Excellent net for the price. Easy to set up. It sends the ball back. I have used more expensive nets that are not as good.

I ordered two of these to protect our $1,000 + window from errant golf balls from the golf course our new home borders.

Item arrived on time and is perfect for my need. My only complain is, since the poles are 7ft, you will not get exactly 9ft x 7 ft dimension when installed.

Excellent and sturdy baseball practice net. I live in a neighborhood with limited space, so hitting plastic practice balls is about the best I can do for hitting practice with my son. Hitting off a tee into this net has been a huge help. Also, practicing pitching (with the net behind me as I play catcher) has been a big help, too (preventing errant or outside-of-the-strike-zone throws from hitting my next door neighbor's property). Rukket did a great job designing this net -- it's easy to set up and the white strike zone is very helpful, too. Note that after mounting the first (of two) vertical poles (with the pole inserted through the net's sleeve), you'll need to use some force to get the second vertical pole set up. I suggest sliding the net's sleeve through the second vertical pole first...before attempting to mount the second vertical pole into the base bracket hole. Absolutely pleased!!!! Very quick and easy to assemble and dismantle for travel use. Light weight and being so allows for easy carrying with other equipment in the bag that comes with it. We use it for both baseball pitching and batting. Be sure to use the ground spikes to help secure the net from tipping over if you are batting up close. We also remove the strike zone netting when we do batting exercises. The frame has taken hits from pitching and batting with no issues.

After reading reviews on every target net I could find, I decided to go with this one. So many others looked good but it seemed the quality was lacking. My son wants to start pitching so I wanted something that would give him some visual queues as to the strike zone. I also like the net so the wilder pitches get stopped as well. This frame and net are extremely well made. The pieces fit together perfectly and it is easy to put together and take apart. Bonus for coming with a bag. I take this with me to team practice and let all the kids that are interested in pitching throw at it. It comes with some anchor spikes to hold the net steady and upright but so far I haven't needed these, even in the strong Oklahoma wind. It has never once even tipped back a little. The other nice thing is I have my son hit into it as well. He is 9 so he doesn't have tons of power but this net stops balls very well.

We bought this for an 8 year old for baseball practice. This is not the type of practice net that is springy so it will not return the ball. The net is loose and will trap the balls behind the black piece you see in the picture. He really likes the target and it is slightly smaller than his strike zone. I have thrown a few baseballs into it (60-70 mph) and did not knock it over. I probably could if I hit the target high but it can be staked into the ground. We have had it a month but I think that the quality is good enough that it will last a while if we keep it inside while not in use.Ours was missing an elastic loop that secures the bottom corner to the frame. We contacted Rukket and they quickly responded to my email and sent out a replacement part right away. I will definitely consider them for any future purchases.

Spectacular! My husband and I put this together in under 10 minutes in our living room. It was super easy to do and required no tools. The netting is easy to attached and take apart. We leave it put together in our garage so the boys can just pull it out and play. I purchased this for my 10 year old to practice pitching. He's just starting off learning how to pitch but uses this on a daily bases. The coach says its really helped his accuracy. We can't always get out and be a catcher and play with the boys thats when Rukket baseball pitching practice net really comes in handy.My 8 yr old and 10 yr old use this when they play together. My 8 yr old bats with this behind him. Helps my 10 yr old learn to pitch with accuracy providing the strike box over the net. They love that the netting in the back catches all the balls so they don't have to run after them. This is just what we needed to help our boys to go from 0 skill to really excelling past kids who have played for 3 yrs before them. It's a must have for any ball player.

So far, so good.Bought the 5×5 to replace a 7×7 big mouth in the garage. It takes up less room, and does a good job of keeping the balls in place. My son takes 100+ swings a day and I'm the hitting coach for a 10u travel team, so we're pretty hard on our equipment. The material appears very sturdy and the netting seems tougher than the material on our present net (which has copious amounts of Gorilla tape holding it together). Since this net will stay assembled and out of the weather, I expect it to last for many years to come.The carrying bag is also made from a more durable material than that of my other net, (which is also covered with Gorilla tape and looks like black burlap). A definite plus for those of us that use these 4-5 times a week for games and practices. (Set it up, break it down - repeat).All in all, pretty happy with my purchase; which was less than half of what I paid for my other net. I will probably buy the 7×7 Rukket for travel ball practice as my other net is on its last legs.

As described, easy to assemble, easy to use and quick setup/take-down. Don't be too far back or the ball may go over the net. Used for introduction to golf for kids in my back yard. See photos of the comparison with other net. Very pleased with the practice net for golf training needs. The metal stakes provided are not good enough to keep the line secured unless you have hard soil. If you have soft soil you may need to use large tent camping stakes made of plastic that are 10"+. So far no balls have gone through the net. Purchased on Amazon Prime. Price and quality are good for budget minded families.

Poles are flimsy, had to use different heavy duty poles.

Net was as advertised. Buy it knowing that you will need to make some modifications to the poles. For poles I used 1" plastic conduit that were 9' high and drove 3' metal stakes into the ground and placed the conduit over the 3' stakes. The metal poles that come with it are very week and short. The conduit is a little bit flexible and allows the net to last longer. Have not had any problems.

This met my expectations and more!:)It set up easily; and portable to my friends.:)If you need help making good contact on the golf ball; this is a perfect training aid!:) I so like ⛳ golf and MY NET helps!:)

works just fine. Great fo the price. Not too hard do set up - under 5 minutes. Better than I expected, and definitely worth the price.

this can be a very useful tool to help you grove your swing once you get it anchored to the ground. the stakes that come with the net will not stand up to heavy use, they come out of the ground after several shots. i used rebar about 15 inches long to anchor mine net and they haven't come out. once it's secure, it performs very well.

Seems well built for the $. Easily setup and disassembled. The pitching grid pops off a little too easily. Overall seems like a good value so far.

Only complaint would be ball travels too far into net, so when you are right behind it with speed gun the pitch will hit you.May be if net little smaller and tighter it would fine, sure you can tighten up net with bungee cords.But overall it is sturdily made, stable stand with lifetime parts warranty with product registration via link from company email.Good competitive price too.

Great product when used at the right skill level! Solid steel frame. Durable netting. Used with 7-9 yro baseball team. Will move around if used on smooth surfaces, best on grass or a surface with some friction. Stakes are provided. 7 yro hitting off a tee with the base on concrete was able to move it slightly so added extra weight on base legs to hold it in place. Same results when throwing from short distances. Easy to break down and assemble! Would highly recommend for youth sports.

We've used this 3 times so far for pitching and catching batting practice. I have a 12 & 18 year old that are using it. Easy to setup. It is holding up pretty well so far. One of the bungee's that connects the net to the frame at the bottom broke loose and I had re-crimp the ring holding it on. I'm hoping it isn't going to be an ongoing issue.I do wish the anchors were a little better. If you have a kid throwing 70+mph, any low or errant pitch that hits the frame or bottom of the net will knock it loose. The anchors don't hold it in place very well after a few hits nor do the anchors hold up well in a dense clay based soil. Two of them are already bent from pushing them into the ground.Overall, this saves a lot of time since it catches the balls for us. The kids get to practice throwing when I'm not able to catch for them. Also, saves me some bumps and bruises by taking me out of the firing line. The adjustable strike zone is pretty cool. You can turn pitching practice into a game by seeing how many times you can hit the various target squares. Definitely helps them focus on throwing strikes. They also tend to practice more. I wish I had bought this thing years ago. The kids really like using it.

I like the product, the frame seems like it will last for a while and the net his high quality. It seems a little high priced for what the product actually is, essentially a frame and some fabric....and I like the design, the product looks well made, time will tell on if the $$ is worth it. There is also a functional travel bag that comes with the product for easy transport, it seems like Rukket design takes the time to create functional products!

This is a user friendly hitting net. We have been using it on a concrete floor with no weights to hold it down and it still works properly. Poles and frame are good quality. Product was as described. This is a good value for the price.The only negative - bag needs to be about an inch longer so the poles fit easier into the bag.I am very satisfied with this product.

The item that I received was not what the description called for in the ad. The erection poles were to be weather resistant metal which were not included, and the assembly directions were very skimpy and not very clear how to attach the net at the top of the support poles.

Works well when when there is no wind, slight winds take it down even though it is staked well, just to be clear the pole came apart in the wind and the stakes were still in the ground. Will wait and see if it holds up to the summer heat in the desert southwest.

An wxpwnsive solution that achieves my objectives. However, setting up and taking down is a bit cumbersome. If not stored carefully, the lines become frustratingly tangled. It is not something you just pull out of the bag start hitting.

If you only need a net that is set up for a day or two a couple time a year it is worth the investment. If you plan on leaving it up then you are better off spending the money on a net with more support.I say this because if it is windy or gets wet in the ran it will sag and have to be reset.Also it does not come with larger spikes to hold the ropes in the ground.

Xmas gift for grandkids. They love it.

It's ok, just not as stable as I would like it to be. I thought it might have some spring to it that bounces the ball back, but it catches it in the net at the bottom. The base almost needs to be staked into the ground to hold it up better if it is windy outside.

Great net. Easy assembly. Have to send back though because my 17 year old baseball player and 14 year old softball player's balls kept ricocheting back at them. Bought it for our garage but it is just too little for them. Will be reordering the 7x7 which is what they use for team practices.

Instructions call for using stakes to secure, however, they are not included! Maybe most people keep stakes around in their homes or garages, but I'm not one of them. How frustrating to find that I have to go out and buy some. And those metal pins that are supposed to help hold down net at bottom? Not very well thought out, because they really don't do the job. Keep searching for a better net is my suggestion!

ive had this net for about a month, and use it probably once or twice a week for about 15-20m. if you are anything bit a beginner dont buy this net, as i have put holes in it with a 6 iron

The net itself is nice however the support system cannot withstand any force and was knocked down nearly ever time by my swing.

Good in theory but no so good in reality as the mesh fails to stop most shots with any velocity at all. For children it might be okay but otherwise I feel their are better options out there.

Maybe the worst set-up directions. Did not make sense / had to gerrymander to set-up. The price is good but the directions are not good at all. Works fine (once set-up) for practice with foam balls. There was a thought to return but no packing/order form was in the delivery.

For the money I guess I can't complain too much, but I don't expect the netting to last very long as it's pretty light wieght. But mostly I gave it a 2 star rating for the blatant misrepresentation of the support post material. These are not "heavy guage steel" as advertised, but rather light weight plastic in 3 sections per post with plastic sleeves that hold the joints together. A well hit ball that directly hits one of the posts will most likely crack or shatter the post. I went back and read previous reviews and noticed over a year ago someone complained about the post metal/plastic discrepancy. You would think either Amazon or Golf Outlets would have corrected it by now.

Tips over when my daughter hits balls into it without the stacks. And the stacks are to small and won't hold onto the ground. Can't use it in garage because it needs to be anchored. Definitely needs longer anchor hooks.

Batted balls do not stay in net after hot. Only about 30%stay in.

This product really disoppointed me. First off it is anchored to the ground with metal hooks; a completely useless way of doing things. Everytime i hit a ball into the net the hooks are pulled out from the ground and the net falls over. Also, the balls do not stay in the net. Instead, they fly right back out at me. This product works but is a complete pain in the butt to use. I would recommend spending the extra money on a net that actually does what is advertised to do, catch balls.

This product is very sturdy and easy to set up, but it is not a pitch back as is stated in the product description. If you are looking for a pitching trainer, this is an excellent product. If you're looking for a pitch back, do not purchase this item.

Disappointed. It is flimsier than I expected and the separate pitching target is completely useless. The chords that hold it in place are way too loose and every time my 10 year old throws a baseball and it hits the white target the chords fall off and it won't stay in place.

Whoever made this didn’t think about nailing it into the ground at all because when I used the hammer to put it in the ground the plastic that connects to the net bent and it DOSENT work anymore! This product sucks

Advertised to come with heavy gauge steel poles however it came with flimsy plastic poles.....that's false advertising!

Terribly fragile piece of junk

I found the directions unclear and the net completely unstable. One star is too much, I threw mine away.

The net itself is of decent construction, but the posts are only 7 feet long, so putting them in the ground means that the net gets bunched up at the bottom and you lose height. The strings attached to the net to tie onto the posts also come off easily, and the slick rope slides off of the stakes.

This is a complete waste of money. My son bought it with some gift card $ from his grandma for his birthday. My husband is great at putting hard-to-put-together items and he gave up after half an hour. The instructions are unclear. I persisted and finally got it put up, only to have it sag at the end of the afternoon. It is cheaply made and badly designed. We are returning it.

Strike zone hook loop ripped out within first 5 pitches. Need to pull test loops prior to packing these up to prevent other customers from being dissatisfied.

Haven't been able to try it, connection came bent so we can't construct it. Bit bummed will be returning item

This is NOT portable. It's huge and I'm disappointed. I have to pay for return shipping when it's advertised and described wrong

Terrible quality! The 7x7 are great. The 5x5 again are terrible!
