Five Star Reviews: | 70% good stuff April 13, 2017 ive bought these battery's for my electric tricycle i made with a E-kit. i run 4 in series(48v) x2 parallel (24ah) they lasted for 2 years before they were toast. i road at least 4 times a week sometimes over 8 miles. i just got my second set of 8 and installed them about 2 months ago and there doing fine. i do recommend.the only thing i dont like is both times i had them shipped the contacts covers fell off and some were crushed, i had to bend them back into place So far so good. March 21, 2017 I just installed these batteries in an electric Shoprider chair that my son uses. So far so good. Replaced my cordless lawnmower batteries with these December 6, 2014 Bought these after opening up my battery box in my cordless mower that went dead. The manufacturer WORX of this mower not only discontinued selling the battery but when I did find it was triple the original price. I took apart the battery box and found two scooter batteries wired together. I found the info stamped on the batteries and ordered these to replace them with. At first I had a hard time soldering them together but it was all worth it because the mower works better now than new! I'll order replacements again, no problems. order same set of batteries 2 times- both came fast and correct- excellent batteries June 8, 2014 Ordered the 1st set a few weeks before for the kids electric cars. These replace the prego electric car batteries just had to remove the blue covering which was easy. found a great you tube video on how to do it as well as how to modify to use in the power wheels electric chevy and the other cars kids have. better than paying $90 for 1 at toys r us. These and the prior set I bought came very fast and in great shape. would order more from this seller if needed. Now I have 2 batteries for each of the 2 types of cars the kids play with. For the power wheels had to pop open battery to remove the hook up and buy a 30 amp fuse and fuse holder and connect with the yellow F connectors and the in line connector, Good luck guys. can contact me if need to know how to do mowerba@yahoo.com Barbie Power Wheels Jeep Conversion July 2, 2013 I picked these up to replace the original PW battery in my daughter's Barbie Jeep. They work great and last longer than the original ever did. Look up the conversion on YouTube, it took less than 5 minutes and only a couple bucks in connectors. Great savings over buying the overpriced PowerWheels branded batteries. | 0% There are no reviews yet | 68% There are no reviews yet |
Four Star Reviews: | 15% They work. February 21, 2017 Orderd 4 batteries. Came charged and wired in series, ran my 48 volt e-bike. Have not tested range yet. It works. October 26, 2015 Bought these as a replacement for a powerwheels. Work great, hold charge longer, and better yet, you can use a car charger. No longer at the mercy of that stupid toy charger, nor the super expensive powerwheels replacement batteries. Works great in our Go Chair by Pride Mobility October 7, 2015 Works great in our Go Chair by Pride Mobility. Came fast, and not too hard to swap out. Charge does not hold quite as long as I would like, or I would give it 5 stars. My son uses it for only a few hours twice a week, and I am disappointed that the greens disappeared after only three days. I was hoping for a little longer, but still a great deal for a great battery. The only reason it is 4 instead of 5. I would definitely buy again. Good product snd good price June 3, 2015 The pair of 12V 12Ah batteries arrived ahead of schedule. Adequate packaging with terminal caps.Battery charges were12.82v12.87vSo they were fully charged.Seller sent me an e-mail with contact info with their confirmation of my order.Good performance so far and good price.Would buy from them again. Batteries not from UPG November 21, 2013 Batteries appears OK. But they are not those pictured. Received Sigmas Tek SP12-12HR instead. Before shipping, Batterysharks sent following message to me:"... It has come to our attention that Amazon has at times included a photo with our product listing that does not depict our replacement battery and that we did not supply to Amazon. We are working with Amazon to address this situation. In the meantime, if you do not wish to purchase our replacement battery, please reply to this message ... "Batterysharks should update photo ASAP. YES! Brings my electric scooter back to life! September 28, 2012 Thanks! Arrived on time and works great for what I needed it for. I really don't know what else to say. I had to do a little work soddering and rewiring my scooter to replace the original batteries, but these are great! They seem to last longer, but that could be me. They don't seem as strong as the original batteries, but this could be because of the size of the terminals. Maybe it's the amp-hour rating. Either way, they work, and that's all I need! | 0% There are no reviews yet | 22% There are no reviews yet |
Three Star Reviews: | 4% We have like the products we have purchased though we have sometimes ... September 20, 2016 We have like the products we have purchased though we have sometimes found them cheaper elsewhere after we bought. (Bummer)Over all, I enjoy this service very much! Not my cup of tea. August 3, 2016 Not what I expected. Not able to return. wanted solar capable batteries. Too heavy. worked, but doesn't hold much of a charge for ... May 3, 2015 worked, but doesn't hold much of a charge for long. Used for my electric lawn mower, and while it did work, would only run it for about 10 minutes until I had to reset the battery. Finally ended up just getting the factory replacement battery (at $150 cost), so buying these just made me spend more in the long run. Consider LiFeP04 upgrade, Led-Acid I got 2 miles. ... January 11, 2015 Consider LiFeP04 upgrade, Led-Acid I got 2 miles. LiFeP04 I get 8 miles. (same 12Ah capacity) rated for 1000-2000 charge cycles. go figure? Eh, these work ok- But I don't think I'm ... November 4, 2014 Eh, these work ok- But I don't think I'm getting the Ah out of these as listed. These cycle about 20% faster than the originals (that means worse)But then again, replacement batteries are a fool's game. I'm waiting for the revolution- impatiently. | 0% There are no reviews yet | 7% There are no reviews yet |
Two Star Reviews: | 4% Batteries are not standard size August 2, 2017 Batteries are not exactly standard size. They are about 1/8" taller, which means they will not fit in a wide variety of UPS/Battery backups (which is what I ordered this for). Custumer has too many batteries for Scout. April 6, 2017 Custumer did not need to buy batteries! Was not informed that the Scout package came WITH batteries! I will be sending them back in May! I didn't have too much luck with these but it ... February 4, 2017 I didn't have too much luck with these but it might have been because I drained them too quickly or something. After about 3 months they were not working very effectively. Short-lived December 26, 2016 Lasted a little over 2 years, then failed spontaneously causing the UPS to lose power. Both batteries are severely bulged and were extremely hot when removed from the UPS Lasted a year and a few days in a UPS ... March 9, 2015 Lasted a year and a few days in a UPS battery backup. Had the same experience with a different set of batteries in another UPS. I suppose that is all one can expect from these batteries made in China. Very disappointing compared to the OEM batteries. bad batch / lower quality? November 2, 2014 I have purchased these before and these were replacing the old set that was a little over a year old? I had 40 minute runtime on the same load previously. With these they report 10-15 minutes runtime. I have not had to use them yet, but I'm afraid they will not last that long. The old set was fine as far as I knew, but I needed them for a few days to use in my car. They did not like that cycling or the charge voltage... One of them got pretty messed up, but I was being stupid. But I will buy again at this price. | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet |
One Star Reviews: | 7% Old Geezers been screwed AGAIN. October 9, 2017 It's obvious, where these batteries are concerned, that NOT using these batteries is BAD for these batteries, for the batteries that came with my scooter are, just recently, not lasting as long between charges as when new but the batteries I bought as backups for the fine batteries that came with the cart, ARE DEAD AS THE PROVERBIAL EFING DOOR KNOB, so dead in fact that they no longer accept a charge at all.Now don't think Mr. Metal Head (Me) a "whining spoiled brat" because if my complaint had to do with my child's "Barbie Doll toy car" it might indeed seem churlish (But then again, no one like to be screwed out of their OWN money, even when you have plenty of it) But when you understand "These batteries were meant for a newly handicapped man in caring for his newly, severely crippled and cancer ridden wife, the churlish nature of my complaint can be, if not forgiven, then at least understood.BTW, Living on "SSI ONLY" WAS/IS AN 80% REDUCTION IN "The Old Geezer Metal Head's" household yearly INCOME". I'd say "TRY IT SOMETIME" but I don't know any of you well enough to be that cruel to any of you. What all this means is just this "the money I've lost buying these batteries is lost for good" Because I don't have TODAY, and wont have TOMORROW, any SPARE money to replace these "Replacement batteries" when they, the ORIGINAL batteries, refuse to take a charge at all, then, I suppose, "I" can learn to "crawl about again but then, as far as my wife's concerned, I suppose she's just screwed"??? Warning - This is NOT a non-spillable battery ! September 24, 2017 I bought two of these batteries over four years ago for use in a small cordless electric lawn mower, and when one the batteries no longer seemed to take a charge I removed it and connected it directly to a 12 volt smart charger that shuts down when the battery is fully charged. After a few hours I returned to find it soaked in battery acid that had leaked from the case. So, this battery has liquid acid inside and is spillproof only as long as the case does not develop a leak, which in my case it did leading to a very bad safety situation. After reading the fine print I realized that this is NOT an AGM (absorbent glass mat) battery as are other brands that I have purchased and which have never leaked acid. Live and learn I guess. Awful, one didn't work when received, and you ... May 14, 2017 Awful, one didn't work when received, and you must pay a $50 shipping fee and $25 restocking fee to return it, I strongly suggest you don't get this product. Battery leak and was not as same as picture. December 7, 2016 One of the batteries ended up leaking 6 months later. The picuture shows a UB12120 but you get a knock off toyo-usp the standby is 13.5 instead of the 13.6 standby use and the cycle use is 14.4 instead of 14.5 that you think you are buying from the picture. It is almost the same but is not. Mine didnt last a year without leaking also. | 0% There are no reviews yet | 3% There are no reviews yet |
