Easy to fill
April 9, 2017
Rapid shipping. Came as described. Easy to fill. I had a great time out on the water with it. I put our 65 lb water dog- Golden Doodle in it. She loved going- she has whined and not liked our regular kayaks, so it was fun having her out on the water- no punctures, no holes. Easy to put away. Time will tell about longevity. It was not a speed demon, but I only took it out once. I think I need to use our other oars Still, looking forward to more use
Great quality

Love it. Met someone in the sequoia that had theirs for 20 years. I bought one and I love it too.
Awesome family fun!
September 29, 2016
These are amazing. I had to admit I had my doubts but after reading reviews we bought 3 2 seaters for our family. They are super sturdy. We take them out about once a week. With our 10, 11 and 14 year old helping they take about 10 minutes to assemble. We've had hours of fun. They fit a kid and a grown-up with ease. I would think 2 grownups would be crowded. Strongly recommend this product. FYI we have used them in lakes only. I am sure they would be great in other locations that is just what we have available.
Exactly as described!

I researched inflatable kayaks online and at local Florida dealers; based on this I decided on the Sea Eagle 330. Amazon had it listed @ around 15% less than the mfg, so I placed the order. To my surprise, it came with free 2-day shipping. It arrived by UPS exactly as promised, and well-packed. I also recieved the seats for the pro model (the ones with covers and retaining straps), instead of the balloon style, which was a concern to me and others who had reviewed this boat. I kayak in salt water, and the feb/march winds kept me off the water for a few weeks after delivery, but when I got to try it out, it went together great- about 10min. The boat handled well, even with a 10mph wind, and took powerboat waves well. It is not as fast as a hard- bottom, but you get where you're going! When I came back in from my 6hr trip, it deflated nicely and went right back into my car trunk. 5 or 6 people saw me come in, and came over, looked the rig over, and asked a few questions about it. They were all positive about how it ran in the water, and even more impressed with the price.
Sea Eagle 330 Kayak
July 3, 2012
Many years ago we had a Sea Eagle boat and while searching for a Kayak, I found that Sea Eagle also had them. I wanted something for my teenage grandchildren and decided to make the purchase around Memorial Day this year. What a great deal! The grandkids and their friends all love it and fight over who gets the Kayak and who gets the Paddle and Row Boats -- this Kayak is everything that a Sea Eagle lover would expect and more. I am now thinking about purchasing a second one! Just make sure the Kayak is fully inflated. The Kayak arrived timely and everything was in perfect order!

I researched for days prior to ordering this Kayak and I am so thankful I took the plunge and purchased it. My goal in writing this review is not just to tell you what I experienced with my new kayak but to encourage anyone that is struggling with their size not to let it keep you from getting out there. I am 5 8' 320 pounds give or take and I am trying my best to get out and be active. I loathe the gym and I am trying to find things that I can do. I have always been athletic but due to injuries from working out being the size I am has made adventures quite challenging and sometimes painful. But here's the skinny on my maiden voyage. My kayak arrived 2 days after order and I had a planned to head to the lake with a friend to try it out immediately. I inflated it in my home because I did not want any surprises happening on the lake. I ordered new paddles before my kayak arrived because of so many other reviewers reporting how crappy the ones are that come with the kayak and I must agree on that point. It was easy and quick to inflate but I have yet to figure out the back pack which also is the back support, The kayak fully inflated is very light and easy to transfer from the car to the lake area. There was a boat launch where we were which was nice. I decided to straddle the kayak to sit down into it as recommended by another reviewer, it wasn't pretty but it worked. I realize that the boat is made to hold up to 400 pounds but it did sag in the middle some and my bottom was wet the entire time but I didn't care because I was finally able to kayak!! It takes a while to balance and paddle at the same time as it does not track as well as a hard shell kayak but I got into a great rhythm and figured out how far to place the paddles in the water to maintain my stride and balance. The friend I was with had a hard shell kayak and I kept up with her perfectly. The back support is not much of a support but to me it was comfortable because I liked sitting back while I paddled. The top and back came up slightly out of the water and there was a small crease where I sat on the kayak but to be honest I didn't really care what I looked like I just wanted to be out on the water. The material was very durable and we were out when it was in the 90's. My dog laid comfortably on my leg as I paddled and her nails were no problem at all.

My first voyage was over 2 hours and I loved every minute of it and I can't wait to get back out there. So all in all I am giving this kayak 5 stars. It's an inexpensive alternative and it worked well for me.

I ordered one to go kayaking with my 11 year old who has a youth (hard plastic) kayak, we went the first night and I LOVED it! My Mom tried it out and she LOVED it, so we ordered her one, then my 11 year old tried it, and she liked it better than hers, so we ordered her one! Yes that is a total of 3! They are very durable, I was not sure how I would like it being "inflatable", but it proved to be really GREAT! It comes with a paddle and a hand pump. Get a more durable paddle!!! That would be the only complaint, and I never used the hand pump because we have an electric (air mattress) pump and that works! I would (obviously) recommend this product to anyone!
I love this kayak
August 17, 2015
I love this kayak! It's perfect for paddling around on the lake. It's easy to maneuver and super lightweight to carry. The design is brilliant - from backpack to fully inflated in less than 10 minutes. In the off season, I store them on the wall in the garage - in the backpack. All of my friends are jealous and want one now. I'll definitely recommend they get one of their own.
Nice, stable kayak!
April 25, 2015
This is a great inflatable! It is well designed and very easy to inflate. It paddles and tracks very well even in waves and breakers. The small skegs on the forward and rear bottom do make a difference in the tracking. It turns on a dime and is very responsive. I didn't care at all for the enclosed paddle that came with the kayak. It is a bit too long for me and came apart the first time I used it.
(I use my old paddle instead, which works far better)
I found a neat way to carry the boat is to push the paddle under the triangle bungee tree on the bow and hook the back of the paddle under the seat straps. That way you can use the paddle as a very efficient carrying rod for the kayak out of water. You just lift the whole thing up with one hand and carry it away! And, since it is light weight, it's easy to carry it. I am a little old gray haired lady of 71 and am able easily 'horse' it around with no problem! It tracks well in waves and is very stable. I've been paddling for over 45 years and am very pleased with this product.
Great Inflatable Fun
June 19, 2011
The Sevylor Inflatable Sun Island is a great way to spend a nice sunny day on the water. Whether using it for water sports and/or games, or just simply wanting to float around to get some sun, this float provides a fun, sturdy, and comfortable experience.

PROS:
1. thick durable rubber material
2. over-sized air nozzle good for using various air pumps, also allows for quick deflation
3. no protruding objects or sharp rubber seams that would poke or scratch ya
4. The rope is great in helping maintain balance and stability
5. very good air tight seal
6. Large - 72" diameter
7. 'Snap n Stay System' - connect more than one in tandem

CONS:
1. becomes faded w/ or w/out pool chemicals (sun faded)
2. Any sunblock that gets on the material makes for a VERY slippery situation.(natural occurrence which doesn't affect rating)

This float was used on a river which has some occasional floating debris - sticks and such. No problems to report when coming in contact w/ debris.

A very well made, durable product.

Good value for the price with a few minor exceptions.
August 11, 2016
We took this kayak on a 7 mile run this week and had a blast (even in the parts where the water is low)! However, the kayak is a little small for two adults and so there is little storage room for water or food. Also, the seats that come with the kayak are not very sturdy...one is okay because you can push it against the back of the kayak and it supports you but you might need to purchase one of the harder "delux" seats for the person sitting closer to the front as the seat collapses and keeps sliding towards the back. Also, there are nice inflation guides on the side rails but nothing on the bottom, so you have to guess how hard to inflate the floor. But overall it is a good value for the price and it is a nice looking kayak.
The handling was good with the heavy currants
April 9, 2016
Took it out today for the first time in the river that feeds into the ocean. The handling was good with the heavy currants. We didn't have trouble keeping up with the other kayaks. The fit is tight; my husband (170 lbs) and I (130 lbs) could barely fit comfortably, but it worked. I'm not sure we would have room for any more gear than a small bag.
Great way to get into the sport.
January 8, 2015
They are great and easy to inflate. They have lost little air in the 2 weeks since we first inflated them. We will be using them (we bought 2) frequently between Florida and North Carolina so the ease of transporting them because they are inflatable saves a lot of room. I would recommend up grading the seats but it is not necessary. It is a very minor thing and upgrading the seats is an option in the package for accessories. But on the whole they are a ball and a great value. And if one is unsure of liking the sport, this is a reasonable investment to find that out. They are made to last. We would recommend this product to anyone looking for some water fun and ease of use. The wife drives me nuts wanting to get out on the water as often as she can.
For two SMALL people
December 2, 2011
This was very easy to blow up and we had a lot of fun rowing around the lake. It's easy for one person to carry and the kayak fits in a fairly small space.
The inflatable seats were cumbersome. They were nice to have and I'm glad they're removable so I can move them around. We tried two adults and there is really no space for your legs to go. There isn't enough room to fold them up and there isn't enough room to stretch them out in front of you. We kept the 'two adult' trip short. I took my youngest son out with me and we were able to fit more easily.
This doesn't dry out very well. I wanted it to be completely dry before packing it up again, and water finds ways of staying trapped in little nooks and crannies. The first time I used it, I let it dry while still inflated. Water was still trapped under the skirt and it gushed out when I deflated it. The second time I used it, I deflated it. It didn't dry any more completely.
The oars disassemble nicely and when assembled, they feel great in our hands. I like that they're adjustable depending on your rowing preference.
But, all said, this is a great little purchase. I'm glad I have it!
inflatable tandem kayak very convenient!
September 14, 2011
When we first rec'v the inflatable kayak I was very relieved at how fast we were able to put the caps on each of the openings and inflate it. The foot pump was much faster than I expected. The material it's made of seems very durable but we were careful anyway about avoiding swampy areas of the lake. The whole initial process took about 20 minutes. I don't have a big house and I don't have a garage so storage was critical. The whole kit fits in the heavy duty bag that came with it and takes up about as much room as a large sleeping bag. When we went camping my 13 yr. old daughter and her friend were able to set the whole thing up in about 10 minutes. They easily carried it down to the lake and hopped in. Deflating the kayak took less time than inflating it. When we got home I hosed it off and it looked great. The only complaint my daughter had was that there wasn't much leg room when the two kids were in it. I was solo when I took it out on the lake and it kind of bobbed around a lot but that can probably be remedied by deflating the bottom section a bit. Will try that next time. All in all, I'm very happy I bought it and would recommend it to a friend!

Pretty nice little kayak..
June 17, 2017
Not too bad for the price but a few notes... Definitely doesn't handle like a hard plastic kayak and having more weight in the front would of helped with that. The paddle isn't the best and the hand grips are tough on the hands. You're butt is going too get wet so be prepared for that. Perfect for calm lakes but would be difficult to maneuver on a choppy lake. Fits well into the pack which is a pretty awesome design and is great for any size car. All in all a good buy.
A good buy for the price.
August 1, 2016
I like this inflatable kayak. I am not a small woman at 250lbs so weight capacity was a consideration. I found that the front did tip up a little which made it hard to steer at times. I utilized it for hours and would do so again. I will probably put a small cooler in the front to keep the front down a little bit more which solves the minor problem of it tipping up.
Great little kayak
July 8, 2016
Had 2 issues:
1. No way you'll ever get it back in the "backpack" which is really just your kayak seat that wraps around it.
2. The paddles broke and fell apart first time in the water. They are held together by plastic rings that bend and break with the rowing pressure.

HOWEVER, Great little kayak, easy to air up, easy to transport, just not as easy as it is supposed to be. Much easier than mounting on a car rack.
Good value for the money
October 8, 2015
This kayak was easy to tote around, since I don't have a rack for my car. A little bit of water gets in it, but it may be that I didn't inflate it enough. The paddles that came with it are very cheap but that's no big deal - I can just buy a better one. For the portability, and not having to rent a kayak, I felt it was a great purchase and very reasonably priced. I did order the pump that you plug into your cigarette lighter, and that was also well worth the 16.00!! Inflated it in less than 5 minutes, with no effort at all.
Honest Review by a Big Chick!
August 29, 2015
Ok, when I purchased this, none of these ratings really helped, so my rating is going to be very honest and hopefully help some ppl with their purchase decision. First- I'm a big girl- 38 yrs old, 5'5 355 44DDD. Yes, that's relevant, in a moment I'll explain why. I bought this bc it's weight capacity says 400lbs, & I figured it would be a perfect way to figure out if I wanted to, would enjoy or could use a hard shell kayak, without spending $500+ So I'll start with set up- relatively simple. It's heavy when folded up, so if you're weak, or have any mobility problems, this maybe tough for you. I laid it out in my living room and pumped it up. There's 5 air chambers, 2 large, 3 small. I chose to do it at home rather than at the water, simply bc I was so unsure I could do it all alone. I fit it in my Toyota Camry, fully blown up/assembled by angling it from the back seat behind the drivers chair to the front seat in front of the passenger. Not ideal, bc I couldn't see out the back but I was only going a mile. I put mine in at a boat launch on a very slow moving river, which ended up being very helpful bc of the incline of the ramp. I was nervous to try and figure out how I was going to get on this thing without flipping over or making myself look foolish. I decided I'd just straddle the seat & sit in one motion. Done. Since its inflatable, and somewhat flexible I was able to get my leg over it and adjust my position while straddling it and standing in the water. As another reviewer mentioned, the middle sinks slightly. My rear was soaked but I was pleased to be on board. Since the middle sunk slightly, both the front and back end, were lifted out of the water a bit. Now, here's the honesty part. I'm top heavy, my chest gets in the way slightly, and so does my belly, however I am able to sit up right on the floor with my legs together, in front of me, but it's not terribly comfy. I found sitting on the kayak, with my legs in the leg rests, while balancing, very difficult. If you carry most of your weight in your belly, you may want to consider a canoe. The seat back lends little support on this kayak. I ended up sitting with my legs straight out but open with my feet slightly hanging off. Much easier, and gave me a bit more stability. I paddled around for about 2.5 hours on my maiden voyage. Never flipped, but had a few close calls. I was quite proud of my little adventure. When I returned to the ramp I found it slightly difficult at first to exit the kayak. But moving to water that was just about to my knees seemed easier. I used the paddle for leverage, and rocked forward, and stood up.
About the kayak itself- very durable. The material used is very heavy duty. I had no fear of ripping or snagging it. The drink holder is useless for bigger folks. The paddle is ok, since I'm a beginner but I can see wanting better quality in the future.
All in all if you're a beginner, I think it's a safe way to learn. Great for slow moving, flat water.
400lb weight rating? I'd say it's more like 300lb person max, with 25lbs of gear split between the front & back ends to balance the weight out a bit. But it's fun, relaxing, & gets some exercise in.

Not a bad boat for the money
June 23, 2015
As advertised. It's a bit on the small side! Having a boat that can go in the trunk of the car is nice! In addition I find it Is not the fastest but it tracks better then I expected, not to say that it tracks as well as a ridged hull. Also it doesn't include a bag fyi.
pump easily fills boat
June 8, 2015
We bought this as an attempt to learn to Kayaking, after having a chance to do it on a cruise At this point, we have only been able to go out once
Pros: price, pump easily fills boat, moves easily through water
Cons: seat too low (we will try to use cushions to correct), cramped for two adults, front person cannot straighten out legs, doesn't include carrying bag.
After we were ot for about an hour, the sides started to loose prssure -- then I remembered that I have had this happen on other well built inflatables (beds etc) -- on the first pumping up, and then not on subsequent. I assume this will be the case when we take it out again.
Seats needs an improvement
September 7, 2013
I finally got a chance to use the kayak with my son who was visiting from Pittsburgh PA. As for the Kayak itself, it works pretty good with the exception of the two inflatable seats that came with it. One of my major issues is that there's no way to secure the seat to keep it from sliding back.

I was using it by myself and in spite of what I tried (i.e. placing a cooler behind), the seat kept sliding back. It became very aggravating to where I had to secure it by looping a rope around the back of the seat and securing it to the threaded rope (for lack of a better term) at the front.

It worked better but after a while the rope started cutting across my back to where it was uncomfortable.

My other issue is that the seat didn't hold the air and it leaked out after a while. it was NOT a pleasant riding experience and unless I can find some way to secure this seat, I will be selling the kayak.

If anyone has a suggestion on how to secure the seat(s), I would be most appreciative.
Was having fun until it got a hole.
August 22, 2013
The first time I used it I was totally frustrated by the white caps because it kept getting mis-threaded. I had to fiddle with it for a while until it made a good seal. Once I conquered that, I had a great time using it all day. I took it all apart and put it away. The second time I used it I was all ready to go thinking I had it down and again had trouble getting the main caps to screw in perfectly lined up. It took a while and I had people waiting for me and they were getting impatient so they left without me. Then I took it out and noticed air escaping from a hole on top of one of the sides. Cannot figure out how that happened. I carefully put it away and carefully took it out and assembled it. SECOND TIME USE AND A HOLE? I was very upset and now don't trust it for the fhird time. I feel like I wasted $270.

I'm like 220 lbs
September 4, 2017
I'm like 220 lbs, holds me pretty well, but I do tend to get wet as the center tends to sag. I was careful to not over inflate it. Also, the two skegs are about 2-3 inches in depth. Does not appear to be enough depth to overcome cross breezes. Hard to keep on a straight course.
The actual raft was was easy to set up and fun on my first use
June 23, 2017
Plan on buying your own paddle. Mine broke withing 30 minutes of using it. Cheap plastic bindings. The actual raft was was easy to set up and fun on my first use. May plan on tubing with it since its so durable.
I was very Happy with this purchase until I ordered a second one.
September 11, 2016
This kayak is awesome. I am amazed at how sturdy it is and how it doesn't flip or even react when I plunk myself down on it. It's very wide and stable. From the image I had assumed I'd get very wet...but truly I haven't. It's designed very well, easy to inflate and deflate. I can't comment on the paddle as I have my own.

Edit Changed from 5 to 3 stars: I love my purchase of 08/16 so much that, because I'm flying overseas on vacation, I ordered a new one, just so I wasn't putting something sandy or not completely deflated in my suitcase. I waited till two nights before I'm leaving to open the new box. Imagine my disappointment: It is NOT a brand new kayak. It has obviously been inflated previously and not completely deflated...there's also footprints and water spots on it and was not packed the way the first one was (which came IN the backpack). This one was so poorly deflated they couldn't even fit it in the backpack. I worried that it may have a hole in it, so I've inflated it all the way (which grossed me out because the seat and foot rests I inflate by mouth)...anyway I now have an inflated kayak on my couch overnight to confirm there will be no deflation through holes...my whole concept of flying with the a new/compact kayak is gone. SHAME ON THE SELLER for selling this item as NEW.

I still love it though. I wonder if it comes in a male version.
Not Sure About Durability
August 23, 2016
Purchased two of these for my husband and I to give kayaking a try without a huge investment. Worth noting, my husband is 6'3" and about 260 lbs., I'm 5'6" and hover around 200. These have individual weight capacities of 400 lbs, so I didn't have any concerns about it keeping us afloat. That said, our backsides were pretty soaked after using.

Inflation is quick and can be a bit of a workout for two of them, especially on a hot day. Our first trip was to a mountain lake in Colorado. We were able to get on the kayaks easily and were off and kayaking fairly quickly. We did upgrade the paddles based on reviews here that the paddles it comes with are horrible. While we haven't used those paddles, the construction of them seemed pretty flimsy, especially compared to the new paddles we purchased. Cruising around the shoreline the steering wasn't too bad. Once you get used to how it maneuvers it's quite easy. We were on calm water with gentle wind, so lucky for our first trip.

Our second trip was to a lake in the Denver suburbs. The water on this like was quite choppy, but we still had fun paddling around and no really problems maneuvering it around.

Third trip to another lake....one kayak seems to be leaking but we can find no holes, but chambers 3 and 4 definitely losing air. After thorough checking we believe the valves were the culprit. When we returned home I pumped it up again to check for holes and found none, but did still have noticeable air loss within 1/2 hour. Fortunately I was on the very last day that I could return the item to Amazon, so back it went.

We really like these kayaks. I wish the one would have held up better under gentle, adult only use. All in they were used for 2.5 hours, so I'm concerned about durability. I would expect more usage at this price point. We were meticulously careful with cleaning the kayaks and letting them dry before packing it back into the pack it came with, so I don't think there was any carelessness on our part. We did keep the other kayak and I hope to see better performance from it.
The kayak is good quality and the backpack is cool but the kayak ...
April 21, 2016
The kayak is good quality and the backpack is cool but the kayak itself does not glide at all so expect to paddle the whole time and not be able to keep up with hard kayaks at all. The paddle is nice but definitely want to get a new one because the one it comes with is small and not curved and the plastic will wear away at your hands.

This kayak is supposed to be for 2 people - I bought it for may parents and they had a very difficult time getting into and out of it because the sides are so high. They also said there was not enough leg room , they are not tall people 5'6" and 5'4", .
I really tried to like this kayak but I just could not
November 18, 2015
Had to return this. There were all kinds of things wrong. Inflating was a hassle. The seat backs were removable so they slid all over giving no support. If you have 2 people in it, it's nearly impossible to use. I really tried to like this kayak but I just could not.
I thought this was going to be a great buy after reading all the other reviews
August 31, 2015
I thought this was going to be a great buy after reading all the other reviews. The first time we took it out we hit a small branch sticking out of the water and it ripped a small hole between the bottom and side of the kayak. We took on some water so we had to go to shore and repair it. The repair kit worked great and we were able to finish out trip. Just very unhappy that a small branch could rip the hard rubber so easily. I'm very afraid to use this again. Second issue: Both my husband and I are smaller people I'm 5'2 and he's 5'6. This boat was way to small for two people, we both were very cramped. We took a small fold up cooler that holds a six pack and there was no room for it besides behind the rear passenger seat. Which if you wanted to get to it you have to sit all the way forward cramping the other person even more so you can pull it out.
Now to be fair this kayak was very easy to inflate and deflate and did handle great on the river. Next time we will try to use it, it will be a one man kayak not a two. Wish me luck.
Sorry it didn't work out
November 13, 2013
Did not meet our expectations and had to be returned. Unable to control the kayak in the river current. Thankful that returning it was an option as we could not have used it.
deflatable kayak
July 6, 2013
to be absolutely fair, this review is probably premature, but this kayak, although it does inflate, does not hold it's inflation for long. I may be doing something wrong with the valves that hold the air in the kayak. I will look into this and up date my review at a later time if I find that I am wrong so far. I inflated for use one weekend, used it, stored it in my extra room at the cabin, and found it entirely deflated the following weekend. I have a Sevylor inflatable boat that never deflates. Every once in a while you do have to top it off, but it never deflates entirely. And I have used that boat about 50 times. Thus far very disappointed in the Sea Eagle 330.

UPDATE: Finally got the kayak to hold air long enough to get out on the water. Really enjoyed using it but now I have two complaints. One: Inflation/deflation. The kayak still deflates rapidly. After 24 hours the kayak really needed to be inflated again. Not good based on my experience with other inflatables.

Secondly: The seats - when using it as a two seater, the front seat really relies on the knees of the person sitting behind them. Remove the knees........remove the support. Not good.

One of the seems failed on one of the 3 we purchased, while we were on vacation. Come back from vacation to find out the return window closed while on vacation. (by 2 days) Where we were had no reliable connection to cell service, forget 4g or anything of the sort...
Oh... The paddles are fine, if you are under the age of 10, or only have the strength to lift 10 pounds... Anything beyond that, and the will snap, with no notice... They break right at the screw on joints.

It did great the six times i took it out. It gives a good cardio workout. Took it out for 7 th trip inflated ,launched , within twenty min it was leaking bad enough i returned to shore and have since purchased a real kayak. Feeling safer these days on the river
They're big and fun but easily punctured.

These are really big and can support a good amount of weight but they get punctured by just about anything. I bought two and they lasted me a few days each.

We were very pleased when we received this inflatable. It was a little bigger than expected and seemed well-made. After using it one time in the lake the outer ring deflated. There must be a leak but we don't have the time to try and find it. There is a 30 day return policy, may look into the shipping costs for this.

Just pay the extra for the hard shell kayak. Do not buy Sea Eagle brand

TL:DR; Poor product. Poor customer service. False advertising.

This product is not the kayak you want. Don't be fooled by the durability advertised. It cannot be compared to a hard shell kayak. This product should not go in the river. The seats do not stay inflated, the vinyl was damaged on a basic tubing style river trip. The kayak is difficult to paddle as you sit too low in the craft. My family spent the last year fighting over who gets to use the hard shell kayak and they have even named the hard shell kayak "Superior"

I've tried to work with Sea Eagle customer service to arrive at an amicable solution as the product does not meet the advertised expectations but they have refused and DO NOT stand behind their product. They claim that I would have to take up any product complaints with the seller, Amazon.com, but it s clearly outside Amazon's customer service window and should clearly be handled by the warranty of the manufacturer.

Infuriated, deflated, and wasted $230
Problems first time out on the water
July 21, 2015
Several of the compartments were leaking air. Thankfully I brought the pump with me because we had to make a couple of emergency stops to fill it with air in order to make it back. Additionally the blue font leaked all over the boat. Perhaps it was stored improperly in an extremely hit wear house or something before being delivered. Clearly this product is defective and potentially dangerous

Construction seems good. However, this is only good for slow moving water or flat lakes. It is a tippy kayak otherwise!!
2 man kayak ?
June 27, 2011
My husband bought this kayak to add to his collection of kayaks. He has been rafting for over 40 years and knows his stuff. First off the seats would not hold air and he had to keep blowing them up during a 3 hour raft trip down the river. It says two man, he weighs 169# and took our grandson who is 9 and weighs 76# and it would not support them very good as the floor of the kayak also would not hold air. Also there was not enough leg room both of them. Very dissapointed in the quality and returned the kayak.

This company has horrible customer service

This company has horrible customer service.

I bought two kayaks. Returned warranty card with all required information.

One paddle broke on first outing. Thought it was just defective and we would get a replacement or part to fix.

I submitted request.
Had to complete a questionare via phone.
Company emailed requirements:
1. Picture of kayak serial # with issued incident number written next serial #.
2. Receipt of purchase.

Denied since receipt was not in PDF format.

Will submit with screen shot of receipt.

I had to submit a picture of the serial number on kayak with incident number issued by them
