Got it for my niece, she liked it.
Worth the buy

Not sure what people are complaining about but I popped open each box and tested each one and they play, look and feel like any real harmonica should.

Bought these to learn how to play. Ended up never learning how to bind so I gave up like a year ago (writing this review a bit late but...) Still fun to play with when you're bored and wanna make your entire family hate you.
Good Value
December 2, 2016
There are better harps out there, but I'm very satisfied with the quality for the price paid. I just needed a Bb harp for one song and did not want to spend a lot of money. I'm just a beginner, though. Intermediate or above might want to spend more for a better harp.
Great for the price for beginners

This set is perfect for those just starting to learn to play. Some of the negative reviews are obviously from more experienced players who are looking for a much higher quality, but they are perfect to get your foot in the door and just learn. Spend your money on the more expensive ones once you have experience, if you wish, but I can find nothing wrong with these at all.
He's learning to read music in band so that will only help foster his newly found harmonica love!
December 4, 2015
Purchased for my 12yo son. He can't put it down and has already learned to play "Ode to Joy" by sound. He plays tuba at school and wanted something he could carry with him. It goes everywhere with him. He's learning to read music in band so that will only help foster his newly found harmonica love!

Very good!!
September 17, 2015
Ordered it for my 3 yr old who had been asking for a harmonica since she saw one with a friend of hers. Its not really a kiddie harmonica but as she wanted something green landed up getting this one. As soon as it came she has been a total fan. Amazingly she learnt to play it within few hours and have been enjoying it since then.
Great!

Decent for about 4$ a harmonica

Not too bad for a beginner, but some of my reeds were messed up and wouldn't make any noise.

Great value and excellent price for a set of harmonicas

Bought these with the intention of learning to play the harmonica and they have filled the desire I had. They sound great and the value is exceptional. Very satisfied with my purchase.
I case would have been nice. Instead of individual ones
July 23, 2016
For the price they definitely take the cake. Big surprise for someone expecting the sound to match the price tag. I will say I was definitely impressed with these. I case would have been nice. Instead of individual ones. Makes it a little harder to keep the keys you want to have on you when u have seven different boxes. Other than that awesome harps
these are pretty good sounding
June 30, 2016
these are pretty good sounding. except for the one keyed in C, at 78 holes kit kinda goes flat after playing it for awhile. other than that i am pleased with these.
I'm more than happy with the product for that price
February 19, 2016
They definitely dont compare to my Lee Oskar or Hohner Marine Band harmonicas, but they dont carry the price, either. I got them for my grand kids as 'starters' to see if they had any interest or aptitude for playing. I'm more than happy with the product for that price.

Somewhat OK!.........
March 13, 2017
These Harmonicas are OK, you'll have to do some Reed adjustment because maybe two of them might be a little out of tune, that's only because when they mail it the package might get dropped or stacked with other packages so the vibration may be too strong for the reeds and cause the harmonica to get out of tune, but on the other hand they OK to buy if you never had different key Harmonicas, so they'll help you decide what's your favorite key to have! I still rate it as 3 stars though.

I'm very disappointed about my order
March 22, 2016
I'm very disappointed about my order. The reason is because, when I ordered the Schylling Maracas, I new they will be a pair of maracas, and not only one. They show in the photo set of two maracas and the word Maracas, means a pair, otherwise it would say Maraca or a Maraca.in that case, I would have order two. I really was expecting two Maracas.Thank youManuel Enrique Monsante

February 2, 2016
It's ok for the price. I don't like that it doesn't produce consistent [note] sound throughout the entire harmonica. On some parts of it, the sound comes out muffled as if there was something stuck or lodged inside where the air is supposed pass through.
More difficult than it looks
December 11, 2015
The instrument is made well enough. It is very hard to play any specific song, however. If you push one way, you get one note... if you push the other way, the note changes. Coordinating which way one is pushing with which note is quite difficult! A harmonium is a better choice for kids.
The maracas as fine, but the picture as advertised is completely wrong
October 19, 2014
The maracas as fine, but the picture as advertised is completely wrong. I've read more reviews after purchasing & wish I had done so beforehand... you would think these come as a set of 2, but it's only 1 maraca. Bit pricey for what you get!

If you were looking for a professional harmonica, keep looking.
You get what you pay for..
April 29, 2016
I bought these because I wanted to start playing harmonica while I play guitar. Not a bad price, but the harmonicas are poor quality in my opinion. The sound of each one is chintzy. If you are in need of a harmonica that you'll only play from time to time, this is worth the buy. If you are going to play on a more serious level spend an extra $20-$30 and buy something of better quality.
Toys, nothing more. Good for the kiddos.
March 8, 2016
These are toys, nothing more. I've been in the music biz for most of my life. Bought these for a hoot. Tried one, immediately requested a refund. Get these for your five to ten year old kids, and be prepared to get a headache, every now and then, even though the volume of these toys is very soft. "Screamer," my foot!

Not good quality
June 27, 2017
The front part of it doesn't hold well: it's so loose that comes off all time and then it's not working at all. Because it's a small part it's very hard to locate it and the child doesn't want to play with it anymore.
Cheaply made
March 24, 2017
Bought for my 2 year old for Christmas. However it's a poor design as the horn is in three pieces and doesn't stay together. The mouthpiece and the horn part both pop off constantly and it's annoying to have to keep looking for and putting the pieces together so he can play it. Cheaply made.
YOU ONLY GET ONE!!!
June 25, 2016
I wish I had read the fine print as well. I must have skipped the part where it says ITEMS SOLD SEPARATELY. I bought the item thinking I was getting two as that is what the picture leads you to believe. I basically spent $10 for one item due to shipping. I will be returning the item and buying a SET for the same price.
Misleading
December 20, 2015
Cute toy, but they only send one. Very misleading promo, they're sold as maracas (maybe there isn't a difference between the singular and plural spelling of maracas?) and the picture has them in pairs. I definitely wouldn't have purchased only one for $5!
Bell handle arbitrarily came loose in first couple uses
April 1, 2015
As other reviewers have mentioned, the stickers come off almost before you receive the product. Our red bell arbitrarily loosened during normal (non-violent) use, which has compromises the sound. I pulled the plastic handle off and attempted to jam it back into place, but was unsuccessful at achieving the perfect fit. We still have a 1/4 inch space between the handle and the bell. Without all bells being functional, it is not able to be used "as a set" which is the point. You can't play a very broad repertoire without one of eight notes.
not sturdy at all
February 4, 2015
These bells are obviously made with to be used with children, but they have not stood up well. After only a couple of uses, some of the springs inside the bell have bent in such a way that the bells do not play when they are rung appropriately. We used these carefully, but they have not been a good purchase. I would not buy them again.

SUCKS WIND ( No pun intended )
December 29, 2016
You get what you pay for ! I now see why they call it a screamer ! Need three times the wind to get a half way decent sound ! oh well ! Good enough for my 6 yr old nieces to play with ! Do yourself a favor and spend $30 or $40 for one decent German made harmonica ! ( Got one at local music store ) You'll be MUCH happier with the results !
Disappointed...
November 4, 2016
This review is coming from a beginning harmonica player. I ordered this set so I had a place to start. I currently play the guitar (intermediate/advanced), and in very disappointed with this product. I was told to not waste your time a something of this level but I figured I would give them a shot based on the YouTube videos I saw, they sounded good. The first thing one I got the product today, was open it up to look at the reeds. 4 of the 20 reeds where chipped/damaged on the C harp. Also the outside comb was chipped and looked like they just paint over them with sharpie. I put it back together and the black. Would mind talking to manufacturer about replacement. But we will see how it plays out.

They post a video of a good harmonica player playing one of these harmonicas
January 16, 2015
If there was a zero stars I would give it. This thing is cheap in price and equally as cheap in construction. It is extremely leaky and was out of tune. This company is engaging in, if not outright deception, at least playing fast and loose with the truth. They post a video of a good harmonica player playing one of these harmonicas. If he is indeed using a sawtooth screamer, it has been reworked because the one I got barely made any sound on single notes. The other thing (and what originally piqued my curiosity) is the claim that it has 48 reeds. It is stated in the description and on the video. I do not know where they got that. I pulled the covers off and it is a standard 10 hole 20 reed diatonic harmonica.Needless to say it went back immediately and serves to reinforce the adage that you get what you pay for. In harmonicas that is true even though some of us live in the hope of stumbling upon that one undiscovered gem.for now I will stick with my Golden Melody and Seydel harmonicas.

Very cheap, poor quality
January 16, 2016
Very cheap and plays horribly. The last few octaves on each side of the harmonica didn't even work. Don't buy unless you want a crappy harmonica.
