Works great
April 1, 2017
I had never heard of EagleTec and was skeptical about an unknown company, but the mouse is well-built and works great. This is my second mouse from them. I used the first one for a year, before it fell down a flight of stairs. I loved it so much that I would replace it only with the same one that fell. The mouse pairs instantly with my laptop and the batter lasts forever because it automatically goes to sleep after a few minutes. The mouse seems sturdy, with only 12 wooden stairs keeping it from still working properly. It's comfortable in my hand and the buttons are accessible. I love having the scroll wheel.
The Perfect Mouse
April 25, 2016
I am so pleased with this product. It feels very nice to the touch and glides really smoothly on my mousepad. I really the buttons that allow you to go back and forth between previously visited pages, without having to use the web browsers back and forth buttons. The buttons on the mouse are pretty much conveniently placed as well. I love that it is the color orange, more like rusty/burnt orange, and it's wireless. I haven't had any problems with it since I started using it. Ah, it also looks just like it does advertised.
Working nicely
March 15, 2016
This is a pretty nice mouse. Especially for the price. The weight is distributed well, though it is not customizable. The thumb recess is of good material, and has yet to degrade from months of use. The buttons are placed atop the recess such that they are easy to nudge, yet not invasive to a resting grip. The wheel has satisfying tactile feedback for rotation increments, though it lacks a free-spin mode. The DPI modes are basically low, medium and high. I typically stick with medium, and make slight adjustments in the OS or application, reserving the other modes for extreme circumstances. The battery life is great. I have been using the same battery for months. However, this is largely due to an auto-sleep mode. Typically the first component to fail in a mouse of mine is the scroll wheel click. I tend to push the wheel in at a bit of an angle, and I can feel this is straining the internal components more so than a fully vertical press. The underside of the mouse has a recess for inserting the receiver. Unfortunately the receiver is too large for the underside to be flush when inserted. The company site only has drivers for Windows machines, so other operating systems will have to do with default or open-source drivers.
Awesome!
January 1, 2016
I have tried, my teen tech-savvy daughter has tried, to no avail...it will not turn on. I downloaded the driver...nothing. I tried to contact the company before asking for a refund...no answer and now it's too late to return. Money down the drain! If the company would just contact me back, this may have turned out differently. I'll update if something changes. It's a very cool, sleek, and fits the hand well. It's a shame it won't work.UPDATE: Well, the company was awesome in helping me try to fix this issue. They sent a paid label to return it and everything. I went to get it ready to mail back but decided to try the website again for troubleshooters. The box says this is a model MR12 but it's not, it's the model number shown on the product page so once I saw that I'd been searching the wrong one I finally found the help section. I followed a suggestion on how to get it to turn on and it worked. The scroll function is flawless and the mouse is smooth. I just wish they would print those directions in an actual manual instead of the little page of paper that comes with it. That's my only complaint now. I had wanted one with a smooth scroll button as all of mine are jumpy and won't work on any of the certain brand mice I have. This one is wonderful and even though it took a while, I am enjoying it a lot! Great service when I thought it was needed so great company too.
After a month of abuse it still works perfectly
June 2, 2015
I'm surprised that my mouse isn't broken yet... I have a two year old who has gotten it when I'm not looking and dropped it on the ground a few times, she's sat on it, and has pulled the usb plug out of my laptop. She even bent the right click button up and I freaked out, but it just popped back into place and still works perfectly. I'm impressed. I'm not sure about the side buttons how they're programmable in games, I haven't used them for any yet, only for the default browser back and forward for web pages. Some things to note:-It's small, I'm female and have small hands and it feels small for me. But I got used to it and it's comfortable.-It's not quiet, has a fairly loud button click-You need a mouse pad or surface that doesn't have a pattern on it, otherwise the mouse reads it as not a flat surface and jumps on your screen. I saw someone complaining about that in a review and figured out what they were talking about when I used a book with a dark picture on it as a surface.None of those things are bothersome to me, so I love it. No regrets, the price is ridiculously cheap too. I'll be buying more EagleTec stuff.
Very pleased
August 22, 2014
I'm giving this mouse 4 1/2 stars. I was actually going to give it only 4 stars because of one of the cons, but I think that the pluses far outweigh the minuses for this product.I just received it today. So, time will tell how well it will hold up. However, for the time being, this is actually the best performing wireless mouse that I've ever had. I've never owned a super expensive wireless mouse, but I have had Microsoft and HP wireless mice. This mouse easily outperforms those for less than half the price. It's very responsive, and most importantly for me, it has worked for any surface on which I've used it. My last mouse was an HP mouse, and it would not work properly on any surface other than one which was a solid, dark color. So, I took to using a black binder as a mouse pad. It's very annoying to have that type of limitation on something purchased specifically for the purpose of not having physical limitations regarding where it can be used. This mouse has worked everywhere - on top of my lumpy bed mattress, on the arm of my living room chair, on table tops, everywhere. I'm very pleased with its performance. There's only one thing that I would list on the con side. For the price, you have to expect that it's not going to be the sturdiest thing around. The overall feel of the device is fine. It's a good fit for my hand, and all the curves are in just the right place for my fingers. However, I found out pretty quickly that it can come apart if you're not careful. The mouse itself is still intact; however, the USB dongle slipped out of its outer metal casing when I was removing it from the back of my Fire TV USB port. I was able to slip it back in and pull the whole thing out intact. However, I've never had that happen before with any USB receiver on a device of any kind. It seems to be able to be inserted and removed just fine from my laptop. The port on the Fire TV is a bit snug. So, that's something that you'll want to watch out for if you have a USB port that fits a bit tightly.Other than that one issue, it's been great so far. I would say that if this mouse can last 1 year or longer it will definitely have been worth the price. So, I'm just going to err on the side of optimism and say that this was 10 dollars well spent.Update (07/19/16): I've had this mouse for almost 2 years now, and it's still going strong.

Great Travel Mouse
April 4, 2016
Generally a good mouse. Since purchase, the DPI switch never worked. They did offer a replacement, but my touchpad was unusable and I needed it for my college classes and couldn't send it back. My only real qualm with that is that if it gets hit, it'll blink incessantly. This mouse has worked on near every surface (besides transparent ones) I've used it on. I also use the side buttons for macros, and are used very, very often. That in mind, all of the buttons still work with no noticeable degradation. The mouse wheel, however, about a year after purchase started scrolling down when attempting to scroll up, and vice versa, inconsistently. Quite annoying, but it's not horrible and can still be worked around. For the price, definitely a good mouse. I have and most likely will continue to recommend this to my friends, who have also had a good experience with this mouse.
Value for a simple desktop mouse.
November 22, 2015
Simple wireless mouse. Not great, it does jump around from time to time, so if you need quick accurate responses don't rely on this. For normal desk usage this will work fine. Not for gaming, not for CAD work. The jumping irked me enough that I gave it away. For the price you can't beat it. I like a mouse that's a little more heavier, this one is fairly light, seems quite breakable. Weight is on the front, not in the back, so it feels like it wants to run away from my hand.
Mouse works well, instructions slightly unclear, EagleTec's website doesn't work on Chrome.
August 5, 2015
I have mixed feelings about this product and company, but for a $7 wireless mouse, I really can't complain. So many features for such a low price.Eagletec packaged the mouse very nicely in a perfect sized box, but their "instructions" have some room for improvement. All it does is direct you to their website in a few different languages. Their website wouldn't load on Chrome, but I was able to bring it up on Safari. When I first opened the box, I was impressed with the materials the mouse was made with. It's not as great as the Apple "Magic" mouse I use at work, but the price difference reflects this. Performance wise though, this mouse is better. Very responsive and the mouse fits in my hand nicely. I love that the scrolling speed can be changed with the simple push of a button.I had a little trouble getting the battery to fit correctly at first. I had it orientated correctly, so the lights on the mouse lit up, but the battery needed to be *clicked* in to make the mouse track movements. Not sure if this is the case for everyone, but it is something to keep an eye on as had I not bumped the battery when I was trying to take it out I would have tried to return it. Now it works flawlessly, no complaints.
Great mouse with an annoying flaw
February 27, 2015
I bought this mouse after trying at least three different other ones, some of which cost three times the price of this one. I ultimately settled on this one for two main reasons:1) The side mouse buttons. I occasionally game on my laptop (college student) and find mouse buttons invaluable.2) Tracking stability. I bought a wonderful wireless mouse with side buttons that I was in love with, until I found would inexplicably not track on the glossy-surface desks at my university (which are EVERYWHERE, including the library) which was extremely irritating. This mouse suffers no such issues, and also tracks reliably on uneven surfaces such as carpet. My only grievance with this mouse is the battery life, which is related to the auto-sleep function (this mouse does not have an on/off switch, btw). After a few minutes, the mouse will go into sleep mode, where movement will be "muted" and power conserved. However, clicking any buttons on the mouse or moving the scroll wheel wakes it back up.This is a great function that, usually, will save battery life. Unfortunately, the mouse will continue to "wake up" even if the receiver is plugged into a computer that is off, in sleep mode, etc. This means that if you put the mouse into your backpack and the buttons happen to get clicked (pretty much if you move at all, much less ride a bike to class like me) then you will be draining battery life ALL THE TIME. Before I figured this out, it was dying within days of replacing the battery (only takes one AA battery).I solved this by just removing the battery from the mouse each time I placed it into my backpack, which is a bit annoying. However, aside from that I have no other complaints with this mouse, and still consider it an absolute steal for the price!
Tiny.. and Firm
January 17, 2015
Just a warning this thing is TINY! Gets the job done though and is very affordable. The clicking feels very firm instead of cheap and flimsy like most mice in this price range. The shape kind of forces you to a certain grip as well, not as universal of a grip as I think they were going for. Basically has perfect finger spots already grooved and contorted in. Uses a series of blinks to tell you what DPI you're at (1 blink = 1000 DPI, 2 Blink = 1500, 3 Blink = 2000). The software is a joke, it's basically the already built-in windows mouse configurations... I can see why it didn't come with a CD.. or ANY info for that matter. It's definitely "customizable" but to do that is definitely not what I'd call "user-friendly". For the main, standard mouse features just plug-in the USB, let windows auto-install drivers and you're good to goBiggest thing for me, aside from the light weight/small size, is it forces an auto-shut off feature. Something that can kind of be a head trip for me because I instantly think the batteries are dead for that half-a-second. Then really, I realize, it's just the auto-shut off that the mouse uses to save the battery.. I can see where some people would love and embrace this feature but I am not one of them. Personally, I just find it annoying. I just wish there was SOME way to turn it off manually that isn't pulling the USB stick outRegardless, for the price I still recommended. If:-You have small hands (or) use the 'claw grip'-Just want a quick, firm wireless mouse-Don't like being arsed with software on cheap mice-LOVE auto-shutoff-Need a mouse with changeable DPI-On a major budget
For the price, this is a pretty good mouse!!!
September 23, 2014
I've just received this mouse, and was eager to see how it performed. I bought it to use exclusively with my laptop, when needed. I was delightfully surprised to find out that for the price, about $10, this is a pretty good mouse! Not too small, not too big. It works on practically any flat surface. I do not find the "Left" and "Right" buttons noisy. The scroll-wheel is not as noisy as that of the Amazon brand mouse that I purchased here, to use with that same laptop. Unfortunately, unlike on my (much more expensive) Logitech mice, that wheel can't be set to spin freely. The "Back" and "Forward" buttons (don't exist on the Amazon mouse) work well.Unlike on the Amazon mouse, the compartment where the nano-receiver is stored is not covered, when the mouse is being used. In my opinion, over time, that compartment will accumulate plenty of dust and other detritus, ... even food (... LOL), if it's not cleaned frequently. To save energy, this mouse automatically goes into hibernation, after it's been idled for 8 minutes. Just press any button, and you are back in business ... Wonderful!Overall, this is a good and inexpensive mouse. However, I have no idea about its longevity. Considering its the price, it doesn't matter much.... Four stars!

Worked great for the the 11 months it worked (replacement now working)
August 7, 2017
Worked great for the the 11 months it worked. Now USB transmitter is recognized, but no power to mouse even after replacing batteries. Too bad.UPDATE 8/27/2017: Company sent replacement free of charge, but the new mouse didn't work right out out of the box. It was as if they just sent back my original mouse. I suppose I got my money's worth out of this cheap product. Will now start looking for a more substantial wireless mouse. Downgraded this product from two to one star.UPDATE 8/29/2017: Company suggested, among other things, that I hold down both the right button and the scroll wheel for 8 seconds. This got the device working. Who knows. Perhaps i could have gotten my original mouse to work had they informed me of this trick before I returned it. Would be nice if the device came with instructions that would have, at least, listed this in a troubleshooting section. Changing rating from one to three stars. Would have been 5 had it not been for the unnecessary inconvenience.

November 22, 2015
Its a fine full sized mouse (a bit large for me) for the price but the product is misrepresented on Amazon as "programmable". The keys are not programmable but merely select-able from a defined list of 33 functions (I asked the manufacturer).1. Click, 2. Auto Scroll, 3. Right Click, 4. Back Command, 5. Forward Command, 6. Copy, 7. Cut, 8. Paste, 9. Mark, 10. Double Click, 11. Delete, 12. Open my Computer, 13. Mail, 14. WWW, 15. Scroll Repeat Up, 16. Scroll Repeat Down, 17. Application Switch, 18. Close Window, 19. Scroll Left, 20. Scroll Right, 21. Redo, 22. Undo, 23. Run..., 24. Start Menu, 25. Word, 26. Excel, 27. Power Point, 28. Calculator, 29. Log off, 30. Maximize, 31. Minimize, 32. Zoom -, 33. Zoom +Hope this helps someone in the future .
Great! (while it lasted)
August 26, 2015
I very much liked it while it lasted. Unfortunately, like other reviewers on here, my scroll wheel broke after a few months usage. I now need to purchase a new mouse. If I hadn't seen the other reviews with a similar problem, I may have just bought another one. Now, I'm not so sure, I may just go spend a bit more and get a more trusted brand.UPDATE (9/24/25): Eagletec customer service quickly reached out and offered replacement including shipment. I needed a replacement faster than shipping to them and waiting for a replacement, plus I wanted a wireless keyboard running off the same usb plug. Therefor, I ended up not taking their offer. I did find their keyboard/mouse offering and, because of the great price, decided to give it a try. We'll see how that goes. PnP setup was easy and I like the feel of the the products, but longevity is a question that only time can answer.
Nice Mouse but Can't Program Buttons
July 29, 2015
****UPDATE, NOVEMBER****I've had this mouse for a few months now. It worked great at first but now the dongle has started giving me trouble. Every time I log onto my computer I have to switch the usb port that I insert the dongle into. I have no idea why this is happening. It doesn't effect the functionality of the mouse at all but it is annoying enough that I'm downgrading my rating to only three stars.****UPDATE, SEPTEMBER****When I first got the mouse it didn't work. I contacted the company and they told me to hold the right button and scroll wheel at the same time for 10 seconds and try again. Once I did that everything functioned perfectly (so if you have trouble, try the same thing). Now that its working, it is a very nice mouse. It is a little too big for my hand, but I have small hands. It was also a little too responsive at first (short movements seem to move the cursor more than it should) but that can be adjusted by opening "Devices and Printers", right clicking on the "2.4 G Keyboard Mouse" icon, selecting "Mouse Settings" and changing the pointer speed under "Pointer Settings."I am only giving the mouse 4 stars because I can't figure out how to program the other buttons, but for anyone needing a casual mouse the pre-programmed features will more than suit you, especially for the price.****ORIGINAL REVIEW****First of all, this mouse doesn't come with a battery. You have to go out and buy a single AA battery. Secondly, when I did install the battery and plug in the micro usb receiver, the mouse didn't work at all. When I click the buttons the mouse lights up like it registers the action, but nothing happens on the computer and the cursor does not move around. I have plugged the mouse into two different computers using several different USB ports, so it is definitely a mouse issue. I went to the company website to see if I could find some help, and they suggested installing special drivers. I installed the drivers, restarted my computer, and still nothing. Yes the mouse was cheap, but I still expected it to work. Extremely disappointed. I contacted the company a few days ago and am waiting to hear back. I will update when they respond.
Wonderful product - edit to Disappointment
April 30, 2015
I bought several to use in my elementary classroom. We have had them for over a month and have had no issues with them. They function as they should and are easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to others.Edit: One year later and I am a bit disappointed. They worked great (I have 3 of them) then all of a sudden they went a little haywire. I numbered the mice and their respective USB receivers. Mouse number 2 wouldn't communicate with receiver number 2 and instead was controlling receiver number 3. I cant get any of the mice to communicate with receiver number one. While this is frustrating, this is not the reason I marked a 3 star rating. I am upset because I can find nowhere to get support. I am now down to 2 mice (that ended up spontaneously communicating with each other's receivers). They have held up nicely - and are used on a daily basis by kids. Durable but not reliable.
You get what you pay for
April 27, 2015
To start, not being paid for this review. This mouse, the EagleTec 2.4Ghz mouse, is a good little mouse. As it states it's got five buttons, four total usable ones. A DPI setting button. Left and right click. And two NON PROGRAMABLE side buttons. The DPI settings work well, it's a noticeable change between each one. Each button is rated at something like a billion clicks, probably over exaggerating, but hey, they're sturdy enough and seem to be able to last. Onto the side buttons, I've tried as hard as I should have to, to be able to find a way to set these buttons functions, as you can in most newer mice. And I cannot do it. Leading to my title. You get what you pay for.The aesthetic. The mouse has a very nice look and almost perfect feel on my book. I ordered the champagne gold and it is a very clean look. The whole top of the mouse has a matte rubberized feel, which is nice. The left side of the mouse has a great rubber grip that I wish they would have transferred onto the right side, as when you have to reposition the mouse this doesn't help, it's slightly slippery. The actual use of the mouse. The EagleTec worked well for the most part, leaving a bit to be desired on higher DPI settings. On the lower settings it seemed smooth for me, no lagging or the like, primarily gaming and photoshop use. However, on a higher DPI setting, after quick movements there is a noticeable but of lag, but only on a quick gaming movement. If you're just using as a desktop scroller mouse you shouldn't have problems.Pros and ConsPros:Price - At this cheap, you almost can't best it.Look - I think the mouse is very attractive, minus the EagleTec branding at the bottom, but understandable.Weight - The mouse has a good weight with a battery. Not too heavy, but not flimsy feeling either.Cons:USB Dongle - The USB is very flimsy, whether it was just mine I don't know. But after about a week, the plastic came apart from the metal when taking it out of the computer. The Size - Subjective. I thought the mouse was slightly too small. But I have relatively large hands. This is a subjective con.The Right side grip - The non sticky rubber on the right side is a con to me. I would have liked to see it be sticky rubber on both sides.NON PROGRAMABLE BUTTONS - Even for the price, I would have liked to see programmable buttons. That's a must for new mice in my opinion. But again, if you don't need that feature, as they default to page forward and backward in a Web browser, then con doesn't apply to you.Overall given a three star due to the minor foxes that could have happened. Don't get me wrong I like this mouse. Just not for all of my uses. I would get this mouse for my mom and her moderate Microsoft Office use. Not my Battle Field 4 use. But as to be expected. Thanks for reading. Hope I helped in your purchase.

March 17, 2016
Manual says sleep function on mouse saves battery instead of on/off switch, and you can click any button to wake it. Left it overnight, clicked buttons, didn't wake. I left the battery out of it for a few hours, worked again. I've been taking the battery out of it every night so it doesn't stop again. Forgot last night, did it again. Had to switch to the trackpad on my laptop. I'm ordering a different brand, and only keeping this one as a backup.
it actually did fit hand well and like the look
August 13, 2015
With a brand new laptop I couldn't get the mouse to work. My old Logitech wireless mouse worked in less than a second from time of plugging in the USB toggle. Reasons it didn't get a 1 star, it was really cheap and didn't expect much, it actually did fit hand well and like the look. Plus I haven't tried it on my old laptop yet. Maybe it just doesn't like windows 10. Not worth the time to contact seller.
Dead on Arrival-still waiting for replacement
August 2, 2015
Failed to light up.I used different batteries and even tried other laptops but this wireless was dead on arrival. Contacted the company & still waiting for a response. You get what you paid for, but I still have hope that they will replace this defective wireless mouse.
Breaks early and easily
June 18, 2015
I actually really liked this mouse until it fell apart, it is a nice size and fit. However, 5 months of easy use and the scroll button just stopped. It made a little pop noise while in use and wouldn't work after that. I suspect the inside is just very cheap plastic.

50/50 chance it will work and apparently not eligible for return if it doesn't.....
April 30, 2017
I have two of these. One, purchased quite long ago, works fine and, based on that experience, I ordered a second one as a gift for my grandson to be used on his new computer. I placed the order on April 25, 2017 and received two days later on April 27th. My grandson opened the gift on April 30th and found the product to be defective out of the box. When attempting to return the defective mouse, my Amazon orders page says "Return window closed on May 27, 2017." Hey....it's still April 30, 2017 so what's up with the return policy?I'm very disappointed and my grandson is doubly disappointed. Needless to say, we won't be purchasing any additional EagleTec products and you would probably be wise to follow our lead.
Program for custom settings IS NOT Windows 10 compatible and overall nothing to brag about
March 25, 2016
This was just delivered today and it's going back tomorrow. Amazon would be well-advised to remove this product from it's sales listings to avoid repeatedly having to pay for return postage for us Prime buyers.I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8 and in the process I discovered that my tried and true Logitech MX518 is now orphaned and Logitech no longer supports that mouse with the version of Setpoint that's Windows 10 compatible (Thanks a pant load for that, Logitech, from whom I've already purchased my last product). So while the mouse still works, I can no longer customize the extra buttons, which renders the Logitech mouse unusable for me. So I went looking for a replacement that also had customizable buttons and decided to give this little EagleTec a try. My reaction in a word: Epic fail! (Ok, that's two words)I initially had trouble getting the computer to recognize the mouse at all. I rebooted, unplugged and replugged the little receiver and eventually removed and reinserted the battery AND replugged the receiver before I could get the cursor to move at all. Unfortunately, then I embarked on a quest to configure the customizable buttons. Talk about a fool's errand. Most places you look, you find that this mouse is referred to as the "5-button mouse", however, clicking on Windows 10's "Start" button and searching for just the number 5 netted me not a single hit. So I went looking for something under the C:\Program Files folder and eureka! I found a folder called (coincidentally) "5-button mouse". Then I went looking for the configuration utility in the folder, except there are no less than 7 .EXE files in that folder! I immediately discerned that the config utility is called KMCONFIG.EXE (I'm quick that way). Except double clicking on the executable resulted in nothing happening and nothing getting loaded, which I confirmed via the Task Manager. So then I ran the Windows 10 Compatibility troubleshooter only to be told that KMCONFIG.EXE is NOT compatible with Windows 10 and also wouldn't run in compatibility mode with any other version of Windows. Well, there goe my custom mouse buttons, which is why I bought the thing to begin with. Then I noticed that the file date on the KMCONFIG.EXE utility was 12/19/2009!, which is when I realized that whoever these EagleTec people are, they're obviously not a class outfit. How many credible companies would dare send out a set of drivers with EXEs and DLLs that all have dates from 2008 and 2009? Heck, one of the files in the folder was called ToggleDesktop and was dated 6/20/2003!!In addition to all of that frivolity, many other reviews talked about the build quality and how the thing broke after just a month or two, even further reinforcing that this thing has nowhere to go but back to Amazon. On a positive note, I'm betting this thing works very well and is 100% compatible...if you're running Windows XP or Vista. So as I said, it's going back as totally incompatible with Windows 10 and a general piece of doo-doo. On the other hand, I
Cheap construction
February 5, 2016
Bought this product just a months ago. Accidently the mouse fell on the floor and the clip of the battery compartment broke away. I was amazed how weak and cheap material this mouse comprised of. It does work fine but had to tape the bottom to make it usable again please I would recommend to spend additional dollars to get something from a reputed brand which I know would not break when hitting the carpet floor.
I am thankful that Amazon is so good about returns
January 29, 2016
I have purchased many wireless mice over the years and this was my first experience with one that would not connect. I think there was something wrong with the microreceiver as it never caused the computer to install a driver for it. I am thankful that Amazon is so good about returns. I will order another Daffodil, which is about the same price and I have never had a problem with them. My only problem is that the microreceivers seem to get lost my members of my family.
Disappointed
December 25, 2015
Disappointed with the size and design of this mouse - but particularly with the hassle trying to get this mouse to pair. The directions are poorly written and we cannot figure out how to get it to pair with my laptop, ipad or PC - even after downloading the drivers. I purchased a B&N bluetooth mouse the same day, which immediately paired without the hassle of going to a website to download drivers etc.and it paired right away; which I expected this one to do. I plan to toss this mouse in the trash and ordering another B&N M3s.
Didn't last very long...broken scroll wheel.
March 24, 2015
I received the mouse on February 3rd, today is March 24th...it just broke. While I was using the mouse all the sudden I noticed that the scroll wheel started spinning freely and I could not scroll anymore. I disassembled the mouse to find that the spindle that is on the scroll wheel had broken. The spindle goes through a gear-like mechanism which in turn sends the scroll command to the computer. Unfortunately the spindle is too small to make any repair to so the mouse is trash.I use this as my primary desktop mouse, I don't travel with it so there is no excuse for it only lasting through 35 days worth of working (7 work weeks).I'm also very disappointed that I'm not able to find a phone number to call to speak to customer service about this. Hopefully they will read this review and help me replace this defective product.
