Five Star Reviews: | 58% This does EXACTLY what I hoped!! September 7, 2017 This does exactly what I'd hoped. I'm far less hungry between meals and, even with the small meals I have, I fill up fast and sometimes can't even finish. I've never been overweight in my whole life, but gained 30 pounds over the few years since turning 50. When I decided to take care of that, I could see these pills might well become a centerpiece to the plan and that's how it's turned out. I take 3 pills at 5am, 3 at 12pm and 3 at 5pm -- as prescribed, I take them with a full glass of water. That's roughly 2 hours before breakfast and lunch -- I don't eat dinner, so the 5pm dose keeps me from eating dinner so I can workout instead. There are no side effects at all -- I don't feel odd in even a slight way. I've just headed into my second month and have already lost 11 of the 30 pounds with no trouble. To be fair to anyone reading this, I want to make it clear these pills are part of a much larger plan involving diet, supplements and exercise, but I also want to say emphatically that these pills are an absolutely key and indispensable part of the plan. I've recommended these great pills to a couple friends and am very pleased all the way around -- I'm also pleased it's a vegetarian product. Great product! September 13, 2016 This is a great Garcinia Cambogia product. I've seen some success with using it in the past few months. I purchased my first bottle on my own, after some research, and decided to try the NatureWise brand. I am receiving my second bottle at no cost, which is great. When choosing a Garcinia Cambogia product, I look for the least amount of additives as possible. This is a good one, in my opinion! I'm glad I choose to give it a try. Helps with my appetite! I recommend! April 2, 2016 I have lost 30lbs in the last 3 months while taking these pills and dieting. I have not been exercising because I physically can't so maybe you would have better results if you exercised as well. I eat 3 meals a day and rarely snack. It seems to be enough food for me, I do have to have willpower when it comes to fatty foods and sweets. The bad thing that I do is I drink a TON of diet soda, just can't seem to give it up yet...maybe eventually, haha. So anyways, I think the Garcinia is helping me to stick to the three meals a day, just as a good appetite suppressant. I recommend!***update*** 4/25/16I lost another 11 pounds last month (3/20-4/20). April 26, 2014 I decided to try Garcinia Cambogia based on reviews and the fact that Dr. Oz talked about it on his show. I know it's not a miracle drug. I had already started eating better, more fruits, veggies, smaller portions and lots of water. Since I started this I've lost 14 pounds. That's amazing to me. I can't exersize because of the many surgeries I've had so it boils down to eating better, taking Garcinia Cambogia and drinking lots of water.If you buy this and think you'll lose weight without changing your diet then don't bother. There isn't a drug out there that will rid you of fat by taking a pill. You really have to want to lose weight and I really did want it! Have actually seen noticeable results March 4, 2014 I'm always very skeptical about these types of products, but I took the plunge because I'd read a lot of good things about Garcinia Cambogia. My reasons for trying it were less about losing weight, though the appetite control factor was appealing to me given my inactivity this winter and tendencies to eat late at night out of boredom. However, the main reason I wanted to try this was to see how it well it worked in boosting serotonin levels, as I've been struggling with more winter blues this year and lack of motivation.The first week I started with 1 pill, three times a day and noticed a definite improvement in my mood and the ability to focus in general. July 16, 2017 I start using this 2 weeks ago. I'm using one pill in the morning and one at dinner. And I was almost sure it would not help me but to my surprise? My appetite is gone! No snacking. Very happy customer! January 2, 2016 I haven't been taking these faithfully, but I have more energy and see a small difference on the scale. I would recommend this if you are trying to lose weight or if you need more energy. They definitely curb your appetite, and the energy isn't a nervous jittery type energy. June 9, 2015 My husband uses this supplement to help him with his weight goals.... He finds this amazing!! He says it helps him with his cravings, he eats smaller portions and stay full longer!!!The first week of use he did experience some constipation as a side effect, but it was only temporary. Just drink a lot of water and wait for your body to adapt, at least for him it was only for a week!! He's happy and going for his 2nd bottle!! Blown away! March 25, 2015 I started taking this product on Saturday March 21, 2015. I take the product as directed, two capsules before breakfast on an empty stomach and 2 capsules before another meal (I eat at various times of the day because I have a small child so I just normally take them before the next time I eat). Today is Wednesday March 25th, 4 days from starting day, and I have lost 6 lbs with no change in the amount of activity I do per day and the only thing I've changed about my diet is drinking water and staying away from sodas or sweetened drinks. I am about 100lbs overweight for my height and I have tried every pill possibly advertised on the market. None have worked in the past for me and I also had found out early in the game that I have a sensitivity to high loads of caffeine in some of the pills that claim they are all natural with natural boosts of energy. No. I did a little research on garcinia cambogia, found this 80% HCA as the highest opposed to the average 60% and thought to myself "this is the last time I will pay for diet pills. If this doesn't work im just going to have to see a weight loss specialist". I'm like the rest of you and hate spending money on something that im unsure if it works or not, this is the best priced one I found on Amazon with the higher percent of HCA and it has TRUELY done what it says it's supposed to do. I feel less hungry, I don't think about food as much, I CRAVE water, and I have had a little bit more kick in my step energy wise throughout the day. Again, these results are just from taking this for 4 days, and I never write reviews on anything, but this one I just had to share. March 22, 2015 I normally don't write reviews but I felt obliged to tell people about this product. It is awesome!! I have been on a weight loss journey since the beginning of January and finally reached the dreaded stagnate phase that we all experience at one point when trying to lose weight. I decided to try this product to supplement my diet and boy am I glad I did. This product gives me tons of energy and seems to curve my appetite. Pleasantly surprised October 22, 2014 I was very skeptical of the Garcinia Cambogia craze but decided that I would give it a try since there were so many success stories. I'm glad I did because I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! I chose this company after a little bit of reasearch because they seemed to have a really great product, which has proven to be true. I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia and Coconut Cleanse and received them exactly when I was supposed to. First the GC - I take it 30 mins before my 2 biggest meals, with a big glass of water, and have been able to lose about 10 lbs in 2.5 weeks!! It took about 4 days to notice but then it really started to curb my cravings and make me feel full, so I ate much less, without any side effects. I am moderately active and did not purposely change that but noticed that I have a lot more energy now. Now the Coconut - I was afraid to take this at first but it is very gentle and I think is a great compliment to the GC. I would highly recommend both! |

Four Star Reviews: | 19% Suppresses Appetite September 14, 2015 Based on appetite control alone, I think this is a good product. I started out taking 1 pill 2 to 3 times each day and then progressed to 3 pills twice per day to help control my appetite as well as cravings. It most definitely helped! I would forget to eat some days though. Some days I think the 3 pills per dose caused me to get acid reflux. I'm not sure why. I do like that the company will give you a free bottle, but I don't like that it won't be the 180 count bottle but a 90 count bottle. As far as weight loss is concerned, I didn't see a big improvement. I'm losing the same amount of weight that I was losing before I started using these pills. (I have been doing 4 to 5 30 day challenges from 310nutrition for a while now and losing weight and toning.) I'm just not starving as much do to these pills. I would just take this as an appetite suppressant. Helps with appetite control. September 26, 2014 I am taking garcinia cambogia. I've been taking it for almost a month. I have been working out (walking, Pilates, interval training, Zumba and cardio) most days of the week and trying to eat healthy. I am getting married November 1st, so I'm working on getting in shape. I would like to lose another 5lbs by the big day. I like the pills because they don't make me jittery and they seem to be working. I haven't lost any actual pounds since I've started taking them, but I can tell that I look thinner in pictures. I'd like to keep taking them for another month. So far, I am pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing only Abundant Health Lab products moving forward because they really seem to take pride in their product and stand behind it. Additionally, they have a very nice, personable, and knowledgeable customer service team, which is hard to come by these days! After I purchased this product they sent me out a free eBook with a history of this product and how to properly and effectively use it. I really appreciated this also! All in all, a week after taking this product I could feel a difference in how all of my clothes fit. I have not weighed myself just yet, but I have already lost 3 inches off of my waist. Thumbs up for me! January 19, 2015 I have only tried diet pills one other time and almost had a heart attack. I started these almost 1 month ago and I can say that my appetite has decreased by 100%. 30 minutes after taking these you don't even feel hungry anymore. I can also tell half way through eating my meals I am STUFFED. However, you cannot lay around thinking these are magic pills- negative. I can tell these work best when I drink a ton of water and eat healthier with exercise. Some days (mostly weekends) I pig out what with the holidays and birthdays, baby showers you name it I do not have self control. I do not feel as good nor do I feel the pills work the right way if I do not use them the right way. I heard I could start taking them 3 times a day as apposed to my daily 2 times but I am a bit too nervous for that step just yet. I will continue taking the rest of my first bottle and will definitely purchase another bottle soon. I am excited for what kind of results I will have with my next bottle. :) A Simple Boost! November 12, 2014 Used it once, next thing I know, felt like a revved up engine for the entire day constantly finding new things to accomplish in one day. After that never felt so exhausted slept like a baby. From reading reviews, now I know to pace myself with the chores I do and to eat more healthy while taking them because if I don't will get stomach cramps. The reason not drinking enough water and combining fruits, vegetables, and less red meat since my bad cholesterol is a little high, think its HDL, could be wrong on the label so please forgive me. I take other meds so I'll have to ask my nutritionist, if it's okay to use. So, for now have to stop using but will consider it in the future. Started the serving suggested as written on the bottle the next day- with starting this supplement I had also started a diary; a dairy that reflected the results I would/did see with this supplement as well as just life in general.With in a day or so I did feel more energized, little to no emotional eating/snacking (my biggest issue with food) and a good boost of serotonin- much better mood/outlook.I was unable to take this supplement to it full potential- honestly I was only able to take this for a full week and 1/2 due to finding out I was pregnant.NO HASSLE REFUND WAS ISSUED. I have received a full refund.I do look forward to continuing this supplement when possible (9+mos) and will hopefully see it's full potential. I do know and understand and HOPE ALL who use this product understands that this is NOT a cure all, not a miracle but a GREAT STEPPING STONE TO A HEALTHIER HAPPIER YOU. Didn't work in my situation August 5, 2016 This product didn't work for me. I wanted to get rid of 5-8 lbs from around my waist that is accumulating due to having a health condition that keeps me pretty sedentary. Except for an occasional dairy product or slice of bread I eat mostly raw vegetables. Since I already have a low-fat diet and health restrictions keep me from cardio exercise, I decided to try this product in hopes of burning off that extra 5-8 lbs. I used the product for two months and neither lost or gained any weight. I would suggest including some cardio exercise along with good diet and this supplement, and maybe you will have better results. Good luck. havent done anything for me... July 26, 2016 i was so exited to try this product so many good reviews, but im pretty disappoint im been taking this pills for a week now and i dont see any change i still hungry wanted to eat more and havent lost any weight, i drink alot of water but nothing seem to happen, i have even feel more tired, i was wishing for this to work at least to help me control the hunger every 3 hours or the snaking, i will keep taking it and i will update an a few weeks. have not yet seen the result June 25, 2016 I started the supplement for about 2 weeks. does seem like my appetite has curb, but have not yet notice any weight loss. looking forward to the result. I'm not sure if it's for me or not yet. June 11, 2016 I've been taking it for 4 weeks (1 pill x 3 times a day) and I've only lost 2 lbs. My weight hasn't changed for the first 2 weeks and i took 3 pills x 3 times a day for a week but that didn't do anything and went back to 1 pill x 3 times a day. On my 4th week, suddenly I've lost 2 lbs and I'm stuck there now. Some people say that their energy gained or lost their appetite with this pills but I didn't notice any differences. So far it's ok. May have some side affects. February 19, 2015 They send you a free bottle which is cool. It does give you some energy. There may be a couple side effects though which is why I have to give it a 3 star review. I noticed that if I don't drink tons and tons of water I get headaches. Which is common with water pills. It's a dehydration issue. And also..... It may have given me constipation. Like the kind that sends people to the E.R. I know. Thats too much info. but I'm just sayin. It may have been by chance that the headaches and my ummm other issues happened just after I started using this product but I think it's all related. Just my opinion. Now that it's offered at 80%, it makes me suspicious. The price was right and I liked that it is combined with potassium, but as I said, I am highly suspicious now that the percentage and packaging has changed. I will still be taking garcinia, but am choosing a different company that I know has done the research as to what the proper ratio of garcinia to calcium and potassium should be. Not too sure about this!!! November 27, 2015 After sawing all the good reviews on weight loss I thought I give it a try. It's only been a week taking it but I haven't seen no weight loss. As a matter of fact I've gained. I hope I can get my money back if I'm not happy with the product. I work out and eat the best I can and drink plenty of water but nothing isn't working for me. I've also tried the yacon syrup and no results. I'm getting frustrated and bout ready to give up cause it seems as if I can't reach my weight goal.I will give this product another 2 weeks before I request a refund. I hope to see results by then. It's ok...... October 18, 2015 I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. I take 2 before breakfast and 2 before supper. So far I have lost 5 pounds. But I have also started running 15 miles a week instead of 10 and I also bike 30+ miles every sunday. It works in the sense that you feel fuller faster when you eat and longer after you eat, so I don't over eat like I use to. If you over eat on it, you will pay for it because your stomach pains will kill you. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because it will play havoc with your system. September 17, 2015 I've read the research on this, so I know that research shows that it does work. I took it as directed, but saw no results. In the past two weeks, I have started using a far infrared sauna and using an herbal product called Chelorex to detox my body of heavy metals, especially mercury. In the past two weeks, I have started losing some weight and feeling less bloated in the evenings. But, unfortunately, I did not lose any weight using the Garcinia. I have read that if you have a lot of mercury contamination, it can hinder your ability to lose weight. I have a feeling that is my problem. Others who may not have had success may need to think about this and whether you would benefit more from some detoxification first before focusing on losing weight. I quit...wanna lose weight, do it by exercise and good diet... August 16, 2015 I was using this since last year and recently stopped about a couple months ago. I'm still the same weight and yes my weight fluctuates 1-3 lbs but thats normal when you have food and water in your belly but the next morning I'm at my lowest and heaviest by night. I honestly think good old fashion exercise and having a good, healthy diet is the only thing you can depend on. I quit because I was doing research after having some symptoms and looked if this had side effects. I found a website saying there were these OTHER diet pills these people were taking...a couple of ppl had liver problems and were hospitalized and one died from liver failure. Garcia's Cambodia were one of the ingredients. They didn't say GC was the culprit of these people liver problems but I didn't wanna risk it being that I value my life and being a mom of 2 small kids...I tossed it and it had 70% of pills left. I'm just saying my experience and thoughts..not sure of the facts but I'd rather lose weight naturally. Cut off soda completely and you will see a difference. Add fruits and veggies to your diet, drink green tea and water,avoid fast food and you will eventually feel good and look good. June 4, 2015 It's difficult to say whether this supplement has helped with my weight loss goals. With DIET and EXERCISE plus Garcinia Cambogia, I have lost an average of 1/2 lb per week. In there is weight gain due to increasing my muscle mass which makes the fat loss more difficult to measure so I probably lost more than 1/2 lb in fat per week. I gave it 3 stars because the one thing it did not do for me was suppress my appetite. I was really hoping it would since this is something I have always struggled with. Everyone is different so it may work perfectly well for you, so you should at least try it once. I would give Abundant Health Lab 5 stars and recommend purchasing from them because of their customer service and follow up emails to see how the product is working out. I will be trying more of their products and hope to find a supplement at works for me. |

Ive been taking it 3 times a day an hour before eating with a full galss of water. eating healthy but I have not seen any results. its been 3 weeks now. Observed no benefits July 7, 2016 I used this product as directed, and I received and used the free bottle from NatureWise. While NatureWise's support and follow up is great, I do not believe this product is effective. I have been eating healthy and exercising for months as part of a weight loss competition, I observed no difference using this product vs. using no supplements at all. I would conclude it would be better not to spend money on this supplement. Not so sure May 27, 2015 t arrived on time. It has not worked on me but it could be my fault. It isvery hard for me to drink alot of water I just am not a big water drinker. I am going to start it upmagain when I start a exercise program my pain doctor is having my therapist set up for me. I experienced frequent constipation with the former brand, but with Naturewise there is no constipation, which is good. What it did was it really curbed my appetite a lot, but even when I ate less I still did not loose weight. By the end of the 20 day period I felt some stomach discomfort and once I discontinued the product the problem disappeared. I know from my experience that if my thyroid hormones are unbalanced there is no way I can loose an ounce.
