Great helmet, size was surprising though. Went from a recruit hybrid to this one, medium to a large and that was a big jump. Probably should have went with a youth medium in the vengence. Aside from that we are extremely happy with this helmet. We can use his visor because of the attachment at the top, but we will figure that part out. Great helmet at a great price.

This helmet is advertised as WITHOUT faceguard, so I ordered a separate faceguard. The hjelmet arrived WITH a faceguard.

Although the Schutt helmets are great quality the sizing always seems to be a little off. We purchased a large. My son's measurements say he should wear a large, and his medium Schutt is really tight. They need to have an over lap of size or something, we had this same problem from small to medium. Just wish it fit. :(

This is a nice helmet but it arrived without the chin strap. It also had scuffs inside and was missing a piece of the snap for one of the ear pieces. I had to return it to get a different one.

The picture shows a face guard, but the print says it is not included. Make sure to read the print when purchasing this item.

Didn't come with a face mask like it is pictured. Very dissapointing

I JUST had delivery of this item and I'm not sure I'll keep it. It has scuff marks all over (inside and out), and some green marker or something on the top. The inside padding is bright orange, and white with blue backing so it's not as pictured or expected. At the moment I'm feeling misled and seriously considering a return even though that will make someone's Christmas less bright. Has anyone else experienced this? It's my first time buying a helmet - are they always like this?

Sizing is terrible. The helmet appears to be good quality, but the difference between the Medium and Large is HUGE. The size chart indicated my son should wear a Large, but it was WAY too big. I then bought the Medium, which was was way too small. Had to return both and buy a totally different helmet. What a pain.

This helmet is just straight up uncomfortable. I had this freshman year of my highschool football career. The helmet it's self is very heavy and clunky. I have no idea why somebody would buy this helmet.

We received the helmet today and it only had ONE jaw pad. Really irritated! Not sure how it's possible to NOT notice that the item your're putting in the box is missing padding on one side.

I am selling this helmet hardly used for 70$ with faceguard and chin strap.

Helmet in the image looks like it has a high gloss finish. The one I received was dull, had to paint and polish.

Beware these are YOUTH sizes not adult! They do not specify and it comes up in the search for adult!

Ordered a Medium and it felt too tight. I exchanged it for a large and it's way too big, plus the inflatable liner had a hole in it but I didn't notice it until after 15 min on the field when the liner went flat, so the helmet is now a $180 paperweight. Lesson learned
