Five Star Reviews: | 57% Body Fat Blaster! A Must Have for Weight Loss September 22, 2016 In May I gained nearly 15 pounds more than my normal weight from stress and eating take-out. I wasn't happy and decided to change what I wa doing. I went on a diet and incorporated this supplement to help me cut down the stomach fat. In a week (with proper nutrition of course) I noticed significantly decease in my stomach size. I measured about an inch that I lost incorporated with a no-carb, veggie and protein rich, low calorie diet. This definitely boosted my weight loss. I've done this week-long diet in the past to reboot my tastebuds back on raw and health food and never saw such a significant amount of weight loss in a small amount of time. The only caveat to this was my increased sensitivity to caffeine. I already am slightly sensitive (I can only have 24 oz before getting heart palpitations) and this increased my sensitivity to where I could only have one cup a day. Arthritis YES, energy YES, weight loss NO June 4, 2016 UPDATE 7/2/17I'm no longer taking any meds, just this.I used to get knee injections. The last time was about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. No problem walking.I've tried a different brand. Four Star Reviews: | 17% Works, but (Eat right, works better) February 20, 2017 Didn't realize on how much this helped with my diet until I stopped taking it. (My personal experience) Eating a bunch of trash (complex carbs, breads, etc.), will do more harm than good. Eating lean greens/protein, NO or low sugar, really improves performance. Awesome but beware of too much sun exposure/heat May 20, 2016 This supplement is really helping my diet. It's helping me stay energized which is a huge issue for me (I'm on a really sedating antidepressant). I feel awake, but not sped up. This takes the place of most of my caffeine for the day minus the extra calories. My only precautionary measure is NOT taking this if i'm going to be in the sun for the day or somewhere too warm. I could easily see this adding to dehydration, so beware of that. It definitely makes me run warmer as it's a stimulant and this is to be expected. Satisfied September 2, 2015 27M. 80 pills in. Currently one of the mainstay supplements in my routine (multivitamin, calcium, magnesium, BCAAs, protein, creatine, others). I lift heavy weights 3-4 times a week and maintain tiptop cardio health. My next update will be a month from now which will be October 1st which will include exercise 4-5 times a week and better eating.wish me luck. 800mg Per Capsule AND Standardized for Chlorogenic Acid August 30, 2015 This is my second bottle that I've order, the first bottle was 60 capsules, but I decided to get the whole shebang this time with 180 capsules. Admittedly, I did 'fall off' my eating and exercise plan for a bit while I was taking the first batch, but I managed to lose 3lbs nonetheless within that month; I took two capsules before lunch and two capsules before dinner. This go around, I endeavor to stay consistent with eating the necessary portions and getting adequate exercise. The main reasons I chose to get the second bottle is: A): It is standardized for Chlorogenic Acid, which is the active ingredient in Green Coffee Bean Extract products; regardless of which brand you use, just make sure that it is standardized for this ingredient as many brands are not standardized. B): I am especially happy that there are 800 mg per capsule - I used to use a different brand and it was only 400 mg per capsule, so I had to take more of them, which I was not a fan of doing. C): No fillers - just the GCB and the veggie capsule.All in all, I am pleased with this product and brand. Edit: Slightly Caffeinated Per Seller November 23, 2015 Edit: After corresponding with the seller, it's common for decaffeinated products such as this to still have small amounts of caffeine, which is why the label on the bottle says "contains caffeine". I recently began working out again 6 weeks ago doing free weights 3 times a week and walking about 6-8 miles per day. January 16, 2017 I've used green coffee bean extract for a couple years and I know what it tastes like. This is supposed to be a strong dose of 800 mg. per cap. So I opened it up and it had very little taste of green coffee bean extract!. The taste should have been very strong! I tried to return them since I just received them less than 2 weeks ago, but seller had a no return policy. I should have known better because the price was so low! Not for me October 8, 2015 I was looking for something to replace my bee pollen that worked amazingly but thanks to counterfeiters, I can no longer get. I decided to give these a try due to all the positive reviews but they failed to yield any results.I took these everyday, in combination with the Garcinia Cambogia pills, and nothing. No added energy, no appetite suppression (which is my real purpose for buying these because, seriously, I have the appetite of 4 truckers after a 5 day fast) just nothing. I'm pretty active and eat healthy so I though that in addition that, these pills would help me lose those stubborn pounds. By the time the both bottles were empty, I had not lost one ounce. Doesn't work. July 2, 2015 I wouldn't say I hate it but I also wouldn't say it works either. I took this along with Garcinia Cambogia for a month. I did not lose any weight but was pooping a lot more. I did feel less bloated I guess but I needed the bathroom like 4 times a day. If it gave results I would be ok with that. I am just continuing to use what I have so if a miracle happens I will update this review. Issues January 4, 2015 The bottle had less capsules (different sizes) than what the bottle claim. Expiration date was typed by a marker, and was partially erased. It had barcode stickers; one of them covered supplement facts, the other had the sticker on the name of the products. I didn't try the product to admit if it is working or not. It doesn't seem safe to me. Does suppress appetite BUT causes MAJOR withdrawal symptoms, even from 1/4 dose. December 28, 2014 Does suppress appetite BUT it contains more caffeine than advertised. On the bottle it says "very low caffeine". I took 1/4 of the recommended dosage, in the morning, for about 4 weeks. It did suppress appetite, but when I went off of it to prepare for a nutritional cleanse, I experienced TERRIBLE withdrawals, as if I was coming off of a major coffee habit (I haven't had coffee or tea in over 2 months), including headaches, fatigue, lightheadedness and stomach discomfort, all of which were far more severe than I've ever had with coming off of actual coffee, and these withdrawal symptoms have now lasted 3 days and counting.Also, there are a lot of warnings on the internet to not consume more than 1200 mg of green coffee bean extract. That would mean you should only take 1.5 of these capsules per day (these contain 800 mg per cap). The directions on the bottle is to take 2 twice daily. That would be 3200 mg per day!!! Like I said, I only took 1 capsule (800mg) daily, and am having this issue. I can't imagine the withdrawal if someone were to come off of 3200 mg per day. I'm going to try a brand that is a lower dose per capsule, and states the exact amount of caffeine content. But just like all supplements November 23, 2014 I brought the product after i read so many reviews. But just like all supplements, its not made for everyone and some people are more sensitive while others are not. I love the idea of having a all natural product to assist with weight lost, however, it didn't really do much for me. I was still havine my regular appetite and did not lose weight after three weeks.
