August 26, 2017 A friend introduced me to this product and gave me half of her bottle to try. I've tried the regular garcinia cambogia before and I must say that the super citrimax is better! My food cravings are significantly less and I feel like I've got more energy. I take 1 pill three times a day 40 minutes before breakfast/lunch/dinner with a bottle of water. Water is important!! Making healthier food choices also helps. Also I've started walking at least 35 minutes five days a week. March 26, 2015 Really loved this product! I've tried another brand before this and didn't get any results but the NatureWise brand seemed to work much better. This isn't a miracle drug or skinny pill, you need to be willing to make lifestyle changes, but if you follow it like instructed and drink PLENTY of water, it really works. Week one i did one pill three times a day, I'm not up to 2 pills 3 times a day and see a more drastic difference. 2 weeks and i'm down 6 lbs. Excellent appetite suppressant March 28, 2014 I have been taking Garcinia Cambogia from NatureWise for a few weeks now and definitely notice a difference. With the Garcinia I don't get as hungry as I used to during the day, which allows me to eat more sensibly. I no longer get home from work starving, which helps me avoid the binge eatings and allows me time to actually think about what I should eat. Not only am I not as hungry during the day, I have also noticed that I am getting fuller faster and as a result I end up eating less. Excellent Weight Loss Supplement November 17, 2013 I have been taking this supplement for one week and have lost 2 pounds. I started a weight loss program about a month ago. I lost 4 pounds after the first 2 weeks and then I stalled. I didn't lose any weight the 3rd week even after eating a low carb diet. I was looking for a supplement that would help with glucose metabolism due to being diagnosed with insulin resistance. I am very happy with the results after 1 week.I started off with 1 pill 3x a day to allow my body to adjust to the supplement. On day 6, I started taking the weight loss dosage of 2 pills 3x a day. No side effects at all, none, You have to take this at least 1 hour before eating each meal, not less than that. Keep an alarm if you have too. I started out taking 1 pill 2 to 3 times each day and then progressed to 3 pills twice per day to help control my appetite as well as cravings. It most definitely helped! I would forget to eat some days though. Some days I think the 3 pills per dose caused me to get acid reflux. I'm not sure why. I do like that the company will give you a free bottle, but I don't like that it won't be the 180 count bottle but a 90 count bottle. I figured I'd give the Garcinia Cambogia a try primarily to curb my appetite. I started out with the lower dose to get used to it and didn't lose any weight. There may be a couple side effects though which is why I have to give it a 3 star review. I noticed that if I don't drink tons and tons of water I get headaches. Which is common with water pills. It's a dehydration issue. And also..... It may have given me constipation. Like the kind that sends people to the E.R. I know. Thats too much info. but I'm just sayin. It may have been by chance that the headaches and my ummm other issues happened just after I started using this product but I think it's all related. Just my opinion. I followed the weight loss protocol diligently but to no avail. Very disappointing. Did I sleep any better...not really. Did I experience any loss of appetite...sometimes. Can I attribute that to this product...not directly.What I did experience after about the third week was recurring indigestion, slight headaches, and constipation. I upped my water intake considerably, but it did little to alleviate these conditions. Can I attribute these conditions to this product...very likely since it's the only thing I have changed in the last month. Perhaps it has helped to lower my cholesterol, but I won't know that until my next physical. Very disappointing.Conclusion: The best weight loss plan is still the Math Diet. I didn't notice any weight loss with either of these brands, but I seem to notice some slimming down. I can't tell if that is just in my mind, however.With the former brand I noticed oily BM's that seemed to rid my body of the fatty stuff in my body, but with NatureWise, I don't have regular BM's. I experienced frequent constipation with the former brand, but with Naturewise there is no constipation, which is good. However, I have been drinking more water with Naturewise.So, the jury is still out and I would really like to change my three star rating of this brand of a product to a five, but I'm going to keep at it for another two weeks. I might be hungry so much because I don't eat regular meals, but I should experience a noticable appetitite supressant effect, shouldn't I? |
