I bought this sink as I remodeled my bathroom and switched to bronze fixtures, this sink looks great and was easy to install. It looks great with my other fixtures and fits in my bathroom perfectly. I have nothing bad to say about this faucet and highly recommend it.

Love this faucet!!! I bought two of them for both of my bathrooms. Love the waterfall effect and the waterflow is awesome. It's also a very nice modern sleek look that's a lot less expensive than other brands I've found. Definitely recommended! The only thing I don't like is that water spots are very pronounced on the faucet but I think that's the case with any chrome polish product.

You can't see from the pictures, but when the water comes out it makes a really cool pattern in the water stream.SUPER easy install! Even included the stainless supply lines already connected and clearly marked as hot and cold to take out the guesswork! Included all the gaskets and mounting nuts so no plumbers putty or special tools needed. In fact, I was able to hand-tighten sufficiently to make everything water-tight. (So if you use a wrench, be gentle and don't overtighten.)This looks great, especially with the KES pop-up drain that I bought to complement it!

Ordered this for a quick bathroom remodel. The clean style and the faucet finish both look great. Since the faucet produces a waterfall it works best when kept at a moderate flow and not turned up to 11. This works great for a bathroom, but can splash on some sink basins if turned too high.What really impressed me was the Customer Service from the seller. We received a unit with an internal element that was leaking slightly at the top of the faucet (below the handle). As soon as I let them know they sent out the replacement part the same day, free, without any questions. Although it's never fun to have something have issues it's great to know the company will take care of you when it happens.I hope this info is helpful for others looking for something similar.

Really nice faucet for the price. Its pretty heavy and has a quality feel to it when you use the handle. An easy project compared to other home projects I've done. You'll definitely spend more time removing your old faucet than you will hooking this one up. The only problem I ran in to was the center hole size on my sink was a little too small to fit the threaded tube used to mount the faucet to the cast iron sink. I used a metal file to make the hole a little larger. If you're in the same situation as me don't let that deter you, if you're willing to spend 10-15 minutes to file the opening a little you can make it work. Be careful not to apply too much pressure to the file so you don't chip the finish on your sink. If you have 3 holes on your sink close together like in the picture I posted, you will need a deck plate to cover the other two holes on either side since this faucet only uses the center hole. Also note there is no lever for the drain, this faucet set up requires a push button drain which is also easy to install. the only think is I couldn't get the drain plug to work properly but we don't really need it so it doesn't matter.

These are the perfect change I needed from the almost 18 year old faucets that were in my bathroom when we moved into our house. Installation was easy, aside from the fact that I'd never replaced faucets before. This look is exactly what I was going for and the price was great.

The material it is made of is a little on the cheap side. The parts fit all the components at my house. Everything was easy to install. Good do it yourself.

It looks very nice. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the installation was a little more difficult than expected. I'm sure it was difficult simply because we had never changed a faucet before.

Price is great and well worth the price. we replaced our entire house with these because we were selling. To be honest, as my home, and previously stated in other reviews, I would spend a little more in the guest and master baths and get a better grade. these look great but when you use them, you can tell they are cheap. Great for a lower price point home, not good for a higher price point home with upgrades. It is the typical inexpensive DIY quality you would expect from a homeowner.

Chose for the design and the price. Install is straightforward. Water does not always come out in the designed smooth stream, but does if you wipe a wet finger along the nozzle. Looks nice.

Has a strong water flow so be sure your sink can handle it. They did leak when they arrive, but i was able to take the handle off and tighten it. It also comes with the connection hoses, however they are an off size and had to purchase some adapters to make them work. Overall good quality, quite and looks impressive.

This is a great faucet, it has a very solid look and feel. Does not feel cheap, noise during operation is average.My one complaint is the tip does not adequately aerate causing a lot of excess splashing onto the user.

package arrived the next day! thanks amazon prime! very nice faucet. good water pressure, solid and sleek design. only issue is when i turn the water on sometimes the water comes out in separate streams due to the design and the separators in the spout. i quickly run my finger across the spout and it's corrects it but would be better if the it came out in one stream without me having to run my fingers across the spout. overall though, very nice product and is solid.

Faucet is great but needs a pop up drain as it has no drain mechanism

Faucet seems well made and works well. Installation is straight forward if you have normal plumbing skills. It is priced right.If your old drain is a lever pop up you will need to replace it with a push button pop up.but.....There was no documentation with the faucets. No install instructions, no diagrams, no parts lists, no way to find replacement ceramic disc and no way to even contact the company or distributor.KES also seems to be MIA on the internet.

It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It looks nice and it was easy to install, though. Hardest part was getting the old one out.

It's solid, doesn't feel cheap. Great price! This product sold at big box stores are 70$ or more. Update: color is fading and drain pull broke, scratches easily

I did not realize this was plastic. It would probably be fine in a powder room that is seldom used, but for everyday purposes, it did not hold up. It started to leak after about 3 months. I replaced it with a real faucet from Moen. The name of it says it all "Designer IMPRESSIONS"

We ordered 2 of these for our master bathroom. They are pretty and look very nice! Very happy with the look of them. However, we had a lot of trouble installing one of them and ended up having to call a plumber. The plumber informed us that the faucet itself was faulty! We returned and were quickly sent another one. Customer service was great, but it was sure inconvenient and costly to have a plumber come out for a faulty product!

We bought another Designers Impressions faucet for the kitchen that we absolutely love, so we followed suit and bought some more faucets for the bathroom, and these seemed cheap. Total opposite of the kitchen one we bought previously. They work, and they're better than what we had, but don't expect a whole lot from these. For the price they're doing the job, which is the best I can say.

I guess my expectations shouldn't be very high for a$40 faucet but I bought it because I love the color and design. It is starting to leak from the hot water handle. It is leaving a white residue due to the water. Water shouldn't be leaking from there so I'm thinking the parts inside are poor. Bummed because to return it it have to uninstall it. Not excited to do that do I will deal with a leaky faucet for a while.

The Good: Its a nice quality faucet. All metal and heavy. Good hookups and components.The Bad: Its angled out so if you don't have a huge sink when you turn it on over halfway it sprays water so hard that it splashes everywhere, out of the sink and usually all over the person standing in front of the sink.

Okay...there are soooo many reviews on this faucet...I debated for 2 weeks on whether to buy it or not due to the issues others experienced. I, like one of the other reviewers stated, had a 3 hole sink and had to file down the middle hole to make the apparatus that attaches the faucet to the sink fit. Had I not read the previous review of the person who had to do this, to know how to resolve this issue...I probably would've returned the faucet. But, the filing took less than 5 minutes after purchasing a metal rounded file from Lowes. After doing this installation was easy peezy! However, I too experienced the water pressure issue that made my pipes shake violently once I turned my water valves back on. I did fix this issue by playing around with the intensity of the water pressure BUT I had to make the pressure VERY low in order to not make my pipes shake and cause that disturbing loud noise. A few weeks ago I purchased a similar delta single handle faucet for my master bath that cost $90. I figured I'd try this one and save $30 to install in my downstairs powder room since they were kind of similar. Giving the water pressure issue, I probably would've kicked out the extra $30 for another delta. HOWEVER, since this faucet is in a bathroom that does not get as much use, I will live with the low water pressure...but I would not recommend for a main bath. Also, if you have a 3 hole sink the KES rectangular metal plate worked well with this faucet. Lastly, I read some people had trouble with the water splashing out of the sink due to the waterfall effect but I have a standard sized sink and did not experience this issue at all.

We bought it in preparation for a contractor to install, but of course the entire bathroom took longer than anticipated. When we finally installed it, it leaked from the base of the faucet, which was a KNOWN ISSUE to the supplier. We told them we'd like to return it for a new one, and they said that we had waited too long, so they would "generously" offer to send us the parts to fix the *known issue*. We had to uninstall it, fix it ourselves, and cross our fingers that this was a permanent fix. Yes, it is attractive, but if you aren't handy, don't take the risk.

I like the way this looks, but I had to return the first one because the chrome came off where the red and blue dots are. The second one also has a tiny crack in the chrome in the same place, but I have resigned myself to keep it because of the price. Hopefully the rest of the chrome won't start coming off.

They look nice. Lots of pressure because they aren't low flow but I knew that before I bought them. Problem is we bought two for our double vanity and one is constantly leaking. Came with hoses so we can't just go buy the same ones in the store. At this point one faucet is disconnected. Will be contacting the seller. Tired of having a flooded bathroom floor not to mention the spot in that got ruined in my brand new wall.

Really BEAUTIFUL, heavy and substantial feel. You need a deep sink with these. My sinks are on the shallow side and the water splashes quite a bit. We decreased water pressure using the valves under the cabinet, but that results in an uneven waterfall affect. If I had it to do over again, I would buy a different faucet.

One faucet came broken, I decided to keep it because it was installed before I knew it was broken and labor is expensive. The other one I ordered is clogged after less than 6 months of use.

Have had this installed for 3 days and drain broke at threading. Went to unplug drain and entire thing popped up. Faucet seems decent just dissapointed in drain. Trying to figure out how to request a replacement part.

Beautiful when first installed, but after about 6 mos, it began to corrode. So ugly now that I spray painted it! This may not happen if u keep it really dry, but I have boys and they don't wipe down the faucet after every hand washing.

Easy to install but the finish is not durable. Less than a year after installation, the finish is coming off and the drain assembly is rusting. We were glad to save a few dollars on the initial purchase but now it will have to be replaced due to shabby look and degraded materials. Not recommended.

The 'Designers Impressions 652369 Oil Rubbed Bronze Two Handle Lavatory Bathroom' looks beautiful when initially installed but hasn't lasted us a full year before breaking and rotting to the point it's worth getting something else.I've installed three of them so far; one in a guest bathroom, and two in the master. They went together easily enough, but soon began having problems...Two of the three have had their plastic washers (holding the sink in place) break underneath and had to be taken apart and replaced with new parts from Home Depot. One of the sink stopper/levers stopped working and doesn't close properly, and the third faucet actually stopped working and is plugged up. After taking apart the broken one to try and fix it, I found the base is plastic and has rotted away.. Yes, Colorado water is a 'hard', but it's clean, tasty, and shouldn't destroy the exterior of a faucet in less than a year.I'm giving this an extra star because it does look pretty out of the box and went together easily. However, I can't recommend this product.

One of the handles just spins and spins. Looks like something is stripped inside or something. What a pain. Had the plumber come to install 2 matching ones in the master bath and now we only have one new one and are stuck with one old one until we can exchange it or find a way to have it fixed.

I bought 4 of these. Three of them are fine but the other one began to show water marks or some kind of mark after a few days of use. Tried stainless steel cleaner but didn't work. Contacted customer service via email but was simply ignored. Disappointed.

The quality and accuracy of this faucet is lacking, the base fitting is not square with faucet (manufacturing issue) and the water dispersal does not flow in a single stream on lower flow. I bought 2 of these and they both have the exact same issues.

This faucet was purchased as part of bathroom remodel. While I love the look, it splashes water all over the place. In addition, while we were away on vacation it began leaking and has not only left a permanent water stain on the side of the faucet but has also ruined the new vanity we installed.

So I ordered two for my master bath. Obviously I wanted them to be the same bc they are going to be only a few feet apart. My package arrived to my house two days later. Opened the first box and the product was sturdy and looked great. Opened the second box, same thing. Pleased with the products....individually!! I noticed one was heavier, thought this was weird bc they are "the same product". Only to inspect closer and find out they are NOT the same (even tho I ordered x2 of the same product on Amazon)! Then I started to inspect close and to find out that the corners on one are rounded over and the back had a big gash out of it. They were shipped together but in different boxes and they had different finishes, different names on back of item, and the connections were even different from each other. Very displeased with the situation. Had I ordered only one, I wouldn't have noticed. I'll be taking my money elsewhere for a bathroom faucet.

Several things to note: First, there is no aerator so the water shoots out very quickly. It would splash all over the bathroom until we turned the flow down under the sink. It still is problematic. Second, the finish is not that durable. Within a week of installation the edge of the handle started to develop a rough, whitish texture. No amount of cleaning will remove it.I'm quite disapointed as the overall look of the faucet is great and fits our decor, it just doesn't work well.

I ordered 5 of these. One was perfect...The other 4 however have many marks and spots that don't wipe off, 1 has at least 4-5 dings/dents and 1 has the plastic piece falling out.However, because we like the style so much we will try and order two more and hopefully they won't be as bad as the others.

Came defective. Water was going everywhere!! Finally went and bought a similar (of course more expensive) model at lowes which worked fine.

Finish is coming off and the unit itself is not sealed well.

Bought this with high hopes but the seals are broken and the water leaks from handles and the hot water handle goes backwards as well as forward. Unfortunately our remodel got put on hold and we attempted to install this after our return period. Wasted $40. Also my husband used to work in plumbing so I know it was installed correctly.

I would not buy this product ever again. This is very cheap, mostly plastic and what is metal the paint comes off easy. Don't foresee this being installed long in my house as with just a few uses it will look old and shabby or be broken. Too bad we went on vacation and the time to return has passed. Guess I'll donate the other one I bought that was not installed yet !!! Not happy

1) there is no gasket to seal fixture to vanity top. I had to use plumber's putty for the fixture and drain ring2) the drain pull up bar is loose to the fixture. Not sure how to tighten this up.3) There was a small chrome colored ( I purchased a Satin Nickel finish) very small plastic coated plug sent with the box. Not sure where this is supposed to assemble to.4) The assembly instructions are poor at best. You better know something about plumbing before you attempt to mount in your bathroom.5) Leaking under the knob seal6) knob over rotates and does not stop.

The plastic strainer for the drain broke when installing it. We had to go buy a new one.

Bought two, threw them away after 8 months, there was a chemical taste coming from both units that never went away. One leaked from under the handle and had to take it apart to fix it.

I bought a bathroom faucet on this brand from amazon, and then called the manufacturer for parts, they told me that they can't sell me any parts since they cant find my record & told me that I should ask for help from where i purchased from,

Looks good but the screw nut that holds the faucet tight against the counter doesn't tighten. It seems like it's stripped. The end result is a floppy faucet. Makes an otherwise nice faucet feel cheap. It also has a post shut off drip that is quite alarming. I wouldn't buy.UPDATE: this faucet is junk. The nut assembly simply won't tighten and in fact pulls right off. Since I bought this a while back I can't return it. DONT BUY THIS!!! The manufacturer hasn't gotten in touch with me either. :-(

Having had excellent results with every product I ordered from Amazon, I bought four of these faucets (2 chrome and 2 brushed nickel) for a contemporary project. Almost immediately, one and then both of the chrome faucets started to leak around the base of the handle where it connects to the spout. Inside the new vanity were puddles of water from both leaking faucets. I requested a refund through Amazon. KES contacted me and agreed to replace the first leaking faucet. There was confusion regarding which faucets were defective and my address had changed since the order, but I in turn corresponded the correct information to KES. Nevertheless, we have been going back and forth now for 5 months and I do not have replacement faucets or a refund. Apparently, I see that leakage is an ongoing issue with this manufacturer especially in recent reviews. With me, they blamed damage during shipping, but it is poor manufacturing. KES offered to send two controller replacements stating it is an easy fix. What a joke! Since I am an architect/builder I didn't think I would have a problem doing the fix. Not so. Instructions from KES were not clear and some of the photos were not even the faucet in question. I was not even able to get the controller removed from the faucet. So. . .I wrote KES asking for a refund, but have heard nothing. Of course, it is now past the date to file a claim with Amazon. All this time one bathroom has had no faucets. KES customer service and a poorly made product is unacceptable and should not be offered through Amazon. Always order products from a REAL U.S. company with a telephone number to call and one which stands behind its products. This is an expensive lesson learned. No working product and no refund!!

Very disappointed with this faucet. I am in the process of remodeling a bathroom in our house and saw this faucet with a very high rating and tons of reviews and thought, how can this go wrong? I was unpleasantly surprised by two things.At first, it looked great, the build quality is outstanding, the finish is beautiful, the packaging is nice.Problem #1: When I turned on the faucet for the first time, it sprayed such a powerful stream of water that it got me all wet and got water all over the bathroom. Fine, I turned down the taps(which is not really the right way to do it at all) in an effort to reduce the splashing, which it did, but now the water coming from the nozzle doesn't split evenly and looks stupid. Fine, whatever, it works.Problem #2: The next morning, there was water leaking from under the handle now, like several other reviewers have experienced! What!!! Needless to say I am returning this and I don't want another one. I'll be buying a name brand faucet, even at the insanely high prices they charge(which is a whole other topic) I would rather pay more for something that not only looks good but also FUNCTIONS properly....

we ordered 2 identical faucets and both leaked. we requested two replacements and one works and the other leaks (all work installed by our general contractor)....our only Amazon option is a refund for the now one non-working faucet. i am pleased with the Amazon policy to replace and would like a replacement for the replacement but the menu does not allow such an option.
