Beyond happy with this hamper!
October 24, 2016
My husband and I have had various types of laundry hampers/carts/sorters in the past but this one by far exceeds them all! It is waaaay better quality that ones we've bought at Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc. and the construction is super solid. In the past other ones will kinda weeble and wobble, but this one keeps its frame in place. I love the rack on top too because I can easily iron my husband's work shirts and hang them there so they don't get all wrinkled in the closet crammed in with the other clothes (we have a small closet). I go back and forth between using the removable hampers and just loading them into a laundry basket to wash, partially because I've never had a hamper that can do that so I have my routine and well...I guess I'm an old dog and this is new trick. Anywho, this is great hamper and I'm super happy with it and how it suits the functions we need it for.
IDK how i lived without this.

Professional high quality materials and construction. Heavy duty wheels, tough canvas bags that are removable and strong steel construction. Goes together fairly easily but be careful to get the two end pieces facing the right way. I had to take mine apart as I reversed one. The center extension stub that holds the side posts for the top rail has holes that must face inward so the top rail can be attached properly. Easy to miss that in the assembly diagram. Great piece. Should last a lifetime.
Doing laundry doesn't suck so bad
February 26, 2016
Love love LOVE this product. I had been dealing with a small laundry room where the only place to pile clothes was on the floor. Now I can easily sort directly into the baskets and move it out of my way with ease. The wheels work great and the extra hanging space is a bonus. I never thought I'd like doing laundry and, well ok I don't like it, but at least I can do it with ease in a small space now:)
Great product! Sturdy and we'll worth the price. Will make laundry day so much easier!

I previously had a laundry cart similar to this one except as soon as I filled the bags, the entire thing would lean to the side and become unstable. Forget trying to roll it through the house, the only thing I could do was leave in propped up against the wall in one location. With all that in mind, I knew what to look for and what to avoid the next time I purchased a laundry cart.1. All metal construction. No plastic connectors at any of the joints, including the top bar.2. Large metal casters. Many of these types of carts have flimsy, black plastic wheels that can't hold much weight and break easily.3. Fabric, not mesh bags. Even though mesh bags are great for damp/wet clothes, they just don't hold up as well over time. This Deco Bros laundry cart checked all the boxes I needed it to. Even though I've never heard of this brand before, it was absolutely worth taking a chance on, especially at the current price (around $50 when I purchased it). There are a few improvements that could be made to this cart. Like another reviewer mentioned, the soldering at the joints could go all the way around to make them stronger. Also the bags could be a little larger, but they do hold a full load of clothes. All in all I'm very pleased with this cart and wouldn't be surprised to see the price increase the more popular it becomes. I have all 3 bags filled to the brim, plus clothes hanging on the top bar and it rolls smoothly throughout my house with no problems. The frame seems sturdy enough and should hold up with normal use for quite some time.
Very Sturdy. Have had others that were not half as

Very Sturdy. Have had others that were not half as nice
Great Quality with a Lifetime Warranty
September 13, 2015
I had one of these from another company that broke so I bought this one. I knew when I started putting it together it was going to be much better quality. The bags on this are very heavy duty so you won't have to worry about it breaking. Also, this is all metal, besides the pieces that go between the screws there isn't a piece of plastic in it. If you are unsure about using the rack at the top it is actually removable but I put it in the laundry room and since it has wheels I pull it through the house and pick clothes up as I am putting things away. it also has a lifetime replacement warranty which is great but I don't think anything will ever break on it.

Air Your Dirty Laundry with Elegance !!
November 29, 2016
I looked at hampers for my boyfriend for way too long before deciding on this one, and it has been great.Pros:1) There is a LOT of space in these bags. What used to fill 2 standard hampers will fit in these bags with room to spare.2) The color/design is great- it makes the room look much more complete and allows you to "air your dirty laundry" without it looking gross.3) You can pick up one bag at a time and wash that color. I divided out Whites/Lights, Colors, and Darks.4) This hamper ROLLS- you can roll your laundry to the washer and dryer instead of piling a ton of clothing into your arms and dropping various socks and shirts during the walk.Cons:1) The bags do have a plastic-y smell to them, but it DOES fade. I am extremely sensitive to smell and I didn't notice it after a day or two.2) Heavy-duty might be a stretch. The frame can absolutely handle all 3 bags being full with laundry, but it will tilt slightly if pushed. I would not recommend trying to store anything heavier (toys, shoes, etc) in these bags.If you liked this review, please give it a "Helpful"!
It's all in the wheels!
October 6, 2016
I absolutely love this laundry sorter. And, although Amazon offers a number of different models from varying manufacturers, I purchased this one for a couple of specific reasons:1) Check out those wheels! - The floors in my apartment are a somewhat cheap imitation wood laminate, so they're a little more susceptible to things like scratches and scuffs. So, I was hoping that the wheels on this unit would have the same feel and texture I hoped they would simply by looking at the product images in the listing. And, I'm happy to say that they absolutely met my expectations, and work quite well without making a single mark, or scratch, or even a sound, really, as I might need to move the cart around the room.2) "Heavy Duty" - The item is listed as a "Heavy-Duty" 3-Bag Laundry Sorter Cart, and the pictures made me feel like it very well could have a more solid construction than some of the other like products offered on Amazon. I'll have to admit, though, when I pulled the bars out of the box to assemble the unit, they didn't seem all that "Heavy-Duty" to me. Worse, the way that some of the pieces were designed to fit together (in that they they either slide and lock into place with a little rounded pin that you push down to make it line up and latch in, or where the end of one bar might meet the middle of another with a cheap plastic fitting to be used as a bushing to join the two), my confidence in it being "Heavy-Duty" was almost instantly shot. Having said all that, I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and even when I've had all three bags filled to the brim with things like damp towels and blue jeans, I haven't noticed any bending or bulging or general looseness that would otherwise indicate it as more of a "light duty" cart.Initial concerns over build quality aside, I really do love this thing overall. So, I have to give it a solid five stars. If it happens to wear out quickly or suffers some unexpected catastrophic failure, I'll be sure to update this review. But, until then, I'm really very happy with this purchase.
Would Recommend!!!
May 27, 2015
Arrived as expected, all parts were there, easy to assemble with basic knowledge of directions, sturdy when built, hooks are strong and I like that they have a rubber coating so they don't slip around, total measurements are accurate, bags are heavy canvas, rolls easy or locks, bars at the bottom to support heavy bags, and each bag holds a full load of laundry if not a bit more. Would recommend to a friend.
Prompt and generous replacement of defective parts!
July 15, 2014
Very responsive in replacing defective cart! The true test of a vendor is not what happens when everything goes well, but how they respond when there's a defect or problem. On that score, DecoBros gets 5+ stars for responsiveness and backing up their product. The cart arrived earlier today, and was as described in the other interviews. But after assembly (took about 1/2 hour) I discovered two defects, one major and one minor:1) one wheel had defective threads and would not screw into the vertical tube, and2) the screw holes on one of the curved top bars were not counter-sunk, so the edges of the screws stick out a bit, (the other curved bar was properly countersunk).I emailed the address on the box, and within 3 hours received a phone call. The polite gentleman (sounded like the owner) offered to send a replacement wheel, but when I mentioned the other defect (really just FYI, because it didn't affect the function) he quickly decided to simply send us an entire new replacement cart!I was very surprised and impressed. I assume it will arrive in good order; if not, I'll update this review.UPDATE 5-28-15: Still going strong, 10 months later. We now have 2 of these 3-bag sorters. I didn't realize how much this would change (for the better) how we do laundry. It allows us to sort different family members clothes into separate bins, and keep one set of 3 for dirty, and one for clean.Very ingenious and well-thought through design, especially the ability to lift each bag out of the frame and carry it to a bedroom.
Great product
June 13, 2014
This is an incredible value for the price. Feels so durable and stable compared to the other laundry sorters I have owned. Had to duct tape the last one together from day one. Would highly recommend this!
Very strong, super easy to put together!
May 24, 2014
I absolutely love this laundry sorter cart. The frame is sturdy and so easy to put together; I love the fact that you can pick up each of the three sections separately so you don't have to bend over to reach down to the bottom of the bag. Plenty of room in each bag to hold an extra large load, and the wheels are so strong, they are steel with tires, not plastic like so many of the other laundry sorters have. What amazed me most was the great price. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this laundry sorter to my friends, and would happily buy from this vendor again. By the way, it was shipped super-fast, too.

Perfect space saver easy to install
March 21, 2017
Got this for brooms etc to store in my laundry room. Needed to save some space once we got larger washer and dryers. This was easy to put up, my hubby was done in about 15min. We had all our parts You have to stack things correctly so your broom and mop bottoms don't interfere with each other. You need a little muscle to push the broom in, but it means that it does not move. No sliding or slipping. My mom doesn't like that she has to snap it in there that hard (she is older) but it does not bother us. I either alternate- some up some down- or you have to alternate the heights. The hooks are ok, but the way we have them its hard to hook things (or dryer blocks it) so we use them to hook our Swiffer because it has a curved handle.
Why didn't I buy this sooner?
April 8, 2015
I have a small apartment and the broom closet was always a mess with the brooms hitting me in the face whenever I took the trash out. This saved me so much stress! The slots have little rollers and they move to fit just about any size mop or broom. There are also little hooks that can drop down if you want to hold towels or the dust pan, which is what I use it for. This is a must-have organizational tool!
Not Only For Brooms & Mops!!!
March 13, 2015
Used it to mount my lightsabers and it worked perfectly
Perfect
May 16, 2014
The picture is accurate. You can easily hold 5 items that have a long handle (thing a mop or broom) if you do what the picture says (some items have the handle pointing up, others need to go the opposite direction). The unit itself is made of plastic and is not particularly heavy. However, it comes with 6 mounting screws as well as the drywall plastic thing (meaning you don't have to mount it into a stud). For mine, four of my screws were used with the drywall thing while I coincidentally hit a stud for the other two (the screws go in pairs one over top of the other). It took me 10 minutes to install. I drilled pilot holes so as not to mess up my drywall. This product is as advertised.
Finally....my laundry room is organized!!!
December 16, 2013
Finally, my brooms, mops, dust pan, and swiffer are organized!Appearance:-The color is a bit drab - between a biege and a grey, but it looks just fine.Quality:-The product is a very solid plastic which should hold up for many years.-It included 2 extra rubber replacement pieces for the holders in case they wear out (which I doubt will happen before we end up losing them).Installation:-There are 3 screw holes.-The package includes the screws and drywall mounts.-Make sure you mount it right sided up or else it won't hold the mops and brooms.-Using a level to make sure it's straight is probably good, but not necessary.-Takes about 10 mins to install.Use:-I was able to hang a swiffer broom, a regular broom, and two mops on the holder without any issue.-There are 2 hooks which pull out from the front. I hung a dust pan and broom on those hooks. This product works great to store mops and brooms. I would recommend it.
Works great!

First time I have had our brooms & mops organized for years. Much better that others I have tried. Was impressed with the quality of the product.

Great gadget for the money!
August 30, 2017
A bit lacking in sturdiness but I love it. I have a very bad back and this helps me transport my dirty clothes to the washroom, hang up the clean one, then transport them back to the bedroom. It fits perfectly in my walk-in closet.
Used it for a week with very positive feedback
December 12, 2016
I can never give a product 5 stars as the description for 5 states, "I love it". Since loving an inadimate object isn't possible the highest rating I can give is a 4. The wheels and tubes for thje frame are higher quality then the cheaper models, it remains to be seen how well the bags will hold up.My wife was THOUROUGLY impressed with this though. She does most of the laundry in our house and is very happy rollimng the laundery from one end of the house to the other and not having to carry/drag laundery baskets now!

December 10, 2016
The product came without any screws so there was no way to put it together. I'm giving 4 stars because the day I got the package I called the manufacturer, left a voice mail explaining the issue, i received a txt message back within the 30 min and I got the screws in the mail 2 days later. I was not in a hurry but a note to the manufacturer, make sure all pieces are packed before shipping.
Good Non-Commercial Laundry Sorter For The Money
September 25, 2016
We purchased this laundry sorter based on the Amazon reviews. We delayed our review to have enough time to fairly evaluate the product. First, assembly was fairly straight forward with minimal tool use. For those NOT handy with tools/instructions be warned the included instructions are mostly the typical pictograph type {Thanks China!}. Even so, you will figure it out. Another point- when assembling the wheels be firm when you set the locking mechanism on each wheel.I was sure one wheel was defective but when I set the lock more firmly it responded properly. As some have noted this is decent quality for a non-commercial laundry sorter at this price point. No issues with product construction or performance thus far. Meets our needs for a small laundry room and we like the mobility option with the lockable wheels.Based on our experience thus far {one month of use} I would recommend this sorter to others.
Perfect for Small Laundry Rooms!
September 17, 2016
Did a lot of research to find this laundry sorter. I love it! Was exactly what I was looking for. My laundry room is SO SMALL, that this works perfectly. I still have to move it out of the way to get to the washer and dryer, but love having the hanger portion to put the clothes on as I pull them out of the dryer. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the hooks. It's the only flaw of the design. I do get caught on the hooks that hold the laundry bags in place. Other than that it's perfect!
Good quality so far!
June 14, 2016
Great product! Nice and sturdy frame and bags. The hanging bar is easily removable which is really convenient. I was hesitant about people referring to the spot weld on the wheels but if you handle with care and don't drag around the cart carelessly when it's completely full and make sure all the screws are nice and tight, it should be fine.I found that once the cart was full, it revealed that the screws weren't completely tight, so I would recommend re-tightening the screws after you have the cart loaded up.

I love this hamper
April 13, 2017
I love this hamper! It makes laundry easy and a bit fun, plus it's aesthetically pleasing. Be aware that one of the product photos has a bar across the back of the frame that would prevent the bags from swinging that direction, which would be great, but it isn't included on this model. The bags in that photo are also slightly different. The ones I received have less dark trim at the top near the hanger (which luckily I prefer!).
Sturdy & Neat
January 22, 2017
I put this together myself, and it was fairly easy to do so. But I did accidentally put the brake wheels diagonally across each other rather than on one side (still works fine). It looks neat, with the chrome finish and doesn't take up too much space. The bags are durable and have so far retained their shape (sharp lines one the bottom from when it was folded), even after a month or so of use. Because of the durability of the fabric, it doesn't allow for much stretch to overfill the bag. Overall, I think it functions well and fits in well with the decorations of my bathroom where I have it placed so me and my two sisters can separate our laundry. My sister preferred our previous sorter because the bottom had a flat metal mesh that she could leave put her dirty clothes on if she didn't immediately replace her bag. I however do not mind that she can no longer do so.
A good hamper, with a caveat
October 31, 2016
Overall, this is a well-designed hamper in concept and fully resembles the advertised product when constructed. It makes doing laundry a bearable chore - put your hamper on wheels, it's revolutionary. However, in practice, its durability is limited, but is to be expected for the price point. For instance, I must transport my laundry approximately 75 meters to an apartment laundromat, which drove my purchase of this unit. In practice, many of the joints are held together with plastic washers that continually deform, particularly on inclines and irregular surfaces - in my case the paved sidewalk to my laundromat. This results in progressive instability and "lean" of the unit that so far has been temporarily fixed by further tightening the screws. Hopefully it "breaks in."Pros:1. Price.2. Construction is relatively easy. Would be easier with a second set of hands at certain steps. Power tools unnecessary.3. Good design. The handles on each bag are convenient.Cons:1. Durability. Probably not an issue if hand carrying the bags or only rolling the hamper for short distances indoors.
Pretty, functional hamper
August 13, 2015
Updated: the company sent me a new hamper after seeing my 1st review. The new hamper is tight and straight. Looks like we got a defective one the first time. I'm glad the company took the time to right the issue, thank you!Love the clean simple design of this hamper. The hamper however it is crooked, the top and bottom bars don't line up. Anyone else have this issue?
Updated review...
July 16, 2015
Update: 2-9-16After having this for a few months I'm a little less satisfied with it. It just doesn't seem to HD up to the laundry load for a family of 6 (5 being males). It's always leaning one direction or another and I'm constantly having to take a screwdriver to it to tighten up the screws. It still does the job, but I have to leave it leaning on a wall if it's any kind of full.I did a ton of research before settling on this one. I'm so glad I did. It's simple to put together (even with a 1 year old "helping") and Super sturdy. It has an awesome capacity too. Very easily 5 stars!
Great design, made well, met all my criteria!
July 29, 2014
After EXTENSIVE research on laundry sorters I decided on this Deco Bros 3 bag sorter cart. I have only had it a short time (hence 4 stars). What I can tell you is that it was designed very thoughtfully and made extremely well. It was a breeze to put together and the connections fit snugly. (No wobbling or rattles) One criteria I had from past experience was a support bar underneath the bags, this one has 3. If you are shopping for one this is a must, trust me! The bags are a made of a water resisting material which can be hand washed if needed, and are made very well. Many of the other brands had canvas or thin nylon bags which seemed to rip and loose shape on many models. The wheels are quite sturdy which makes rolling easy. I didn't find any negative reviews on this and many if not all of the others had at least a few. I don't usually write these but I appreciated all the reviews I read in my search. I truly don't think you can go wrong with this one. I will add to this if i change my mind:) Good luck! Happy Laundry:)

Sturdy little kitchen supply holder
October 16, 2017
I bought this kit to use on the back of my pantry door to hold mops, brooms, and other cleaning supplies. It came as pictures but was a little more cream colored than white, which I was ok with since it is not like I am using it as decor. The only thing I really didn't like was the screws that came with it to mount. They were so large, if I used them they would have went straight through the door to the other side. I get needing bigger screws to keep it up, but that length just seemed unnecessary especially since most people I know that have these have them mounted to the inside of a door.Overall I am pleased, even if I'm not able to use all pieces that came along with my purchase.
It's a good quality product and does what it is supposed to
February 5, 2017
It's a good quality product and does what it is supposed to. The grips are very strong, so the tools do not move (almost too strong). However I find the grips are not spaced quite far enough apart for my liking. In the mfg photo, spacing appears fine with mops & brooms positioned upright and downward to fit them side-by-side, but in reality mine appear much more crammed together, so much so, they are difficult to get in & out of the organizer, particularly because it does grip so well. It's ok for me and likely as good, possibly better than other organizers out there, but if you have the space I'd recommend 2 placed side-by-side so you have the option to skip a gripper, if need be, for bigger or more awkwardly shaped cleaning tools. I should have done this from the get go, but don't quite love it enough to spend another $15. Thirty bucks to organize my brooms and mops is more than I want to spend, particularly when I only have 5 tools.
Great Organizer
February 5, 2017
This product is sturdy and easy to install. It is has a more attractive and functional design than any of the mop/broom holders that I researched. I love the extra hooks that are on the front of the holder. It is a perfect place to store my umbrella, gloves and hats.I am very happy with this purchase, It is a great design that holds the brooms and dusters neatly and securely. My mop has a curved handle so it won't lay flat against the wall. This is not a design flaw, just something to think about when purchasing this item.
Hangs on tight!
January 14, 2017
Have only had it a few weeks but so far so good. It seems sturdy. Make sure you find studs in your wall and/or use the drywall anchors wen hanging this product, as the force needed to remove an item (broom, mop etc) is significant and it its not secured to the wall properly you could easily pull it right off. I gave it four stars because its not the easiest to get a broom or mop handle into. You have to be at just the right angle to get the wheel to retract and accept the handle. Time will tell if this product holds up and I'll update in the future if needed.
A good idea, it helps organize things and get them off the floor...
December 8, 2016
The wall mounted holder works well, nothing slides down (so far) and the storage seems secure. My only suggestion to make this a 5-star product would be to have a small tab to push up the spring mounted arms that hold your items in place. I don't have an issue loading or unloading a handle, but my Wife does. She complains that the springs are too strong (but they need to be). She can get things out of the organizer but leaves me to put them back :) . Rather than use the supplied hardware I used wallboard anchors that are a bit more substantial. With six of these holding up the Mop and Broom holder, it's not going anywhere. We purchased two organizers: one to mount one behind the door to the laundry/mud room for mops, booms, a hardwood floor sweeper and a yard stick. The second will go in my garage to store a broom, scrub brush, paint roller handles and a push-broom. It's difficult to see it on the product photos on Amazon but there are also six flip down hooks, they aren't heavy duty but rather a nice place to hang light-weight items. If you are looking for a way to get similar items off your floors and out of corners, this has item has met my expectations and then some.
Buy an extension for your drill bit, holes deeply in set
August 9, 2014
Fits perfectly in the five inch space between the fridge and the wall. In the absence of a broom closet, this is quite the space saver. Good for smaller homes/spaces where having a closet is both impractical and impossible. The screw holes are deep set, so you will need an extension on your drill to get this baby into the wall, but once its in, it isn't going anywhere! I had no difficulty getting it to catch hold of my brooms, and the provided hooks can be moved up and out of the way, or down for use-mine were used for the dustpan and as a hook for a duster.Update 3/14/17: We have since moved, and had to purchase another one for the house we are now in. I am still satisfied with this product. The design does appear to be a little different (not as easy to get the broom in), but the product still works well.I wanted to point something out-while there are SIX holes for the screws, I have only ever mounted this using the screws on either end. The allowed space in the middle is over-engineering, honestly, and makes it much more difficult to evenly space the screws/wall mounts. I have this loaded at the moment (as I did the previous one), and its holding fine. Please note that there will be room for many tools if you stagger them by height. This does require some strategy and precision since the slots are spaced so closely together, but if you are truly lacking space as we have been, this product is ideal.

Sturdiness Not as Expected
August 23, 2017
Not as sturdy as I thought it would be. Seems to be leaning to one side already after just two weeks of use.
Good design but very flimsy
May 10, 2017
It works very well, but everything is built on squares. It sways and flexes constantly and you often have to pick up the front when rolling it to stop it from tipping over. If it had slightly bigger wheels and some angled cross-braces it would be perfect.

March 7, 2017
I was really expecting something that feels sturdier than what this is. The bins also have a really strong smell that clings into your clothes so make sure you air out before you use them. But overall, it is working how it's supposed to and has not fallen into pieces yet after a month of use.
Worth it?
October 18, 2016
This is a sturdy laundry sorter that is very helpful on laundry day! The size is perfect for my space and the amount of laundry that piles up over the week. It was easy to assemble and I like that it has locking wheels. What I can't stand about it, however, is the chemical off-gassing of the plastic used in the wheels and plastic coating of the bag hangers. It has that Made In China smell that permeates the whole house. Even my dogs couldn't stand to go in the laundry room with it! I tried soaking and wiping everything down with Dr. Bronners soap. I didn't try vinegar, but that's next on my list - it's just so nasty!! The other drawback to this cart is the fact that the laundry bags have to be hand washed and air dried. I will look for alternative bags that can just be thrown in with the wash, or I may have to make them myself.
It's decent!
September 20, 2016
I bought this because we had a bunch of small baskets crowding up the room, and I loved that this came with a thing to hang your clothes. The package came in its original box, and the box was pretty dented. It came with really simple instructions on how to build it. Setting up everything was really easy and didn't take me that long to do. I really wished the bags came with a bottom support (like a cardboard bottom) because when i put a lot of clothes inside the basket it would cave out. Another thing I really didn't like about this product was that the top part is really flimsy. Everything on the bottom was screwed in, so it was sturdy. But the top was connected through buttons and that made it really flimsy. When I move the product, it would make a clanging noise. If the bars were adjustable, I would totally understand why they would have the buttons, but it is not. The baskets fit a decent amount of clothes inside, just wish it was made with a better material. I like how the wheels have a stopper in the back, so the cart won't move around. Parts of the wheels were dented. Overall this product is decent.
Nice....but the smell -- UGH!!!!!!!!!!
April 10, 2016
I like the sturdiness of it. But the bags, UGH! They smell horrendous. I even put them on the porch for a couple days.....then I soaked them in the tub and sprayed alcohol, then scent spray on them. It helped 25%. They smell like the plastic bag the whole thing came in. I really don't like smelling toxic-like smells -- especially since I have a 5 mth old baby.

Does the job, but get your grease and tools out...
March 28, 2017
Decent laundry cart. I have used for over 2 months now. Wheels and hardware are not top notch quality. One wheel was stuck and did not spin right out of the box. Had to be taking apart and greased. Cart needs constant tightening over time, but that is not a huge deal. Overall does what it is supposed to do but could be made of higher quality parts for price.Pros:Laundry bags made of thick canvas type materialNeat way to organize laundrySeparate bins make for quick sorting at washing machineCons:Not highest quality parts
So far, so good...
August 4, 2016
I bought a laundry sorter from BedBath and it was awful. So, I did what I should have done to begin with which was research the top laundry sorters out there. This one had high reviews and little relevant complaints. I was wary of purchasing online but took the risk. When we received it it was missing a few parts, which was kind of an inconvenience because I had already starting building it but the seller quickly got these parts to us when contacted (finding out how to reach them was probably the hardest part, after that they were apologetic, fast and accommodating). Anyhoo, my husband was on the task of building it and he built it in no time. He rolled it about a bit, it seemed fine. The true test came when we added laundry to it. It has a little bit of a wobble forward, but not on both sides so if you spin it around the other side does not wobble. This is a bit concerning as this is how the BedBath laundry cart started before it completely fell apart. And mind you, I am just talking about filling the bags provided with regular clothes. This is why the cart gets 3 and not 4 or 5 stars. On another positive note, it was able to roll it through the stretch of carpet fine (after I spinned it around so that it was not leaning forward as I pulled it rather than pushed it). Also, it got in and out of an elevator fine even despite the gap and seemed sturdy enough to last. Like I said the only concern I have is that that lean will one day give way to breaking. Ideally it would not lean, it would just stay in place as I pushed or pulled it. The parts are metallic not plastic. I like that it is compact (the wheels do not extend out) so fits in nooks and corners of the room and closets. Will increase stars if it lasts longer than 3-6 months or will decrease if it breaks. So far it is fine.

May 31, 2016
I bought this cart because it looked very sturdy. We are a family of three and do our laundry roughly once a week. The idea of having three separate compartments for laundry really appealed to me, as did the removable bags and the heavy-looking chrome frame. It was easy to assemble and looked great when we first set it up. The wheels are very large and the materials seem high-quality. Only the bags disappointed me, as they seem to be made from a cheaper synthetic canvas and are a darker beige than pictured.Over the course of the past 8 or so months the cart has begin lilting severely to one side, and there seems to be no way to tighten the poles to one another. We keep it in one spot in our room and it does not move from there. Two of the bags have split open at the corner just from moderate use. If I had known all of this beforehand, I might have gone with a smaller but sturdier hamper.
Great product...but a big odor problem comes with it
April 22, 2015
I bought this item based on all the positive reviews. It required about a half hour of piece by piece set-up...the usual deal with all the screws and the strangely translated instructions. The product itself is attractive, functional and just as shown. HOWEVER as soon as I opened the box I knew I was doomed for a year to unbearable naphthalene stench in my laundry room, also known as my dog's bedroom. I have ordered products before made in China and they often use these mothball bags to keep products from rotting, presumably, in the hot humid southern Chinese climate. But the smell never goes away. In the case of a scarf, dry cleaning did nothing, and I eventually had to discard it. This is a very useful unit and I have the bags outside each day hoping the odor will lessen, but even my dog won't lie near it. I will keep it, but if you hate naphthalene or are allergic to the smell...don't buy this.
Sigh.
April 14, 2015
Was torn between this and the Steele sorter from Crate & Barrel. Ended up choosing this one due to...well, really because I was way too lazy to drive myself to Crate & Barrel when I could click a button and this would magically arrive. It arrived in a smaller than expected box, and when I emptied the contents I figured out why. Look closer at the picture and you'll notice the bars are made up of individual sections like older tent pole sections. They snap together with spring closures, and eventually you end up with something that looks like the above. It looks ok, functions decently, but I'm not sure if I'll end up keeping this. Oh, it off-gasses for a bit, so assemble in a room or area with plenty of ventilation.
Could have been 5 stars!
August 12, 2014
Overall the quality is good. The frame is made of a light, chromed, metal tube that when fully assembled has a rigid frame with very little to no wobble. The wheels are heavy duty made with a dense rubber type material. 2 of which are locking wheels. My only real complaint about this product is at the welded joints, tack welds were used instead of a complete weld. Meaning, where 2 parts came together, one or two little spots were welded instead of welding all the way around the surface. I'm sure the reason for doing this was to save time and money in the manufacturing process. But I wouldn't be surprised if this joint failed in the future. Also, the partially welded joints left large gaps with sharp edges exposed which will certainly cause snags in clothing (if ever laid around the base of the hamper) or possibly even cuts if my child were to ever grab that area. Not a comforting feeling. I'll try to post a picture of this joint if I can.Would I recommend this product?:Probably. If it weren't for the concerns stated above I would have easily given it 5 stars.

Holder Good. Hardware Terrible
September 19, 2017
Do NOT use the included hardware. My organizer stayed up for a few hours. The "drywall anchors" were so large, that to keep my organizer in the same place with real drywall anchors, I had to use ones that were very large and as a result, my screw heads are too large to get fully seated. It does seem very secure now, however. There is a lot of tension for pushing the broom handle in. Nothing seems likely to go anywhere.
Well Made but Slipping Can Occur
November 8, 2016
Ok holder, but some slipping can occur if you're not careful. Need to give a tug and keep the mop handle close to the back of the hanger to lock in place. Otherwise, may start to slide down very slowly and you will come back to find it on the ground. The hooks hold well for additional items.Just occurred to me while writing this - I wonder if the the balls that catch each pole were rough instead of smooth, they may grip better. Maybe some sanding would help. If they were only made of hard rubber instead of plastic!
Nice concept, but doesn't hold items very well
September 26, 2015
This product works okay for its advertised purpose. I liked the hooks that fold down to hold things that won't fit in the little roller holders. The main problem with this product is that the rotating rollers that are supposed to maintain tension on the broom, shovel, rake, etc. lose their tension and drop whatever it is that they are supposed to be holding. You either have to scoot the item all the way down so it's sitting against the top of the holder so it doesn't slide out, or you have to hang it by one of the hooks, because they slide down and fall out of the rollers after being in them for a couple minutes. I bought three of them, and I'm making them work, but all three of them have the same problem, so I think it's a general design flaw. The concept is good, but be prepared to have your stuff slide down and fall off.
It does the job, but could be better
July 13, 2015
This broom holder serves its use. The hooks and ball mechanism for the broom holder is cleaver. The problem I encountered is the holes for the screws are close to the same width all the way back, there's only a thin lip for which the screw head to be in contact with the plastic. I was attaching this to a wall where one set of screw holes was over a stud, while the others were not. In a pinch (moving and without my full set of supplies) I had to use a standard wood screw instead of a pan head screw for the holes going into the stud (screws provided wouldn't have been long enough to hit the stud). The first time I installed it the screw popped past the holder and had to be removed. This could be solved by making the opening for the screws to exit smaller (one of mine was actually similar to this) or otherwise re-engineering the hole so it's less oblong. Then again, if you're only going into drywall at all six holes you may not have an issue.
Works ok, could use a little work
April 29, 2015
This is a good idea, and for the most art could work well. With in the first two weeks everything worked well, and as expected. On week three is when things turned bad. On week three, the hook on the front snapped off for one of the holders. The next week the balls in the same slot that the hook snapped off of fell out. I just use the space for a large handled thing, so friction holds it. I haven't replaced it, but I am thinking about it. I got two at the time I ordered mine, so I will use another one because I am not sure if it is hard use, or if it was something wrong with the system. I will find out after using the next one. If you are mounting to brick, block, or cement walls like I was, I used 3/8x4 tapcons to mount it, and saved the mounting hardware. The hardware sent in the box is good for mounting to drywall like in most new homes. This does not, and will not mount well to lath and plaster. If you are mounting to lath and plaster, make sure to use a flang boalt, one that has an anker with wings, better known as a togal bolt. Make sure you use every hole they provide, or it will fall down for sure off a lath and plaster wall.
A headache to install single-handed but, in the end, serviceable.
April 9, 2015
A tough install having to do it by myself. If you don't have a second pair of hands to help, wait for a very calm and relaxing day to attempt the install (and make a template for the holes); otherwise, prepare to go bald pulling your hair out if you care about the holder being mounted level. Once the thing is up, be prepared for bulk shock -- it looks pretty bulky on the wall. Next, find some heavy duty rubber bands (the kind you find on a bunch of celery in the produce section work fine) because, unless your brooms and mops are truly lightweights, the handle, regardless of diameter, will most definitely slip through the so-called grips. Just wrap a heavy-duty rubber band around the handle at the level you want it to hang -- the extra bulk of the band will prevent it from slipping through the grips. But, once you overcome the installation chore and bulk shock and have remedied the slipping, the darned thing works pretty well.

Horrible Smell!
January 31, 2017
Seems sturdy and was easy to put together; however, the bags smell like motor oil and gasoline. Horrible! I'm not sure what the bags are coated with to make them durable and hold their shape, but they emit noxious fumes. I had to let the bags sit outside over night to air out in hopes to rid them of the smell. Not how I want my laundry room to smell. Why not just use regular canvas bag?

The smell is horrible. I set it outside for several days to let it air out. That didn't work. Then we hand washed it. It still stinks and if you put clothes in the bins they smell also. It is some kind of chemical smell that won't go away.
It smells
September 14, 2016
It smelled so bad when unpacked that I parked it outside for 2 weeks.
Would probably be good if mine didn't arrive broken..
August 11, 2016
Unfortunately I got this to replace my existing 3 bin sorter and it didn't work out for me. I got through putting the entire thing together, only to get to the top two bars to fit together to make the hanging bar. One side of the bars that was supposed to fit into another was actually warped and flared out (kind of like it got dropped or smushed out or just got manufactured with a flare instead of an indent) and so I wasn't able to connect the top two bars :(.
Was happy but have to change - no customer service at all equals bad service and wouldn't buy it again
August 4, 2016
Absolutely great! Easy to put together, came with excellent packaging, didn't even need extra tools, went together smoothly. It's sturdy and is already working for us. UPDATE: 10-23-16. The product is good, but there is no customer service. Their website simply links you back to Amazon, and Amazon is not able to get a response from them. I picture an empty warehouse with a single phone in the middle with no one sitting at the desk. Two of the bags were ruined and I'm trying to get replacements. No response at all.

It has been a real piece of crap from day one
August 11, 2017
Weak sauce! This is the most wobbly thing I have ever seen. If you try to roll it to the laundry room you are constantly worried it's going to fall apart. It has been a real piece of crap from day one. I'm giving it 2 stars because when it's not in motion it looks nice and fortunately you can remove each compartment to take to the washing machine to avoid rolling it...
Not so "heavy-duty"
February 5, 2017
Out of the box it seemed pretty sturdy, but the plastic pieces don't hold it together well without deforming. Also, when it's loaded with clothes, it cants the entire cart (so the vertical pieces are no longer vertical, like a parallelogram). I did notice the chemical smell others have complained about, but it was mild and dissipated quickly.
Update: It's started to lean
July 30, 2016
Update: after regular use, with no more than being half-full in each compartment, the product is now leaning to the left. Probably due to loosening screws/joints. I haven't figured out how to remedy but will update review if it can be done.Previous review:Item arrived well-packaged and protected. Bars were not bent or defective. Screws thread in nicely and product is balanced upon assembly despite other customer reviews. Two of four wheels lock but I have to bend over to engage the lock - I think that's inconvenient. Very easy to assemble. I plan on using this for my husband's work clothes (dirty construction wear), our towels, and large/bulky items. I'm hoping this will measure up. I expect each compartment to hold a little less than a full load. I'll update if I have any issues.
Good - but bends with bags full
July 23, 2016
This is almost the best laundry cart I've ever owned. The one thing that drew me to it was the large wheels. I've gotta roll this thing through my apartment complex to the laundry so having larger wheels is awesome. The bags are nice and thick. The width is a little small but that's not a problem at all. So, why a 2 star? It's funny how none of these companies can figure out the bending problem. You basically have 4 screws holding the top portion in place carrying the entire load of the 3 bags. When it gets filled up - the whole thing slants to the side. I tried screwing the screws tighter but that doesn't help. Why don't they just have a couple of straight "I" bars connecting each end in the middle long ways? Maybe they don't test these things I guess. That would solve the problem. Other than that - it's a pretty decent cart.
Screws Loosen With Normal Usage
July 5, 2016
I bought two of these in hopes of changing my laundry nightmare into a pleasant experience. These don't really fit the bill. The metal tubing is substantial enough for these to be called heavy duty. But the way that the cart is put together is the issue. There are a bunch of screws with plastic washers holding the 40 pieces together. Once you load the cart with a substantial amount of laundry (they are large and they hold a lot of clothing, sheets, towels), the screws start loosening up and the cart goes from being stiff and sturdy, to lopsided and shaky. I found myself tightening screws once when I put them together and two more times when I actually loaded them and wheeled them about 100 yards to the laundry room in my building. Once I put them together, that should've been the end of it. If I have to tighten screws every time I wash, then I've traded the time I saved sorting my laundry for the new task of tightening my cart once or twice a week. That's unacceptable. Ugh. I'd send them back, but they'd never fit in the box.
Super solid and great for the price!
February 15, 2016
I was hesitant to buy this after some rather craptastic experiences with a wooden-framed version and then a more recent cardboard-based monstrosity. We needed SOMETHING, though, and given its good reviews, I decided to try it out. This thing is SOLID. It's well-built and thought-out, and yes, it does just use spot welds, as one reviewer pointed out, but they're strong as heck and don't detract from the overall appearance. The wheels are super heavy-duty, but could be left off if you don't want to move it around. I do, so I put them on. The frame snaps together with ease -- no excessive screws or unstable joints. The bags are a PUL-coated cotton or some sort of canvas -- they seem well-constructed, and they're super handy to pick up and carry to the laundry. Each bag when full will fill our large-capacity washer. We keep this in the en suite bathroom in our master bedroom and it looks good with the other chrome fixtures. We've had this less than a week, but I'm impressed enough to write a five-star review of it. I will change it if anything unusual happens.UPDATE 5/15/16: Well, it was too good to be true. This sorter was good for about a month of normal use. Now it is super wobbly and lists to one end. Huge disappointment, as I really liked it.

Heavy spring catch
October 21, 2016
This is my 2nd order for this item. I can't believe how different it is from the first one. The 2nd one has tight springs in it which make it hard to hang anything as well as remove. The 1st one I bought the holders are loose but as soon as you place a broom stick in it it automatically grabs. I'm disappointed in my 2nd buy. I have no idea why the manufacturer would change the design because it worked so well without the heavy spring action.

January 17, 2016
I only kept this to avoid returning as we all know that is a hassle. This item really does not work as well as others. Yes this has the "balls" that are suppose to fit to any handle, unfortunately they do not. The balls are not tight and there is a sizable gap between the ball and the edge. I could only use my thick handles with this product. The best way is to slide the handle down and hope it catches on the ball and rubber track. all my smaller handles fell out. If you wrap duct tape around the smaller handles to make the circumference bigger, they will catch better. I cannot recommend this product.
Very Disapointing
October 12, 2015
Just okay, and barely rates an okay. The 7lb rated holding capacity is a joke. Even with a very light broom it slides down until it comes in contact with the handle or something else to stop it from slipping. Have tried many different things and it just holds okay no matter what. We only needed it to hold a couple of things and put them in so that when the end of the brooms rests on top of the part that's supposed to hold it and it can't slide. If you try to use this to hold something by the handle like it shows in the picture, it won't work, at least the one we have won't.
Not Heavy Duty, Cheaply Made
August 2, 2015
Im not sure this product deserves the high marks. Its very "plastic" and the weight limit is rather low (I believe 7.5lbs?). This means things will slide down, and it didn't adequately hold my Libman push broom. Its mostly plastic, and the friction-holding wheel and pad aren't very strong. This wasn't what I was expecting for a garage. Maybe ok for a Swiffer and light-weight broom. Anything more serious, look elsewhere.Big gripe: the plastic screw holes aren't very robust. Be careful not to over-tighten the screws, or you'll blow right through the plastic (easily). I accidentally did this on the middle holes, not the outer ones. Big bummer. Wasn't hard to do.I would return this, but its hard to do so once you've tried it out by hanging it on the wall. Not really what I was hoping for.
No instructions! Poor design
March 31, 2015
I chose this product among the many options for wall organizers in part because I loved that there were hooks as well. When I received it, I was excited to mount it and start getting some use out of it. There were no instructions included, but I was able to figure it out. Took more time than it would have if there were instructions included!Once I installed it in the garage, I loaded it up with all my gardening tools and brooms. I walked away happy to go make some dinner. As I was chopping up ingredients for my famous salsa, I heard a loud sound in the garage that made my poor cat jump in the air. I walk back into the garage to see that my broom and mop have fallen off the organizer and knocked over my little recycling bin in the process. So much for de-cluttering and organizing! I wouldn't recommend this product.
Good looking, bad design
March 29, 2015
I think it is fragile to use. You must use care to place a standard broom or mop handle in any slot The latching mechanism is loose, by design. I bought 2 of these, and since I'm committed, I'm glad I did. Having 2 of these was the only way: 2 standard mops, 1 broom, 2 swifters, and a metal dust pan could co-reside usefully. It is not easy to install, especially since no instructions came with it. A drill pattern would have been nice since you are placing 6 screws into your wall. And maybe guidance on the drill bit size? And if using an electric screw driver, be sure it has a long attachment. I'm pretty sure the hooks will not last all that long; flimsy. I'm sprucing up the house to sell it. I hope these last a few months.

I would give this 5 stars. Honestly I don't want to give it 2 stars. I put mine together with a phillips head screw driver and everything seemed fine. the bags hold TONS of clothes. At least 8 loads worth in my opinion. I take my laundry roller across the street to do laundry. The reason I bought this one, was because I had a cheap plastic one that kept falling apartment and the tires were plastic and fell apart after a month. As I seemed to push this ahead of my it LEANED extremely bad. I was scared it was going to break. I thought possibly I didin't tighten the screws enough so after I did laundry I brought it home for my husband to fix and he said the screws were tight. So I'm not sure why it isn't stabilizing instead of leaning crooked. If you dont touch it, its fine, but as soon as you start to push or pull it leans. Here's an example
Just want a working laundry basket that is sturdy.
October 13, 2016
Received this product end of September. The Cart was crooked and leaned to the RIGHT side, I wasn't too worried about this at first. However, within a few days of having this product, one of the 3 laundry bags split/was undone from where the stitching is for the bar to connect on the cart. Oct 10 2nd of the 3rd laundry bags did the exact same. The laundry bags were not overfilled, or containing heavy clothing/articles in them. Called amazon to complain and ask for 2 bags to be sent, instead having to send the product back and have to have it in a box and be picked up at home. Just want a working laundry basket that is sturdy.

September 8, 2016
I think my cart was the lemon of the batch. It rolls fine half of the time but the other half the time really tries my patience. One of the wheels will turn sideways mid-roll and completely stop the movement of the cart.... which causes me to slam into it. Nor do the wheels roll easily on my plush carpet. Also in my case, the frame is very unstable. The frame easily shakes side to side by at least 6 inches each direction and doesn't even rest perpendicular with the ground but at a nice 75 degree angle. I have been using the cart for two months now and it keeps getting worse. I have even tighten the bolts which helps for a few days but then the cart goes back to being a pain in my rear. I actually came online to search for a better rolling laundry cart but felt I should share my experience with this one.
I opened the box and it smelled so bad of moth balls
November 28, 2015
I opened the box and it smelled so bad of moth balls. I put it together and figured I could air it outside. I washed the bags in cold water two times, I cleaned all the metal twice and it smells up the entire house. Several of us got a headache because it was so strong. My washing machine now smells like moth balls. It is such a mess. It has been outside all day and still smells. It might be an okay product if it did not smell so bad. Moth balls are an insecticide. Now my washer is full of it and our house smells of it. Awful zero star product. I will be requesting a refund. I have spent too much time trying to make it good and it is a disaster.
Accurate and Fact Based Review. Quality and Size are Disappointing.
November 19, 2015
I have a GE Profile Top Loading HE Washer. This product does not fit the bill for me. It holds less than half a load of darks in one bag. It will hold 4 Vera Wang bath towels from Kohl's in one bag. My washer will hold 9 towels. I have a family of four that creates a lot of dirty laundry but no more that any other family I am sure. The quality is not great. I guess quality is subjective. I would not try to cram more in a bag that it can reasonably hold because I feel the bags would eventually tear with heavy use. Despite tightening the screws, it still sways back and forth a bit. I have put together many items in my life so I feel confident that I put it together correctly. It is not at all what I expected upon reading all of the other positive reviews. That makes me mad because I tend to rely on the reviews. I guess that is not a good idea and my own fault.I put it together so I guess I will just have to find another use for it.
Bad product
June 22, 2015
I don't see how this got such good ratings. We live in an apartment complex, so my husband and I thought this would be a great way to push all the laundry to the laundry room. The entire thing almost folds in half when you push it. When you push from the top bar, the entire top moves about 2 feet past the bottom half before it starts moving. And yes, we have tightened the screws as tight as they go. It is one of the most frustrating things ever! I honestly believe this item is either poorly made or we just got a dud, as I have no idea how there are so many good ratings.

Useless, and going in trash
June 6, 2017
Total Junk. Mounting holes are 11 inches apart--meaning that you can attach this to studs. You'll have to drill into wallboard and use the cheap plastic inserts provided. Those plastic inserts always fail as soon as you put any weight on them. Useless, and going in trash; I will get something more serious.
Poor quality product, one of the holder has busted spring.
November 27, 2016
The product arrived well ahead of time. I opened the box and the installation was a breeze. I started putting each of the broom on the holder. One of the holder spring is busted and won't hold it. The product is poor quality. Now I have already installed it and don't have patience to uninstall and send it for return. If the seller is interested and sends me a good quality one later then I can take the pain to uninstall and reinstall and send the busted product to seller for reviewing its quality and also may consider increasing the product rating.
This sucks
July 18, 2016
Wow! What a peice of crap. The screw heads are incredible small to fit deep inside the part, then are so small that they screw right through the back of the plastic mount. The included wall anchors spun in the holes. We got some great wall anchors, but without an extra 2" screw length to pentrate the plastic and then active the wall anchor, this was a bust as well.Get something better. Oh, and the brooms fall right through to the ground anyway.

Comes with zero instructions for mounting (not that it is rocket science) but some assurance that it is at least oriented correctly would be nice.Does not hold even the lightest of brooms - when I tried to put a "corn broom" (http://www.amazon.com/Rubbermaid-638300-BLUE-DM-RCP6383/dp/B00P1P14IQ?ie=UTF8&keywords=corn%20broom%20rubbermaid&qid=1459884286&ref_=sr_1_11&sr=8-11) into the holder it slid all the way to the bottom. I tried with another plastic angled broom (http://www.amazon.com/LIBMAN-CO-00201-Libman-Precision/dp/B001AKT7V2/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1459884172&sr=8-6&keywords=angle+broom) and it too slid to the bottom without holding it off the floor, which is the whole point of this item.Space between "holders" is too close to use more than every other one - one broom (the lightest one I had that actually stayed in place) plus a dustpan blocked all of the other slots for tools.
Wouldn't hold a toothbrush, much less a broom

This thing is a joke. I hung a lightweight broom, a floor mop, and a ceiling fan duster--and the next thing I knew all of them were touching the floor. They were still in the holders, so I readjusted them and then watched as each one slowwwwly slipped down the wall again until it touched the floor. There is absolutely no gripping power. The S.O. is going to make a rack for me using grippers that he buys at Tractor Supply, and then this useless thing is going into the rubbish. Bah.
Don't waste your time.

This is a lesson on trusting a product with PAID reviews. This product does not work. If you have any items with smooth PAINTED metal handles, it WILL NOT hold them in place. They just slip down through the clasp. Of the five items I wanted it to hold, only the one with an unpainted aluminum handle would hold. I am just glad I tried it before I mounted it. Also of note, the clasps are entirely too close together. The photo they use to advertise the item is completely doctored. Point being, even if the clasps held the handles I would still be unhappy with the item. However, I will note the GREAT return policy Amazon has. This is one of the reasons they are one of my favorite places to search for products.
