My husband is a high school football coach and I was reluctant about coming to his games since we have a newborn baby and I wasn’t thrilled about sitting on the bleachers. My mother-in-law got me this seat as a gift to get me to the games. I can comfortably sit while holding my newborn son for the entire game. It has slight give in the back so i can put my feet up on the bleacher in front of me and lean back. It’s super comfortable and allowed me to watch the whole game without any back or booty pain. The rest of my family is jealous of my fancy chair. If you have to sit on bleachers do yourself a favor and spend the money on this fantastic chair. It’s well made and durable.

I finally got to use this and I was pleased with how it worked. It also happened to be a cool night and I was on aluminum bleachers. Having this above the cold bleachers did help as I did not have to try and keep the bleachers warm. It was comfortable to sit in and felt as if it could hole up for many hours of continuous use. It is lightweight to carry and has a single hook in the middle to attach to the bleacher. There is not a lot of padding in the seat but the way it has lacing under it, it gives so you can move and it still is comfortable. I am pleased with the purchase.

This chair was great! Shipped just in time for game tonight...product as promised. We had another long night (5 hours) of volleyball and I was as comfy as I could be.I noticed some reviewers complained chair didn't come with back, mine was not attached, but folded in the bottom. Backing slipped on easy and was ready to use.

Durable & fit on just about any bleacher even once with a back. Beats sitting directly on the hard metal or wood surface & gives some lower back support. Easy to carry and store.

I LOVE my chair. I go to a lot of hockey games, this makes sitting in various bleachers way more comfortable and easier on my back. The frame is quite sturdy, the fabric seems durable, I suspect it will last many seasons. I like the color too, a nice deep green just like in the picture.

I have had the seats for a few weeks now. I like them. I take them to my daughters swim practices and one meet so far. I was debating getting the wider ones, but so far these are comfortable for my medium sized frame. Someone who is larger would probably be more comfortable with the wider version. One user mentioned the backs can slide off. When you first get them, the back is very tight on the frame. It has loosened up some since I bought it already. Perhaps it could get loose enough to slip off with enough use, nut I don't know how you wouldn't notice it coming off and stop it. I really don't think it is an issue. It comes with two screws that you can put through the canvas into predrilled holes to secure it, but I don't like putting a hole in fabric if I don't have to. Overall a good purchase and way more comfortable than the bleachers.

It is what I expected. Have used it during the baseball season.

Bought this for the grandparents since they now have 7 grandchildren who are always busy with sports. They haven't had a chance to use them yet but they loved them when they received them.

Very comfortable and I wanted something that had enough width which this does. Has a nice strap for carrying. Only thing is it isn't able to clip to all bleachers inside the schools, so you just sit it on the bleachers without it clipped on. So you have to be careful not to tip back too far or lean ahead to much or you will fall out of your sit.

Comfortable, not bulky or heavy. Would have given 5 stars but the clip under the seat that is supposed to clip onto the bleacher seat broke the first time we used it. Only used it outside once. Will use it inside this winter in high school gyms. Not sure the clip really held it secure anyway. I did not contact the seller that the piece broke.

This seat was very comfortable. My only issue is that it's a little big for the stadium seats. The people behind me were not happy, so I scooted the seat forward a little, which felt unstable. I finally moved (there were other seats available for that game), and was able to sit back and relax for the rest of the game. If the stadium had been full, this would have been a problem.

They feel great since are old ones had worn out. Like the longer back. The only thing I didn't like was the back slides off if you try to hold the chair by that and my husband dropped it on my foot. Just have to learn not to pick it up by that.

It is very simple and easy to carry. Good quality overall, definitely recommend to all. I am around 185lbs. and it holds me up pretty good. Only reason did not give it 5 stars is because I wish it had a cushion as the base for more comfort.

Chair works well. Sat through a series of volleyball games with out any issues other than old bones.Doesn't slide around the bleachers like some chairs. Back support is good. Rather have a nice lawn chair but the don't fit well on the bleachers.

Great product! Very sturdy, sits nice on all types of bleachers. Great back support when you have to hold sleeping babies during long events. My wife and I workout and are very average in size (me 34 waist/ wife size 9). Chair size works, but if ordered again would choose xl chairs. Like the interchangeable colors on back rest...plan to purchase more colors for other sport teams. Would have gave 5 stars, but had to contact seller/Amazon because one chair was sent without a metal cap on frame. Overall recommended product and worth the extra $$!

More comfortable than I expected, however, DON'T pick it up by the backing. The frame will slip out and and you will be left holding nothing but the backing as the seat tumbles down the stands. Rather embarrassing the first couple of times you do it...

Absolutely love! BUT the backs are WAY too loose. I've tried sewing them up so I'm not in the reclining position but I didn't do it enough and popped all the stitches, plan on doing it again just more secure. Love that there is a hook underneath that attaches the seat to the bleacher. Don't know if product lists weight restrictions but many overweight people have used mine with no problem. They say it is comfortable (can't feel the framing) and the chairs have held up well, we've had them for 3 ball seasons now and they are still like new.We are the envy of all the parents in the stands. :)

I used it for the first time last night. It does add padding on the seat area. I’m not crazy about the back of it. It’s like it wanted to fold up putting pressure against my back.

Clip that holds it to bench bent and broke. Probably because I weigh too much. The wife loves hers. Cushion is better than sitting on the hard metal or wood bleachers at games.

Comfortable seat. However the included hook on the bottom is horrible. It is only held in with a couple of small 3/8" wood screws. I read many previous posts complaining about the hook ripping out of the seat, so I knew ahead of time this would be a problem. I took the 2 hooks that mounted to the frame of my older stadium chair and installed them onto the frame of this new chair using a couple of rivets and viola... I have a great new chair to watch my favorite high school football team on Friday nights.

It sits funny on the bleachers at the schools, you kind of sit leaning way back over them. The bar in front starts to hurt the back of my knees after a while. However, it is light, provides cushion and has lots of pockets for your stuff.. It is fine High school football games.

The chair is nice but it only has one hook for the bleachers so it doesn't give as much support as I would like when you latch it. I feel like I am falling backward. Also, I ordered two of the gray and red chairs and I was sent one red and white chair and one red and tan chair so they don't even match and neither one is the color combination I ordered. I was unhappy about that.

The seatr gets three stars since the bracket which is to hold the seat to the bench is worthless; however, the seat can be used without this bracket. When used without the bracket you can not lean back hard but the chair is large enough to still give proper support while sitting normally. Besides the bracket being poorly constructed it is placed wrong so even before it broke I was not able to lean back in this seat. In all other respects the seat is well made and the company would be smart to just eliminate the bracket. I camp for months at a time and use a picnic table for a desk outside. This chair has allowed me to sit and write for hours in comfort.

I love this chair, it has been great for one year. Last weekend the back slipped off and is lost. I was not aware the back would slide off. Chair is pretty much useless without it.

Middle sags and my butt hits metal cross bars, makes it a bit uncomfortable. Re-stringing bottom cords seems to help. Way better than sitting on a cold metal bleacher.

Chair is comfortable but, I am currently sitting without the back support. They came separately & are impossible to put on. I tried for twenty minutes before a track meet & will have to try again later. Three stars only because of the annoyance of back assembly.

I opened this product, sat in the chair and immediately wanted to return it. This chair is made for smaller people. There is almost no point to the arm rests as they are too low to use them comfortably. There is not enough cushion on the seat to sit in it for a prolonged period of time. I could feel the metal immediately. This might work great for a smaller person but you will still need to get another pad to place on top of the seat for it to be comfortable for sitting for a few hours at a sporting event.

The frame/bars WILL leave an impression on you! There is no padding on around the bars to cushion your legs or back from feeling them. The seat cushion seems nonexistent because all you feel is the metal frame. The only thing this seat is good for, really, is to provide some back support. But this is NOT a comfortable seat, even for 5 minutes. Try another

We expected too much from this product. We have always been a huge fan of Stansport's products. This one did not meet our expectations. The bottom hook that keeps the chair in place ripped out after the second use. The bottom pads are not suspended high enough and it just ends up being a seat pad with a back. The upper pad on the back is to firm and rubs in to the back. We have to put a blanket over it to prevent it from hurting. The chair needs more padding where the legs meet the chair. The bar cuts into your legs. Also the hook does not stay on the bleachers. It feels unsafe when you sit on it or try to move in the chair. Will not send back do not want the hassle.

This seat doesn't lock secure to the stadium bleaches. This seat only has the front hook. Where as the seat I had before had the hooks on each side (which didn't come from your company). Which kept the seat secure in place. when I use this seat I have to be careful not to move much because the seat will fall back. I almost fell backwards because the hook doesn't hold it in place. I didn't return the seat because it would cost me too much postage. Also the opening for storage has nothing to keep the items from falling out. It should have a snap or a strap to hold it together. Just not at all satisfied with it.

Seat arrived without back twice

Great looking chair but the handle hits you right at the small of your back. Very uncomfortable. Also, the top corners of the backrest dig into the backs of your arms if you move around or try to talk to someone sitting behind you. Lastly, it's really pretty heavy compared to others we have. That's not a big deal but there's no strap to carry it easily so the weight is pretty noticeable.

Backrest broke at a weld upon 2nd use. Otherwise seemed like a decent chair.

These are not a as comfortable as I had hoped they'd be. They are hard on the low back if you have any sort of acheyness. They are also quite heavy.

After two days of use the arm rest came completely removed from the arm base. Not what I was expecting for the price. Need to call to get some sort of refund...

The chairs do not fully go back, so when you are sitting in them you are hunched forward. I left it to late to return them, otherwise I would have. Very poor design.

They are easy to set up but there is absolutely no padding for comfort and the storage area isn't big enough to much of anything. Honestly wish I hadn't spent the money on 2 of these. Bought 2 at the same time and they were shipped separately. Also packaging was horrible when delivered. Not happy at all.

While it's an attractive chair with pockets for your stuff there are two main problems with it. 1. The hook on the bottom to hold it in place is useless. It does not stay/fit to the stadium bench and you have this constant feeling of tipping over backwards. 2. there needs to be a way to tighten the straps between the back of the seat and the bottom of the seat, as again it just feels as is you are going backwards. If you put the back of the arm rests forward enough to where "they" sit on the bench the chair better stays forward but leaves you no leg room. Was disappointed for sure.

These chairs were SO uncomfortable because of the metal tube running across your upper back. Additionally, the steel hook used to fasten to the bleacher (under neath) came loose the first time we used it (on of the two scrawny screws pulled completely out). I will be looking for one that does not have a bar across the back....beware.

This chair is very large and hangs out way over the back of the bleachers at the high schools so none can sit comfortably behind you (there is no leg room). It only has one hook in the front center to hook under the bleachers and does not stay very well. I tried to return it but missed the cut of date by 2 days. I am displeased that I am stuck with this item I will never use!!!

all three chairs arrived damaged

I received the chair in the mail today hoping to take it with me to baseball tomorrow only to open the package and find there is no backing on the chair. The seat is intact but absolutely worthless with no fabric on the back. I'm hoping the return will be painless.

I returned this chair as it was very uncomfortable. I am 5'4 medium frame and did not support my back when sitting on a bench. The metal bars in the seat pressed into my hips.

Not happy with this product thus far. Ordered this as a gift, it showed up 2 days before we were to give it. Looked great Neil I got it it of box and found the chair had no back on it. So do the whole call in and get told to order another one, and pay for one day shipping so I can get it here for birthday. Then the privilege of diving 20 minutes to the UPS to ship back. Looking I see this company as 5 stars, sure as heck don't see how.. Thanks for wasting my time and money on your incompetence

This item was delivered without the two-piece stitched removable back.

Came with no back to it. Had to return. Couldn't get a replacement back or chair. Was offered a different color but didn't want orange or green. Team colors are purple! Did get my refund!
