and their guests gave the pool a vigorous workout.
PUMP
The pump is rated at approximately 550 gallon per hour. if you only have 3 little kids playing in the pool once or twice a week. Then the pump may suffice. However , after a weekend of full pool activity with 4 or more kids. The pool water started to get cloudy. Even after 7 hours of pump operation. I decided to upgrade the pump. I wanted a 2500 gal per hour model. However, that model is back ordered for 3 to 4 months. I opted for the 1500 gallons per hour pump.
PUMP INSTALLATION
The pump conversion was not as straightforward as we anticipated. We purchased an INTEX 1.25 to 1.5 inch hose converter for $30. However, we had to make a trip to the local hardware store and jury rigged the connection between the pool's outlet hoses and the new pump hose. Once completed, The new pump is vastly superior to the original pump. It filters the water in 3 hours and returns the water to a conditioned clean appearance.
TOTAL COSTS
MY modest investment has ballooned to
1. 100.00 for handyman to level pool
2. 70.00 for new pump
3. 35.00 for pool cover
4. 30.00 for pool ladder
5. 45.00 for maintenance kit
6. 20.00 for water testing kit
7. 30.00 for pool chemicals
8. 10.00 for mini chlorine floating jet holder
9. 30.00 for INTEX hose converter

So, for all those grandparents who thank they are making a modest investment in backyard splash and play. Please be advised, that you will be operating a miniature pool that requires weekly water testing, weekly cleanings, chemicals, and a daily dose of electricity. The following link is an excellent article on what you will be getting into:

great pool for great kids
July 13, 2016
I bought this pool mainly for my grandkids, the kiddie pool was to small for them and since my wife retired to watch the kids she has more options for them with the pool. I am a hero to them for it. I was a easy set up. I set up the pool myself with out any problems. After reading a lot of the reviews I decided to get the sand filter setup to make sure the pool would have a better chance of keeping clean. I also bout the solar cover to help keep the pool warmer and the pool cover to help keep the debris out. it also helps with control on algae. we monitor the chlorine daily and ph control. It is not a big size pool but for now with the size and age of the kids, its just right. as they get older the pool will get bigger. As for now, they love it.
Must have chemicals.
May 3, 2016
We've had this pool set up for a week now and we love it. The only thing I wanted to tell people really is, you really need to spend the extra money on the chemicals to keep it clean. Chlorine tablets, shock, a vacuum and is you live on a farm where they spray the fields then you have to get another chemical. The pump does not last long and will probably need replacing after a short month or two. Over all we love the pool. Just a little disappointed that the chemicals for the whole summer, basically cost the same as the pool itself.

did not work for me
October 31, 2016
Filled as directions said but when hubby tried to tie it off it got a small hole so it is still under the pool cover flat...maybe he did something wrong, not sure but I think I would have been better off buying a large kid's ball for less price and using that. Gave a 3 only because I'm not quite sure what happened. It doesn't seem very durable though
Very easy to fill the pillows
December 2, 2015
Very easy to fill the pillows, however, closing the plugs was a nightmare. My husband had to carefully use pliers to squeeze the cap shut securely. That just looks like a great way to cause holes in the vinyl. The size was ok...but over all I feel like they were a waste of money. Even with thpillows the cover doesnt go tight enough to stop low spots from holding water. instead, they created multiple spots. Smart Idea in theory, but I feel it was not a smart purchase after setting it up.

Likely when I got it because I thought it seem like it was leaking midseason.
September 11, 2017
Despite putting down pads AND a tarp over top of my lawn before I placed the pool down, I noticed yesterday that it does have a tear in it. Could have been defective when I got it because I thought it seem like it was leaking mid-season. But in Michigan, it's hard to tell because we get a lot of rain.
I'm 42 and I don't abuse the product. I don't have kids, I am single, so it has only had light use. Very disappointed that company speaks as if it's a durable & thick fabric, but it's not. I had hoped the patch provided would stick and resolve the issue, but it hasn't. It continues to leak. If you're fine purchasing a new one every 3-5 months, it's the pool for you.
ok, single season pool?
June 29, 2017
Our second intex pool; last years pool the seam gave out. Overall not too bad, with minor upgrades. Same issues both pools: cover is a joke. Blows off in 3 mph wind, if you cinch tight the string will rip the cover, ditto if you try to hold down with weights or tube clamps. Poor engineering of cover. Update 8/10, pump stopped working after one month of light use. GFCI plug would not reset. Replaced with another from an old pump we had, runs fine again. This shouldn't happen after only one month of light use. I consider these a disposable pool that's cheaper and more convienent than going to a water park; would consider it luck if you get more than one seasons use of it. Pro's: very easy to set up, sturdy frame. Con's: cheap vinyl, terrible cover, pump.

June 13, 2017
pool set up as expected. I have had intex pools before. Pumps are always inferior. Pump stopped working after 1 minute and was unable to reset the GFCI breaker. However I had already purchased a small pool pump and sand filter online for $99 and used it instead. Also the hose clamps are plastic and not able to tighten them sufficiently to prevent leaks on pressure side of pump. Real metal hose clamps worked just fine. On a positive note this pool is the perfect size for preschoolers as they can easily stand up and also swim under water. My three year old is able to crawl over the edge so make sure they are supervised and pool is fenced. Recent local drowning has me very cautious.

December 9, 2016
Every MFG can periodically have an item that falls short their quality control standards, and such may be the case here. The concept with this product is sound, but the materials could possibly have been better. I gave 2 stars solely for the speed of delivery and product concept. My Air Pillow was almost completely flat the following afternoon. I checked the air closure and all seemed ok, but due to not observing any air bubbles from other areas of the pillow, I suspect the closure may indeed be the culprit. Probably just received a sub standard production product.
Could have been something I did.
December 2, 2016
It was kinda hard to seal after inflation. Finally got the plug to stay in, or so I thought for it deflated soon after inflation after the pool cover was installed.
Not the best
December 15, 2015
Not quite sure what happened, but on a very windy day we can home and the pillow was deflated in the middle of our above ground pool. It held air fine for two weeks before the storm. We do live in the country where it is rather open but the pool is rather protected by trees from all sides so not totally in the open.

I really want to like this pool! It was easy to put up and I'm in it everyday to help with back pain, but it came with a rip (which I fixed with flextape) it's still leaking and I keep finding little holes and rips, I don't want to send it back cause I paid $97 and I don't think I can put this thing back in it's box to ship it back.

This had a small rip in the lining. I was told I had to pack it all back up and send back after everything was already put together. Needless to say, I was not happy about that when all I wanted was a new liner. I repaired with gorilla tape and pray it holds! Otherwise, what a waste of hate earned money.
scrabbling to find the patch kit I was hoping that would be the worst of it
August 5, 2016
I finally had put the pool up after leveling the ground .I didn't understand why there were three holes when the filter only required two When we filled up the pool the filter hoses were all hooked up hoses were cut to short didn't allow enough room to put on the clamps so I pushed the hoses a far as they would go then put on the very cheap claps which I have since replaced .I was walking around the pool just checking. I see a pin hole right in between the inlet and out let filter, scrabbling to find the patch kit I was hoping that would be the worst of it ,I really didn't understand how the filtration system would be able to keep a 4400 gallon pool clean well I was right it didn't work at all I've shocked the water a few times hoping that would get it going come to find out I was right the filter did not work at all .I had to buy another filter system. Oh try to call the company nobody speaks English
Great but easier said than done taking down the pool ...
June 10, 2016
I just ordered my 3rd Intex pool replacement at no charge from Amazon...thanks Amazon. The first 12'x30" steel above ground pool I put up somewhat hastily. That said I did follow the instructions and additionally laid a Harbor freight liner down first. The pool leaked about 1" per day. Plus there was a puddle of water around the pool....in my book that's a leak! I called Amazon to complain but they said no problem they would send out another BUT I would have to box up the 1st one and send it back...free of charge. Great but easier said than done taking down the pool and making it fit in the original box...nightmare. The second pool arrived and you guessed it...leaked! This time I only filled the pool up 1/4 of the way and looked and looked for the leak. Found it and patched it carefully. No leak plus dry around the pool. I filled it up the rest of the way and woke up the next morning and went out with my cup of coffee and low and behold a huge puddle around the pool! After I threw down my coffee and shut offSponge Bob on the TV I called Amazon. This time they said they give me the money back after I boxed it up and sent it back of course. I said I would like to try one more pool for surely 3 of the exact pools won't leak. Well, another pool is on the way....keep your fingers (and toes) crossed for my. Plus I am on my mat bowing deeply to Mecca in the East. I'll post my results with the third pool!
Family of 5 disappointed with 12'x30" pool
May 22, 2016
Easy set up, good quality, perfect for young kids learning to swim or adults who just want to cool off. Fits 5 people comfortably.Update its been a little more than 30 days since purchase and now our fliter pump no longer works. Very disappointed it didn't even make it through the summer.

Don't waste your money

As can be seen in the picture, 2 of the 3 air pillows I used this past winter failed. One in less than a week. One lasted a month and inexplicably had about a gallon of water in it. Amazon doesn't care. This fall I'll be shopping eBay for ice compensating air pillows.
Would not buy again

It lost air the same day we put it in the pool. My husband removed it and patched the hole and we put it back in and another leak started on the other side on a seam. We just threw it away and bought one at our local pool store
Lasted maybe 4 hours inflated!

It lasted half a day under our winter cover then deflated. Never stayed in the middle. Now it's sitting in our pool until we open it in spring. Can't wait to throw it away!!! Complete waste of time and money!
Kept deflating

Kept deflating...threw them all in the garbage, haven't found a "pillow" yet that doesn't deflate..
Deflated quickly

My husband inflated pillow and installed on top of pool with intentions of putting cover on next day. The pillow was flat within 8 hours. Defective? Poor quality? Save your money!OK I gave it a try and bought it again and the same thing happened PLUS the hole ripped open.. This is crap!
Defective

Pillow deflated shortly after covering our pool. Probably won't bother trying to get it out until spring. Not sure if this is a cheap product, but it still should have lasted longer than a few hours.

DO NOT BUY!!

The pool itself is fine. However, their pumps are terrible and keep breaking. The first broke in less than 1 year. It's obviously a known problem since the lady told me what was wrong before I said anything. She replaced the pump with no problem. The 2nd one lasted 3 weeks and customer service won't replace it. They say that replacements aren't warrantied so if they have the same problem, you have to buy a new one. The agent I spoke to has no ID number or last name, no supervisor, and no way to transfer to one.2nd problem - I bought the pool and corresponding cleaning kit along with an Intex hose. There is no way to connect any of the cleaning items to the "sucker", or intake. The only way to hook the hose up to the sucker is to buy 1 non-Intex product from eBay and another from Ace hardware. My dad had to print an adapter piece on a 3D printer in order to attach the hose.Intex sells a lot of items and I own a bunch of them. Their pumps have a known problem and they refuse to stand buy their products.

Took me about an hour and a half to set up my new Intex 15' X 48" pool....as soon as there was 1 inch of water in it water came running out from underneath in various places around the bottom of the pool. Am contacting Intex to see what can be done as the return window is now closed on this purchase.
Leak at the seam.
May 28, 2017
Got it all set up, assembled ladder, filter, everything. Put 2 inches of water in and the next morning there was a leak at the seam. Now I have to disassemble everything, put it all back in the box (which looks impossible) and return everything. Glad I didn't fill it up. Such a waste of time.

The pool popped a stitch the first time I set it up. I was luckily able to patch it. I noticed the pool cover had a tear the first time I tried to put it on and even with two people, it was impossible to stretch across the pool without the other side falling in. The ladder is rickety and cheap and does not feel safe. I tried to contact Amazon to exchange the fitted cover for the solar cover, but got no response.

So unbelievably frustrated. We spent a few hundred dollars on materials to level the ground, and the chemicals for the water. However, the seam on the pool cracked with in the month. Customer service promised a new product and never sent us one. We followed every step with customer service include cutting a part the lining and send back specific pieces and were never sent a replacement.
2 holes
June 30, 2016
the pool had 2 holes in it, I bought some patching material and closed it off, it works for now, but I'd like to get a partial refund, since taking it apart, draining it and returning is going to take way too much time. Please help me with a partial refund. Thank you.
