Good product, especially for the price!

This fit perfectly over our pre drilled holes which was my main concern. Installation was easy and I didn't realize this also came with a drain cover so I purchased one myself. We did end up having to buy additional piping as what was provided because the sink was taller but I don't feel like that's something that should be the responsibility of the manufacturer to provide. We were VERY happy!

More than glad to found this faucet at less price with the same quality than Home Depot.

I couldn't be happier with this faucet. It was priced right for a ok faucet. Once I received it and installed it I knew I had gotten a great faucet. All parts came in the box. Instructions were easy to follow. It has a very soft touch to turn the water off, much like the very expensive faucets have.

If you have experience with high end faucets and fixtures... Sure you can tell the difference in overall quality. That said this is a fantastic faucet for the money spent. The colors and finish on the faucet are absolutely spot on with high end expensive fixtures. Easily matches to other brands as well.Be sure and tighten up the handle and downspout connectors after you receive it prior to installing for a much better feeling fixture.

Beautiful faucet set! I highly recommend, dont listen to the bad reviews... The nuts to mount them have to be perfectly flat and carefully started(reason people complained that it came stripped. (I almost stripped mine, until I slowed down and took my time.) looks amazing with my marvel vanity!

This feel and looks like a $200 faucet from Koehler. We could not believe the quality at this price is fantastic!! Its beautiful and we are putting them in every bath!

LOVE IT!!! Looks beautiful in my guess bathroom, thinking about putting them in the master as well. It was fairly easy to install and love the fact that the spout moves left to right.

So pretty! My plumber didn't have any complaints about installing them. The only thing I notice is that the handles wiggle a little even though they are installed correctly, but this hasn't been an issue so far. I like how the faucet can move so I can wash my face without getting water droplets all over it (which you can easily see because it's so shiny). I would definitely buy these again.

The only problem that we had with this faucet, was that the stopper did not line up straight with the holes for the sink. I'm not sure if this was intentional, or a design flaw on one of the two parties, but I would have preferred if it was straight. Install was easy, but we had to get an extender/converter to properly connect it to the house plumbing. I also need to crawl back underneath and tighten it to the counter again because it is a little loose.

Works well and looks very similar to our old faucet, which had gone bad after 15 years of service. It seems however to have a slightly slower output than the old one. If it lasts as long as the previous one, I would be very happy with it .

Very nice. Seems to be made of good quality except for the water plug handle. That seems to be made of a cheap maybe plastic and paint scratched off with the first use(good thing we rarely pull that lever to see that). The faucet it very nice looks perfect in my guest bathroom. Worth what I paid best price I found for this type of faucet.

its cheap and works, doesn't leak, and looks great. Yet owning this for about 8 months it starts to get calcium stains on it, which essentially ruins it. I think its because since this is a cheaper plastic unit, the calcium sticks to the paint better???cheap for a quick flip or remodel but dont expect it to last forever.

We remodeled our guest bathroom, adding a shower where there had previously been only a tub, and changed all the hardware to bronze. As we are semi-retired, cost was an issue and we pinched pennies wherever possible. The price was right on this faucet . It arrived within a few days of ordering and looked fine. However, my husband installed it and said that the installation instructions that accompanied it were for a different unit. He was eventually able to figure it out and it looks and works fine; I especially like the design, with a high clearance beneath the faucet. But we have only had it for a few weeks--and it is the guest bath--so I can't speak to the reliability or longevity of the product.

This product exemplifies "you get what you pay for". The faucet does an excellent job looking like it's more expensive equivalent, but turning the knobs or the faucet head is very unsatisfying. The faucet head is very loose in its base, and turning it makes me fear that it will break without much provocation. The handles also have a bit of play, which lend to the feeling of cheapness.The included plastic drain works well, but I could not install the pop-up because the knob for it required too steep of an angle. This is a problem with my sink, and not the faucet.If you are looking for a sink that will be used heavily and turned a lot, then perhaps invest in a more durable one. This one works well if you want something nice looking for a guest bathroom that isn't used all that often.

Quality product

Is perfect, except for the fact drain or pop up drain thing behind the faucet is a little bizarre and not centered. After some trial and error we got it working okay, still not centered ! Gorgeous otherwise. Also it doesn't come with water supple tubes !

One of the taps slightly leaked out of the box. Contacted the company and they quickly sent 2 valves and now works great and I have an extra valve. So company support is great! Had it in place with daily use for a few months and no complaints.

Good product, the quality is not as good as the real Moen products, but it looks the same.

Some of my bathrooms I have polished nickel and some brushed. I prefer the polished but not the Polished price. This is a nice looking piece. Quality product

Installation was easy for a moderately skilled home-maintenance experienced individual. You will need deep socket wrench and extension if installing as a replacement fixture. I would rate the build quality on these as somewhat average. The spigot does not empty out as a nice collumated stream of airated water. It is more rippled. In addition the drain plug puller is difficult to pull up and down since it was made bent.

The quality of the actual faucet is good. My complaint is the larger plastic washer piece that screws into the bottom of the sink. I wasn't able to install that without it leaking. Finally gave in and had a plumber fix the leak. It took him quite a bit of finagling to stop the leak as well.

We have had these for over a year...difficult to install and the color is fading near the front where water hits it. Still an amazing price tho compared to Home Depot or Lowes.

I like it but come to find out that the finish under the handles is wearing off from just normal use. Bummed due to the price I would expect a better quality product. But the rest of the faucet is holding up well and it is sturdy. Three toddlers have not loosened it or bent it.

Faucet is a decent replacement for an old ugly faucet like mine. If you have the money I would buy a nicer brand personally but this will get the job done so long as your semi delicate with it. The water spout actually swivels which is nice at times but also scares me as there is a lot more play than I would like. Feels like if I had kids or careless individuals using it than it would break rather quickly.

I opened the package and thought this faucet was the steal of the century. It looks really high end. The mechanics of it are not top notch though. For the parts that go under the sink, i had to use some pieces from my old faucet because they seemed to work better.The only thing that actually bugs me is that the bronze on the sink hole area portion piece started curroding within just a couple of weeks. So the outside edge around the circle is looking warn already. Im thinking about seeing if i can buy a different piece and swap it out. But it isnt so bad that i cant live with it. Pretty minor dissapointment overall

I absolutely love the design of this faucet but the right handle is extremely loose. Is there anyway that we can tighten that handle? I don't want to send it back and would love to be able to give this 5 stars IF the right handle was tighter. Can you please help? Thank you!

Ordered two sets of faucets. They're gorgeous, and I would give 5 stars for that, however, both sets were missing the same piece needed to hook everything up. Had to call company to have pieces sent. Definitely frustrating.

We bought this for a house we are building, but were not quite to the stage where we needed yet. I had it packed away in storage and got it out for our plumber to use today. It is a beautiful, heavy pot filler, so as far as happiness with the product, I give it 5 stars. My issue is that I was given two cold knobs rather than a hot and cold. This is a problem because we are running hut water to our pot filler. It seems cheap to have a "c" on a nice fixture when what comes out is "h". I have missed the return window and am not sure to go about getting my "h" knob.

Everything works as it should but the screen at the spout is not removable so when it finally clogs which it will, the only remedy will be to either replace the whole unit or cut it out. Not sure how the water is going to flow with it gone.

Very pretty item but had to return- didn't fit in my bathrooms.

Faucet get extremely hot when hot water is turned on.

great price just not sure about the clip and lock water lines they provide. finish is great and drain is not plastic. they where batting 1000 till I saw the water connects.

I got these when we remodeled our house in 2014. They looked great but that is the only thing I can say about them. It will be close to 3 years that we got these and they all will need to be replaced. They started to get green and white corrosion over all of them and are extremely hard to clean. They have started to lose the bronze finish and look like something I've had for 30 years. If you only want them to last a few years, then I guess they would work. If you are looking to have them last 10 years then I would suggest a better quality. I've begin switching all our faucets to German made. We had a similar situation with our kitchen faucet that broke twice in the first 18 months. I ditched it and bought a German one and we absolute love it!

I bought two brass faucets, one for my kitchen by a different manufacturer and this one for the bathroom. When I opened the box I first noticed that it was missing the water lines, the other purchase had. Then I noticed the instructions were for a completely different faucet. When I looked at the rest of the pieces I saw that the pull up knob was for a completely different faucet as well. IT was silver with a little white ball on it, not brass like the rest of the faucet. In other words I completely different part.I can say that the brass faucet part itself is very pretty and feels solid and heavy like it is good quality. I can tell thought that the sink drain fitting won't fit my sink because it seems larger than a standard size. I'd recommend it if it came with the right instructions and the right pieces and a few of the needed supplies for an install. I would't purchase from this company again because of the poor quality control over what they mail out. The instructions were for a single hole, stainless steel model with a single handle.

The faucet failed within 1 year. It started dripping from the hot side I did not find a fix for it and had to replace it. I could not a place to get warranty service.

It has been less than a year and the product is already starting to corrode. We have well water, but have a nice water softener. The faucet is turning green already and is going to have to be replaced.

Very nice looking faucet but poor quality. Do yourself a favor and go with a faucet made out of brass. I loved the way this look but the handles felt like they were going to snap off and one of the handles was super loose and couldn't be tightened. I returned this and got a much better quality one for $5 more.

The faucet looks nice and I like how high the arch is, but two have broken within months of install. The drain assembly just falls apart with no warning and water goes all underneath the cabinets. This has happened with two faucets made by this company, one being the faucet above, the other being a different style but same manufacturer. Do not waste your money on this; go buy the more expensive brand that you won't have to fix three months down the road... and have to deal with water logged cabinets.

This manufacturer has seriou quality control issues, I ordered brushed nickel finish, it came with polished chrome finish inside the box, but the package indicated brushed nickel. Returned it and ordered another one, the faucet head came crooked, not found until the return window is closed on me.

Beautiful product, well finished and an excellent buy. And I love the fact that the faucet swivels! HOWEVER< it is now about 10 months since its installation and this morning, the handle on the hot water side sheared completely off and now cannot be used at all. VERY disappointing and not resolved yet.

I love the look of this faucet. But after one month of use one faucet already has a drip.

reviewed wrong color twice :( it leaks

When I received this product, the spout was crooked and couldn't be aligned. It would therefore shoot water to the side of the sink. Overall a beautiful faucet but obviously quality assurance was overlooked. This is a manufacturing defect and should not have been sent out to a customer. Unfortunately I can no longer return it and it will end up who knows where.

So mad because they started to oxidize in one month. Can't get the spots off.

Zero water pressure using this assembly. Very disappointed. Has to be replaced being its past the return period (house just moved into), I'm out the cost.

The finish seems just painted on and looks as if it will wear off in a few cleanings. The drain pop-up pig doesn't work right and drain pipe is smaller diameter than the old faucet causing a leak.Hopefully I can get a refund, if not..... I learned don't buy cheap faucets.

Don't buy this product. This is the second one I have received of this item. The first one the cold water handle internal valve was broken. The second one had the same problem. it is a piece of #%&@. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still don't have my new sink working in the bathroom .This is the only item that I have purchased from Amazon that had this type of problem.

Tightened the handles and they are still loose. A little bothersome. Water tastes funny now. Hope that wears off. 2 weeks in and still tastes funny. Beautiful though. Update: bad news. It is dripping and the handles are still loose. Wasted my money. So disappointed.

I installed this last week, now it's leaking. There is a metal rod attached to a plastic ball meant to move the drain stopper up and down. It leaks around that ball, and looking closely at it after taking it apart again, I can see why. Just a stupid design. You can tell the stopper was added as a after-thought; the hole drilled into the back of the faucet was ugly.Additionally, the included instructions were for another faucet completely. You get what you pay for these days.

I ordered this faucet for my bathroom that we were remodeling and after opening the box to put in the faucet there was missing parts, which made this faucet useless, needless to say there was no option to exchange this item so now I have to do a return and find something else. I have included the photo of missing parts :(

This faucet is not worth buying. I got the first one and the chrome was damaged/marked/scratched in multiple places. Got a replacement and now just installed it and it is loose at the gooseneck and water is squirting out around the attachment--this is not a spot that can be tightened. Must return this faucet again.

Do not purchase this item!!! Any money I saved on this hardware has been spent 2x on problems with installation. The hot/cold handles either turn backwards (toward the wall) or have to installed backwards (hot right or cold left) or have to improperly marked (hot=cold and vice versa). But the kicker is that the drain piece is so cheaply made that the tightening but that holds the whole drain together isn't even threaded properly SO THE WHOLE DRAIN HAS TO BE REPLACED! I would never buy from this company again nor would I recommend their products. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!I REPEAT.....DO NOT!!!!!Faucet came in with 2 left handles, and no right. Middle stem was pitted. If you have well water and even got the correct handles, this faucet will not last. Called ultra themselves twice and sent an email with no response. Cheap product and the company could care lesser than less.

Very disappointed. Have three of these. Supply lines and pop up valves are faulty and leak on two of them. Water all over a new vanity. Not happy.
