| Waste of moneyOctober 1, 2017 This thing is a joke. You can twist it all you want, but it doesn't change any frequencies. You might as well buy a regular whistle. Doesn't work.August 23, 2017 My dogs hear it but it doesn't stop any type of whining, barking, crying. They do not seem to be phased at ALL. I have tried different pitches and have stuck with it for multiple days. I'm glad it's worked for others but for my 2 maltipoos it does not.
