A well designed, nice looking product.
July 9, 2017
Got this for picnic tables when camping and it's great. It's heavy enough to not blow off the table in wind, it holds a good amount of napkins and it looks really nice. I'm very happy with it. It's well made.
Great item.
May 7, 2017
Bought three other items to match like this. Love them all. They are sturdy and they are beautiful. A great accent to my new kitchen!
Holds a lot of napkins.
March 3, 2017
I love it because it fits small or large napkins and a lot of them. The color is not quite bronze, but more black.
Napkin Holder
April 17, 2014
This is a very nice napkin holder. I prefer napkins to be upright and not down, so I have been looking for a nice holder for awhile now, one that I would not want to replace in a month or so. This is the one. The napkins don't fall over the top being that the design is made high enough to hold them upright. The holder is heavy related to it being cast iron so it isn't going to fall over easily. The design is classic and not elaborate, one that will stay in style for most people as it is elegant but simple at the same time. A great purchase for the price very pleasing on the eyes. Definely recommend this to anyone in need of a nice napkin holder.
pretty
January 30, 2014
I did put rubbery pads on the feet, and one foot was shorter so it was wobbly, but I put two pads on that one and now its level. if it were level and the feet were not scratchy to begin with it would be a 5 star item. but I know not everyone wants to deal with retrofitting stuff you buy new. so....its pretty, looks great and it keeps the square napkins standing up ( as they show) my last one was only tall on one side and they fell over. even if you are running low on napkins, they stay up nicely. it doesnt take up too much valuable table space either.this has lasted the test of time, held up and no problems. the sticky feet I put on are still on too. it has gotten so much use and compliments over the time.

just what I wanted, I can bring it outside and nothing blows away
Personally I think this is the best design of this type of holder
August 30, 2017
Personally I think this is the best design of this type of holder. Sturdy but not gaudy holds multiple sized napkins.
Pretty and convenient holder.
March 25, 2017
Very nice, easy to reload napkins, hated the standing holders that always fell down.
Perfect
March 19, 2017
Napkins we purchase fits perfect. Works for my disabled person who has to work around temors in his hands.
Exactly what I wanted
February 2, 2017
I wanted a chrome napkin holder that holds the napkins horizontally rather than vertically. This one looks good, holds a lot of napkins, and does the job. Some people have complained that this napkin holder is wobbly because it has three legs. I believe that they make it with 3 legs because 3-legged items are more stable than 4-legged items. It would likely be more wobbly if it had 4 legs.
Nice napkin holder, great inside or out.
March 28, 2015
I love this napkin holder. It can even be used outside since it has the weighted bar to keep napkins from flying away. It seems to be sized for the dinner sized paper napkins, so the regular cheapo paper napkins fit right in with room to spare. See the photo I took with our other napkin holder to see the size difference, this one is on the left. I don't mind the size difference just wanted to mention it.

Very sturdy and patterns match

The dark. Tass color doesn't seem to match throughout the entire Patrice styled items. Very sturdy and patterns match.
Nice
April 9, 2016
Nice. Tall enough to hold standard napkins upright. But has a bit too much space underneath (napkins can slip a bit, as another reviewer noted). I will "lace" the bottom with thread or dental floss to solve this small problem.
Not Just for Napkins...
May 4, 2015
I love this napkin holder. The other reviews are correct, it is heavy and sturdy, which is what I was looking for. I also like that it keeps things up off the surface of the table.Only I'm not using it for napkins. I needed something to hold papers (folded in half) behind my laptop. This works perfectly. Because the design has the loop at the top, it's easy to grab hold of and move around on my desk as needed. My only complaint is something another reviewer mentioned, and that's that it's not solid on the bottom. There are two cross bars for support, not where the ball feet are, but closer in towards the middle. making it easy for napkins (or papers) to tilt to one side or the other. If that gets to be too much of a problem for me, I will just wrap some fishing line between the ball feet on each side, to give my papers more support. So that's why I didn't give this five stars. But other than that, this fills my organizational needs perfectly. I like it so much I'd add fishing line, if needed, rather than send it back. But for now it's working great for it's intended purpose.
Pretty!
April 2, 2014
It's as pretty as the picture. Due to the design of it, the napkins tend to spill out one side. If you know that, you can carry it differently to adjust for that but I usually forget that so my napkins end up spilling out.
Got as a gift for my mom
March 18, 2014
My parents have always kept napkins in the pantry but for some reason my mother finally said she wanted to put some on the table. After twiddling her thumbs for what seems like forever and saying no to every kind she saw in stores, I went ahead and bought this. She loved it, but it doesn't sit evenly. Just a small nuisance but does the job nonetheless.
Nice design, basic, gets the job done
January 26, 2014
This napkin holder has a nice scroll design, as pictured. The design allows for use with many sized napkins ranging from cocktail to dinner napkins to the extra-large dinner napkins that you get at Ikea. All of them fit in here nicely. I did not have any problems with the napkin holder being bent or warped or not level as others mentioned... Seems fine to me.Only thing I wish this had was some tension between the two slides so that it would hold napkins upright, even if it is not fully-stocked. That is not a part of the design and I need to keep the napkins well-stocked in order to keep them from flopping over. Not a big deal at all, but just a comment about the design.

Good and practical
July 7, 2017
Very good at keeping the the napkins from blowing away when we eat outside... and reasonably sturdy,Though a little unstable due to its 3 cornered bottom feet supports.
Does a nice job of holding light
April 10, 2017
Does a nice job of holding light, picnic style napkins. Is too small for 12x12 heavier napkins but works well for what I wanted.
The product is sturdy and attractive
October 27, 2016
I bought this for work. Previously, we were using a cardboard box that held saltines in its previous life, so this is a definite upgrade. The product is sturdy and attractive.
Basic Napkin Holder
April 11, 2015
I bought this when I was looking for a flat napkin holder rather than the ones that hold the napkins vertical.I like the color and the simplicity of the product. My only 3 minor complaints are:1) the "feet" scrape across my counter- if they had rubber so it didn't slide at all or felt so it slid easily, that would be better.2) there are 3 "feet" - it is a square product so I would think having 4 rather than 3 would make more sense.3) I would like if the bar didn't completely come off the product or not as easily.

Looks = awesome! Love it
July 30, 2015
Looks = awesome! Love it!Functionality = annoying. If the napkins are packed loosely, they fall out when you grab one. If they are packed too tightly, they all cling together and want to come out all at once. After a year of fighting it, I'm buying a napkin holder that lays flat.
Missing a part
March 11, 2014
Very nice holder but missing one leg! I ordered this as part of all new decor for newly remodeled kitchen. By the time I noticed it was defective I was unable to return it or exchange for a new one. Too bad because I really like the way it looks. The return window was too short.
Pretty Thing But ...
December 28, 2013
Handsome wrought iron piece unfortunately made in China. I wish that there was a bit more spread to the two rods that provide the only support to the bottom of the napkins because they (Bounty) tend to sag or flop due to this design if the holder isn't fully packed. As noted by another reviewer, the piece rocks and it is so small and rigid that any adjustment is difficult or impossible. I don't understand why a product so well done in certain areas fails so miserably in others. I'm not going to bother returning it but the design shortcomings are annoying.
Don't look too closely...
December 13, 2013
The scrollwork is lopsided. It leans to the right. When I saw it I figured I would turn it around and the other side might be better but it was crooked too. For the price I decided it wasn't worth returning so I'll use it on my kitchen counter but I won't use it on my table.
A nice looking and practical napkin holder
February 5, 2013
I really love the design of this napkin holder and it does its job well. However, I don't know if it was because of poor packaging or if it was originally this way, but it arrived with several places where the paint was chipped. I didn't want the hassle of sending it back so I used a sharpie of similar shade to color in the blemishes. Disappointed that I didn't get a perfect product.

Napkin holder - Good for inside use.
February 27, 2017
Its well made, that said: It only has 3 feet, which allows tilting, if you happen to press on the corners without feet... no big deal. The 3 stars is because the hold down bar isn't heavy enough ( it falls out of the slot, when removing a napkin and the unit is full). Also the "slot" where the hold down bar sits, isn't deep enough, so when there is about 1/2 inch high layer of napkins, the bar doesn't lay on the napkins. So if you had this outside on the patio or camping in a strong wind, some of the napkins MIGHT be blown out of the device.
It's ok, but I'm a little disappointed.
February 11, 2017
Meh. It's ok. The decorative wire around the outside on mine is crooked. It just doesn't seem that well-made. My mom has a napkin holder that looks like this one, but hers is made of thicker wire, and just seems a lot sturdier. The bar on hers is heavier. Plus, this one is big -- it can hold large dinner napkins. I wanted a smaller one. Oh well.
Does its job, but nothing to write home about.
February 8, 2017
It is nice for a napkin holder but it only has 3 little feet to balance it on the bottom. If you even tip it a little it clangs on the counter. Other than that we're happy with it.
Pretty, but not constructed logically
November 8, 2016
This napkin holder is very pretty and hubby prefers a holder that will store the napkins flat, rather than vertical. However, as I read the reviews, one reviewer said that there were only three balls/feet on it, not four. I assumed it was a fluke, but apparently this is just how it is made. Unfortunate, because it means that the holder wobbles. I don't understand why there would not be a ball/foot on each corner, rather than on two corners and one in the middle of the opposite side. It's not going to topple over, but it makes it appear unstable and badly made. Pretty as it is, I returned it.
Tipsy because of metal feet on the bottom
September 25, 2016
The holder has a nice appearance and I was mostly pleased with it, except that it come with three feet on the bottom instead of four (one in each corner) which allows the holder rock and tip if you put pressure on the sides when pulling out a napkin. If they just would have made it with 4 feet instead of three, I think it would be much more stable and I would have thought it was perfect.

I have problems with the bar intended to hold the napkins down. It's not fastened in any way and almost always comes out of the slots when I remove a napkin. Not a major problem but irksome. Otherwise, it seems to be well made

Can do better!
February 18, 2016
I like the simplicity but the design is poor. There is a lack of structure (the design doesn't lend itself to structure). I knew this when I bought it, but didn't realize that it wouldn't be a good napkin holder. The napkins continuously slide out and droop. This isn't the biggest world problem by far, but it's annoying if you want a neat, organized kitchen.
Doesn't seem like a well-made product so I didn't get another one
September 3, 2014
Came with one of the support balls already gone and another one in the package that fell off during transport. Doesn't seem like a well-made product so I didn't get another one.
Arrived broken and uneven
May 30, 2014
This came broken so that it does not sit straight and wobbles. We didn't want to bother with exchanging, so there it sits on our dining table all wobbly.
Ahhhhhhhhhh!

Don't love it, the napkins do not stay up straight, they aways fall side ways. Not worth returning, so I kept it...

I didn't care for the napkin holder. Can not add too many napkins or roller will not stay down. When I would retrieve a napkin I would accidentally pull the top holder off. Not functional for us. Returned item.

fox run wire napkin holder, was very disappointed with it. the center bar comes out every time you take out a napkin, Brought it to use at Church, would not buy again or tell others about it
Pretty is as pretty does...
July 30, 2015
Very nice-looking but weight is very light and goes flying every time you pull a napkin out. If you don't mind that-it's a very useful, well-constructed product...
Just OK
March 30, 2014
I wanted to like this product, but didn't realize that the 'arm' that holds down the napkins isn't connected to the napkin holder. I wanted to use this in the RV, but it was also a tad large. We returned it.
Poorly Made
March 16, 2014
The quality of this product is very poor. The metal used is very light weight, many of the wires are welded out of alignment and the whole basket is warped. Mine isn't damaged - it's just not made well. They put three feet on these for a reason - if they had four there's no way they would all touch the table at the same time. I will be returning this and spending a little more money to get a quality product. The simple human holder is only a couple dollars more, and I've always been impressed with their quality.

ARRIVED BROKEN
February 14, 2017
BROKE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX- I bought this as a gift for my mom to match some similar table decor she has. I noticed while visiting that it wasn't on her table. When I asked about it, she told me that the metal welded part that attaches to the "feet" that it stands on was broken right out of the box. Now it's too late to return it. RIDICULOUS!

The problem with this napkin holder is that there are only two bars on the bottom middle, which makes the napkins tip from one side or the other. Waste of money.

I am very disappointed in this product
November 20, 2014
When I took the napkin holder out of the box I noticed that my hands had silver shards on them. On closer inspection the weighted arm was rusting and the metallic paint was flaking off. I am very disappointed in this product.
Function????
March 31, 2014
The quality of the material that makes the napkin holder is good. The problem is the bar and the slot. The slot is not small enough to hold the bar in, so when you remove a napkin, the bar bounces out of the slot. I tried moving the bar to another location, but nothing works well. I am sure that the manufacturers know this. Why they continue to make this product, without refining it baffles me. JoAnn
Napkin Holder
January 8, 2013
This is just the one I wanted, it is easy to fill for the busy mother. Handy size too, cooler goes with every kitchen
Cheaply made and noisy
October 3, 2010
I read and looked so many napkin holder before I chose this. I was disappointed with only having three feet at the bottom instead of four because it wobbles. Also, the bar in the middle makes a lot of noise by hitting the sides of the bar holder when you walk the wooden floor (I keep this on the eating table). If I bought this in the store near me, I would return this.
