Have it all Hamper
January 14, 2017
This holds darks, whites, and dry cleaning! It's well made and very easy to assemble. I didn't have to use the directions, always a plus. Looks great and have had company ask where they could buy and have sent the Info to them as well. I labeled mine so others in the family would know where to place their clothes. It has helped teach my 8 year old where to put his dirty laundry.
Would definitely purchase again!

Great product!Very sturdy skeleton. A little assembly required, but the directions were easy to follow. The canvas bags look much nicer than some of the cheaper polyester versions. They were a little wrinkly at first, but have smoothed over time. I love that they come with the handles on the bags. One bag's worth of clothes fits in my washer perfectly.

This item is a GREAT VALUE. The price for the quality cannot be best. Item works exactly as described and the cloth used to hold the sorted clothes is strong. Initially, I was concerned that cloth would carry the dirty clothes scent (we have two boy) but thankfully it doesn't. GREAT item
Perfect purchase!

We were very impressed with the quality of the product. Past laundry sorters had the bags falling all the time but not now! Easy to assemble, it was together in 15 minutes. My wife loves it and no more dreads the task! The wheels are nice and strong and so smooth. It's really sturdy and very classy looking! A great purchase!
Love this!

I love this cart. Very sturdy, good size and I love the way I can sort my laundry. Makes doing the laundry so much easier. Being able to carry each bag individually is very convenient and they are well made.
Nice

They look great are heavy duty and well made. Took my husband 20 minutes to put together the first one then 10 for the second one.

Bravo!

PROS:- Very sturdy. Not flimsy at all. When rolling, it does not lean from side to side.- The bags are pretty thick and I hope they will not tear or come apart with normal use.- Poles are noticeably much thicker than the Songmics.- Assembly was somewhat tricky as the curved handle bars and the side bars are connected metal-over-metal and very tightly.- The bottom level is actually 3 bars in the middle that help in keeping the cart from wobbling.CONS:- No wrench was provided. Luckily, I had an extra one from the other set that I had just assembled. Otherwise, a regular wrench may not work. You won't be able to hold the nut while tightening the poles to the wheels.SUMMARY:I had purchased this along with the Songmics 4-bag cart and can clearly see and feel the differences. The Seville has a much better feel for durability with its support poles on the bottom and thicker poles all around. I would like Seville to offer a 4-bag cart with the hanging pole on top.
Strong and sturdy!

I had a hard time deciding which laundry sorter to get, but I'm so glad I went with this one. I've had it for 3 months now. I love the metal grid under the bags- it easily supports the weight of the bags when they are full. I have a 4.3 cu ft washing machine, and a bag full to the frames' handles on the side (so overly full bag) makes a full load. You can fit a lot in the bags. It is easy to assemble, just be sure to check the pictures on the instructions. There aren't many written instructions. It's mostly self-explanatory. It wasn't hard, though. It was better to have someone holding parts of the frame together while I bolted them in, but for a lot of it I could easily do it without any assistance. The bags are machine washable; just slip the handles out through the loops. With the black ends of the bag handles, it measures 20" wide. I would allow 32" in the length to be safe, but you could get away with 31 1/4" if it's squeezed in the space, and it measures 32 1/4" tall. The frame is strong and sturdy with good metal casters that can lock and that roll easily on my vinyl floor. The bags are made of a strong canvas. All together, it is very well made and holds up well.
This thing is FANTASTIC!!! Its sturdy and durable and rolls great.

This thing is FANTASTIC!!!. I hesitate to write such a glowing review for a laundry hamper, but this is truly how we feel about this product. The product arrived very well packaged and was beyond super simple to assemble. It came with the small wrench and allen key needed to assemble. I think total, it was 8 allen bolts plus the four wheels that had to be assembled and that was it. I assembled it alone in roughly five minutes. Here's what we really like:This thing is rock solid. It's all metal and a great design. It does not lean or sway, even when fully loaded. The bags are really heavy duty and thick. Each bag has two heavy duty metal hangers and each bag lifts out by itself. The biggest bonus is there is a metal rack on the bottom to support the weight of the bags as they fill up. I imagine this will add alot of longevity to the life of the bags as the seams are not constrantly straining under the weight of clothes. The wheels would be a nice bonus if we planned to move it. But we don't. This is upstairs on carpet and our laundry is downstairs.Even though it's very sturdy, it is super light.I read the reviews of this and other items ahead of time. One thing people may not think about are the crossbars where the bags hang are all one piece. I read about another one where the bars were separate pieces. I can see how that would have been a problem. The second thing I already mentioned is the rack on the bottom to support the weight of the bags. As far as sturdiness, the only thing I can say is either someone h=got a bad unit, or they didn't put it together properly (tight enough). Ours is VERY sturdy. The only complaint I have and it's not even with this unit is we ultimately decided we wanted four bags. I was beyond pleased to see the manufacturer sells extra bags for $6 including the metal hangers so we ordered a 4th bag.
I purchased both and although both work great, the Seville classics is a superior product
December 20, 2014
if you're trying to decide between this one and the "DecoBros Heavy-Duty 3-Bag Laundry Sorter Cart". This is the one you want. I purchased both and although both work great, the Seville classics is a superior product. The bags are a higher quality thick canvas. While the DecoBros version bags feel more synthetic. It's also easier to assemble as the metal rods that hold the basket arms are one piece where the DecoBros version consists of two interlocking pieces for each rod. The only aspect where the DecoBros wins is the size of the wheels. The wheels are slightly smaller diamter on the Seville Classics version.
Worth the Cost!
October 31, 2014
Growing up we would always do laundry on the weekends. We'd make piles of clothes in the hallway and get it all done. Now, with just my husband and I, it's easier to throw a load in here and there, as needed. We rarely need to do all of our laundry on the same day. Before buying this sorter, if we needed a load done I would sort the laundry into piles, do the one load we needed, and the other piles would stay on the floor until I needed to wash them. Now when we need a load done, I just grab the bag and wash it. No sorting and no loitering piles of clothes on the floor! At first for the cost it seemed a bit unnecessary. But now that we have it, I think it's definitely worth it.As a side note, I got the sorter set up right before we had twins. I labeled each bag with what type of clothes go in it, and how to wash and dry them. This makes it easier for my husband or anyone who is over to help with the laundry.
One small purchase that changed my life!
February 2, 2013
Sounds like a dramatic title, but really - it did! With four kids and two parents, I do about 10 loads of laundry a week. This usually involved several steps - finding the laundry from various hampers & rooms, dumping on my bed, sorting into piles by fabric & color, and then doing laundry all day - really - all day every Sunday was laundry load after load. Now all members of the household have been directed to deposit their clothing directly into this center (which kept near the bedrooms), and must sort as they go (one bag is for dark, one medium, and one white). One full bag equals one full load. At any given night, when a bag is full, I just wash a load - easy peasy! My Sundays are now free and I'm a happier mom!The quality is amazing, spare bags are available, the wheels are sturdy, and my 7 year old and I put it together ourselves. I recommend this one over one without a grid on the bottom to support the weight of the bags (they get heavy).

Will tilt if you plan on pushing it around
June 25, 2017
The only annoying problem I found with this is the same with others who posted pictures-- the cart tilts. I thought maybe I didn't tighten the screws enough so I re-tightened everything. It'll be fine for a while before it tilts again! It doesn't come apart but if it tilts it means something is loose and I don't want it to come apart when I'm pushing it half way down the hall... I do push the cart from my apartment to the laundry room in my building. It's not a long walk and doesn't include any rough surface. However, all the parts on the cart feel very sturdy and good quality. Even if it tilts, it never came apart. I really do enjoy using it when it's not tilting and hope it stays that way forever, but unfortunately I have tighten the screws every time I do laundry.
Good price, good performance, but could be a little better.
December 26, 2016
Overall, this is a very good product, the quality is good, and it does a good job in its intended role.PROS:1. The canvas hamper bags are strong and well constructed.2. The assembly was reasonably easy, but pay close attention to the various parts and how they are used.3. The casters are optional, but appear sturdy and well constructed.4. The metal parts are well finished and fit together well.CONS:1. Once constructed, the cart doesn't seem very sturdy - it wobbles from side to side regardless of how much you tighten the screws. Over time, I feel that this will cause the screws to loosen and perhaps damage the framework tubing. There should be some diagonal bracing to reduce this problem.2. The bag handles are very finicky to insert into the bags. They work well to carry the bags, but as soon as you set the bags down, the handles twist and become misaligned with the bags. The handles are designed with open loops on each end that go over the top tube of the framework and allow the bags to hang from the framework. Of the six handles in the kit, only one fit properly on first attempt. The rest had to be manually adjusted (bent) to fit. Then, when I tried shifting positions of the bags, they again didn't fit properly. This is not a show stopper, but it is annoying.Overall, this is a good product that has some "opportunities for improvement."
Just what I was looking for!
May 3, 2016
I like most everything about this laundry sorter, except, like other reviews have mentioned, it gets a bit wobbly and I have to keep tightening the connections. Once I do that, it seems to stiffen up and work fine, but then after a few days to a week, or so, it starts wobbling out again! This is the reason for the 1 star deduction, but overall I really like this sorter. I like the convenience of the rollers (which are very smooth and sturdy) for those "BIG" laundry days, and the handles on each bag are convenient for throwing in one load when needed. Just grab the bag, toss it in and hook the bag back on the cart. The bags do hold 1+ load of laundry each, so they are quite big. The big draw for me was the streamlined look and color-scheme, both of which are accurately depicted in the pictures, so I was happy it matched. Setting the sorter up was very easy and took me about 45 mins - 1hr to build (but I'm a girl, and had to thoroughly go over the directions); others may be able to put together faster. If you are looking for a functional sorter that looks great, I would highly suggest this purchase. Just make sure you keep the tool to tighten the bolts handy! ;)
I love having laundry sorted BEFORE laundry day!
January 17, 2016
This was easy to put together, rolls nicely from my closet to my laundry room (alternatively, each piece lifts out easily with the handles to be carried to the laundry room separately), and will definitely help my 4 kids learn to sort their clothes! My sole complaint is that I would've actually loved something a bit bigger (this fills up in 3-4 days), but I suppose there's not a huge demand for giant laundry sorters. This was worth every penny for me.Now if only those kids would learn to turn their clothes right-side out before they hit the wash...
Decent hamper!
October 24, 2015
Pros:Good sturdy construction. Steel with canvas/cloth bags.Support steel bars underneath bags if bags are flooded with too many clothes(happens often for me)Metal bars are put through a majority of the cloth bags so that they are hanging(increase support in my opinion)Cons:Very tall with wheels. I believe in most "small" closets, a person will have to remove the wheels. If you have a big closet and have a space for it without hanging clothes, this is definitely a good fit for you. This a pretty good hamper. I have owned it for about 2 to 3 weeks. The bags are stronger quality along with the hooks than what I used to have.Let me say, make sure you take measurements before purchasing this for a closet. I didn't realize that it was so tall with the wheels. Luckily, the wheels were able to be removed and now the clothes don't sink into the hamper nearly as much hanging from inside the closet. It is hard to tell in my pictures, but with the wheels on, it was a pain to try to push it underneath the closet and the hanging clothes.I ended up putting adhesive moving pads on the bottom instead (stop the surface of the wood floor from being scratched up). Overall, I hope this will last me a long time!

DecoBros Heavy-Duty 3-Bag Laundry Sorter Cart (Bronze)UPDATE: Was contacted by Julie from Deco Bros Customer Service within 30 minutes after sending my initial email. She informed me that they would be sending me replacement arms via USPS priority mail. I received the package the next day, but unfortunately, they sent the chrome hangers instead of the bronze. Again I emailed Julie and within 30 minutes, she replied to my email. She apologized for the mix up and sent the correct bronze arms. I received the 2nd replacement arms the next day. I have to give Deco Bros credit for their quick response to my issues. Now that I put together the cart with the arms, I am very pleased with it. It was easy to put together and sturdy. I like the bars at the bottom of the cart that support the laundry bags as they get full.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Just unpacked the contents of the box and was about to assemble it, but noticed that 2 of the laundry bags arms were melted together on one side. I emailed DecoBros customer service and am awaiting a response. I will wait to put the cart together until I hear from them since I may have to ship the entire cart back to Amazon. Hopefully this is just a "fluke" that got by quality control.Everything else seems to be ok, so hopefully I will hear back from DecoBros soon.

Don't get too excited. Its a hamper.
January 16, 2016
As a bachelor, anything that helps me stay organized is a plus. This hamper is sized about right for a machine load of clothes per full bag. Fairly easy to assemble and two of the casters have brakes. Rolls smooth and looks good in the laundry.
great laundry sorter
July 20, 2015
Works well. Sometimes the bars that go through the canvas bags slide around while I'm bring the bag to and from the laundry room, and sometimes fall out when I put the bag down, which is slightly inconvenient. When they are in place, taking the bags in and out of the rack is effortless. The bag size works great for me as it is basically the size of one load of laundry in my machine. The whole rack is slightly bigger than would be ideal for my bathroom, if it had two bags only it would fit better. But if you have a large space for this it works really well.
Attractive and "out of sight" way to hold laundry
October 21, 2014
I love this laundry sorter. It's well built, sturdy, and looks great for something that holds stinky clothes. I get a lot of compliments on it whenever I have guests in my room, and it keeps the clothes off the floor. I use one of socks/underwear, one for whites, and the other for colors. When it's time to do wash I just lift the bags out of the cart and toss it in the wash.I don't use the rolling feature yet because I am on carpet and in an upstairs bedroom, whereas the laundry room is downstairs, but they are large enough to roll out completely full. In regards to their capacity, I've stuffed all three and it still fits within the cart no problem, and a bag equates to a full load of wash. I've only washed the bags once so far out of the few months of use, but they held up no problem and seem like they will last awhile even under my harsh and frequent stuffing of clothes. The only thing that seemed flimsy was the grated "flooring" that supports the bags, but even that has held up to the tons of clothes I've filled in all three bags, so I'm not worried about it. It's a great and attractive product. If you are on the fence about the purchase, just go for it.UPDATE: 10/23/2015 Almost a year after I bought this laundry sorter, one of the bags developed a split at the seam. It's a smaller tear, but I'm sure it'll continue to grow. The material itself has held up fine, but it's the quality of the seam that gave first. I will try to get the bag resewn because I can't imagine not having this hamper. Still a recommended purchase!
wonderful size and quality
March 6, 2014
This unit holds a lot and really made well. The only negative is the wheels seem to be a bit smaller and rolling from hardwood floors in my house to the rugs is not as smooth as I'd like. It's a small price to pay for the convenience of not carrying loads of laundry back and forth to the laundry room. Best price around from Amazon.
Love it!
September 9, 2013
Although this might be sad to admit, this is one of my favorite purchases of all times! It has added so much efficiency to the laundry process and my laundry room actually looks good for a change. I used to have all my dirty laundry in one hamper and had to sort it before I did a load of laundry into the right color piles. Then I'd usually do one load and the other piles would sit there until I got to them one by one. Usually my piles would end up getting kicked around by everyone passing through the laundry room and the laundry room was always a mess. I'd get tired of the mess and throw all the clothes back into the one hamper and then have to resort them all over again when I did the next load. Now, I can sort as I go, and can even see which load of laundry should be done next by looking at how full the respective hampers are.As to this specific laundry sorter, it appears to be of very good quality and is extremely functional. I didn't give it 5 stars because it's not attractive, but I've already gotten used to the look of it. Personally I would have preferred a bronzed look vs the bright silver bars, but it's in my laundry room so doesn't really matter.
Easy to assemble, sturdy canvas bags, fast delivery
April 20, 2013
Update: I changed my rating to 4 stars from 5, because after only a couple of months of owning this item, one of the bags ripped (right near the bias tape) at the seams even though I have been very gentle in my use of the bags and didn't put a lot of clothes in at once. Other than that, I have no other complaints. I just wish the company made the bags sturdier, then it would be perfect.---------The item arrived only a few days after I placed the order. My husband is not really a handy man and he doesn't really like to assemble things, but even he assembled it in like 15 minutes. (We couldn't find the tiny wrench that was included--we found it after we finished assembling, of course--so my husband just screwed the wheels on with his hands and it was fine.) It's now in my laundry room already being used. My laundry room is pretty small and I had to put my laundry basket/bag in front of some drawers. A friend recommended getting a laundry sorter with wheels so I can move it easily when I have to open the drawers or open a door that's nearby. This seems perfect for my small laundry room, and I can organize our laundry into whites, colors, and baby clothes. Initially, I was looking at the Honey-Can-Do SRT-01235 Heavy-Duty Triple Laundry Sorter since it was like the first item that appeared when I searched for a laundry sorter on Amazon, and many people seem to have purchased it. However after reading the reviews, it sounded like the bags were quite flimsy. So at the last minute before placing the order, I switched to this Seville brand. I don't know what the Honey-Can-Do one is really like because I haven't seen it myself, but I'm happy with the sturdy canvas bags I got with my Seville brand. I also like the bottom support for the bags to sit on. ('though we had a bit of hard time trying to make it sit squarely & evenly on the bottom bars. It's still not quite even, but it looks alright so I'm not going to let it bother me.) The wheels move smoothly and seem sturdy. I've only had this item for a couple of days now so I don't know how sturdy it'll be or how long it'll last and how I'll feel about it in the long run, but so far, I like it and I'm glad I chose this laundry sorter for my laundry room.

Does the job, looks nice...not sturdy
March 28, 2017
Very nice looking and works just fine. I just wish it was a little more sturdy....when its nearly or full, and you push on it, the entire unit bends the way you are pushing from. Again, it works, but the last one I bought from costco was a one piece frame which was much better than this multi piece unit.

It looks really nice and was easy to put together. However, after only a few weeks use it started to lean to one side. I tightened all of the parts and that didn't help. Still leans pretty significantly, even if there is not clothes in it.
good concept
September 5, 2016
I love this! We have had it for Ovwrva year now and think it's Prwtty good! Super quick and easy to put together. The bags are of high quality and makes laundry a little easier because I can sort it prior to going to the laundry room. I can either wheel the whole thing or can take off tan individual bag. It does sometimes cave in or the wheels do not work. One complaint is that the metal part is sturdy, but needs to be mor sturdy.

Bad luck
December 31, 2015
The product seems generally really good. The disappointing part, actually a bit disgusting, is that there is a stain on one of the bags. It looks like blood - like someone cut themselves sewing the bag and spurted blood and tried to wash it out with water. And it's in a front, top, visible location, so it's right there. So it's actually very disappointing to have something you're looking forward to, you put the whole thing together, unwrapping, bolting, puzzle-piecing it together. Then, last stage, you open up the bags, which are strong and nice quality, and when you open up the last bag and it's a bit bloody. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd been able to see that, of course; but to return it - luckily for the vendor - it is much too much trouble and I'll disinfect it with bleach, but I still wouldn't have purchased it with a stain like that.

August 8, 2014
I love how organized using 3 bins makes me (rather than just one) and it's very convenient to carry down laundry downstairs in the bags.BUT at least one of the bags has split already after a few months of use. I remember reading this in the reviews here. They are repairable (at the seams) but kind of disappointing quality in that regard.
Hamper
June 27, 2014
Update: 4 months later and all the bags now have holes in them, they started coming apart at the seams and since the canvas is so heavy it is impossible to fix unless you happen to have a heavy duty sewing machine which I do not. I would not recommend buying this product and would like a refund.I love this hamper but am only giving it 3 stars because one of the canvas bags is coming apart at the seams. The material of the bags is very sturdy although it looks as though when the bag was sewn together part of the edge was missed so now the bag is coming apart. It is a very easy fix but an unexpected hassle nonetheless. The frame for the hamper is very steady as well and it was fairly simple to put together, the wheels work great! The size of the canvas bags is much bigger than I had expected, I can fit 2 loads of laundry in each bag!
Could have been perfect.
January 21, 2014
This was exactly what I was looking for in a laundry hamper. Amazon shipped it to me quickly as usual. Instructions were simple no words just drawings in 4 steps. I started putting it together and noticed that one of the pieces had some markings on it. Like the finish had scratched off and almost like it was rusted already. That was very disappointing. After getting the frame together I opened up the bags. I was definitely wash the bags before use. The smelled bad and didn't have a good feel to them. Also I noticed they had a lot of lose threads. There were other laundry sorters styled like this one but this one seemed to be higher quality and had a support bottom on it. That's what made me decide on this one. Overall I'm sure this will work for me and will last. I'm just disappointed in the quality of the material. A better inspection at the factory would have possibly got the rating up to a 5. But as is it's a 3 out of 5.
Watch your seams
November 12, 2013
The hamper is very solid except for the bags. I've had it less than a month and one of the bags is already coming apart at the seams on the bottom. It is just my husband and myself, so the wear and tear on the bags is minimal. The other two bags seem fine, but it looks like the stitching was just enough off to allow the seam to unravel. Amazon is replacing the whole sorter as they could not replace just the bag. Wish I had a sewing machine, but just beware that some bags are better constructed than others.
Dimensions are deceptive
December 4, 2012
I just assembled the laundry cart (which was fairly easy, although the drawings could have been more detailed). The cart and bags seem sturdy and well-made. However, the dimensions are inaccurate. The cart itself is over 18" wide. With the bag hooks extending beyond the horizontal poles, the functional dimension is closer to 19 1/2" wide. So if your space is tight (as mine is), this may be a problem for you.

Bags are small
March 5, 2017
The product itself is great! Very sturdy. Strong wheels that roll over thick carpet. But the bags are so small, they don't even fill in the space provided. Sad.
High hopes crushed
December 15, 2016
I had high hopes for this sorter, but sadly the frame simply cannot support even moderate weight in the bags.I made sure to carefully and evenly tighten all of the hardware as to avoid any issues with leaning, but for all my efforts the cart still leans when the bags are not even full. I'd say with all three bags half full it has at least a 3/4" lean - if not more. That being said, the cart really does look nice. If you can find a way to stabilize the unit better, definitely do so. I imagine it wouldn't be as noticeable if you had it in a linen closet large enough to accommodate it's size. Simply just needs more support, like a sturdier frame. There are small black plastic spacers that attach between the frame pieces, if you can somehow find some black ones that work - it may resolve the issue - I'm no engineer though.
The cart was flimsy once I got a good look at it and I now wouldn't trust it ...
September 13, 2016
I didn't get to judge this cart as well as I could have, for I believe I may received a bit of a lemon compared to others. I'm not being so cruel as to rate it one star when I only had it in my possession, fully assembled, for an hour or two at most. The cart was flimsy once I got a good look at it and I now wouldn't trust it to stay together for too long, even after I secured all the screws tightly enough to keep it from wobbling. One of the legs stretching across the piece even had a bit of a defective screw-hole which wasn't easy for me to get a screw into initially (luckily, that should be solved now that I used a screwdriver to drive it in that screw like a normal woman). On the plus side, it was easy enough for one relatively small person who normally doesn't do much handiwork to assemble it by herself in a small area and one of the only two tools needed to put it together were in the box, not to mention it came with plenty of hardware in case a piece or two got lost in transit. That, at least, I can applaud the manufacturer for.As of [09/13/2016], the initial item I received is currently headed back to Amazon, having been sent back for a refund, and I will be looking for a better replacement. If anything relevant comes up, I will update this review accordingly.
You get what you pay for
June 19, 2016
Frame comes in small segments that "snap" together but don't hold very firm. Little buttons stick out 1/4-inch in the middle of each horizontal length. That's five little buttons. Cart does not stay vertical (plumb) but leans to one side since all the connections are not tight and there is no cross bracing. It you're after looks (and don't care about the buttons showing), this cart is for you. If you want something that's truly sturdy and will last a long time, look elsewhere.
You get what you pay for.

The cart is very nice looking, but very weak at the joints. After one use of rolling it, with the three bags containing one load of clothing each, across the tile floor in my laundry room, the cart leaned markedly to the left. I'm glad it was relatively inexpensive since I ended up throwing it away after that one use.

Poor Construction
March 19, 2016
The cart is poorly welded and breaks easily when you roll the cart. It kind of defeats the purpose to have a rolling cart that you can't roll.I returned the first cart because the wheel snapped off when the cart was moved. Amazon replaced the cart but the second one was no better. However this time my hubby used JB Weld on the joints during assembly. This took care of the problem. The cart is now sturdy as a tank but no one should have to "fix" a product new out of the box.
Missing Wheels
January 10, 2016
I bought 3 of these. One of them didn't have any wheels in the box. I am having difficulty finding out how to get replacement wheels. I don't want to ship the whole thing back at my expense for a complete replacement. I just want the wheels sent to me at the manufacturers expense.
Bags aren't sturdy, frame is good.
June 14, 2015
The frame is very sturdy, but the bags are not. I had to wash one of them and it got a HUGE rip on the seam after 1 wash! This was after the 30-day return policy so I can't exchange it and I can't fugue out how to get a replacement bag. One of the 6 rods that hold the bags up has a rip in the plastic too.
I hope yours is better quality than mine
May 12, 2014
Shipping was quick with prime, and it was really easy to assemble. I loved the product until one of the canvas bags had a rip at the seam after 2 weeks of ownership. The canvas bag rip makes the entire product pretty much useless, and I never stuffed my bags. I now have to face the decision to return it or bring out the whole sewing machine in order to do a better job than the manufacturer.
Parts Missing
March 19, 2014
Purchased this product based upon the very positive reviews. It arrived today and eagerly began unpacking the contents of the box. Methodically laid out contents and checking inventory of parts against the instructions parts list.Unfortunately, screws, allen wrench, and spacers were missing. Customer service will be shipping ground standard freight. They don't offer overnight. I would expect overnight shipping of replacement parts. They don't offer it.
Excellent design, terrible quality!

I wanted to love this laundry system. The design is beautiful, the bags are extremely functional and it's very easy to move bags from the sorter to the washing machine. The problem is, that I've just been using it for two days, and already one of the bags is torn at the bottom seam! Now I have to somehow disassemble and pack up this entire lousy item into the box that I already threw out to return it. How can they ship something without inspecting it first?

Don't Roll This Anywhere Unless You Want It To Fall Apart
October 26, 2016
My husband and I have been using this laundry sorter for about 6 months. For most of that time, it sat in our walk-in closet as a hamper.Last week, I decided to take advantage of the wheels and pull the cart into our laundry room, about 10 feet away from our closet. All 3 of the laundry bags were full. Since then, the cart has been wobbly, and I've been afraid to move it at all for fear it will collapse. My husband tightened the pieces yesterday, but it's still not sturdy. He said it would need a couple of crossbars to actually be stable. So I've come to the conclusion that you cannot actually use all 3 laundry bags and expect to cart this thing anywhere. If it wasn't made for filling with laundry and wheeling around, why does it have laundry bags and wheels? So, short of doing some welding, this cart isn't actually good for carting around laundry. It'll sit in the closet again as just a hamper until it collapses and we have to throw it out.
Wobbly/Strong Chemical Odor/ Bad quality for price
October 24, 2016
I was really excited when I received it. It was easy to put together, but after 2 days of use it started slanting to one side and wobbly. And the chemical smell that many talk about is strong. I took it out of my room to a spare bedroom cause couldn't sleep cause of the smell was just to strong the first couple of days.i would bot buy its to expensive for the quality. I was better of buying separate plastic hampers.
Awful chemical smell that won't come out!
September 22, 2016
The bags absolutely stunk! An awful, super strong chemical smell that filled my entire room. We washed them twice and the horrible chemical smell wouldn't come out! We returned it immediately. We ended up buying one at Target so we knew what we were getting. Do not buy!
Very flimsy
August 17, 2016
While it hasn't fallen apart, it is very loose at all of the joints. When I put it together, no matter how tight I mad the screws, it didn't matter. It never would get rigid. I keep it in a closet so it doesn't get moved around much. I'm convinced that if I moved it often it would have fallen apart by now.
Too Flimsy
April 17, 2016
Followed instructions and tightened everything down as tight as it would go. Once you put laundry in it and add that weight it becomes very flimsy. I wouldn't buy it again

One of the bags already split down the seams.
Good idea, poor quality product
August 2, 2014
Seams came undone almost at once. Fabric is good, construction OK but the important part, the sorter bags, are very poorly constructed. There is no excuse for such poor workman ship!!
bag is ripped at the seam after 14 days
July 28, 2014
I received this laundry cart 14 days ago. I was pleased with it until today when I went to take a load of laundry and found the canvas bag was split. Lovely. Didn't last 14 days.
Laundry bags poorly constructed
April 10, 2014
Initially loved this product. Frame is very sturdy and bags are roomy. Not wild about the hangers--when you remove the bag from the sorter to actually put clothes in the washer, the hangers tend to slide out of the canvas bag sleeves and making it difficult to manuver the bag. But, by far the biggest complaint is the quality of workmanship on the bags themselves. Unfortunately, within 6 weeks (just outside the return period) the seams on the bags have started to come apart. I certainly don't pack my laundry in until the bags bulge. In fact, the bags are rarely more than half-full before laundry day. So, the bags haven't been "stressed" at all. It looks like the seams are not sewn straight and the stitches didn't catch the fabric. So now, I'm stuck with a sorter that is falling apart after just a few weeks and no remedy. I had better luck with the cheaper plastic sorters. They lasted longer.
Bummer :(

After paying $50 for it, I was expecting much better quality. The canvas bags are already ripping after having it for 2 months :(
If you're expecting something nice, look elsewhere...
January 28, 2013
We were really excited about this product. Good looking. Sturdy. The last laundry sorter we'd ever need.We put it together and it looked good. A little flimsy, but good. Then we used it and it broke. The first time we tried rolling it it broke. Each wheel is held onto the frame with a small spot weld. A spot weld that was too small, as it broke and now instead of a rolling laundry bag, we have a limping laundry bag. Furthermore, the flimsy construction quickly loosens and the frame needs to be continually tightened.Look elsewhere. This isn't what it looks like. Not professional. Not sturdy. Not going to last you.
