Five Star Reviews: | 83% it is great we are able to get it shipped to Hawaii ... February 22, 2017 it is great we are able to get it shipped to Hawaii now. On many other tries you wouldn't allow it to be. It is a great product and can be cut with the whiter Titebond glue Wood Glue August 30, 2016 The Titebond Dark Wood Glue is a great glue. It's more of a Khaki color. I was expecting a darker color than a tan like color. It's still the Titebond quality. When working with hardwoods that end up with a dark ... January 12, 2015 When working with hardwoods that end up with a dark finish, this dark pigmented glue is a must! I do not know why it is so hard to find. Some say that Titebond III is supposed to take its place. No way! This dark drying glue can be used to fix many mistakes on dark wood projects. It is worth stocking in your shop and has a long shelf life! Great Glue--Hides Imperfections August 22, 2014 Great glue with the normal holding power of a wood glue, but when it dries dark brown, it blends imperfections. I have used this glue for about 2 years on guitar repairs, and found it to be superior quality. And the dry dark thing, for me, is a real bonus! A Must-Have When Working With Dark Wood December 3, 2013 Franklin's Titebond II line of glues are a great choice for all kinds of wood working needs. The have a moderate "open time" meaning you've got several minutes to adjust the pieces being glued before the glue begins to set. Dark Titebond II is particularly handy for joining dark color woods or for joining pieces what will later be stained or dyed dark colors. It dries to a deep brown color that doesn't stand out from its surroundings. Titebond II Wood Glue, Dark September 11, 2013 I have used several other Titebond products; all have worked extremely well. This glue was no exception and worked like the others. Bought for use with darker wood projects- will buy again when needed. | 73% Five Stars March 29, 2016 Better than that Ape glue which expands and this is as strong if not stronger. Premium Super Glue - Best Cyanoacrylate November 14, 2015 Just what I needed when I needed it.......thanks. Imho, a cut above Crazy Glue. Let's bond together September 10, 2015 This I the best binder I've ever seen. It sticks in seconds and get this... It has to be refrigerated for longer shelf life. It's excellent. Bonds instantly July 12, 2015 WATCH IT! it's fast. A lot faster bonding then generic "super glues". It's been working well on nylon, tyvek, kevlar, and polycarbonate for me. I will buy more when I need it. |
Four Star Reviews: | 17% Very good product, just as strong as normal T2 May 22, 2017 Very good product, just as strong as normal T2. Dries with an ever so slight reddish hue. My typical process is to wait for the squeeze out to get semi hard and then scrape but I found that it stained the wood (walnut) a bit. Nothing some decent sanding couldn't remove but would exercise caution when getting around lighter grain patches or an area without a lot of grain pattern to hide the color. All in all, my new go to for dark wood. A dark glue that works well. January 29, 2016 Until the come up with a glue that takes a stain this helps since I always use a dark stain. Satisfied with seller and product January 1, 2016 What I expected. Functions ok. Satisfied with seller and product. Good Product it Does dry to a darker wood color than other glues! November 22, 2014 Love the dark color when it dries! I do wish the glue was not so runny though. Thought it would be more viscous. | 11% not bad, time will tell :) December 22, 2016 pretty good glue.I don't agree with the instant bond.glued my 8 year old Ugg boots that separated on the sole.1st attempt, I held the sole together for a minute. (it still came apart)2nd attempt , I checked all the parts I wanted glued were wet then sat on my boots while on the computer (gaming/shopping) 2+ hrs. Then went to bed. The next day they are fully glued together. The glue initially crackled a little when i 1st wore them, but not anymore. A very serviceable product May 15, 2013 Most of the time I use instant glues found at local retail stores - Krazy Glue in particular. I don't know if they have been diluted to make them easier to remove from fingers ( and to avoid lawsuits) but I find that I have to buy at least three tubes at a time because I am never sure if they will work. Not so with this E-Z Bond. There is no hesistation to the grip and it does a nice job of gap-filling. It's even more convienient when you use an accellerator spray with it.The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that it goes gunk up a little bit at the end of the applicator tube with repeated use - and I've had to stop work to clean the build-up off. That's a very minor problem though and non-existent if you're using the applicator infrequently. |
Three Star Reviews: | 0% There are no reviews yet | 8% Almost great August 20, 2016 I would have rated this a 5 Star, but it keeps clogging and I have to clear the nozzle...every time. Are used it for things on my motorcycle helmet and on some clothing and if you spell any of it it is terrible to clean August 18, 2016 At first the glue work very well but if you put a little too much on it creates a white crusty glue that is obvious to see and you have to scrape it off because I did not have the Debonder. However even with the new bond or I would not buy this glue again. Are used it for things on my motorcycle helmet and on some clothing and if you spell any of it it is terrible to clean up Wish it was thicker January 20, 2014 I had expected this glue to be thicker, it is considerably thicker than regular E-Z bond but it is not that thick. I was using it for a SnG kayak build to hold the joints while applying epoxy. It worked but was runnier than desired. Nothing special June 14, 2013 Nothing special about this adhesive, in fact unless you use a lot of this stuff, it will go bad before its all gone. |

It's impossible to remove by hand because of the taper and ribbing - your fingers just slide. You need pliers to remove the cap. Also, this is not gel-like at all Seems just like regular super-glue. I was hoping the "medium" indicated it was more gel like. It's Krazy Glue meets a badly designed bottle June 27, 2016 My spouse picked this up on his Amazon account. We put it back in the fridge after use, and the next time we went to use it, the pointed dunce cap is glued shot. Now your hand will slide to the top when trying to pull it off. We managed to get it off after 10 minutes. Glue already open - 1/3 gone. Disappointed June 21, 2016 1/3 of it was gone. Pre-opened bottle. Looks like it was a return. Worked good. Only need a small amount but to send a used bottle? Really? |
