Was a great replacement for a worn out internal battery. Much cheaper than a battery replacement of $59.00. Good seller great product.

Nice style and feel, slim profile and fits in my pocket nicely.Directions say to keep it 'on' until it discharges, then the phone uses its internal battery. I found that if I let the phone battery discharge to about 10%, then turn the case 'on', it easily charges the phone to 100% and continues to keep the phone charged. Not an issue, just an observation. Also, a small piece of black electrical (or just pick your favorite), tape keeps the top half of the case always connected to the bottom half.i had an issue (I thought), with this case. With the phone in the case, the speakers refused to work. I contacted SQdeal and they offered to replace it, and even refund my return postage. I communicated a few times with 'Alice' who kept me in the loop regarding the RMA and the replacement case. When the new case arrived, I had the same results.To make an already too long story a bit shorter... jump to the end... the problem with the phone was the charging port, which I readily found online and replaced it myself. I popped it in the case, and life couldn't be better.

Works great so far. After a day at school my phone is still at least at 70% where before I'd have to charge it by noon. The case fits nice on my phone and was a good price.

Bought product and was skeptical. So far it's been great. The top portion doesn't clip in very securely but does stay on. With avg use for a 18 hour day. I finished the day with no battery left in the case and 65% on phone. Before the phone would be dead in a few hours.

This review is for the case only. You have to buy the base separately. I have a base that I leave at home and one at the office. Now I don't have to search for charging cables or an outlet. Just drop the phone on the charger and you're done. I love both the case and the powermat.

Love it!

I wanted the guts of this unit to use with another phone, and this was the simplest and cheapest I could find. Using a hair dryer, I heated the back which allowed me to pry the case apart. The Samsung S3 version is better since it only has three wires; this one has a lot more which I haven't figured out yet, but that's on me.If I owned an iPhone 4, this would be ideal since it presents a micro USB at the bottom of the case.

Love this and the whole charging station set-up, all for under $10.00 I have had this for months now and no problems with the exception of sometimes having to move the phone around a little until it connects properly but not a big deal. I do not know how they are making money on this product its so inexpensive?

This is a very nice case for the iPhone 4/4S. I already have a powermat, I just needed the case to go with it. I ordered one of these before months ago and it lasted a long time before the top piece cracked from where I dropped it. That's not why it gets 4 stars though. It's a case, it's meant to protect your phone if you drop it, and it did it's job. The case took the damage and it broke instead of my phone. This case can take multiple drops too. I've dropped my phone on concrrete more than once and it's been completely fine. It was the case that took the damage like it was meant for.The only reason I am giving it a 4 star rating is because the clip on part on top doesn't fit entirely snugly when you snap it in place. Like, it wobbles a bit. I just took some double stick tape and stuck it to the top part of the case on the inside and left the seal on the other side alone so it would act as a padding and wouldn't wobble anymore. That was just my quick fix for it though, maybe it will be a good idea for others who are having the same problem with that wobble and want the case to fit more snug on their phone. The wobble is very very slight, but it just bothered me for some reason lol.But other than that, this is an awesome case. Fits good in your hand, has a sleek finish, pretty durable.

I had the black one, it came with the charging mat, but after a couple of months it wouldn't charge while using the normal method, it would only charge with the mat, But i blame my self because i used it a lot in the car while connecting my phone to my U Connect system for listening to music.. i bought another black one and it got broken, my friend fell on the cover lol, this is the 3rd cover i get, and i'm happy because the silver color adds a unique look to the phone, every1 was asking if this was an iphone5, cuz it makes ur phone looks bigger n cooler!i would rate this 4.5 out of 5 !because taking the phone out of the cover and putting it back a number of times will eventually lead to scratching the lip/tip of ur phone, especially in the upper corners of your phone.

It is good, but the battery is very hot when you're charging

Gets the job done, good battery life, but the top slips off easily.

Not much to say - extends the run time of the phone as intended however it adds bulk but any of the battery packs like this will be the same. No complaints with the battery and only dropped a star because of my personal opinion about how it fits my needs. Havent owned it long enough to determine if the batter quality is good or not.

It solved my proble!I can get through the day of without having to recharge my battery in the middle of the day...

Ever since I updated my 4S to OS version 9.0 and most recently to 9.2 my phone battery lasts less than 4hr, even in airplane mode. Until I updated the OS to version 9.0 I use to get a full day out a charge. I tried turning off apps to see if something was running in the background, but that did not help either. Reading on Apple.com, there were lots of other 4S and 5 users complaining about the same thing. My wife on the other hand retains OS version 8'something, and continues a full day on a single charge. I figure its Apples way of forcing those of us who do not buy into updating our phones every time a new phone is rolled out. Anyway, I cannot travel without a charge cable even across town without the phone battery draining and phone turning itself OFF. Bought the Powermat and regained near a full day use without frequent charging. The dimensions are near the same size of the Otter Commuter I had for the phone. Once you place the phone into the case, the phone can be charged with a mini-USB charge cord, and it charges the case battery too. The price of the Duracell Powermat was much cheaper than buying a new phone or a phone upgrade. The Powermat has resolved my battery life issue (for now).

The top closing flap is odd. All the cases are the same as we have multiple. Specifically, I recommend not making a habit of removing the case or the top closing flap could get permanently cockeyed. This is the only part where that makes me think the product should get 4 stars.Cause plug is a micro-usb. For me, I have plenty of micro-usb cables to choose from. For other it makes it incompatible with the 30-pin connected accessories like docks, radio docks, car adapters, etc.Shipped quickly from the seller. Case was brand new in retail box. Color is FUSCIA, not pink. The picture is inaccurate, honestly I don't even know how a pink picture exist since there is no true pink case. The case we received is definitely fuchsia which has as different hue than true pink.My wife's bridesmaids dresses were fuchsia, I will forever know what fuchsia is....fuchsia.

For the price this is a really nice induction charging case which also offers protection from drops. The case also has a built-in micro USB port for charging in the car or from a portable USB battery. The case slides on the phone easily but is harder to take off which is good as you wouldn't want the case to come off inadvertently. The black glossy finish looks nice but scratches easily and is a fingerprint magnet. Charging using my Duracell Powermat TravelMat Travel Charger can be tricky because this case has a curved back while the Travelmat is flat. The different color choices offered is a nice bonus and since the price is so low you could have several without having to spend a lot.

This is my 2nd purchase for my iPhone 4S. It's super convenient to be able to charge without a cord. Just drop my phone on the pad each evening and it charges right up. Only downside is that it's not the most protective cover for your phone, but the wireless charging is just too convenient. The cover itself is reasonably thin, and it converts your phone to a micro USB connector. The micro USB connector stopped working on my previous cover after about a year. The connector somehow got damaged but if your a heavy phone user, like me, most covers get knicked up and need replacing after a year or so. In this case replacing the cover was no big deal for me and the cost was reasonable.

I tried a dozen times to get this to work. It would get the magentic attraction but never charged. I could connec it to the universal charger and it would charge but then I though why have 2 things when I should only need one, So back goes the battery case.This is followup to my review. After returning the charger, I decided to order another one that came with a new Powermat. This time it worked perfectly. The new one does not work on the old matt that I have had fr about 4 years, but it works with ease on the new mat the new one says "Made for Iphone" on the box.

I bought this particular case for my girlfriend because she loves pink and I happened to have a 2 device Powermat so it would make charging easy at my place since we only had one charger there for the both of us. The only Con I can think of that kept it from getting that 5th star is that the portion of the case where the top and bottom meet to allow you to snap on/off your phone...is very very flimsy. It makes the case look cheap overall because it's flimsy and kind of hangs a bit meaning that if you view your case from the side, it isn't flush. My associates enjoy my little novelties and technical advances, but they all noticed the cheap build of the top and bottom connection.

Broke within 5 days of use.

I really liked this case. It's small and it holds a big charge. But it broke after only two months and it won't charge up anymore.

It lasted about 6 months, The charging port is broken so I can't plug it up to charge without twisting it to work and the top cover never really snapped on. It would always slide off. It was good for 6 months and at this price you get what you pay for. It does get hot while charging your phone.

It works but the directions are vague. Alice from customer service took care of me. I wish it had a lip that protected the phone better

Very usefull.

It's useful, in that it allows me to charge my iPhone 4s using Android chargers... That feature alone accounts for the 3 stars. I don't own an actual Powermat, so rarely use that function to charge it with, but when I have utilized the mat elsewhere, like another reviewer mentioned, you have to really search around for the right spot on the mat to get it to charge..Another reviewer mentioned the issue with the case being incredibly slippery, which is absolutely true. I am now on my 3rd Powermat case and have had to attach a piece of Vel-Cro to the back of each to keep them from sliding off of every surface to the floor. The case does a pretty good job of protecting the iPhone glass though, which is also great.And lastly, the previous case only charged properly through the Android-style port for 7 months before it broke and I had to replace it.. These cases are inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for!

Quality is good. I need a case that my Mom can grip better with arthritis but could not find one. Overall the wireless charging is great for her. I imagine the younger folks won't worry about the smooth texture. I would still recommend this with the wireless charging for someone difficulty gripping the smooth case. I am planning to add some textured tape to the case and hope this will help.

I missed the part where it said i needed to buy the mat so now its costing me more. I originally only wanted a case that would charge my phone when i was not able to access an ojtlet on the wall.

I love the case, I love the idea, I love the technology.I hate the iPhone.The Good: Easy Charging, no more plugging and unplugging. I've been using this on my Droids for years and converted my wife's iPhone. Also converts your 30 pin to a micro usb, which works with iTunes etc.The Bad: If you are hard on your phone (She is) the dock can become screwed up and it will default to dock mode and won't play music through the speakers. We've been trying to determine if this is the case or the phone, but my guess is the phone, because I have these on my phone with no issues.The Verdict: I really like this product, and I'm a huge powermat fan. The iPhone 4/4s is a perfect candidate for it (no more $30 cables) But I have tossed the phone, so you be the judge.

This case is meant for charging. Don't buy it expecting it to protect your case as well as the otterbox stuff out there. The screen broke a few weeks after purchase. It simply has no screen protection, as the case only comes flush with the glass on the front. If it drops on the front from any angle, I don't like the odds of it surviving. Yes, the iPhone seems susceptible to screen-breaking, and you shouldn't drop your phone, but since this is for iPhones and people will have accidents, this may not be the best buy. I'm in love with inductive charging though, and power mat does it well, so I'll probably be back once I get my new phone!

It's written 3200 mah but in its manual book it's written 1900 mah.And also gets too hot while charging.

Two pieces not close anytime in my Iphone 4G HELP!

Plug is loose after a few months of use. This thing heats up the the point parts of it is melting.Dont recommend charging a dead phone with a dead pack.

I've had 2 of these, the battery seems ok but the USB input jack breaks easily. My second one lasted less than a month. It's finished.

The two parts of the battery case do not lock when attached to the iPhone and the iPhone's screen is not covered by the battery case's edges, as with other cases.

Used it for a week or two, kept loosing the ability to connect with the charging mat.

I think it's a ripoff to sell the case only because it's useless because you need to buy the power mat. I think they should have sold them together.

I thought it was a phone case that had the battery in it. It is just a universal plug to charge your phone. It is very slick so I put my other case back on because I knew if I dropped it my screen would crack.

It doesn't charge fast shipping but I just bought this and let it charge over night when I plugged it in to my phone it didn't do anything cool case tho

This case is complete crap! It hasn't worked right from day one and now less than a week later it won't plug in properly to even charge the case alone (I've had to take the phone out at night to charge it separately because if you try to do the case and phone it only charges the phone unless you switch it to off, then only the case). I fully charged it last night (had to make sure the plug was making contact and keep it that way) and it only charged the phone maybe 5% then stopped. The case I had before worked great and would fully charge the phone (and charge both the phone and charger overnight) until my 3yo threw it on the ground and broke the battery off.

Two weeks battery case worked perfectly, third week on its shows up only 1 LED light after 8hr all night plugged in to charge. Tried different cables and power sources, after trying a few more times, I replied them its not work they replied back check the charger. this item is worth 2 weeks and waste of time to sit around changing charger etc, to fix the problem with battery case and replying buyer back and forward email.

Top part literally falls off with no pressure. Terrible design, as others have said. And the screen is exposed. There's no protective lip around the screen, so it will be very easy to crack the screen/glass of the phone . I would definitely not buy it again. Sorry I did the first time.

I have had two of these over the past 2 years and I like how it functions as a whole but the ad is not truthful. When mine recently broke (charger connection broke off for the second time) I took it apart to see if I could salvage it. I noticed on the side of the battery, it clearly states 2000mAh not the 3500mAh that is started in the ad. For that reason alone, don't get it!!!! and it gets hot if you try to charge your phone through the case like it says you can do.

If you are like me and still carrying around a 4/4S, forget this case and opt for the next step up. This was my third (and worst) external battery case; the battery lasted but 45 days.Pros - Nice on/off switch - Bright blue LEDs - It taught me a lesson -- if the price looks too good to be true, it probably IS.Cons- After owning it for 45 days, a fully-charged battery provides only 5% of a charge- Gets hot during recharging -- so much so that one night it melted a portion of the case- Interior body of the case warped (due to the above heat?), making for a poor fit to phone- Top portion does not clip well into body of case.- Case does not protect the edges of the top glass (like the others mentioned in the title)Other info- I used a MaxBoost for 400 days with full discharge/charge cycles each day. The battery or a connection finally failed- I am still using a uNu that has 3 months of service.

Lasted one day. Took a full charge then didn't take one after that. Tried different cables and power sources, after trying a few more times before sending it back the USB port fell out. At that I point I didn't bother sending back since we technically broke it, can't return a broken item.

I guess this product is good if your phone charger for your iPhone is broken and you have a extra android charger laying around but I was totally misled by the product description.

This case is not working it stop working after about three week I highly disappointed

On my 3rd case in a year because the microUSB connector on the case keeps failing to make contact after about 6 months of daily calendar syncs (5-10x per week, typical sync usage). I'm hoping they used a connector with a higher insertion rating, but we'll see in 6 months. [Because of this flaw, I am reduced to doing wireless sync with iTunes which doesn't function at work because I'm logged into the enterprise WiFi and the iPhone can't.]In the mean time, this case doesn't seem to fit quite right in the single station charger with the vertical guides on the four corners from pre-Duracell PowerMat. It fits in close enough to charge, but just that little bit off. Sticks up 1/8 inch (3 mm) at one end or the other. As a consequence it takes more power to charge. I measured 2.5W on this case and only 2.1W on the old, pre-Duracell PowerMat case.*** UPDATE 5 Months later ***So I didn't even get six months out of this one. Only 5. Both the microUSB *and* the inductive charge pickup failing. The first one I owned was before Duracell bought them. Very disappointed in PowerMat since Duracell bought them because of change in dimensions, loss of efficiency / longer charge time, and unreliability of the microUSB connector and inductive pickup coils. 5-6 month life -- get real!
