Best baby toothbrush!
May 4, 2017
I have a Pomeranian. Small dogs have small mouths with small sensitive teeth. I have tried many different types of toothbrushes for my baby's delicate small teeth and these by far are softest bristles that are great quality as well! Some are soft only the first few days and then the bristles start to stiffen, but not these. It's been several days now and the bristles are still soft and has held its shape and soft texture. I just purchased more right before writing this review. If you have small dogs, this toothbrush is a must!
Exactly as Ordered
March 29, 2017
5 Stars because it is exactly what I ordered, however the handle seems long (but honestly probably perfect for my lab / husky mix). It should help from having to get in SUPER close to your pet's pearly whites, but there will probably be a learning curve to using it (will update on how that goes once I get a chance to use them). The total length from brush to brush is 8.5 inches (not just the solid plastic handle. This isn't a problem, just a clarification. Also, the packaging isn't identical, but still the Duke's brand.
Great toothbrush and even better price!
January 4, 2017
This is the perfect size for my chocolate lab! It definitely helped me get all the stuff he had lodged in the back. I love using the wider end to put the toothpaste on and to place the toothpaste on his teeth, I then use the smaller part to actually brush it in well and make sure I get it all nice and clean. I like that it reaches perfectly to all his back teeth.Great price and will definitely buy again!I used the KissAble Dog Toothpaste and my dog liked it a lot.
Great!
May 31, 2016
This is perfect! It is just the right size for my dog. I only use the smaller end, but it works great. My dog generally doesn't sit long enough to let me give her a thorough cleaning with he finger cover brush. I prefer this brush because it gives a ore thorough cleaning in a shorter amount of time. It's also much easier to use.
Best Toothbruch for Dogs
April 18, 2016
I initially purchased these toothbrushes from a local pet supply store. Because the store is so far away, I decided to see if I could find it online. Well lo and behold, I found it on Amazon from Zen Direct Inc.. This is the one and only toothbrush that my dogs love. They enjoy brushing their teeth...never gives me a bad time with this brush. It's double ended...there's a regular brush on one end and a smaller brush on the other side. Fast, no hassle shipping. Representative from Zen Direct emailed me to find out how the toothbrushes were working...wonderful customer service.

We have a dog teeth cleaning business and we give these away at events. They have 2 sizes on them and seem to work very well when brushing your pets teeth.
Good value product!
October 10, 2016
These brushes do the job. They do need to be changed every few weeks because the bristles start to disintegrate, but that's ok with me because I like to change the brushes regularly. I think that they are a good product for the money.
Works with many sizes of dogs
September 6, 2016
I like a container for my toothbrushes in my grooming rig, because it keeps them from being covered in hair. I also like these because they have a large or small end, depending on what size dog I am working with.
Pleasantly surprised!
February 18, 2016
Cheap toothbrushes for my dogs. Surprisingly it lasted longer than the more expensive brushes I used to buy. The old ones I had lasts for only three to five uses. I bought these thinking that I would be going through them even quicker since they are very cheap. So I was pleasantly surprised that I only used one brush since I bought these.PROS: cheap, lasts longer than similar more expensive brushesCONS: can't think any anything!
Economical, convenient
August 28, 2013
Having a supply of dual-ended dog toothbrushes is great. This package of 50 is more economical than buying singles. The brushes face the same direction. The bristles are moderately soft (we still brush gently, especially around the gums). The bristles have not flattened down after use.TIP: We fill a cup with water to wet the toothpaste and brush. After each use, we rinse all of the *toothpaste out of the brush under running water and occasionally rinse the brush with hydrogen peroxide.(*CET vanilla mint)
Dog Toothbrushes are Great
April 9, 2012
I love these doggie toothbrushes. They have the large and small brushes on the same side of the arm so it makes getting toothpaste on the brush so much easier. I use the small end on my dogs back teeth and the large end for their front canines. The 50 pack is so convenient to order and will last quite a while. Given that these types of brushes are more difficult to find than the ones with a brush on either side of the arm, I appreciate the opportunity to order a large quantity and have them on hand.

a good product purchase
May 15, 2017
Purchased these hoping the bristles would be softer than the previous toothbrush that came with the doggie toothpaste, and they were! The large end is difficult fit in a chihuahua's mouth, so only got to use the smaller end- overall, a good product purchase.Pros: good value, soft bristlesCons- little dogs can only use the smaller end of the toothbrush.
BRUSH THEM!
May 13, 2017
Well you wouldn't start brushing your kids teeth at 5, so it's a good thing I have a dog and not kids. My very sweet corgi had a not so sweet teeth cleaning bill that inspired me to become a doggy dentist. He now is very used to having his fangs brushed and is a big fan of Petrodex Enzymatic Toothpaste Dog Poultry Flavor, 6.2-Ounce which in combination with this brushes keep his teeth clean clean! We use both the large a small ends and feel that we couldn't have found a better toothbrush for our dog. Still, dog teeth are awkard to brush, but you'll get over it if you have to have a teeth cleaning bill because you didn't realize how important it was to brush Fido's chompers!
Good brushes and great price for 2
March 3, 2017
They were longer than expected but to be honest I didn't read the actual dimensions. They are a great price compared to what you can find in pet stores for 2 brushes. They work as expected and the 2 sizes of brush heads are great. The bristles do seem a little stiff but I just soak the brush head in a cup of warm water before I brush my dog's teeth and don't brush too hard. They do the job and seem to last a long.
Good Brushes for my Large Dogs
June 21, 2016
These are nice toothbrushes for my pups. The bristles are a good level of softness so they don't irritate their gums. I have all large dogs, but even the small end comes in handy when I'm trying to reach the back of their mouths. The reason I'm giving this item 4 stars is because after continuous wear, the bristles start to fall out...which isn't a huge issue as toothbrushes should be replaced eventually anyway. I think I just hoped to get a little more life out of them.

Bit cheaply made, but I like the sizing and the price. I throw the brushes in the dishwasher after use and these stand up decently to the wear and tear. Would buy again.

I will buy again in the future.
July 22, 2016
I have to say that I only have two dogs. One big and one small, so I use both ends. I bought this big jar for a great price because we tend to go through them too much. So that's why I bought this big jar for this great price. My big dog gets overly excited at times and chomps down and then the plastic gets pointy or scratchy and I won't use them again. That's with all toothbrushes. So this means I always have another one on hand. I am fairly happy. The bristles going outward and I never had that happen before as I don't brush my dogs teeth that hard. I've been brushing my dogs teeth for years so I know not to use a ton of force. Which is why I gave it the 4 stars. Otherwise I am very happy.I brush my dogs teeth daily and I change them out every 3 months, just like I do for myself. I did not detract a star but I do wish they offered two different colors. I'd pay a buck more if they were half and half. As it is, I use white out on the outside plastic part of the big head so I know to only use the small head and that's my small dogs toothbrush.

Handle too flexible
November 10, 2016
The bristles hold up well - better than any other brush I've used, without being too stiff or rough on my dog's gums. But the plastic of the handle is too flexible. I can't use enough pressure to get a good brushing force without the handle flexing so much that it becomes difficult to use. Stiffen the handle and you'll have a good product.
These are great brushes for keeping my two elderly dogs' teeth clean
June 26, 2016
These are great brushes for keeping my two elderly dogs' teeth clean. They are soft enough to clean gently and thoroughly. Nice price for a set of two. Also pleased with the customer service and I'm happy to support a small, family owned business. Thank you!Update: lowering my stars from 5 to 3 because this product is already losing bristles after only a few weeks of use.
Better for smaller dogs.
June 7, 2016
These work great, but was a little disappointed at the quality. They're pretty flimsy and I have a nippy dog with a strong jaw when it comes to grooming. Snapped the first one clean in half. Spend the extra two bucks and get the good one from a pet store.
Does the job.
April 24, 2016
This does the job. I have a very small dog and it isn't too large. I imagine it wouldn't be too small for a large dog. The only reason it's not getting a better rating is because I think the bristles are a little too stiff. I just run hot water over the brush for a few minutes before using and it relaxes the bristles and they are softer for a more comfortable brushing for my dog. For my next purchase I would try to find something that is softer though.
These brushes are perfect for my dog's hard to reach teeth
March 1, 2016
These brushes are perfect for my dog's hard to reach teeth. I pretty much only ever need to use the small brush as the bigger brush is way too big for my chi mix. Some of the bristles were falling out on arrival, but overall I can't complain.

January 10, 2016
I did not pay attention to the product description - "Super Soft Bristles". It turned out that the brush is TOO SOFT to the point that it does not function well. It is not that hard to brush my Beagle's teeth, but you cannot keep his mouth open all along. It means that you will have to put the toothbrush inside the mouth without actually viewing the movement. Since the brush is too soft, I could feel the brushing is not effective.

March 19, 2017
I was hoping the bristles would be softer. My dog has receding gums and requires very soft bristles. I don't know that I would describe these as 'extra soft'. For some reason, Amazon won't let me return these, even though they're not as described.
The extra length is unnecessary, just go buy a normal toothbrush
December 29, 2016
NOT soft. You might as well go buy a kids toothbrush for a buck at the store. The product description made it seem as though these are extra soft, but they are no softer than a normal toothbrush. The extra length is unnecessary, just go buy a normal toothbrush!
not the answer for me
November 30, 2016
too big for my 70 lb hound's mouth and I wanted the bristles softer.
Would not recommend for a large breed puppy
July 22, 2016
Would not recommend for a large breed puppy. There is a smaller side to the brush, yet it is too small for my 20 something pound lab. Also handle is too big, cuts down on mobility when brushing. Better off with a kids toothbrush from the $ store.
Disappointing
February 8, 2016
Just got these toothbrushes, have used them to gently brush my dog's teeth exactly twice and they are already falling apart. The bristles are sticking out every which way and some look to be pulling out of the base. Don't know why I can't find the good quality toothbrushes sold with the Petrodex toothpaste to buy by themselves - they seem to always be packaged with the finger brush, which I don't need. The search for a good toothbrush for my dog continues. I doubt these two will last a month.

Not Good
May 12, 2017
These were very disappointing. Like other reviewers have written, the brushes become frayed and a mess after 2 uses. I can use them on one of my dogs still (although going thru them at lightening speed), but they make my other dog's mouth bleed terribly, due to the stray and generally unkempt bristles. They are not very soft either and get even more harsh with every use.I was swayed by the generous amount of brushes and the low cost. I suggest you don't make the same mistake as I did.

The bristles on these tooth brushes are very firm. They tend to fray and bend much easier than other brushes I've used. I will not be purchasing this product for future use.
Not TOP Performance
July 6, 2013
The service from the vendor was great with delivery stat but the quality of this product does not match the name. The bristles do not hold-up, if we get a week out of them without the bristles being flattened and worn we are doing good.

BROKE AFTER 3 USES

These are not sturdy like human toothbrushes, VERY WEAK. My 10 week old golden retriever puppy was able to snap it clean in half. Used only 3 times, then broke!
Caused some bleeding
August 23, 2016
My dog doesn't like me messing with him mouth. He was very resistant to these toothbrushes and the hard back actually caused some bleeding, so I immediately stopped using. I switched to the little plastic finger ones and those work much better.

Cheap bristles
January 5, 2015
The toothbrushes have very cheap bristles, lasting only about 5-10 brushings before they are splayed. Other toothbrushes last us about 3-4 months (brushing daily).
TERRIBLE - NOT a good value!
December 8, 2013
There is a reason these are so inexpensive, they are TERRIBLE! I didn't expect them to last as long as the more expensive brands but thought that they would still end up being a good value even if they lasted only 25% as long as the others. Not even close. After brushing once, these toothbrushes look worse than the toothbrush we have been using for daily brushing for the past year.
Horrible, cheap, dangerous product.
November 27, 2013
These brushes are junk! Rough, unstable, fall apart, bristles come out in your dog's mouth. Do NOT buy this product. The product deserves no stars, but I can't review it without giving one star.
Lacking quality
September 5, 2013
There is a nub in the plastic at the end of the small brush which can hurt the dog's mouth. It is on all of the brushes. I had to file the nub down before using any of them. The bristles are too few and fray quickly. I am disappointed and stuck with 48 more of them. The design is similar to other products, but not nearly the quality.
Get What You Pay For
August 4, 2013
After doing a cost comparison on other canine toothbrushes, I thought that this was going to be a great deal. However, after the first use, the bristles collapsed, Additionally, I have a relatively small dog (20lbs) and the bristles are very long, probably uncomfortable in my dogs mouth. This lends support to the idea that you get what you pay for.
