This little guy really works very good. Takes a little getting used to on how to grasp best, but does a nice job in scoring the rind.

I hate buying gadgets that end up never being used and abandoned at the back of kitchen drawers never to be used. Not this lil gem, its great for peeling oranges as the mini blade only pierces the peel not the flesh AND you can even use the flared edges to pry the peel off after you score it w the blade. Love it!! I just keep it next to the oranges/mandarins so its at hand whenever you want a quick and healthy snack.

I have one of these I bought from walmart years ago and only paid about $2 for it. This is the same exact one and I cannot find them anywhere else. My parents were wanting one so I went ahead and ordered it. It works great and is a really good product but the price is so steep!

With an orange tree in the back yard, we have so many oranges to peel and eat every winter. This makes it so easy to peel. I just pull it all the way down and around the orange in a few different areas and the peel comes off so fast!

I've been using this for about 2 months now and I love it. Does a great job and makes it much easier to peel lemons, oranges & grapefruits. Fits in my hand (large, male) hand well. It has reduced my peeling time in half, and I don't get the peel under my nails now.UPDATE - Still sharp and working great now after 4+ months

I have an orange peeler like this that I've had for several years. This sytle of orange peeler is rounded so that it is comfortable to use no matter how tough the skin is.When I started searching for one to leave at work, I was surprised that I couldn't find one anywhere. Finally I searched on Amazon and am very happy with it.

I have had one or two of these from Tupperware as a party gift over the years and saw these on amazon so I thought I'd get a couple more since they always get misplaced. I certainly don't need 10 of them, but this was the best choice for the money, so I bought the 10-pak. Still very inexpensive and I will have these for the rest of my life now or to give away! Great for pealing an orange, what more can I say. That is what they are for and there is no other way to peel an orange, so you need one. But having 10 of them makes it easier to find one to use when you want it!

I have been looking for these orange peelers for a long time. I can't even order them from Tupperware. They are only given as hostess gifts. I was so happy to give a few of these to some of my friends and family.

I LOVE these peelers, and was happy to find them - They work great for getting the rind & pith off of oranges and keeping your hands and nails clean.I was surprised (but not disappointed) when I got them, and they were all black - I thought the wording of "colors may vary" meant that there could be more than one color in the order, and when I ordered the item photo was all rainbow colored. The color obviously does not make them perform any differently, and I am no less pleased to have them. I recommend purchasing these 10 / 10, especially if you love citrus fruit.

easy to use

Really great for those who have arthritic hands. I have CRPS and my right hand doesn't work very well, making it difficult to use a traditional citrus peeler, but this solved the problem! Works great. The only thing is my hands are a little small so it slides around on my hand.

works well after you figure out you cut in the direction that leaves the wings up and down. The ends help lift the peel. Pretty handy little device.

Now this is one item I was unsure about. Not because of the cost. It's cheap. But I wondered how such e thing could work. Be assured my friend, it works fantastic. Get one, you'll love it.

I think this peeler is better than the straight stick ones, but it takes some time to get used to. It helps but sometimes I can't get the rind off without using my fingers. Back to the mess. Having said that, it's still better than cutting up the orange rind then extracting the orange.

my teenage son would not eat oranges because he bites his nails and was unable to peel them. This device has solved that proplem;) now to work on the nail bitting!

We like these little do-hinkies for assisting in orange peeling. Getting a 10-pack allows people to pack one in the lunch bag and still leave some at home for those left behind. The first shipment had a damaged bag and only 1 peeler. The company did a great job in replacing my order.

Just what I expected. Product will work great! My only disappointment was the color I thought I was receiving was orange (which is what I wanted). Instead mine were pink. I would not have ordered them if they were pink and I did not see anywhere on the ad that colors would vary. Now that I have received them and went back to my order, there was a statement that color will vary.

I lost my one and only Tupperware citrus peeler so I went on Amazon to order. I had to order 10 but I decided that was okay because I could share with family, friends and church. However, I had no idea all 10 would be pink. Definitely does not go with my kitchen decor. Wish I at least had gotten a color mixture.

They came in purple as pictured. I used one on about 200 very tough peeling, but pretty good tasting grapefruit from my backyard tree. It was slippery to hold when wet, so wrap a rubber band around the middle and it works well. It is more flexible than the orange ones I buy in Florida, Over time they should be more resistant than the orange ones to snapping in two on a tough grapefruit peel. One Minus-- The hook does not dig as deeply for scoring as the original orange ones do so you have to press a little harder when scoring the peel.They work. The price is right. There are ten of them.

Not as easy to use as the pencil type for getting under the skins, but it does work as a cutter.

I was honestly hoping for better. I lost a smaller sized and cheaper tool that I bought at an orange stand in Florida. This one has a much bigger and more comfortable finger hole but it's too big for me. The piece that extends to cut into the rind seems too shallow and it's very hard to peel the orange skin off after you dice it. I miss my old 50 cent peeler.

I like it. It's great for peeling but awkward to use to remove the peel. My thumb barely fits in the hole so if you have stubby thumbs or big knuckles, try another option.

This peeler will only fit on my pinky and ring finger, which is bad if you are already wearing a ring on that finger. However, if you can get it on your hand it does an admirable job cutting the skin of an orange. I think you are better off with the old knitting needle design.

Got it fast and easy but was not exactly what i had hoped for. The cutting part worked well but the sides that are supposed to assist in removing the rind just didn't work for me and I was peeling a tangelo which are fairly easy!Mine came in red

yes the color may vary... mine were all black... all 10 of them... do they work... yes but i wanted a more than one color... i won't be ordering from this seller again

Great product, wish I could have picked the color ordered the no for my boys and we got PINK!!

We've lost the original set of yellow citrus peelers that we got some 30+ years ago. We bought these hopping they were as good as the old ones. The plastic of these new ones are not as stiff as the old ones, so it makes it more difficult to peel oranges and tangerines.

Not that good actually, and hard to clean well in the front.

Not worth it. I hate getting the peeling process started on oranges and thought this would help. It doesn't do anything a fork or knife couldn't do. It doesn't cut deep enough to get a good peeling started. My nails do a better job.

This slices your orange with ease, but the lips that is for peeling does not work very well. I have had much better orange peelers before. If you don't mind tearing your orange apart with your hands, then get this to slice the peel.

The large size circular holder is handy. The sharp nib on the underside works well enough. But the two ends of the device don't push up the orange peel enough to enable peeling an orange. I had to use my fingernal -- and if I wanted to use my fingernail, I'd just score the orange with a small knife and use my fingernail to get the peel off. The smaller (and far less costly) orange peelers do peel up the edge where the peel is scored, avoiding the need to use a fingernail. I will probably file an edge of this thing down, so it actually is useful. They shoulda thought of that when they designed this. No user testing, eh?

I really needed something to peel oranges, my nails just aren't strong enough and it hurts the arthritis in my hands. I thought this might work, worth a try.Well, it didn't. I barely pierces the skin (and yes, I removed the tape covering it) and if you can manage to pull hard enough without squeezing the orange to death, you might pull back a little tab of peel. No way does it score the peel to make it easy to pull off.

A very poor quality citrus peeler. The blade (if you can even call it that) is very poorly made and broke within 15 uses. Also, this product is difficult to manipulate, and barely cuts through the pith on any type of organic citrus (I tried oranges & grapefruits). You are way better off buying one of those cheap plastic peelers.

based on picture I was expecting multi colored citrus peepers, the were all blue.

We got a bag of pink and black ones. If the description had explained it would be other colors, we would not have bought them. We needed these in orange for a reason and did not get a single orange one. More product detail would have been very helpful.

These work, but are a little awkward to use. I've had some better ones that have rounder bodies that are more comfortable. Personally, I wish I eould have purchased one of the other ones Amazon carries. These are uncomfortable for me to handle.

I bought this orange peeler because I have arthritis and it makes it hard to peel them with my hands. I had the long slender orange ones but my husband kept tossing them in the trash with the orange peel. When I seen this one, Price was good, I thought it looked great, fits over our finger, large enough that it'll not be thrown out. A great Christmas gift for my husband. The peeler is made of a thick sterdy plastic, the cutting point is a tad on the short side. But the product looks good.LOOKS in this case are deceiving...On the second orange the cutting point broke off and stuck in the orange.Would I recommend this product? NO!!!

Was LOVING it until the little piece that cuts through the skin of the orange just broke off! Could not believe that it could not hold up to cutting the skin on an orange. Design concept is a great idea but the product does not hold up. broke within two weeks of using it :(

Bought the red with black rubber on the finger handle. Black rubber will break down with citrus juice and make a mess. Stay away.

I'm almost positive this thing was made in china. Didn't even last a week, I chipped the tip and once that happens its useless.

Used this once and the tip is so flimsy it snapped off. DON'T BUY. The tip is made out of plastic.

I ordered a variety pack of colors, not just one color, one pack of 10 were all red and the other was all pink, they still function as well but did not like the colors, was ordered as green, blue , red, pink, black, and other off colors. I was discussed when they came.

These peelers are shown in orange color but I received a magenta color. The color of the item shipped should be listed and leave it to the customer to decide whether or not that color would work for them. I don't appreciate false advertisement since it just wastes everybody's time.

Poor construction.

Great item but was sent the ugly GREEN ones when I paid $2 more than another seller was selling them because I wanted the PURPLE ones! Not pleased!
