MC KESSON PERFORMANCE BANDAGE ADHESIVE
September 1, 2017
This is the brand my Doctor's office uses. I stole a couple because you have to cut them off your fingers. You can wash your hands, dishes, clothes they hang tight. They are some sort of cloth, and they start to get tattered, ya got to cut the sucker off. Highest recommendation. They did take a while to arrive, well worth it.
Excellent bandages and better than any other
May 19, 2017
I've been using these for l. They are the best bandages on the market. It's cloth, not plastic/latex.They are latex free. They are very flexible and water resistant. I've even washed my hands while having one on my finger and it stayed in place and continued working well. They are the typical, most popular bandage size. These blow away every bandage I've ever used
Good Bandage - Stays Put
January 22, 2017
These sterile, individually-wrapped, latex-free McKesson bandages are as good - if not better - than the popular brand that I have bought throughout my life. They stay put until I am ready to remove them. That does not mean that they will continue to stick after being repeatedly exposed to water, but they stay put as well as most waterproof bandages I've used, and these are not even waterproof bandages. I have really sensitive skin, and even though they adhere so well, it does not hurt when I remove them. There is plenty of adhesive all the way around the pad, so when I put triple antibiotic ointment on my split-open skin, the bandage sticks, and ointment does not ooze out. I bought quite a few different boxes so I'd have a variety of sizes, and all sizes seem to be of the same quality. I will buy these again when I run out.
These little M.F.ers are NOT playing, the drug store brands are STILL doing the walk of shame, dang!
June 13, 2016
Let me start by saying PLEASE tell me I am not sitting here writing a review for a bandage, but just wait, cause I am always expecting everything to suck that isn't well known, and I hadn't heard of this brand but needed supplies in a hurry since I suddenly out of nowhere found myself with a RX that I had to self injection, and after finding alcohol square preps I figured for a tiny little hole it wouldn't matter if they sucked they wouldn't need to be on long. BOY WAS I SHOCKED!!! These things are like if a certain brand name we all know that sounds like Hand Made was a cheap fiberglass car, and these McKesson bandages are a big ol tank! I mean c'mon, even the little packages and the paper backing pieces you pull off and discard are much higher quality. I am still in shock, so let me just say for this price point and this many, even if they lasted you twenty years IT WOULD BE WORTH IT - I forgot a couple times the day after an injection in the booty I had put one on, and until I was in the shower, had already washed my hair twice, conditioned it, shaved, washed my face, brushed my teeth, and had started washing the rest of myself I realized THAT SUCKER WAS STILL ON AND NOT GOING ANYWHERE til I took it off myself! These things are QUALITY. I highly recommend for injuries, if you're accident prone, an athlete, have kids, whatever, give these a try. My box and bandages lode ok different than that picture, they look much nicer like what you might see on a nurse's cart in an emergency room. Anyway that's my two cents, and if a band aid can stay stuck to the underside curve of my butt cheek in a hot steamy shower a good ten to fifteen minutes before I even realize it's there and I still have to slowly and carefully peel it off? That's a damn well made product! :-) 5+ out of 5!
This is the one to buy, with one exception.
March 20, 2013
I recently had a nasty puncture wound to a finger which had to be covered with a "band-aid", changed at least several times a day, for about 7 weeks. It has healed up nicely now. I needed a dressing that wrapped around the tip segment of the finger leaving the front open. McKesson Medi Pak Performance Bandage Adhesive Fabric Strip 1"X3" Latex Free - Box of 100 was the one given to me at the urgent care facility over several visits. At first glance it looks a perfectly ordinary fabric "band-aid" aside from being wider [1' wide'] than most. What puts it into a class of its own is the adhesive. The adhesive does not seem especially sticky until you realize that the same dressing stays on firmly through a shower, and dish washing, and hand washing. Most times I was changing out the dressing not because it was falling off but because I wanted to apply a fresh glob of Neosporin to the wound. While the adhesive is remarkably water resistant, the fabric is not water repellent at all. Which can be a good thing if your wound oozes a tad. So for the first several weeks I used these McKesson dressings. Then I switched to using Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages, Sport Strip, Extra Wide, 30 Count (Pack of 2) by day as the material is somewhat water repellent & it cushions the wound a useful small amount, and the adhesive is remarkably water resistant without being awkwardly over sticky. Overnight, I reverted to the McKesson dressings so the wound could "breath" a bit whilst mechanically protected. I wiped the area to be covered with the fresh dressing with 91% isopropyl alcohol for wound hygiene & so the skin would be grease-free & dry.
Finally, clinic grade bandages
January 2, 2012
I'd been to my doctor's office a couple of times. Each time, I walked out with a few bandages to use over the next week.I kept thinking, "These bandages hold through showers and hand-washing, and many other rough situations. Where can I buy these?" No other band-aid brand held on as long -- they all fell off in the morning, or after taking a shower, or after hard work (sweating, etc.).I finally got a bandage in it's package from my Doctor's office. Luckily, they're sold on Amazon. Great! And they're relatively inexpensive too. Buy these, they're better than any other brand I've tried.

This is one strong bandage
January 18, 2017
This is one strong bandage, they don't come off so watch how long you leave them on. Only neg is that do not stick to them selves only skin
Forget bandaid brand, this is it.
February 3, 2015
Now this is a great bandage. I will never again buy bandaid brand. The adhesive is strong and yet gentle to my sensitive skin. I like the adhesive edge to the pad and it is non-stick pads. The fabric breathes and yet is durable. The bandaid cover peels open well with ease. Good price for a lot of great bandages.
Great bandage choice
June 29, 2014
I read about the McKesson fabric bandages on a different review, and I'm glad I ordered them myself. They are very comfortable and flexible, and stay on until I take them off. Although they stick very well, they are easily removed, and don't leave any residue behind. Definitely a good choice if you are looking for the fabric type of bandages.
Deceivingly simple
April 4, 2014
These looks boring, they ARE boring, but they work better than other band-aides at a better price. Nice stretchy fabric, does not come off after washing your hands, or taking a shower, or doing the dishes, doesn't hurt to take off. Have bought many other band-aides from the drugstore before, none are nearly as good, most of the "nicer" ones have gimmicks that simply don't matter when they cant get the basic thing right: quality. These are quality, these are simple, these are my brand of choice until they are no longer offered on here!
The Best
February 7, 2014
These are the best bandages we have ever owned and have these in multiple sizes. They stay on for days at a time and do not need constant replacing. They stay on while doing dishes (although they are not waterproof, so we change them after they're done getting wet.) We have very sensitive as well as latex allergies, but we have had no problems with these at all. Highly recommend.
Best Bandaids Ever
August 29, 2013
My Fiancé is an RN, when she saw the 'store brand' Band-Aids I was using, she came unglued. We ordered several boxes, and I can tell the difference, they stick, they don't fall off, they don't bunch up, and they come off easily.

Better than other popular brands!
August 15, 2016
These McKesson bandages are substantially better than Bandaid and Curad bandages. These are woven fabric bandages. The problem with 'fabric' bandages is that they tend to fray especially with used on fingers and quickly become unsightly. I am a veterinarian and when I examine a pet, the client's eyes are often on my hands. Not good to have little 'stringies' hanging off of the bandage. These bandages do fray, but substantially less than the other more popular brands. Also, an irritant for me is that Bandaid and Curad is that they make getting into the individual wrapped bandages difficult especially with big, lunker hands like mine. The McKesson bandages are very easy to open and get to where you need them.
Lighter than pictures
July 15, 2016
I've been looking for a good bandaid that stays on the finger throughout the day / night if needed. I bought these based on reviews, and sure enough, they are of good quality. The only concerns I have is that the color share is not as dark as the pictures here. The one we received was really light colors and looks out of place on my darker sun kissed hands. The only other issue is that after usage for the day, there are little strands of fabric that that fray off the edges and look all raggedy. Otherwise, will buy again.
Good bandages
January 12, 2016
Great water resistance bandages. Quick and to the point - the material is like a kinesio tape, but with smoother, more water resistance coating on the exterior. The adhesive is similar to kinesio tape in that if you touch it with your skin, it will likely not adhere to your skin. If it comes off your skin, it will not adhere back. So slight prep and cleanliness of the wounded area should be noted. The small pad is covered on all sides by the tape to prevent water from intruding in. I think this helps with moist environment that you skin will need to heal without forming scabs. The 1 star down is that I have kinesio tapes... alot of it. But my skin is sensitive that prolong exposure to adhesive makes me itch, then my skin becomes irritated to a point of blister. So far, some of the area are fine with 2 days on, and other parts were not after 1 day. Overall good stretch and good bandage.
Not industrial strength, but very comfortable.
May 13, 2015
Not the best, not the worst. Bought because of price, and haven't been disappointed yet. Some complained of falling off in water or socks/shoes, but so far they have been fine. I will say that the adhesive seems to be one of those child friendly types that aren't painful to remove and don't get all gunky. Which is nice, but I can see how they might fall off with a little bit of stress. However they aren't designed for the great outdoors nor do they claim to be, so I think they're just fine.

Works well, no rash!
June 22, 2017
Works very well if you need to wear for a lengthy period of time. Does not cause a reaction to the skin as ones with latex can. Wish the center pad was a little larger.
Seems to fray a lot but stick well and are flexible.
May 30, 2016
These band aids fray around the edges constantly from the time you put them on.Then you have threads hanging that catch on everything. I had mine on my finger and the threads kept getting in my food. Plus they look really ragged after about an hour of use. I do not recommend these to anyone.Update. I tried the Band Aid brand and they fray too. Seems to be a trait of fabric band aids. They do stick well and are flexible around the knuckle of my finger.

McKESSON BANDAID PRODUCT
September 15, 2014
I love McKesson products. They are medical grade productd used in many physicians' offices. I would have given them a 5*, but this order NEEDED MORE ADHESIVE, for sure. I am not sure why this lot was less adhesive than my previous order, but they were. The standard for a quality bandaid is not only the critical sterility, but is it adhesive! Yes, it was hot outside, for sure. I FEEL THIS IS A SIMPLE ISSUE FOR McKESSON TO REMEDY WITH THE RIGHT COMMUNICATION. I did not use lotions or emoillents of any kind to lessen their ability to adhere.

Dont stick as well as the ones at Drs office.
Do Not Use on end of fingers or fingernail injury!!
April 5, 2017
I had 2 problems. One the Company only shipped me 2 boxes instead of one. To their great credit and customer service, they IMMEDIATELY took care of that problem and I commend them for that. The McKesson 1 x 3 bandages themselves are a mixed bag. They stay on...great adhesion. But they have a serious problem of the fabric edges coming apart. I use mine 2x daily on the end of an injured index finger. Within hours they are unraveling. So, do not but for fingers for sure...not sure of the edge performance on other applications.
Not impressed.
October 9, 2015
I've used some professional grade bandages made by Xpect First Aid. Their bandages are awesome, but I can't find them for sale retail. Based on these reviews, I thought McKesson would be just as good, but unfortunately they're not much better than any others I've tried. They stick to skin ok, but the problem I have is that the gauze comes off the bandage. After wearing it a couple of hours on my finger, I'll notice that the gauze is working its way out of the adhesive strip. This is just as bad as having the entire bandage fall off. Actually its worse because you still have to deal with the sticky residue.
I bought two boxes in error.
July 17, 2015
The picture was really deceiving. They are very, very lite, flesh color. There sticking power was just as good as any bandaid. I bought two boxes, my mistake. Hope this helps.
Over-rated
September 30, 2014
Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don't think they stick as well as they should. When I get pig-stickered by something outside in the hot sun, I expect that the bandage I immediately apply will at least stick to itself. These things have been disappointing, even if they ARE above the quality of the better-known brands.Probably, if you want a decent bandage, you're going to have to go artisanal. If you have the time.

August 22, 2016
I have bought these before. This time I would say they are not the usual standard that I receive. They do not hold as well. they also irritate my skin. Most band-aids so, but these never have before. I am just saying this was perhaps a less than perfect box this time. I will order again and hope I get some better ones.
Great product if they send the right ones.
November 19, 2015
I've ordered these before and they are great! Unfortunately when I finally had to go and use some from the new box I realized they sent the wrong ones! Ahhhh! These incorrect bandages are very small and a different color :(Would be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if the product was correct.
The bandages themselves are great. Durable
January 7, 2015
I have mixed feelings. The bandages themselves are great. Durable, stick well. That's the reason I ordered them. These are NOT for people with sensitivities to adhesive, though. Like so much so that it ate my skin after wearing it for a day. Not their fault, mine. But I can't order them again because of it. I know they are GREAT if your skin doesn't mind them though.
Its a bandage that all, sticks good
December 24, 2014
Its a bandage that all, sticks good
The fabric and adhesive is good. Stays on
September 2, 2014
The fabric and adhesive is good. Stays on, is flexible and doesn't fray like some other fabric bandages I've tried. The main issue that drops two stars off is the fact that the bandage pad does not go all the way to the edge. There is a 1/8 of an inch strip on either side of the bandage part. This makes the 3/4 inch band-aid 1/2 inch. You also can't double up to cover larger areas, or angle things slightly to fit the area without the adhesive part hitting the wound. I the search continues...

Quality has changed -- not for the better.
May 12, 2017
The fabric has changed (it is now darker) and the adhesion is not the same -- it doesn't hold up when wet like the bandages used to. I don't know where the previous bandages I've ordered were manufactured, but they were better made. I could wash my hands or wet the area on my body where the bandage was located and it would not come loose because of it. (I took a look at where this recent purchase of the McKesson adhesive bandage was made and it is manufactured in China. Whatever factory is making them now, it's using inferior materials.) I'm definitely not going to order this brand of adhesive bandages again.
Doesn't stick to itself
November 10, 2016
When I first got these, they seemed to work wonderfully, but now that I have had them a while, they really don't work that well at all. I don't know if the adhesive got old (in about 6 months) or what happened, but I would not buy these again.
the adhesive isn't great at sticking and the color is not what it ...
August 26, 2016
Very cheap, the adhesive isn't great at sticking and the color is not what it looks like online. They are very bright, almost white in color and not a more neutral 'skin tone' hue.
Waterproof? Don't count on it.
August 11, 2016
Some people commented that these bandages were waterproof. This was not my experience. I am using these on my fingers, and with the 1st hand wash, the bandage just slides off my finger. The adhesive still holds to the fabric (where it has wrapped), but it does not adhere to the skin.In all, they may be fine for dry applications, and they may be no better or worse than other brands, but for my purpose they have proven to be a waste. They were relatively inexpensive, and I will just donate to my company's 1st-aid kits.Color is a bit on the pink side, if it matters to you.
These bandages don't stay on for very long
October 15, 2015
These bandages are OK. My son had a scrape on his foot and we put one of these on, the band-aid fell off during the night while he was sleeping. I put another on him the next morning and that didn't last very long either. I expected the bandage to stay on him longer. So far they are just OK. They last for a little while.
Now what am I going to do with 100 of these?
August 3, 2014
Definitely sticky and the size I was looking for. However, these band-aids leave a ridiculous quantity of white goo on you, to the point that the band-aids look thinner upon removal, especially around the edges. And you can bet that will irritate sensitive skin if the wound requires prolonged re-coverings.

Leaves a Sticky Residue
September 6, 2017
This bandage leaves a sticky residue that doesn't come off very easily. Most reviews stated it didn't stick at all, but I had the opposite problem Too much glue. I will have to throw these out as the seller has a do not return policy.
I am sorely disappointed> It looks like once again Amazon's review system needs to be revisited
September 2, 2017
I don't have any evidence to back this up but there is no way this product is 4.5 out of 5 stars. I purchased about 1,000 of these based on thier reviews. In my personal experience these badages don't stay on worth a $#!t ! Purchased them to have an adequate supply of this common size in all my first aid kit. Home, Car, Boat etc... so far none of them have held on for any length of time. I am sorely disappointed> It looks like once again Amazon's review system needs to be revisited!
misleading pictures - definitely not latex free.
August 2, 2017
update: Product has changed.I ordered the 1 box x 100 whose picture says Latex free.I received the exact same box that I got when I ordered the 2 box x100.The box no longer says "Latex free".I tried one on my back and got a severe reaction.Skin turned red and itchy.I have never previously had a Latex allergy. I had ordered these for my wife who is Latex sensitive.Very bad reaction. I don't know what they are doing.----------------------------------------------------I am not sure if the 2 box 100 are latex free. The 1 box 100 picture says "Latex free"The 2 box 100 count does not say "Latex free".I was looking for Latex Free, saw the 2 x 100 option was cheaper and ordered it.I may have made a mistake
will keep looking
August 17, 2016
I only write reviews for two reasons, either the products surpass my expectations or they do not ! I bought these bandages about a year ago and quite frankly, I would not take them for a gift if somebody offered ! The reason is this they do not stick hardly at all ! Bandages seem to be made well plenty of pad ,fabric seems good but they don't stick ! I might get an hour or 1.5 hours of use out of one bandage before it falls of for lack of sticking ! That is without any outside influence such as getting wet, if that happens you might as well take it of immediately because it wont last long !Maybe I got a defective box but none of them stick well at all !
Inferior bandage -- adhesive does not stick
October 30, 2015
Adhesive does not stick. Either some of the reviews are bogus or I got a defective batch. Compared to the Curad and Band-Aid fabric bandages, these are far, far inferior. They will immediately come off if they get only slightly wet. And even in ideal conditions they come off after a few hours. In fact the inside pad will often separate from the rest of the bandage. This is by far the worst bandage I have ever used even compared to cheap plastic strips -- and I am not exaggerating.
if you live in a real world setting
October 12, 2014
I found, that many of the bandages would easily fall off with any movement or body moisture. They may work in a hospital setting but if you live in a real world setting and you are going to be moving around or develop body moisture, these are NOT the right purchase for you.
