| Worked ok for about the first 3 times I used ...October 13, 2017 Worked ok for about the first 3 times I used it. Laminated a few things each time. Then just stopped working. It will heat up, but the rollers don't move. And of course, I can't return it!!!! Cheaply Made and Does Not Work!September 13, 2017 This machine arrived while I was out of town. The first time I used it, it failed to work - roller jams, creases images and melts plastic sheets in clumps. Of course, the return window has just expired, and it seems Amazon is no longer selling this unit. So there is no way to contact the company either, which seems to be out of the US. I'm out the entire cost, not one single item laminated successfully, with no recourse!! Don't waste your money!August 23, 2017 It did not work! The instructions were not very clear. you need to push the paper by hand so you can't tell if it actually worked. The left side of the rollers seemed to be glued together so I can't use the 13" pockets. When I raised it up to see what was stuck a lot of little pieces of black plastic fell out. This all occurred within 15 minutes of opening it. DO NOT BUYNovember 14, 2016 The laminator ate the paper shortly after I got it. This is cheap and has not lasted 3 months. Also, I can't return it. Looks sleek and fancy but don't waste your moneyAugust 13, 2016 I didn't like several things. First, the bottom lays flat on the table and gets very hot underneath. Second, there's no type of tray for the paper to lay on as it goes inane the opening isn't at an angle. So if you have smaller pieces spread around that you are trying to feed into the laminator, u have to hold it up at an angle yourself until it's in enough.Another laminator I had came with a tray to hold your page as it went thru.Besides the above , the lamination was fine....until a week ago.A page is stuck and folded in on itself and is stuck inside. No part sticking out of either side. So I'm at a loss of what to doThe release only works if u can grab a part to pull out I received it on July 2 and it broke August 9. I should've bought the one from Walmart that was $20 and lasted 5+ years This will waste your time to get wrinkled and air-bubbled laminationFebruary 6, 2016 Not enough heat.
