Five Star Reviews: | 55% I bought theses at a really good price! June 28, 2016 It's so difficult to find cat toothbrushes without buying the toothpaste with it! I tried to buy toothbrushes through my vet, but they were so expensive. I bought theses at a really good price! Many uses May 18, 2016 The small end works great for my Chiweenie. I bought several of these and my husband has 'stolen' a couple to clean small parts. I also keep one at the kitchen sink to clean small items and inner lip of Tupperware lids. I know these are not the intended uses but, for some things, these are the right tool for the right job! Works well November 26, 2015 Wanted a smaller toothbrush for my dog and this was great with the two different sides. I have a hard time brushing her teeth but I like this a lot better than the kind you put over your finger Durable and Easy to use July 11, 2015 I use the smaller end with my puppies. The bristles are soft enough that it doesn't hurt there teeth and gums, and the plastic is durable enough that if they bite it while I'm brushing, they can't chew through it. Awesome! | 52% Best doggie toothbrush I've found! September 20, 2017 These doggie tooth brushes are great! I've used several brands on my Yorkiepoo and some of them fell apart. This one held the bristles even after he bit down on them quite hard multiple times. I like how it has the flexible parts! It works August 28, 2017 My dog HATES having his teeth brushed. I saw this toothbrush and thought it might give me a fighting chance of getting some of his teeth cleaner. It has been incredible! It takes much less time to cover so much more area. He still hates it, but we can both be happy with the shorter fight. Amazing May 4, 2017 This is the best toothbrush I have used for my dog. I recommend it to people all the time. Brushing goes by soooo much faster. Before I was using a finger brush and this one is definitely easier to use.I added some photos with my dog so you can see the size. She's a five pound yorkie and we got the small breed toothbrush. I wish it was even smaller though. I've noticed some other reviews saying it is too big as well. It's still the best one I've found for my dog though. Works great April 18, 2017 Makes Brushing their teeth much quicker when they don't like to have them done, I use it on both my Medium size dogs. This is the perfect small dog toothbrush March 4, 2017 This is the perfect small dog toothbrush. The rubber grip makes it easy to hold and slip-free. The bristles brush all three sides of the teeth at the same time, and it has some give to it so you can't really use too much pressure. Now if I could just find a toothbrush that makes my dog Cricket like getting her teeth brushed! Great for big dog teeth November 4, 2013 This brush has 3 heads which are all very flexible (unlike some of the similar brushes on the market that feel like wire). The heads are big enough to brush the 3/4" tall molars in my greyhounds' mouths. If your dog tolerates brushing at all, this brush makes it quicker and easier to get to the inside surfaces. The side brushes are soft, and the center brush is a bit stiffer, but the "necks" they attach to are pretty springy so the stiffness shouldn't be too grating. |
Four Star Reviews: | 17% Inexpensive tooth brush for the dog, a 9 pound ... September 7, 2016 Inexpensive tooth brush for the dog, a 9 pound toy poodle. Not too big a head for a small dog. Simple and Inexpensive January 28, 2016 Looking for a new toothbrush for your dog? These toothbrushes are very inexpensive and a great investment to buy in bulk. I ordered one of these when I noticed my dog's toothbrush was starting to get worn. These ship from China so it will take a little while to deliver, but it's worth it. In the future I will order a handful of these so that my dog doesn't have to have her teeth brushed with over-used bristles. These work well on small dogs and are not intrusive. The bristles are as soft as other dog toothbrushes in the pet store. I would recommend this product for anyone just looking to have more dog toothbrushes on-hand. They work just fine. What else can I say December 20, 2014 They are toothbrushes. They work just fine. What else can I say? | 9% Good brush, just a little too big. July 8, 2017 I'm giving it a 4 because it's a good brush, but it's still too big for my toy poodle. I can't really use it on his back teeth because it gags him, and it's much too big for his front teeth. I have gone back to using a standard baby brush, but if your dog is a little bigger than mine (5 lbs) you might find it just perfect! Great idea! May 19, 2016 Finally, a 2-sided brush - where have you been all my life? Getting anything into a Chihuahua's mouth that isn't food is quite the trick. This one actually works. In fact, I can even use it on the cat who being Persian has a very small mouth. The 2-sided brushing means less shoving that brush in and out, woot! woot! They fit in my mini schnauzer's mouths fine, but it took a while for them to ... February 5, 2016 These are well made dog tooth brushes. They fit in my mini schnauzer's mouths fine, but it took a while for them to get used to them. The middle brush looks a bit flimsy but when I looked closely, I realized it is almost like shocks so it sways, most likely helping the brush glide over the teeth. I like that it does all the teeth at once, but it is a bit clunky feeling when using it. My dog seems to like it. I am able to brush her teeth ... August 19, 2015 My dog seems to like it. I am able to brush her teeth with little effort! Takes a little effort to get around her larger teeth in the back. She is a 20 lb shiba inu Best Dog Toothbrush March 30, 2014 This is the only toothbrush I have found that works for my greyhound, & I have not found it in pet stores. It does a fair job of brushing three surfaces simultaneously. It's still a challenge getting into that "alligator mouth" but I have not found anything better. Happy, but Disappointed December 18, 2013 I prefer this triple brush type of dog tooth brush. I had purchased other ones similar to these but the handles were not as thick. I was disappointed when I received these brushes only for the fact the handles were too thick that you could not put them in a toothbrush holder. I am an avid believer that dogs should have their teeth brushed a couple times a week to prevent tarter and gingivitis, which can affect a dog's heart. |
Three Star Reviews: | 14% Three Stars February 29, 2016 Pretty hard brush, my York is wasn't too happy. Once used a few times it got better though. Not so good quality as petrodex. November 8, 2015 Works ok. Plastic is lite and bendable, bristle heads are smaller than petrodex. Petrodex brushes are good for cleaning surfaces when you are finished with them or they break in half..This one works because my dog is small. Three Stars June 7, 2015 It's OK, but the bristles are a little rough, at least for my dogs who are small. | 13% Effect not clear August 28, 2017 Not yet convinced if it cleans like advertised, as it is not easy to get all brushes to move around and my dog is not comfortable with the brush arrangement. Too big for toy poodle June 19, 2017 It said it was for small dogs, but it was too big for my 8 lb toy poodle. Good to get all around but not just the front August 9, 2016 Good to get all around but not just the front. Seems uncomfortable for him if I don't get it to strafile the teeth so I switch between these and my regular tooth brush Not good for large dogs June 28, 2016 I have a large shepherd and was hoping this tooth brush would be a good tool for keeping his teeth free of gunk. The brush did not even fit around his teeth, and is probably better suited for medium sized dogs with smaller mouths. Otherwise, the brush seems solid and would probably work if it was large enough. I like the triple head design August 26, 2015 I like the triple head design. My dog tolerates toothbrushing but in a few weeks he had completely destroyed this brush. |
Two Star Reviews: | 0% There are no reviews yet | 12% Not so great in a medium-sized dogs mouth. August 31, 2017 The brush head is really large and clunky and hard to maneuver around inside my poor dogs mouth. My dog did not like this toothbrush August 27, 2017 My dog did not like this toothbrush. I previous used a flat dog toothbrush and I have gone back to using that instead. Brush head too large March 30, 2017 The brush head was too large for my medium sized doggy's mouth. It's easier to brush his teeth with a toddler (human) toothbrush. Hard Bristles April 11, 2016 The bristles were a bit hard for my puppy. It caused gum bleeding. I am unsure if the design was effective in brushing. Finger rubber toothbrush worked better. Needless to say the chihuahua was off the hook (until my next purchase) and the larger guys got a great teeth cleaning with this December 20, 2015 This was bought for a very finicky chihuahua who hates to have her teeth brushed. After a $300 cleaning I was ready to keep her chompers in top condition and purchased this brush as a means to do so. However when this arrived it was much more suited for my larger 70lb dogs. Needless to say the chihuahua was off the hook (until my next purchase) and the larger guys got a great teeth cleaning with this product. Only wish it were made smaller. Not For Small Breeds October 23, 2011 I have a Bichon. This tooth brush is way too bigfor his mouth. If you have a small breed type, look elsewhere....pretty colors though. |
One Star Reviews: | 14% opps September 1, 2015 Sadly coming from China loose in a tore up black baggie made me fear putting this in my kittens mouth. Didnt know it was from China. Oh well, can use it for scrubbing tile? LOL | 14% my dog lets me brush his teeth-he tolerates it-with a ... June 3, 2017 my dog lets me brush his teeth-he tolerates it-with a baby tooth brush. I thought this brush might be more effective. it is way too large for his moth (he is a 20 lb eskie) and he will not let me get this in his mouth. I might try to pass it off to someone at the dog park. maybe a larger dog-even though this says for small dogs Not quite May 6, 2017 The side brushes don't really rub where they should. They rub my dog's lip/cheek instead of on the side of the teeth. The middle brush works ok but that's not really why I got this. Great idea but just didn't work for my mini schnauzer. My dog hates it... it's too big ... March 16, 2017 My dog hates it... it's too big to fit into the back of his mouth to get to his rear molars. He takes off running every time he sees it. Not Worth It November 5, 2015 It shows a chihuahua on the packaging so I figured it would be small enough for my chihuahua, it is way to big for his mouth there is no way it would fit.It is a cute idea. This small toothbrush would work on my big dog, I can only imagine how large the toothbrush is that says large dog on it. I got this for my small dog, but the ... November 2, 2015 I got this for my small dog, but the toothbrush head is actually larger than the Kissable brand that is standard size. It doesn't matter that the bristles are smaller if the frame is still big! I compared this one from the Kissable brand and this one is actually bigger, which makes it harder to use. Did not work for my small dogs June 18, 2014 This toothbrush is not really small at all, yet the product headline claims that it is for "Small Breeds". It doesn't work for Cavalier King Charles spaniels little mouths. I can't say how well it would work for any other breed, however I can't imagine this large-head, hard base toothbrush. with multi-directional bristles would work for any small or medium breed dog without hurting their mouths. I've found that a child's toothbrush works much better to brush a dog's teeth, using an enzyme-based toothpaste. |
