I take two garcinia cambogia and one green coffee bean, with vitamin c, 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. It really does suppress the appetite and helps me only eat a serving size not two or three like normal and i am not hungry between meals. I love to eat and this has really helped me cut down on my snacking in between meals and in the evenings. I also like how it is made in the USA as well. In addition to adding these pills to my diet, I began working out between 3-5 times a week. I did not loose any weight on these pills, the only difference I noticed was that the mixture of these pills definitely curbed my appetite where I didn't eat as much, and the Green Coffee Bean extract gave me energy. For weight loss, use in conjunction with garcinia February 20, 2015 I'm currently using this in conjunction with garcinia cambogia. I used the garcinia for about 3 weeks before starting this. I think it has helped a little, but I don't think it would work well without the garcinia. Combined, my appetite is well suppressed and I have to actually remind myself to eat.It hasn't given me any kind of side effects that I've noticed; no jitters or difficulty sleeping.I wouldn't recommend using this product alone for weight loss. I definitely recommend using the California Products brand garcinia as I found it to have the highest concentration per capsule at a very low cost.
