My kitty boys love it.
March 19, 2017
My kitty had a stress-induced urinary blockage just before Christmas. He had a very rough kittenhood, and I think it was the various infections he suffered that actually caused the blockage, as opposed to diet or other factors. Regardless of this, my vet recommended prescription Hills food, which you probably know is ridiculously expensive. I asked about alternatives and he recommended Purina Pro Plan. I have since been feeding both of my boys this wet food in addition to Purina Urinary Tract Health dry food and there have been no recurrences of urinary issues. It has only been three months, so there is still a possibility, but I feel pretty confident that a urinary health food can only do good. Both kitties (a Siamese and a Snowshoe Siamese, about a year old) love the taste and gobble it up every morning. I'm really glad this food is available on Amazon Prime because it can get a bit spendy. I have been fortunate to find the price dropped here and there, though, which is always a great help! And the two-day shipping is always a plus.
Cat Approved
January 21, 2017
I have 11 indoor cats and another 6 who find their way to my yard at mealtime. 16 out of 17 cats love this food. I think that is a great approval rating! One of our cats had serious digestive issues and was being treated by our vet. In addition to prescription meds, we added Vitapet Probiotic Powder Blend For Dogs and Cats with 5 Billion CFU Per Serving with food daily. Larry's appetite improved after he started on this and is back to normal now and we are continuing the supplement as his weight improves. We were pleased to find this probiotic available at a good price through Amazon, and have it on autoship. Thanks, Vitapet, for offering this product!

perfect for cats with urinary tract issues
November 21, 2016
A coworker gave me a cat that he was unable to have at his house and through a rough experience we found out he has urinary tract issues. We almost lost him one night in the animal emergency clinic, but the doctor put us on track and he has since recovered and we have now had him going on six years. It's so hard to find a cheaper urinary tract food that my cat likes. And now since I've been on Amazon I've been able to find multiple flavors. I can only find this a tractor supply company and it's always sold out! I hope at some point you can take the multiple flavors back to the shelves at the stores! And it would be nice to find this at Walmart as well!
CAT's FAVORITE
November 17, 2016
CAT's FAVORITE!!!My 2 cat's LOVE this Pro Plan Focus Urinary Tract Health Turkey & Giblets. They each get 1/2 can every pm. It is their favorite food. Their second favorite is Pro Plan Focus Urinary Tract Health Chicken. They each get 1/2 can every am. I think this food is expensive for me to buy, but it is cheaper than taking my one cat to the vet with her bladder problems! And my vet said both my cats may be on Urinary Tract Health food, because they eat each other's food. They also eat Wysong Uretic and Dr Tim's dry foods, which are available to them at all times. On this food regime, they have had NO more bladder problems. Their fur coats have improved - so soft & shiny! AND also almost no hair balls!Thank you Purina Pro Plan for making the Focus line of Urinary Tract Health canned foods. (My cats would NOT eat Hill's Science Diet foods, so I had to find alternatives and some were not effective.) I am so grateful to Purina Pro Plan.
Good Food for FLUTD Cats
May 11, 2016
Our three boys need urinary tract support foods for FLUTD issues. These Purina Pro Plan foods are tasty enough to get them to eat, and while not prescription two of the boys really seem to like the taste (the third is on all-prescription wet food diet), a real plus since we've taken them off all dry food. While there are fillers (wheat gluten, soy flour and corn starch) in the various varieties I didn't see any of the 'bad' fillers used by some manufacturers and the protein/fat/carb ratios are good, plus ash is lower than some of the prescription foods. The boys have healthy looking and feeling coats, love to play, are alert, and our vet is pleased with their checkups. We (and Heckle & Jeckle) are very happy with these foods.

She likes it!
March 1, 2017
My cat loves this better than the premium food on which I've spent a small fortune for her to try. Fancy feast wins.
My cats love it.
February 16, 2017
I'm lucky enough to have cats who will eat almost anything that I set down for them but they really like this food best.
Chloe's fave!
January 22, 2017
My cat will eat anything she can catch! Basically she is the Jeffrey Daumer of the fur world. But she will not touch most canned foods. Keeping this in the house saves the wildlife of the area from certain doom! Send me 10 more boxes! Also did some research on what to get for my baby who vomits every now and then. My cats can be sensitive and throw up a lot - Vitapet Probiotic Powder Blend For Dogs and Cats with 5 Billion CFU Per Serving helps them keep their food down and digest it better. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and it is really great for my babies.
My Maine Coon cats love this

Cats love it. Saves my grocery shopping from loading up on heavy objects
This makes everybody happy
December 1, 2016
This is our regular, every day cat food for our 8 cats. There is enough variety in the flavors to please everyone. And the price here could not be beat by any of our local stores. So I save myself time and money by having this shipped to our home monthly. I also give my catsVitapet Probiotic Powder Blend For Dogs and Cats with 5 Billion CFU Per Serving and they love it. If they're off their food, sprinkle some Vitapet Probiotic on it and stand back! Originally my vet prescribed it so I use her recommendation as a guide to value and quality of the product. It really helps my finicky, elderly cats take an interest in their food.
Appropriately fancy for high society feline.
November 6, 2016
Please note I write this reply in lieu of Mephisto, who, despite repeated efforts, cannot type.He notes that the shredded texture is a nice break from the usual pate of other foods, and adds a variety to his diet beyond flavor alone. The amount of sauce is perfect, and when added to his dry kibble makes the food a bit easier on his teeth, a situation he assures me is quite common among senior cats and does not diminish his ferocity nor refinement. He would further like to note that he appreciates the careful consideration put into the pull-top lid, for he finds the pop-crescendo-click of it's opening to be a musically appropriate overture to the meal.

Seems to help
October 2, 2017
Our 10-year old female cat had recurring urinary infections. The last vet recommendation was to add glucosamine to her food and use an expensive prescription urinary formula food. Kitty didn't like the prescription food, so we found the Purina Pro Plan at a chain store, much more reasonably priced. She likes the chicken flavor OK, not wildly, but she tolerates it well. She doesn't like the other flavors at all. So, I add a pinch of glucosamine (I use Cosequin) supplement to her morning feeding and feed this urinary formula--two changes. She hasn't had a recurrence of infection in over two years. Either one or both changes seems to have helped. And the price from Amazon is much lower than the store, plus the convenience of delivery.
good cheap cat foor, a lot byproducts, etc. in it
May 14, 2017
i'm no longer purchasing this because old rescued cat died... but she really loved this formula. uti issues persisted, so add vit C.all you pet owners, please add and research vit C, especially for male cats. C is the key, you can't overdose it, they'll just pee it our, worst case - diarrhea. then cut down a bit.
Trying Pro Plan instead of Hill's persription for UTI's. So far, so good after 2 months (so 4 stars), but we'll see.....
May 26, 2016
At about $16 for a case of 24 cans (3 oz) from Amazon, Purina's Pro Plan doesn't cost that much more than their Fancy Feast brand or other quality cat foods. My two cats (10 and 13 years old) have occassional bladder infections (UTI's, urinary track infections) and last time one of them needed treatment by a Vet (office visit + UTI test + antibiotics = $100 - $150), the Vet recommended a prescription cat food (Hill's). The perscription cans are EXPENSIVE, so I did a little investigating. I'm no expert, but it looks like Pro Plan does everything Hill's does, so I started my cats on Pro Plan about 2 months ago. So far, no new UTI's, but it's too soon to tell if this change in diet really helps. Probably have to wait until 6 months without UTI problems to draw conclusions. The Pro Plan for Unrinary Track Health canned food that I've been purchasing through Amazon is made from chicken. I don't know if other flavors are available, but my cats like this chicken preparation, so we'll stick with it.
Probably a good food. My cat likes it. Terrible company when it comes to being helpful to pet owners and answering questions.
March 1, 2016
Purina is a strange company. Pet food is their business yet getting information from them that is understandable is a nightmare. The Urinary Tract food from them now comes in several flavors. In my case it is for a cat with kidney problems. An incredibly high percentage of cats that live a longer life will have such problems. Food with low phosphorous become essential to keep them doing well. Getting phosphorous information from Purina on all their wet cat foods is still going on and I started 2 months ago. Catinfo.org has some great information but new foods have come out. This group from Purina is suppose to be good but I am still trying to get exact numbers (% phosphorous) for each variety of the Urinary Health food and how they calculate it. They always send me partial or conflicting answers to my question. In any case, my cat does like it and if the phosphorous numbers are that good, it is great for her. She particularly doesn't like the veterinary prescription kidney friendly wet foods.
The ingredients are not natural or very good for kitties and it has a lot of fillers
January 27, 2016
My Jimmy has been on this for about 2 years with no issues! It's totally saved his life for less than half the price of the expensive stuff your vets will push onto you. Protip: Vets are paid by the food companies. Don't do everything the vet says. Do your own research! This food has the lowest levels of phosphates, which cause the crystals in urine to form (BAD!) and it's very inexpensive. The only issue I have with it is that it's not particularly well-made. The ingredients are not natural or very good for kitties and it has a lot of fillers. I work at a pet shop and a lot of this isn't good for pets, BUT it's the best urinary-specific food for this price I can find.
My cat tried to cover this like it was a smelly poo at first
December 20, 2014
My cat tried to cover this like it was a smelly poo at first, but after a few days he adjusted to it and now loves it. When I say loves it, I mean he literally jumps up and is trying to eat it out of the can while I open it and dish some out. He did have very wet stinky bowel movements that got all over at first after switching his food to this, probably my fault though as I did not properly transition him into it and instead just switched straight to it from dry food.My only complaint would be the ingredient list, this isn't the best looking food ingredient wise, but it is a good price and he eats it and it seems to be getting the job done. I MAY switch to another food with better ingredients if I can find one with low ash/magnesium contents (though some sites say it isn't that important anymore). Anyways, if the price stays good and nothing changes on his end I might just keep ordering this up. If you are looking for a cheap food you can be sure is low in ash/magnesium, this is a safe bet and looking at other reviews seems to be enjoyed by cats and do the job well.

The only food my cat will eat.
June 24, 2017
My cat is 18 years old, she's been eating this for 14 years, I spent the first years of her life trying all the cat food available, she would eat it for a while and then turn her nose up and refuse to eat it. This is the only food that she continued to eat with no problem. The reason for 4 stars is it seems to have changed lately, the consistency is more like the shredded food and not ground up like it used to be, making it difficult for an 18 yr old cat to eat. I would change it but this is the only food she will eat even with difficulty. I tried all the other Fancy Feast Medleys and Florentine is the only one she will eat The nutrition must be good, as I said, she's 18 yrs old and has been really healthy
Great price; better than the store....my buddy loves it
January 27, 2017
Sometimes I get this one and other times I get the twenty-four or thirty-six size box; whichever has the lower price. My buddy only likes the pate (original) version......fish variety first, the turkey or chicken meats second
Cat loves it - not very natural though
February 4, 2016
My cat (Sobe) loves this food. I only feed her 1/3 of a can each morning as I let her eat dry kibble freely throughout the day. She only weighs 9 pounds. She goes nuts in the morning and wakes me up just to get her breakfast. I would prefer to feed her something that is all natural, all meat, and doesn't have added colors but she has not been a fan of those types of food. I'll keep this on hand until I find something healthier that she will eat.

Sobe would give it five stars and I wanted to give it three so we will settle with four.
Gravy's Great
September 3, 2014
Hi, I'm Milla, one of the family's cats. I've taken over the keyboard so you get this from my view. I think I meet the eligibility guidelines Amazon has because I'm almost six, which is about forty in your age, so I'm old enough to learn how to write. I have to admit, you need to consider what I say because I have a confession to make: I love food--all kinds--both mine and my human servants! They say I'm food-motivated, so maybe you need to take this review with a few treats!

I gave this four only because they don't have ham flavored; I love ham--every time they open the fridge I come running hoping for some. But, if I have to deign to eat mere cat food, I love these little cans.

Of course, as I said, they say I'm food-motivated. If they ask me if I want treats, I always come running to the kitchen. They made a dumb rule that I have to jump up into the "treat chair", and I always do--I just can't resist anything they give me, well--maybe not bananas.

My only whine about this is that it doesn't fill me up quite as much as those cans that have almost all meat. But, it is better than the weight-control dry food they usually make me eat for my real meal.

Now, if only they'd come out with that fourth variety--ham--now that would really be the cat's meow!
It was the seafood variety that I needed .
July 21, 2013
I was reluctant to buy due to the confusion in the description of the product and the higher than regular price..I like to buy CLASSIC,SEAFOOD VARIETY and after reading the reviews again and again, plus some answered questions by members..I ended getting what I asked for. They arrived in two days and well packaged..I never give a whole can to my cats ..I refrigerate, cut it up in 8 wedges and give them one in the morning and one at night, plus as a treat. It helped me to train them better since they had to turn into indoor cats after being out-indoor for three years. The level of stress was incredible and leaving them in the new house (for me)a whole nightmare...so I just offer them a little of it,on top of the dry food, and they are happy to see me going. As some people say ,yes the cats gained weight after this type of food was added to the diet. But The lifestyle change and the ingestion of fat,I believe, helps to lower the production of hairballs...I still take them out on a harness,so they can eat their grass and clean their digestive system.

Not a fan of classic style
June 5, 2017
My cats will eat, but not all of them and I know they are not as thrilled when they get this, at least when I give it without something else combined. I do believe the only reason is the classic version, the 1 flavor in gravy is perfect and I wish they were all in gravy, that will be the only one I buy from now on.
Not Good For Seniors ,,,, Too Chucky
September 3, 2016
I bought this for my senior cat hoping that it would easy on his digestive system but he had issues eating the chucks which resulted in vomiting. He liked the flavor of this and he would eat it but after a very short period of time he would get sick at his stomach. So I opted to try the Pro Plan Classic Grain Free and it's more of a Pate which in the past he would not eat. But that has solve the vomiting. I do think that this style of cat food for most adults or younger cats would be fine. It smells wonderful. It's just that for a senior with bad teeth this product is not for grandpa. He liked it very much but he could keep it down.
Great product, but our cat wasn't thrilled with the flavor vs. the Chicken Entree
August 4, 2016
The product concept is good, but my cat, who's a better judge of these things, after the first few cans, he said didn't like it as well as the Chicken Entrée. On the plus side. it's available at a better price online than the prescription brands AND we don't have to throw out dried up leftovers. Your cat(s) may love it, so buy a couple of cans of each flavor locally (some big box stores and pet stores carry it in individual cans). His urinary problem seems to be solved -- almost TOO well !

May 31, 2016
The cans are small, the price is high - but someone I live with thinks the cat needs rewarded with canned food on a regular basis. I haven't tried it but it seems the cat finds it tasty... Too bad he couldn't pay the thousand-dollar plus vet bill for the affliction that requires him to have special foods; not allowed any table scraps or human food, according to the vet. But, he is that rare, super affectionate cat, so, what can ya' do?
This Is A "Trial Basis" For My Cats
May 9, 2015
Bought as part of a 4 box order. This was the first time my cats had eaten this one. I thought it would be good for all of them since it is good for the Urinary Tract Health and seemed like that would be good for prevention of any future problems. I have 3 cats (2 females and 1 male) and they've only had it twice so far. The first time one ate a good amount but not all, one ate half and left the rest and the 3rd one hardly ate it at all. (The last two ended up getting sick shortly after eating it. But maybe it was too rich or something for their stomachs.) Today I tried it again - they all ate different amounts of it and didn't get sick. Will wait and try it again in a few days and see how they do. I don't see why it wouldn't be good for them but since none of them have urinary track problems, I will drop it if they don't do well on it.
Not great for diabetic cats, but they like it
March 28, 2014
I've recently done some research on canned food diet on catinfo.org. They have a nutrition guide that encourages cat owners to feed their cats a canned food diet. Since I have a diabetic cat, I have to be sure not to feed her food high in carbs. This turns out to be middle of the road in the carb analysis posted on catinfo.org. I've looked to other food now. That said, my cats never turned their nose up on the stuff.

Cats will love it... although you wish they didn't
June 25, 2017
I have no idea why, but 2 of my cats seem to love this line of Fancy Feast better than any of the other types of Fancy Feast. Albeit, they love licking the gravy more than eating the actual food at times. I honestly wish that my cats would eat something healthier than this brand( there are alot of by-products in the ingredients), but I have tried buying every healthy alternative out there, and the cats always end up not eating it. Also, a word of caution: this food will give some cats gas. One of my cats has horrible gas from eating this food all the time, but as I said earlier, I can't find any other food that she likes to switch her completely from this brand.
Cats love it. I don't.
April 1, 2017
Cats like it but smells sooo stinky. I keep thinking there's something rotten around my kitchen then realize it's the stinky cat food. I'm sticking with poultry from now on. The shrimp flavored has the worst odor. P.U.!
This is pretty good cat food on a budget
August 25, 2016
This is pretty good cat food on a budget, actually. When my cat started having allergies I switched him off it but I think it was the litter and not this food. Still, this food is on the lower end of the food chain as far as costs so do be careful and watch your cats health.
You are paying partly for gravy.
April 3, 2014
Anyone who cooks knows that gravy is cheap and easy to make. By putting gravy in cat food it is doing nothing for your cat and saving the company money. Buy a brand/flavor that uses as much real meat products as possible. Cats didn't mind it but I can make them a batch a gravy and pour a little over a good quality canned cat food. Just doesn't make sense that this company would use such an obvious filler.

Edit- Gave it an extra star because I still use Fancy Feast but I changed to the Grilled, cats seem to love it even more and I feel like I am getting more quality product instead of filler (likely all in my head though).
My Cats Prefer the Grilled or Classic...
February 14, 2014
I thought my cats would love this since they like the "Grilled" variety... and expected this to provide more liquid, which they seem to enjoy.

At first it seemed to be acceptable.

Then I did a side-by-side taste test within each (beef to beef, chicken to chicken, etc) flavor variety... and the grilled version was preferred by my finicky geriatric cat... who sets the rules.

Lately he seems to like the heavier pate consistency... so I have started buying the 'classic' in chicken and (ugh) liver... apparently smelly liver increases appetite... see cans of a/d. Anything to get him to eat... I will buy. Even if its this mid quality brand of Fancy Feast.

Good deal - but cats won't eat
June 4, 2017
Neither one of my cats will eat this. Buying from Amazon is much cheaper than from pet store, but I suggest buying a can or two from pet store to make sure your cat will eat it. My cats never turn their noses up to anything and when I give them this they smell it and walk away. My male cat recently had some urinary/bladder issues so I was looking for something affordable for both my cats to help with this. I am now feeding them the purina one urinary health hard food mixed along with another brand of wet food and both my cats love the purina one version, just not the purina pro plan.
I wanted to love, but my cats did not
February 25, 2017
I wanted to love this food, as my male cats have had urinary problems in the past. However, the cats don't seem to like it. If I mix it with another brand, they will eventually eat most of it. When left alone, they won't eat it.
Great idea but my cat wouldn't eat all of it.
June 28, 2016
I bought this for my cat Princess because I saw many good reviews on this product and I wanted something to help with prevention of urinary tract issues. However, my cat will only eat a little of this specific pro plan and then leave the rest sit. She doesn't do that with many brands only this one and 9 lives it appears to be. I wish I could have continued to buy this but she's not eating enough to justify the cost of a 24 case pack.I do plan to try some of the other flavors. However, I'll be buying those in single cans at my local pet store so I can get a variety for her to try out and see which one she likes the most because doing it in bulk like I did and it not working out is a waste of money. Now, if you know your cat likes this sort of flavors and the like this might be great for you. It just sadly didn't work out for me and my cat.

April 11, 2016
Only urinary tract food that you can get without a prescription. My cats do not like to eat it and a lot ends up drying up. They loved the old friskies product but they took it off the market and replaced it with this one flavor food and raised the price. Wish they would bring the old food back.
Did not work :-(
January 20, 2015
My cat has struvite crystals in his urine and I was hoping to avoid the high cost of prescription food. He's been eating this exclusively for the last 2+ months and was just rechecked by the vet ... the crystals have returned and we are back on the prescription food. Pro Plan Focus did not work for him. He did like the taste, though.
Flavor was great for my cats but it did not work. My cat got clogged in 12 months after taking this food
August 21, 2014
Flavorwise my cats loved it, however it did not do the job to my cat and he got very bad crystals after 1 year. If you have a cat with UT issues stick to the vet diet (Royal C or Science Diet). I guess it depends on how serious the issues are for your cats but this one did not help. Fork the extra bucks and go with the best.

Possibly Bad
September 3, 2017
While my cat eats it, he's gotten progressively less happy about it over time, and this last order I think I got a bad batch. I haven't seen anything about recalls but twice in a row now after eating a can of this he's gotten very sick to his stomach. Beware if your cat is older or has any kind of sensitive digestive issues.
The fast food of wet cat food. Avoid.
August 10, 2017
Fancy feast is only good if you want a "gordy" feline. I would steer clear of this product as it seems to have some sort of additive in it that makes you cat want to eat all day long. I fed my feline 4 cans in one day, and he was still hungry. I suppose if you have a sick cat that won't eat, for some reason, it works to get an appetite going. But, it is way overpriced for the amount you get.
Not a favorite for my cranky senior cat.
August 2, 2017
To say my 17 year old finicky cat hated this new type of food would be an understatement. Jack aka Booty only eats food with the consistency of Pate. When the vet put him on a "fancy" prescription diet for his kidneys he went on a hunger strike until I struck gold with fancy feast Poultry and Beef Classic. This was his diet until I tried to get adventurous with Grave Lovers.

Mr. Jack turned his nose up to each and every flavor preferring to go hungry rather than trying even a morsel of Poultry and Beef Lovers Gravy feast.. No worries, I gave 93 cans to friends with cats who are younger and more open minded.
Try something different
December 18, 2016
When I first bought these, my Schitzel loved them. So I bought another 12 pack. Now he turns up his nose. I'll put the food in his dish and now just won't eat it. Is there something that he knows now that I don't? I didn't just feed him this. I vary flavors and brands. The others he still eats. Now I have an unopened 12 pack.
Kitty only ate the gravy..
March 26, 2016
Got this for my kitty right after adopting her from a shelter. Well, she would only eat the gravy... Which is fine, as we are also feeding her a blue buffalo high protein dry food. But I doubt she'd get all the nutrients she needs from just the gravy.
All that being said - she loved the gravy.

Every Cat is Different
August 10, 2017
My cat has struggled with urinary problems all her life, and I finally decided to see if a diet change would help counteract the problem. She is primarily fed wet food with dry kibble mixed in so when I found the dry version of this product I was excited, especially since so many people appeared to have success with it. I accidently purchased this one as well but decided she might like it so might as well try it (her appetite is like no other, she will eat everything and anything if you let her). I slowly started introducting this with her old food, and she seemed to like it. However, she started having stomach issues and throwing up so I discountinued giving it to her. Her stool is now extremely mucusy and foul, and as of now she absolutely refuses to eat anything I offer her. After this food I am stuck with an extremely ill girl who doesn't want to eat or drink (i am getting water in her but reluctantly), is extremely lethargic, and is having difficulty staying upright. I am happy to see that many people have had positive results with this food, but my experience just goes to show that every cat is different and going by only positive reviews does not guarantee success. My word of advice would be to only purchase a few cans somewhere and try that out. Most likely, I will be donating the remaining amount of food to our shelter and seeking treatment if she does not improve soon.

A cat thats Allergic to this.

I found out my cat is allergic to this food. Another vet bill! I was told to buy Royal Camin food, which is a prescription. Here I sit now with 33 cans of this and can't feed it to my cat.
NEVER, EVER FEED THIS FOOD TO CATS!
March 31, 2016
I tried this for my cat who had been having urinary tract troubles. He died, with stones in both kidneys, an enlarged heart, an infection in his peritoneum, etc. I have taken care of feral cats all my life and an a licensed vet tech. Everyone in my offices talking about how Purina brand foods, especially the one for urinary tract issues not only doesn't work, it can exacerbate symptoms and cause death. Not to mention all the problems Purina has had, forcing them to recall their food. Please, please, please do not use this on your cat! Save yourself the heartbreak I feel and, if you can, try Royal Canin. Please contact me if you need me to find discounts on better quality food. Better yet, go to your vet and ask him/her what she thinks the best course of action. Cheap prices are not worth your pet's life.
Cat doesn't like it
September 27, 2015
I was encouraged when my cat lapped up the first can of this I tried, so I stupidly bought 2 cases online. Guess it didn't agree with her because now she won't even touch the stuff. I'm having to use it up by mixing in small quantities with food she actually likes.
Made my cat sicker

Didn't work at all, made my cat with urinary issues even sicker and he ended up with a bladder infection. We switched to Royal Canin Urinary SO and haven't had any problems since.

Beef flavor made cat vomit
July 24, 2017
I've ordered this brand before with no problems. Obviously, it's not the best and healthiest food, but cats seem to like it. This box, though, made me never want to buy it again. If you know how the box is set up, there's usually 8 cans of one flavor at the bottom, 8 of another flavor above that, and then the last flavor on top. I go through the cans from the top to bottom. My cat got through the poultry cans just fine. But when we made it to the beef flavor, things started spiraling. Suddenly she was puking. I almost had to bring her to the vet because she would cry so much before puking and it broke my heart. Then I realized the puking started as soon as I opened the first can of the beef flavor. These flavors never upset her stomach in the past. In fact, I thought it might be wet food in general, but I found a chicken gravy lover can, and she ate it up and keep it down just fine. And I've bought this brand many times in the past. Purina needs to check on this possible recall because it could very well be poisoned. I'm just glad I caught it in a quick manner. These cans were dated March 2019. Has anyone else experienced this before?

On the site it states manufactured in St Louis but when my son received the product, it states made in China. This is misrepresenting. I feel I should be compensated.
Thank you,

Maggots
March 8, 2016
Normally, everything is good. I order this once a month for my cats, however, this time, I am questioning whether or not I will ever order again. At first we noticed a fishy odor before we even opened the box. We emptied our trash cans and searched all over our kitchen for the source of the smell before arriving that it was coming from the amazon box. We opened the amazon box and quickly found the source, the fancy feast box. It was slightly dented. We were appalled to open it to discover the cans damaged and with maggots in it! I am so disgusted and disappointed in amazon for selling me this product! This is unacceptable.
Causes Stinky Breath and contains nitrates
January 18, 2016
Makes my cats breath very stinky. As soon as we switched back to more expensive food from Petco, his breath is good and the fur doesnt smell as he is not cleaning himself with that odor anymore. Besides, I should have checked for Nitrates and this food is full of them.
