Really bright without being too intense! I have three of this strung together around my bedroom and it makes for a nice softer alternative to the room's built-in lighting.

I use little "fairy lights" year round on my patio. It is hard to find good soft white lights. These are perfect. Now all I have to remember is to check my orders to find the seller again. I order 1 extra set for future use but it will take me close to a year before I have to use the next set. These are great lights as they are not that awful blue white light. I bought these lights to hang around the inside of my apartment for Christmas. I ordered three sets - they connect together and I have them as one long string around my walls. They look great! I like them so much that I decided to leave them up all year.

Just what I wanted--plain clear lights with a white wire. Another reviewer said they'd look horrible indoors on white walls--not at all! I put mine up against my white crown moulding (the reason I wanted a white wire), and the lights look beautiful against it--bright and clear, not dingy or dusty or whatever that person suggested. (Maybe they just got a bad batch?) These are perfect.

It is shorter than expected. I guess I didn't measure very well but they have never had any problem hanging in my room for over 6 months. They are a pure white that does not show many hints of yellow and the lights do not go the same way so it has lights going up and down the wires. I would buy 2 more for my whole room.I can classify them as "heavy" because I used the command strip on hangers and they all fell down, even the ones for lights. I used clear push pins into my walls to hold them up. They are not extremely heavy but heavy enough to fall down.at the end of the light there is a connector to add on more lights so that is helpful.

Perfect, I've had it up in my dorm room for around 5 months and it works like a gem. I've had no problems with it at all - and all the bulbs are still working!

Love it. Bought 1 set at first and it wasnt enough so I bought 2 more. I see reviews complain about broken bulbs but mine all came in perfect shape,not a single bulb was broken. I used them to decorate my room, and I love the subtle lighting. 3 strings light up my room well and gives off a warm and relaxing atmosphere that I love. You need to stretch it out to get the entire length. I use Command Hooks and line them up all the wall to hand polaroids and the rest is around the edge of my wall. I don't use them everyday and they works perfectly till now. They don't get hot either and the wires seem sturdy. I was hesitant at first but I love it. It's perfect for what I need and the price is pretty affordable

I order this for a dessert table backdrop and they worked beautifully. They have end to end connectors, which is great, because we used 2 strands.

I put these up around a window frame in one room and a door frame in another to give a softer ambiance and also to save energy. I love them, and often have only these on without needing additional lighting. There are also different types of white lights, these are the 'warm' white lights that I was looking for.

Cut these up for science experiments. Pretty lights and worked well for our purposes.

Purchased these for child's window for decor. BEAUTIFUL and bright, but kinda expensive, and 3 boxes didn't cover standard sized window. Had to order 2 more boxes, and hope they get here when Amazon says they will. Child is chompin at the bit to have her room finished!

They are exactly as advertised, clear lights with a white wire. I give these 4 stars because there's nothing exceptional about them, just your average Christmas tree lights. Worked as expected. Nice warm glow. I had these for two years, then one day out of the blue, half of them blew out. Still I was very happy with them while I had them. I've bought some icicle lights to replace them now.

They're really pretty and look good in my room but quite a few bulbs burnt out right away. They included two spare lights I think so at least they tried. A for effort

I put these around my room, and they are a nice warmish white color. I'm really glad they are not super bright or anything, which makes them work well for decor.My main concern would be that sometimes the first half of my strand goes out randomly, but it will light up again if I just fiddle with it. Not a big deal, since it does come back on easily, but still a concern nontheless.Another thing is that theres about a foot and a half of space at the beginning of the strand with no lights, so keep that in mind if you plan on stringing them around your room like I did.

The lights are great, but as other reviews say, they are a bit short. I had to order an additional strand so it would go around the border of my window (just the top 3 sides, not even the bottom). I only had to replace one bulb that wasn't working and extras are included. ALSO!!!! There is a warning on the box that says to wash your hands after handling because the product contains LEAD, which is known to cause cancer in the state of California.

I just received this, and was a little disappointed at the thickness of the cords. The cords are bright white and rather thick, so they definitely aren't subtle against a green tree. However, all the lights work fine and the price is great, so I can't complain too much.One definite negative (which didn't factor into my star rating for the iterm) was that the packaging was extraordinarily damaged. It definitely looked like it had been returned and sold back to me, as the box was ripped and dented, then haphazardly taped back together. This makes me worried that there is something wrong with my lights, so hopefully they keep working.I will update my review if the lights stop working.

Nice lights at first. Use them for all night lighting for our patio cover. But, now I have 2 lines where half the line blew out. All of the bulbs blew, and there is no way I'm going to try to replace half a line. Leaving them up until they burn out. Wished they would have lasted longer.

Made the mistake to order this lights to go with my green artificial Christmas tree; bad idea. The white on the cable is so white that it makes my tree Look so tacky , so I will be replacing it with other lights that have a green or transparent cable . For the price that I pay I could have had a 300 qt lights in homedepot

I bought 2 boxes and connected the ends. The first one I opened was bright, but the second one was so yellow it was darker than the old one I had for over 2 years. This bothers me a lot because I wanted the connection to be very subtle. Kinda disappointed about the product consistency but other than that it's great.

A third of a string went out almost immediately. Was able to fix them with a Light Keeper Pro tool. When they are working, they look nice.

Product is okay, but make sure you look around first - you can get same product at a local hardware store.

Bought this for my front window display after my other set died out. Worked great for my display and matched my other set. Would buy again.

I bought a set of these, plugged them in for about 5 minutes and they melted together. I think I just got a faulty set, hence the reason for a three star review on the product. The company was great, they gave me a full refund and amazon paid for return shipping. I think these will be fine to buy, I just think I got a faulty set. They seemed really nice though overall as far as appearance goes.

Lasted a little under 1 year with daily use. Glow is warm yellow (not white). They are bright enough for reading. 3 stars because I've had cheaper lights last longer. Otherwise, the lights are/were fine. I'd order them again if they were the cheapest option.

This is my second pair within 6 months. But they are cute & look nice, and cheap. So I'll buy these until I find something better.

I purchased two sets of these 6 months ago in January. I used them to frame two curtained off closets in my bedroom and they look fabulous. After people see them turned on at night once, they ask to see them every time they visit because the lights give off such a soft and pretty glow. I ended up turning them on for at least a couple hours every night because the only other source of light in my bedroom, a ceiling lamp, stopped working due to an unknown electrical reason. Today I noticed that a large chunk of the lights have burned out, I'd say about 6-8ft of it. That's a bummer but considering I used them every night for 6 months, they had to have lasted over 360 hours. I probably won't bother replacing them unless another 2ft go out.

We use these to add some nice light to the living room. Previous lights that were replaced last nearly 2 years. These lasted about 5 months.

These lights were disappointing. The information from other customers stated if one bulb goes out, the rest still work.....I've had this set since November 2015 - less than a year. The lights have gone out in segments, not just a bulb at a time. The 3rd of 4 segments just went out a little while ago and that's why I'm giving a rating of 2 stars........... I am using them indoors, for about 6 hours per night........I'll try to find an alternative...Any recommendations? Thanks.

The first string I received never worked properly--about 1/3 never lit up. I complained and they quickly sent a replacement string that did work. Now, about 2.5 years later, half that string is dead. I also tried using the replacement bulbs for a burned-out one in the half of the string that still worked, and none of the replacements actually fit, and one shattered as I tried to retrieve it. Typical cheap Chinese junk.

The lights are beautiful when they are working. I love having fairy lights throughout the house but actually purchased these for my wedding. When my old set went out (a $5 set from rite aid that lasted over a year) I decided to use one of the boxes of these that I got to replace them and simultaneously test them out. The end product was very disappointing. Over half of the lights are out within a month of being lit. Good for seasonal use...not good for anything else.

Poor quality lights. The full string wouldn't stay light....contact issue in one of the bulbs had to play around with them for a long time to get them lit and on. Any movement would cut half the lights off....gave up and tossec them into the bulb replacement pile for our other mini light strings.

I bought two of these strands of lights. One of them has done okay-ish and only had 4 bulbs burn out since I bought them (4 months ago). The other has had about 20 lights go out. Overall I would say the product is of poor quality. But then again, I use them almost every day as a nice form of ambient indoor lighting, so I'm not sure if this would be considered normal for this style of use. Either way, I'm planning on looking for a better brand name or possibly using led lights in the future.

Bought this a few months ago and half the bulbs already burnt out. The warm light was very nice before this happened. The previous ones I had from a store lasted 3 years before a storm blew them out. I don’t think these lights are good quality.

When I first opened the package, it seemed like a quality product - the wires felt durable and the lights were all intact. But I was very disappointed when I tested them- only half the strand worked! I was really looking forward to hanging these in my new apartment. These will be going back unfortunately.

Gives off great warm white color and looked great after I spent half an hour hanging them up in my ceiling. However, after having them up for less than an hour, a bulb about 1/3 of the way down broke and took out the other 2/3 of the lights. Luckily, replacement bulbs were included, but it doesn't seem a single one of them works. If this hadn't happened, I would have given 4 or 5 stars because they look great and are easy to use.

Bought two packs within a month of one another. One strand had lights out a few weeks after putting them up. I replaced the bulbs that went out, and a few days later more went out. Just noticed a few out yesterday, then 10 more went out today... a few minutes later, over half the strand went out, all bulbs out are blackened, so it's not just one bulb causing the rest of the strand to be out. I think I've only had to replace one bulb on the other strand I bought around the same time.

These lights were a headache as soon as I put them up. Within seconds of plugging them in, three bulbs were already burnt out. I replaced one, and then half of the strand went out. Another of the three was super finicky, randomly turning on and off. That also made half of the strand go out. I replaced the finicky bulb, and it took me me nearly five minutes of playing with it to get the rest of the lights to come back on. Now the rest of the lights are on, but the finicky bulb that I replaced- and the two on either side of it- still won't turn on. I've had these lights up for 10 minutes and there are five burnt out bulbs. If I want to keep these, I'll have to get more replacement bulbs, because I've already used the ones provided.

Since these are incandescent, it would REALLY help to include that in the product description, specifications, etc. I'm so sad, I've ordered these, and they can't be used since they are incandescent and run the risk of starting a fire. Please add incandescent to the listing description somewhere.They arrived in good condition and they work. If you are okay to use incandescent bulbs, then these are great and you should get them. Please note that these are 42-watts per string though! Not energy efficient at all.

Burnt out in less than 4 months. The strands I had before has lasted 2 years and had minimal burned out. These whole sections went out fast.

I bought 2 boxes just a few weeks ago. Put them up last weekend. One stopped working already.

broke within a couple months. i tried to replace the bulbs, but nothing seemed to work. wait until the holidays and buy the less expensive version at lowes or walmart. this quality isn't any better.

not working...didn't realize it at first due to getting area prepped for this item but when I opened the package they were defective.

half the string did not work. had to fiddle with each bulb individually to figure out which socket was messed up. replacing the bulb didn't fix it. it only comes on occasionally

The claim that it stays on with one bulb out is exaggerated to the point of dishonesty. If one bulb goes out, half the length of the light strand goes out with it. The other end stays lit unless it also loses a bulb, but that really doesn't strike me as "staying" lit.

These are terrible! The lights only last about an hr. And then they go out. And on top of that they are very very dim.I was so excited to have solar Christmas lights...spent $30 for 2 strands. Was not able to return them as it was a 30 day window for returns and I had not put them out for Christmas. Do not waste your money on these "lights!."

I ordered these lights because of the good reviews they got. When my daughter came in June (I had ordered them in April to be sure they were here when she came to visit) she put them along the soffit of my kitchen cabinets, where I have had white string Christmas lights for almost 20 years. We went on vacation so they were not lit till we returned. I am dismayed that after just a few weeks half of one of the strings is black...all burned out. It met my expectations but it did not last. I bought a few boxes for my dorm room and they died in 5 months. They weren't on everyday all day, just a little at night. Please let me know if this is normal.

When I first received this product I was very happy with it-- I actually ended up buying a second string because the first one was so great. They set a cool atmosphere and were awesome to decorate my dorm room. However, a few days ago half of the first string of lights stopped working. I thought it was a burnt out bulb, but that doesn't seem to be the case. No matter what I do I can't get them to work again. I originally wanted to rate these 5 stars because I thought they were perfect, but unfortunately they've become useless in about two months. Very disappointed. Hopefully the second string I purchased won't end up the same way, but I worry that it will soon enough.UPDATE: Sure enough, the second string of lights broke as well. I tried replacing bulbs in this string as well but nothing worked. These lights seem like a great deal because they're cheap and give the perfect soft golden glow, but they're not worth it! Both strings died within a few months of owning them--no power surges or bent cords or anything that could have damaged them. I'm sure it's too late for any kind of refund but I certainly will not be purchasing these lights again.

I purchased a string of 100 clear white wire lights in December to hang around a window for year round decoration. Two days ago HALF of the string is no longer lit . I went through 50 lights trying to replace the bad bulb, but nothing has worked. I don't understand how half the lights on one string can go bad.
