The product is exactly what we expected. It was very easly assembled with little effort. We have been using it regularly with no trouble at all.

Works just as described. Daughters mobility scooter fits on it perfectly. No need to disassemble the scooter, Just drive it on secure it down and we're good to go.

Just right for shopping trips. I am a stroke patient and couldn't enjoy going with my wife on shopping trips. This baby does the trip. Great customer service by seller. Mine had one anti-tip wheel broken when we unpacked it. One email and I made a call and the replacement wheel was here in 3 or 4 days. The scooter worked fine on our trips. Good product and affordable. I recommend it for anyone on a budget or that needs a scooter for in home and shopping trips.

My sister and i decided to get this for our mom. It came right on time and was not only easy to put together but really easy to use. I had to try it out in my house first and i live in an older house my doorways are very small and it fit just fine. Having read previous bad reviews on this I was a little scared as to what would be delivered. But it was definitely new and every part was included. Worked came with a full battery. I took it to my mom to surprise her and she just loved it. I am so excited to be able to give my mom this gift she truly needed. She sat down in it and the look on her face was priceless she says," Wow, now just think of all the places I can go again." Seriously, Thank you!

Bobcat arrived in 4 days...heavy shipment box, but, easy set up by my daughter and wife...we have tight hallways and 30 inch doors and the machine gets in and out of rooms great...very maneuverable....easy to operate!

This still needs a hitch. This handles my mobility scooter and it is an excellent price.

Great rack after adding a few attachments to fit my electric trike. Very solid no sagging or wobble on a Jeep.

I was happy with my electric scooter carrier! It has started to rust a little, but we live on grave road, Also it has made 3 or 4 trips from Mo. to OK. to TX. so you see that is good. I have all ready recommended it to several other persons in need of one.

I bought this to transport a snowblower so I didn't have to load it into the back of my 4X4 pickup or use a landscape trailer. The 28" wide snowblower fits great in this carrier and is easy to load onto it and unload. What I didn't like about this carrier were the low grade bolts used on the hitch sleeve portion of the carrier. I replaced them with 8.8 grade bolts and also added nuts to lock the bolts in place. These bolts keep the carrier from rocking on the sleeve that goes into the hitch and also keep the sleeve from rocking in the hitch. The nuts were added to keep these bolts from backing out. Some may think that is overkill but I didn't want to take the chance of loosing the snowblower on the road somewhere! With all these bolts tightened up the carrier is very sturdy and doesn't rock back and forth. This carrier is made in China and sold on multiple sites on the Web with a wide range of prices. Look at the reflectors and ramp locking pins in the pictures and you will see they are the same. The best price I found was through the Amazon dealer Buy4Easy and received my order quickly. They also provided a FedEx tracking number. The box was pretty banged up when it arrived but the carrier wasn't damaged. I took pictures of the box before opening it, just in case of unseen damage to the carrier. This carrier is rather heavy and awkward for one person to install but I managed to do it without having to use a floor jack to lift it into place. I would have liked to get an aluminum carrier because of this but couldn't justify the added cost. I've only used it once with good results but with another storm going on right now, I'm sure I'll be using it again tomorrow morning!

You get what you pay for its kinda cheap but it works. Carried a wheel chair for hundreds of miles safely. It is a month old it is starting to show some rust. Get a paint can if you care to keep it looking neat. It solved my problem for a small price.

We receive scooterin timely manner,but it had been dropped on one end. the box was damaged and re taped. there were a few minor damaged parts . one arm rest and a bolt that screws into seat, but we managed to make it work. it runs fine. we used it.

I'm hopeful it will perform as advertised, I have not installed, waiting for my grand children to install.

need better assembly instructions. handy cart.can lift it in the car by just taking the seat off which is easy,

Got this for my mother to use just when we go shopping. It is light enough that I can get it in the back of the car myself but putting the front wheels on the tailgate, then lifting the back wheels into the car. It is quiet and she had no trouble navigating through small aisles in the stores. It is adjustable so that it is comfortable for her. The arms lift up as well so it is easy for her to get on and off. Since we don't use it outside, I don't know how well it would work on uneven surfaces. It is just right for what we need it to do.

it isn't too roomy but I am 6 foot tall and it gets me around just fine. I carry it on a class a bumper hitch rack that I bought from Harbor Freight and without it I couldn't get around. At first I wished I had spent more money and bought a pride Go Go after owning it a while I'm glad I didn't.I don't understand all of the problems. Mine's swiveled just fine. I finally sold it and got a real Mobility chair but mine swiveled until the day I sold it. Sorry if yours is different but mine did just fine. I wouldn't have posted otherwise.

While this is a heavy duty ramp,which is great. My wife struggles trying to get the ramp locked. It has 2 pins to lock the ramp up and she has to rock the ramp back and forth to get them lined up to get them to lock. They need a better locking system and it would help. Also the pin to raise the ramp out of the way is also difficult to get out. We started carrying a hammer to beat the pin in and out. Too much trouble for my wife.

The whole thing sits on my Hyundai Tucson so low that ANY little bump or dip in the road bottoms out the weight of my scooter. They also don't tell you that they include the anti-wobble unit in this order, so I had ordered an anti-wobble attachment that I am having to return. Will probably have to eat the return postage on this unit. The description needed to state that it was included, but didn't. I am going to have to find some way to have something welded on to this unit to raise the whole thing a bit.

The box came damaged. Many of the parts that were needed, were missing. the reflector on the back was cracked and on further inspection it actually looked like it had been glued. I am sure that this was a return, with someone purchasing it just to take parts that they needed. And I assume TMS did not bother to inspect it before re-selling. The instruction were not very good. I am thankful that we have a friend that has a child in a wheelchair and was able to help us to get this ramp to work.

Works fine but seems a little unstable.

You have to watch your fingers when closing the hitch or they will get pinned under the hitch-I tied a little rope on the hitch and hold onto the rope when closing it, the equipment is heavy and looks nice.

Well, I guess you get what you pay for.. The spot-welding on the floor to the outside rails have already broken away for a length of 6 inches. The outside guard rail at the center lock down pin has twisted half an inch out of true and this from carrying a chair weighing less than 200 pounds and secured in place with 4 Highland (9210600) 6' Blue Cambuckle Tie Downs. I look at the spot welds which broke and see they're too small to hold adequately. I thought this was supposed to be able to hold up to 500 pounds for a max weight! I know more metal means more weight, but please! Figure something out. This thing will be useless by the end of this year.

Well, it came late and broken. However Drive Medical worked with me until all the damaged parts have been replaced. Amazon also made satisfactory adjustments for not meeting the promised delivery date.

Had problems with the charger not being 110/220 VAC, can't believe it was certified CE for Europe and the charger was only good using 110 VAC. The battery gauge didn't work properly, that's a big problem so I could never tell if the batteries were really charged. Amazon was great about it and refund my money. For some people this scooter might be OK but if you don't know how much gas (battery charge) you have in your scooter what good is it....

This is a decent little scooter and will work well for my mother in her senior housing complex. I wouldn't go of-roading in it.The reason I gave it so few stars is 2 fold;1. The assembly instructions are awful. No where are the part's listed and labeled what they are and where they go. We ended up with an extra washer that doesn't seem to go anywhere.2. Even once you have it assembled for the 1st time, taking it apart for transport is much more difficult than it needs to be. Had I known this I would definitely have purchased her a GoGo like mine. Hers has to have the wires for the batteries and the rear wheels disconnected. The batteries are loosely put together and not in a solid case for ease of handling. If I didn't have the comparison I would never have known how elegant and simple transport could be. Spend the extra and get a Pride GoGo if you are going to be going out and transport it.

I bought this for my mother. I love the idea that it's portable so we can take her places. It is easy to set up and transport. However, it has a small engine and a small battery. So, you have to run it every day and charge it every day so it will operate properly. I was a little disappointed at first, but now I'm glad I bought it.

Product came with a dent in it. After the first use, the part of the ramp that touches the ground had paint chip off and rusted by the next day. I have no choice but to keep it because my wife has to use a mobility scooter.Pro: VERY EASY INSTALL

Not all the bolts initially fit for stabilizing, itdidn't come with a bin for attaching to the hitch, and the instructions were a bit hard to understand and follow.Once it's put together though it serves its purpose. It feels very wobbly when on the vehicle but it seems to be within an acceptable amount. The scotter fits on it perfectly.

So far I'm not impressed with this ramp. It's already begun to rust on multiple places . I bought a couple cans of Rustoleum so we'll see if that works to slow the degradation.

Was too small measurements given are outside. Had to rework it before we could use it. Not recommended.

Had to take it to a local store to have it secured. Such a poor, flimsy design. I was positive it would hit my car while driving. Missing parts, look elsewhere.

Battery not that good doesn't last long had to keep charging it while on vacation.Not happy with unit.

Patient fell out three times

When it works, very nice, but. Received DOA - called Drive Medical with the error codes the scooter provided and they sent replacement parts for repair. When received, they contacted a repair service to be covered under warranty. A week and a half later I'm on the road. Now three weeks later the battery won't charge, and on inspection it's leaking and bulging out. Bought replacements on my own rather then go through the hassle and time of trying to go through the manufacturer again. Batteries are covered by the battery mfg., not Drive Medical. Like I said, nice when it works, but it hasn't been too often lately.

I bought the Bobcat for my 74yr old mom. For my surprise I needed to take it out of the car and charge it in order for her to use it mostly on weekend. In addition, it is very heavy to take it in and out of the car by myself. I needed help to do it. Over all it did not meet our expectations.I am very disappointed.

Cart drives well but the range is nowhere near as advertised. Only getting, at most, 2 miles per 12 hour charge.

Not satisfied. When we took it out of box and put it together, it would not move. We took it apart and tried again, finally plugged up batteries, then after a few hours of charging, it moved a little. Nothing on speeds 1-5, and a very sluggish start in speeds 6-10 and barely moving - felt like it was in speeds 1-5. Felt like it had trash in gas, but no gas tank - so I called manufacturer. They sent parts and a technician, who replaced parts and worked on it. The technician was very thorough and professional is why I gave it 2 stars. Finally got it moving in lower gears, but still very sluggish to start. It has a delay, but should not be jerking. The manufacturer rep told me this is natural in a scooter of this size and with the smaller batteries. Somehow, that doesn't sound right, but he is the rep, so guess he knows what he is talking about. Cannot give it more stars, because it is still sluggish, just not as bad as it was before repaired. Battery doesn't last very long on a charge. Really like the size, but that's about all and not worth an extra star. Won't be buying another one like it.

Using a motorized chair was difficult to get up the ramp onto the platform.

wouldn't work for our unit-returned. Very, very expensive to send back, 1/2 of purchase price.

Really cheap made and very wobbly. Metal bends easy. Not about to attempt to send it back so will probably rebuild ramp 1st since the screen bent in to pressure of tires on it. Lot of it not welded at all. Have to replace screen flooring and add some bracing. May have to replace bolts and find a way to steady the bracket in center that it slides up on. 4 bolts underneath will never hold it steady. Does have a pin which I hope will prevent it from sliding off. Plan to add chain from reece hitch to frame just in case.

Being on a limited income and trying to save money I ordered this for my electric wheelchair. When it came I only rec'd the metal carrier, all of the hardware was misiing. I wrote the company and they sent the hardware but I think there was still a few missing pieces. It was very loose and wiggled when closed. So we went to a mechanic and he added more parts and it cost $50. more. We went on our trip and any bump or low area it would bounce and hit the pavement causing sparks. From the sparks it burned a whole in the metal mesh and the tire of my wheelchair. I wrote the company again and they told me to mail it back for a refund. I did not save the shipping box and had no way to mail it back to them. The shipping was almost as much as the carrier. SO now I have a lift on my car that I cannot use and a bad tire on my wheelchair.

Not sturdy. Do not feel safe with anything on it. Also can't find straps to tie down that fit holes. But that has nothing to do with how the carries moves back and forth on back of car. I was afraid that it was going to break off.

The item arrived as described, but there were no assembly instructions. We managed to figure most of it out from the photos, but couldn't figure out where to put that square bracket in the second photo. I traded several emails with the seller before they were able to figure out where it goes. The seller was friendly and helpful, but they are clearly not the manufacturer of this particular product. It turns out that the square bracket is a stabilizer. The square hole slides onto the tongue of the ramp and the three bolts lock it onto the trailer hitch. It increases the stability considerably, but not nearly enough. It is very wobbly. Too wobbly to trust with my motorized wheelchair. It might be suitable for your lawn mower, but I wouldn't trust it with anything more valuable.

Need to return or exchange doesn't charge. Would someone let me lnow what to do?? Handicapped severly and need transportation. Will purchase more expensive one, if I could exchange. Still brand new, except for showed up with broken wheelie bar wheel.

At first if would go all day on a single charge. Then after 2 1/2 months I had to start charging 2 a day. NOw it is about every hour. It is used strictly in the house and it is not a huge house. I feel that this is unacceptable. I did contact Drive Medical and was told this would happen. I truly wish I had known this ahead of time because I would not have purchased it. So now I am stuck with it and have to charge every hour and I am sure soon I will have to get new batteries.

I would like to add zero stars, but gave me no other option. This scooter was damaged upon arrival. My siblings and I thought it would be best to have an additional scooter for my disabled mother to get around. The no return on this item is a complete disadvantage and a total waste of money. I will be filing the proper documents to get either a replacement or a full refund.

No stars would have been awarded for this if it was an option. This model is not fit for daily use. It has a 15 degree turn radius. What does that mean to you? You cant easily travel in stores or in a home using this model. A technician for the company advised us this model is mainly for going in a straightish direction, like you would at Disney World -- not for daily use. If this turn radius would have been advised in the description we would have never ordered it. a 30 degree (or more) turn radius is optimal for indoor use.DO NOT get this model if you are planning to use it indoors.

I thought that this scooter was going to be a good buy but it turn out to be the worst thing I ever bought. I took it out for the first time and I was so happy when all of a sudden before I came out of the bldg., the scooter turn one less green and it was fully charge. I got so mad. Went back home to charge it again, then the nest day took it out again and again when I got to the place not even a quarter mile it went down to one less green. I had to charge for three hours at the place, then went home and when I was one block away from home the charge was in red, wow. Amazon was very helpful but it was no good. They refunded my money.

Just got this the day before but it will not change at all it goes red for a few minutes then goes green and we sill can't get it to move at all really mad and would like help please
