| My bad, not the productSeptember 14, 2016 I did not follow the recommended schedule/dosing for this supplement, so it did not work as well as it should have. I was only taking one in the morning and might remember to take one before dinner...so it's my fault if it didn't work as described. I can truly say that after that morning dose, I was far less likely to grab a snack every time I walked through the kitchen and my thoughts did not linger on topics like "what else can I eat". I have one bottle left and plan to follow the guidelines more carefully so that I can give it a thorough review in the future.
