Recommend - great alternative to rigid SUP
October 9, 2016
Love it - rigid when fully inflated. Takes a little work to inflate, but we love it. We thought we wanted a solid-surface board (or whatever they're called), but this is great because it can just go in the trunk of the car and come out when it's ready to hit the water. No special racks or anything like that. We've had it all summer and it's still working well - no air leaks, stays rigid between uses if we don't inflate it. Recommend.
This board is great, I can set it up and get it ...
July 25, 2016
I am new to paddle boarding but now have a new hobby! This board is great, I can set it up and get it back into the bag with a bit of effort by myself. I am 125 and I usually have my 5 or 7 yr old on with me and it works great. My hubby is 175 and says he needs to inflate to 15psi so its not wobbly but I have no issues at 12 psi. Pump works great and the backpack is super sturdy
Great beginner set. Hard to beat price.
February 5, 2016
For my first paddleboard I decided to take the plunge on an iSUP. After much searching around I picked up the Vilano Navigator due to the price and how complete the set is. Only thing to consider is you likely will end up upgrading your paddle if you are serious at all about paddling.Regarding the board itself, I am impressed with the amount of hookup rings, and riding the board is a blast. I'm not sure about some of the stability complaints I see on here. I fill the board up to 15 PSI as stated in the Vilano manual and have no problems (a little under 6' and ~190 pounds here). Filling it up too much may lead to it being hard to ride.
Love it!
October 10, 2015
I have used my board 3 times now and absolutely love it! It really is a great price for everything it comes with. My husband will be ordering the 11' board soon, so we can paddle together.
Great Board for Beginners
July 18, 2015
My wife loves this board! For the price and size of the deflated board, you can't beat it.
Ten minutes to inflate and I'm on my way to fun. AND best of all
June 22, 2015
I read reviews that reported this difficult... and absolutely not. It has performed excellently. I started out in my pool, then took it to the lake. After paddling around my boat for an hour, falling off many times, and figured it out the next day. Ten minutes to inflate and I'm on my way to fun. AND best of all, I don't need my truck to haul it as it fits inside the very small trunk of my little Miata.

Paddle is decent and the board holds me at 165 at 12psi just fine. Great to travel with
July 28, 2016
Received everything as ordered. Paddle is decent and the board holds me at 165 at 12psi just fine. Great to travel with. I just deflate and fold in half and through in the back of my truck until I get home. Fits nice in the bag. Pumping it up takes a few minutes and a bit if a workout. Not bad though, you get used to it. My wife even did it until the last 2 lbs or so.Thanks!
Good times with Vilano SUP

First camp trip of the season and scored some awesome weather, allowing us to try out our new Vilano SUP's. Great weekend, a lot of fun, even got the two GSD on them. Cant wait for the next SUP adventure!
This board is easy and quick to set up
April 6, 2016
I wanted an inflatable b/c any other board was hard for me to move around, put on a roof rack, and store. This board is easy and quick to set up.Once I have it opened and laid out, only takes 2-3 minutes to pump up. I'm small and can easily carry it from car to place on back. I no longer have to rely on help from anyone! I had a long (12') board but it was so buoyant I did not need any core strength to manage it. This board, at 10', takesa little more core strength to keep it stable - so I actually get exercise. I can even take my dog out. LOVE IT!
Solid investment in your health and sanity
November 9, 2015
Ive been using this thing for the last few months and I am very happy with it. It fits in the bag nicely, is not too heavy. The only downsides is the paddle is sectional meaning that you cannot extend it without putting a new piece in. Kinda sucks because I go from laying down, to sitting to standing up all the time and have to adjust. Other than that, its held up beatifully. My friends have purchased two of them off here after seeing how nice mine is.
Great SUP!
July 25, 2015
I just love it! Got it for me & my 65 lb German Shepherd! We have a blast. I only weigh about 90 lbs. & am old- 70's, but we do great! If she falls in I just grab the life jacket handle & pull her back on. Light weight & easy for me to load on my Toyota Sienna. Only downside is I needed help to reach 15psi. Very hard to do without much weight & being only 5' tall! I didn't need the called for 18 psi as we r light! There was plenty of flotation!
Great SUP! I've been searching days for a paddle ...

Great SUP! I've been searching days for a paddle board and decided on this one....so glad I did! The shipping was quick and the product is more then I expected. I've taken it out a few times and really enjoying my board. Easy to inflate/deflate, great quality, and very sturdy.

Board it
May 30, 2017
This board is sooo light I can hold it up over my head with one arm. It is quite stable and floats well above the water. It does flex some even at 15psi but not bad enough to affect anything. It isn't as fast as my hard board but not bad and goes fairly strait. The pump that came with it works good but to get it to 15psi is a real challenge!! The paddle isn't bad either and adjusts easy. I also like the way you can put a kayak seat on it..This is quite good for the money!!!

Solid board for good price
January 12, 2016
I love my new isup! We've taken this board out 3 times from different conditions and absolutely love it. The board is super rigid and barely flexes, even when the weight limit is exceeded. I chose this board specifically because another review mentions going out with a dog and it definitely stands up to dog abuse! My dog (55 lb lab mix) doesn't scramble on the deck at all and she seems to be able to keep her balance quite well on this board. The board fits nicely in its bag with the pump and paddle. The pump included works well, and pumping the board will definitely give you a warm up. I believe this board uses the standard valve unlike cheaper brands so you can upgrade to an electric pump if you don't want to get a pre-workout workout. The only things I'd change about this package are the traction pad and paddle. The traction pad is very grippy, but if you spend a lot of time on your knees, it can scrape a lot, not as soft as other pads, but solid. The paddle, as with most packages in this price range, isn't the best, but it isn't terrible either. You can do a lot of paddling with it until you save up for a lighter, more efficient one.
great price
September 4, 2015
I have both inflatable and a standard fiber glass SUP. This is great if you want a SUP that is more for on the go. Price was great put the pressure gauge in the pump didn't work. I pumped it up until it was hard and called it good.
and it in nice for the money
August 3, 2015
I have used this board 3-4 times so far in the ocean, and it in nice for the money. I like that it comes with the carrying bag. That comes in handy. It is less stable then the other 6" inflatable SUP that I have that has a higher weight limit and 3 fins, but if you are more advanced or have good balance, you shouldn't have a problem. I like it, but prefer to use my other one.

Stable board and works great, especially when considering its price. Worth investing in an electric pump though!

Novice paddleboarder. Have only paddled on hard boards previously. I have been impressed with the Vilano Navigator 10' iSUP. It was well reviewed as a best buy inflatable SUP. The board seems well made. Seams are smooth, flat, and no bubbles or dimples. It pumps up rock hard at 15psi. On the valve the stated recommended inflation pressure is 18psi. It is easy to inflate with the included pump. In the water the board tracks straight. I can paddle 4 or 5 strokes per side without going significantly off line. The board glides well for an inflatable and is relatively stable in flat water. I will be interested to see how it does in the surf. It deflates and rolls up easily and fits nicely into the included bag. A repair kit was included. Only con- the included paddle is lightweight, fixed length, and probably won't survive much significant use. I purchased a Solstyce SUP paddle from Amazon, adjustable length, and have been very happy. Overall great deal on a beginner to intermediate paddleboard.

NOT my first inflatable SUP
January 21, 2016
I have 5 SUPs so I'm not a newbie with nothing to compare it to.Pros - Inflates to be rock hard at 12 psi, good looking, has bungee and plenty of D rings to attach coolers or gear, deck pad is textured and comfy. Good pump with gauge, duffle bag sized backpack and repair kit included . Paddle breaks down to 3 pieces - makes it great for travelling.Cons - Specs say board is 31 inches wide - my inflated board measures 29 inches and that includes the curved out rails. The deck pad (standing area) is 24 inches wide. Board has non standard fin and fin clamp - I'm not sure how you'd replace it if it were damaged, Biggest negative is the paddle - the included paddle is the cheapest paddle I've seen in any isup package; thick wobbly shaft, flat paddle with exposed connections to shaft, no finger/palm grips and not adjustable - other than taking out a 2 foot section. Manufacturer knows the paddle sinks so they suggests a paddle leash - that is not standard. SUP riders leash to their boards we do not leash to our paddles. Leashing to your board asks as a life preserver - leashing to your paddle is for kayakers not stand up paddlers. Too many leashes could be dangerous in river supping where you might encounter debris. Text printed on board says do not to inflate past 18psi which I've read confuses newbies into thinking they should inflate to 18psi. Good luck with that; 12 to 15 psi is plenty. I pump to 12 and I'm 140 lbs - a heavier person might need to inflate more.Uses - Good for flat water lakes and slow rivers. Much too narrow for Yoga.Neutral - Narrow board good for speed but not stability or larger riders. Feet should be shoulder width apart - if your shoulder width is less than 24 inches - you'll be fine. The air valve is in the nose not the tail - I dont know if that is good or bad it's just different. Inflated board has a slightly rounded bottom - not completely flat like my other boards.Photo: The three boards pictured are Jimmy Styks i32 (Costco Brand), Tower Adventurer and the Vilano Navigator. When you decide value of the board - factor in the cost of a real paddle. If you buy this board thinking you'll upgrade if you like the sport - you're not getting the real experience. You'll have to over exert to compensate for a poorly designed and heavy paddle. It's like buying a huffy to find out if you like biking. People often spend all their time researching boards and yaks and put no thought into the paddle. A good light solid paddle is very important to enjoying the activity.

Great board, wrong instructions, faulty gauge
July 20, 2015
It would have been a LOT more helpful if I'd had the correct instruction booklet for my inflatable paddle board, instead of the one I got for an inflatable boat & if the gauge on my pump worked. I've been able to figure out how things work and know basically when it's inflated to the correct pressure. The paddle board, paddle & carrying bag are great, but with the gauge not working on the pump and not getting the correct instructions are what is making me give this 3 starts instead of 4.
50/50
July 20, 2015
Mixed emotions. Bought 2 boards at a very reasonable price. Just find boards quite unstable compared to other isups I've used. Takes some getting used to. Might have gone another route if I had to do it again. Pack, paddle and pump very convenient for hokes or travelling.
This board is great and sturdy
July 3, 2015
The board arrived with a boat manual and no SUP instructions. Also, the pump gauge has never worked. I have pumped the board up four times now and the gauge doesn't work. This board is great and sturdy, however, it sits a couple of inches higher in the water than most other boards so you're going to need great balance and core strength. I'm still deciding if I like the board. It does require a lot more effort to stay upright. Hoping is works out.

Bad luck?
June 4, 2016
Really disappointed after TONS of reasearch. Fell in love with this paddleboard after just one use So solid it didn't feel like an inflatable; sturdy, stable, so impressed but within a week there were three leaks at the seams. Has to be a manufacturing defect, right? Thank goodness for Amazon prime and easy returns. Afraid to get another though.

Basically threw $$ away with this purchase
June 29, 2016
Only got to take this board out four times before it popped. Warranty claim denied as company says I was neglectful for leaving it inflated after getting off the river and heading to the lake for more family fun. Even though we had a second board (exact same board) go through the same scenario as they had both been taken out and it's seam didn't come apart. Don't trust the warranty from this company.
Sturdy board unfortunately after lots of tries

dissapointed in the quality and service
September 28, 2016
This is my 2nd sup I have bought and this one really is not worth the quality. And the pump never worked. I tried calling the company and they kept wanting me to try to fix it myself but I told them it just was not working and wanted either a new one or a credit for the one which was suppose to work. I've already bought another one so if I could get the credit that would be my first choice. If I pay for something I expect it all to work and not have to try to fix it myself. Is there anything you can do to help me out or contact the seller directly?Thank you and much appreciated,Michelle Hayward916-397-4077
Buy at your own risk
September 24, 2016
I've had this board just under a year. Although fun, it's been a HUGE amount of work to get into working order and still has a seam leak that Vilano and the Amazon vendor do not acknowledge are warranty issues. I purchased this Oct 2015, used once prior to weather turning cold. It's been stored indoors, deflated, all of its short life, out of sunshine. I've been able to use it about 10 times but it's never been able to hold air longer than 1-2 days. It took a while to figure out this is NOT normal--Inflatable boards should stay inflated all summer long. The valve was leaky, thank Youtube for assistance figuring how to tighten it using the included valve wrench. Once that issue was worked out, the leakage slowed but was still losing air after 4 hrs. Next issue, I isolated a seam leak, which most manufacturers and river/ocean sports shops consider to be warranty claims and VERY difficult to repair for any length of time. Now, despite 3 emails to Vilano, they want me to repair the leak and keep telling me I must have done something to the board ( I have always indicated it's been stored inside (NOT in the sun) except when in use.) So far, Vilano (Anthony and Josie via Vilano support) will not honor their warranty and I have a leaky $450 SUP that I've spent hours troubleshooting.
Not terrible, but might be worth it to spend extra on a nicer board
August 11, 2016
I ordered two boards in June, one white and one blue. They were different models when they arrived, and the white one was a higher quality board with additional d-rings and a side carry strap. The blue board had a faulty seam and leaked immediately. I returned/replaced the blue board, but the new one still wasn't to the same quality at the white board. That being said, the fin receiver on the white board is starting to warp. Also both boards have a strange defect directly underneath the inflation port (same problem on all three). Though both of the boards have worked fine after being used about 10 hours a week, I would not be surprised if they didn't make it through a second season.UPDATE: the fin holder on one of the boards is now too warped to hold a fin. I would not reccomend this board, as it is likely to malfunction very shortly after the return period ends. Spend the extra money on a different brand, as you will have to replace in a few months anyways.
Poor quality, leaks and fin is brittle and breaks easily. Don't throw your money away
August 1, 2016
Don't buy from this company. Don't waste your money on this low-quality product. I bought 2 SUPs last summer and invested about 1000 dollars total on what I thought was going to be a great family adventure. What a mistake. I only have used it maybe 10 times and one of them developed a leak in the seam. I wanted to just take care of it myself and took it to a marine shop and they fixed the leak (for $85)... and then... setting the board on the grass snapped the fin on the board! WHAT? So I called customer service at CycleForLess. They offered me nothing! Usually, a company would offer something to make the customer happy, but not this one. It was just 2 months past the 12 month warranty, and the customer service agent (even the supervisor) said there was nothing they could do about it. Really, nothing??? Maybe just a couple clicks on his computer screen... Hum. Had they offered me anything I would have been happy. Maybe just shipping me a free replacement fin for 30 bucks to keep a customer happy would have been a smart investment in customer satisfaction, but nope... So now, in only 14 months, I have a patched up leaky board and two broken fins. I'm so disappointed and want to warn everyone from buying from this company.

Faulty product.
July 6, 2016
I do not recommend this product at all. I read about 75 reviews of it and it sounded good. I purchased one for my daughter and one for myself. I blew both of ours up to 15psi with the pumps that came with the board, The next day I put mine it in the back of the pick up and went to the lake to try it out. It was fun. I put it in the back of the pickup and drove home. The next day I put it and my daughters side by side in the back of the pick up to go to the lake, went in to get my daughter and dog. It was in the pick up for about 15 minutes and mine blew the seam. My daughters did not. After talking to the Vilano company they told me that I had voided the warranty by having it inflated in the sun. I said you know, you use this product in the sun. The representative said "Yeah, but if it's on the water, it's probably not going to blow like that"! I said the instructions state that it can be left inflated and he said again that if it's not on the water, it cannot be in the sun inflated! I used the board one time! One time and the seam popped. I would not recommend this board at all if you are going to use it in the sun!
This board was a little more complicated than the other ...
June 5, 2016
This board was a little more complicated than the other board I bought. It also only had 1 set of fins under neath and I get was overpriced. I ask received the pump damaged. The paddle also was not a traditional SUP paddle which changes the way you have to paddle. I returned it.
Worst product in the range and should be taken off before someone gets seriously injured
May 23, 2016
I ordered this as a gift item and shipped it all the way back to Hong Kong. It took me long time to arrange for someone to take it there as a gift. After just one week off use, the side seal has come off and air has started to leak. This shows a very sub standard product and sadly as it took me to so long to get it to Hong Kong, I am out of return period and can't afford to have it shipped back anyway.Very surprised sub standard quality of the product sold on Amazon - People using it are afraid to use it now just in case another leak occurs while they are far from the coast. My gift has turned into nightmare thanks to Amazon
the pump was good so was the back pack
April 21, 2016
Read lots of reviews before I bought this sup. Unfortunately all the seams were not glued very well, there were wrinkle every few inches. I inflated it, the pump was good so was the back pack. When I found the 5 inch x 3 inch bubble in the outside PVC layer it was time to go back in the box. The PVC looked strong. If only it was assembled by someone more skilled.
