Great computer.... love the touch screen feature. This computer is very fast and has everything that I need at a easy to access location.

I am so pleased with my new computer. I have never owned a desktop before but this has exceeded my expectations! Do not hesitate to buy this. It is cheaper than I saw on HSN, but is EXACTLY THE SAME!

This is an awesome computer. It has everything I need all in one system. Light weight so I can move it anywhere. Fast processor. Beautiful 23' screen that is perfect for those who are tired of squinting at a laptop. Touch screen is quick and easy too. Love it.

Not powerful enough for playing basic games but really is a nice system. Upgrading to Windows 10 was simple. The overall design is so sleek and modern, what a change for towers! Purchased an external drive for backup purposes. All in all very pleased.

I'm using this right now and so far this computer has worked really well for me. We use it as a business, running quickbooks and it keeps up with everything I've thrown at it just fine.

This is the absolute worst computer I have ever owned. Literally, 7 hours after GETTING IT OUT OF THE BOX the hard drive had a "critical" error, so I had to do the whole factory data reset crap. Then, the NEXT DAY, the stupid thing decided it no longer had a wireless NIC, so I had to attach via USB my backup wireless interface. It was back and forth with this abomination for 2 months and then I decided that I had enough. It finally died (fortunately) - it would loop the startup sequence and I couldn't even get to the troubleshooting screen. I am only 30 years old, but I have been fooling around with computers since I was 3. This one is definitely from the bottom of the barrel, bar none. I have since taken my business elsewhere and invested in an iMac. I already have a 2012 MacBook Pro and it has been the most reliable computer I have ever owned (out of roughly a dozen in total, of various, OS’s). I'm not trying to plug or promote Apple, and it is obviously more pricey, but once you buy one, you will know where that extra money went.

This Computer has been used. There were several Icons on the Screen and I can't get some of my information downloaded.I am very unhappy with this Computer, and I have it ready to return. Waiting on shipping label!!

You cannot swap out the hard drive without sending it back to HP. It took customer support and hour of lies to avoid telling me this.
