Love them. Previous version still going strong (no holes etc) but after 7 years thought it was time to refresh them.

Well constructed and true to size. Warm and comfortable with a great non-slip sole. This is easily one of the best pair slippers I have ever used.

I really like these slippers. They fit well and are very comfortable to wear. I would recommend buying them. I haven't had them long enough to discuss wear and tear but they seem to be a quality product.

I was unsure about how this brand was sized but took a chance with a larger size. I was glad that I did. I really like the way these slippers look & feel. They are both comfortable & sturdy & I can go outside with the dogs, pickup the paper or just lay around the house. I'm very happy with them.

We were concerned these might not fit. My husband has a wide foot and typically wears size 8 wide or 8 1/2 medium. Thought size 9 would swim on him and size 8 be too narrow. Took a chance and ordered the size 8. Great fit. He can even wear these with a light sock, plenty of width. Look like good quality slippers and well made.

I have for two decades been dedicated to one of the "boiled wool" slippers that is soooooooooooo comfortable... last time I got a pair with indoor/outdoor soles instead of the wool with non-skid dots. Still like those slippers, BUT the lifespan of the latest pair disappointed so I decided to try "real leather" uppers with an indoor/outdoor sole and bought these Sorel slippers. I had read several of the Amazon reviews so I was not alarmed when they were SNUG on arrival... I've worn them about a month and they have "adjusted" to my feet nicely. VERY COMFORTABLE... repeat COMFORT seems EQUAL to my expectations... but a bit warmer than boiled wools... good for winter months but maybe too warm for Southern summers. Might be time to have Sorels for winter and a lighter type for the rest of the year. A final tip... it the idea of fleece-lined SNUG slippers that seem very true to exact size would bother because "loose slippers" that feet can roam in is preferred, I would suggest ordering the next size larger than exact shoe size. That should work out well because initial fit would seem "OK" and loosen some during that first month.

I loved mine so much that we ordered more as gifts. Very durable and nice thick soles if you're like me and venture outdoors in your slippers.

These slippers are great! Very cozy, and the non-skid soles are great for running up and down carpeted stairs. My feet are a perfect size 8 and these slippers are exactly that size. Initially I wanted room to wear socks. The fit is so perfect that there isn't enough room; my feet feel comfortable without socks (and don't touch the ends of the slippers) and squished with them. I suspect that socks would make them less warm. My feet are both constantly cold and if I'm not in wool socks, they tend to sweat. These slippers do a good job of keeping them warm and dry. Despite the other reviews, I'm not convinced they have much arch support. They're narrow, and I think that contributes to a sense of support, but they feel nothing like SuperFeet inserts. They're terrific!

Like another reviewer, when I received Sorel slippers I put them on and wore often enough that I need new insoles. So, I purchased UGG Australia Women's Sheepskin Insoles on Amazon one size smaller than my regular size 8B shoes. Sorel is my all time favorite fitting shoes for gardening, lounging and other activities.

Of all the shearling and boiled wool slippers I've owned, these are absolutely the nicest. First of all, the fit is perfect. I wear a size 8½ or 9 shoe and purchased a 9 Nakiska Slipper. It feels incredibly comfortable--perfect width and length. Second, because I need either high end shoes or insole support, good arch support in slippers which I wear all day (I work at home) is a really important consideration. The arch support in these provide just the right amount of lift and is placed appropriately. Next, the shearling lining seems to be on a mission to save my perpetually cold feet, without making them sweaty and too hot, something I was concerned might happen. It is such a nice change to have toasty toes! And finally, these slippers look really nice...some of the shearling slippers I looked at look kind of stodgy; the Nakiska is actually cut just right, so it is roomy and comfortable, without looking like a clown shoe. And the shale color is very pretty. I highly recommend these slippers, and am glad that after doing my homework and considering all of the many choices on Amazon and Zappos, I settled on the Sorel Nakiska.

These are amazing. Keep my feet so warm and are comfortable to wear all day at home. This is my second pair, as the first pair had stitching come out on the inside of the sole. (Amazon accepted the exchange). I think it was just that pair that was defective. They do stretch out quite a bit as you wear them, so definitely would not recommend going with a bigger size. I normally wear a 9.5 and the size 9 fits me well.

This is by far the best slipper I've ever purchased. It seemed kind of pricey at first but it's well worth it. It has great support, the bottom is indoor/outdoor so I can run outside if I need to. The color is kind of a dusty blue, nice color. Very pleased with the purchase

I finally found the slippers I like and fit!!! These are warm for winter, w/a great comfy sole. Inside is quite comfortable as well. I really like the buffy green w/pink accents :) Now, know this that there is no such thing as a perfect slipper, but these come very close. I wear a size 11 N, and was so happy to find a narrow. Again, they are slippers, and they do stretch out a little. (with socks on: perfect) I would say if you usually wear M, you might want to get the narrow. They are more expensive than others, but worth the cost. You can't imagine how many slippers I've tried on, ordered to no avail. Finally found these while I was on Facebook via an Amazon ad that just happened to have this particular Sorel Women's Nakiska Slide Slipper displayed. Who da thot it :)

FINALLY a great pair of slippers! I swear I heard angels sing as I slid my feet into them for the first time. I'd been through a few cheap pairs of slippers, but none kept my feet warm enough. It gets cold here in the PacNW, and with a crawl space under our house, the floor gets downright painful to walk on in the fall & winter. I have a great vintage pair of Sorel boots, so when I saw these sandals I knew they'd be the answer. Comfortable, durable and most importantly, WARM.

I am so happy to find this slipper again. I have gone through two pair in the last three years. I bought a different brand but these slippers appear amazingly appear to be exactly the same. The other brand no longer sells them and I have tried several different slippers to no avail. So, I can't tell you how happy I was to find these. They are true to size for me. I have heard through other reviews that the fur gets matted down but I actually think that what makes these slippers so great is that after a few days...they mold to my feet is a way that is very supportive to my foot. I was so excited to find these I ordered another pair immediately. Please don't discontinue this slipper!!!!!!

Love these slippers! The fake fur gets matted after a few months and that can make them look awfully ratty. Any ideas on how to help that? Great quality and comfort!

These were for my daughter who is usually a size 8 1/2. For me, normally a 6 1/2; when I purchase a "slide type" slipper, I go down to a 6; otherwise they feel a bit large. AS such I purchased her a size 8. In this case, perhaps because of the fluffy sole, my daughter needed to exchange it for a size 9. She absolutely loves them and loves that she can quickly pop outside without having to remove slippers to change into shoes. I do tell her though, that it isn't good for your feet to be constantly wearing just slippers, not without good support. Anyway, now I wish I had a pair also!! Will have to wait to put on next year's Xmas list and hopefully, they will still have them! As always, Amazon never let's me down!

I can't say enough about this slipper. I was having a lot of trouble with my right foot. I have heel spurs that act up now and again. These slippers are so comfortable and have given me pain free feet. I am never without them now. I hope they never stop making these.....customer for life.

I really like these slippers. They are very comfortable, and are easy to slip my feet into. I also like the fact that the little raised bit at the back means that the slippers do not flap about when I am walking. The material that the sole is made from grips the ground very well. I took off one star as I was lead to believe that the woolen inner sole was removable, and I could wear the slipper without it. The inner sole is removable (I assume so it can be washed), but the slipper would be uncomfortable to wear without it in.

Amazing comfort and upper build quality. Sole will wear out and then bunch and tear, as others have said. I've had mine for nearly 3 years, but only wore them during the cold months. The sole wears out quickly. The upper and inside are still in great shape. They would probably last another 3-4 years if the sole weren't so bad. Still, I loved the comfort and the quality enough to buy another pair of Sorel slippers, although I went with the Dude Moc for a better sole.

Nice slippers mainly for this coming winter.

Good fit. I have a low volume foot so the slippers are a little loose. Still very happy with purchase.

I have narrow feet with high arches and although these are super-soft, my feet slip out while walking. I'd go for a half-size smaller than your reg size if you have narrow feet. Comfortable otherwise!

My second pair

The only thing that could improve these slippers is if the lining was a natural material of some sort...but they fit well and are supportive but not with large arch supports, just moderate arch supports. I am finally taking my foot health seriously after a recent injury - inside and outside the house. If you have foot issues and wish for moderate support, these are great. the part that hugs your heel does not prevent one from slipping them on/off with no manual assistance but provides extra assurance they won't fall off your feet.

I liked these and they are they are comfortable, but unfortunately not enough support for me. When I walked around my feet rolled inward. My arch is medium high, so that may be why. I really wish they fit better because I like them. I am a size 7 (M) and the 7 was snug but my heel did not hang over the back. I was ok with that because I believe they will pack down & stretch with time because they are real leather. I would defer to other reviews for this because I didn't keep them. If you don't have a high or med-high arch these may fit better and worth a shot.

Ok So up front I returned these slippers. They do fit snugly as other reviewers do state, as they should to start. Over time the lining always packs down. I have had slippers that fit well to go to too loose because of this standard phenomena. However I have flat feet & an extra wide foot so it felt a good bit snug. I may have kept them to try to see over time what would happen because they are very well made. Extremely nice material and hardy strong sole. However the deal breaker for me is that the opening curves below the ankle on me. I have seen different shots of the same slipper and in this one the back looks lower than the front in others they seem equal. However the back is lower than the front which does not work for me. I like my ankles covered as well. So due to the snug with coupled with the ankle being exposed I decided not to keep them. I think I will stick with getting a bootie style. I am needing to replace my last pair because the sole deteriorated which was the appeal of this slipper.Overall excellent quality, nice look, well made. Fits snugly, which will change once worn for a little bit. Sole is superb quality. They really seem that they will last for years. Just with the back was higher to keep my ankles warm as well.

A prior review regarding sizing was very helpful - I ordered a whole size larger and it fits perfectly. Slippers are sturdy, but interior is a little abrasive in bare feet. They are warm slippers, not for balmy days!

Pros:Great slippers, love the removable insoles. Sheepskin is very comfy. I removed the sheepskin insole because I have wide feet and needed more space (especially with socks). I put in a Powerstep insole for my planar facilitis and now its unbelievably comfy. The crepe soles are also really good quality - I don't slip at all.Cons:The sheepskin around the sides (and especially the back of the heel) gets linty and worn looking very quickly but that's probably to be expected. I'd probably prefer if they made sheepskin edge around the outside a darker shade so the wear and tear doesn't look so obvious.If I wear thick socks, my feet will sweat. But my feet are usually on the sweatier side and it might be exacerbated by the temperature at times.We have wood floors and when I walk I do make a sound when I step (unlike in say my bare feet or socks). I'm not sure if it will damage the floors.

Pros: Very warm, covers heel (so don't feel like they're going to fall off but can still slip on), great real sole (in case you need to run outside in them).Cons: Synthetic fur does not feel very soft (a bit irritating without socks), so much inner lining that slippers feel tight, especially with socks (order 1/2 size up, especially if planning to wear with socks).In General: Really wanted a warm, super soft, easy to wear slipper that occasionally could be worn outside (like onto porch for morning coffee or to mailbox on a lazy Saturday morning). Maybe they'd be better if sized up, but they just don't give that super soft & comfy feel I was hoping for. Like Keen's Women's Howser Slide Slipper better for sizing and softness (but these Sorel's offer better coverage on heel and ankle, keeping you warmer). Returning them to try something else.

Once it gets a little cooler, this may be a 5-star review. They are cute, fit well and are perfect for walking the dog down to the corner in the morning. Right now (mid-October) with temps here still in the 90s, they are a bit warm for my feet, but I'm pretty sure I'll appreciate that come January.

Really comfortable and fits great. Built well and lasts almost two years with daily use (before the insole and material starts to compress too much for my liking). One the few slippers that doesn't stink over time.

The two things I like best about these slippers is 1) the uppers are suede, and not boiled wool like so many slippers out there, so they don't stretch as much. 2) You can remove the insoles and replace them with more supportive, non-fluffy ones. These both lead to better fitting, more supportive slippers, which is just what I was looking for.

The slippers keep your feet warm, which is great. The sole is nice and the arch support is okay. They run small so luckily I listened to the reviews and I bought a size larger. Could have uses a size & a half larger. If you have a thicker foot, these might not be the best as the material inside surrounds your foot pretty tight. Overall I have been pleased with the purchase.

Love this! When it arrived it was very fluffy and I had a hard time squeezing my foot into its goodness. However, just one month in it looks very opened up and worn and my foot slips right in with almost TOO much space now. I am a little bummed the white fluff looks so matted down already.I love this slipper- its very cute and nice and warm. I wish I did not have to buy a new one each winter though. :(I'm including a picture. This is with daily indoor use walking around my carpeted house after about 6 weeks of use.

I am giving a 4 star review because of the fit, otherwise it would be 5 star. I have a wide foot and I ordered these in wide width and I can barely squeeze my foot in but I am forcing them and think they will stretch in time. Once i can get them on they are supportive and comfortable. My feet don't hurt after wearing them because of the support. They are well made and a beautiful slipper so i am hopeful that i can get them stretched . I do wish a wide width would actually be a wide width. .

I've had these slippers in the past but in black and they were great and lasted a few years. But when I got these in Bark (Black wasn't available), they stretched out within a few weeks. Disappointed..

The slippers are good quality, but I have to return them because they were too narrow for my dad. If you have wide feet, I would find a different slipper.

Ordered another pair of these as my original ones are finally wearing out. This time around the sizing feels smaller. Ordered the same size as I've had...but the new ones are definitely 1/2 size smaller.

I had an identical pair from a couple years ago that got lost so i ordered this second pair. The inside lining is different, cheaper, not odor repelling like the previous one. Washed them so I could get smell out and i'm now required to be careful not to wear them too much for fear of stinking them up again. Tired of people cutting corners. Customers are smart enough to know the dollar doesn't buy as much as it did so just charge more instead of cheapening product like so many are doing these days.

I bought these for my boyfriend because his feet always get cold. Love that the inserts are removable and thus washable. The lining wasn't as furry as I thought it would be, but he insists that they are really warm and wonderful. Very happy with these slippers! Great neutral color as well.Update a few months later!! The fleece lining is indeed peeling off. I'm so disappointed since these were pretty expensive! Wish the inside would match the durability of the outside. Would no longer recommend.

I bought these to replaced my expensive brand of slippered I'd had for 4 years. These are decent. I've had them now for 6 months and they are pretty worn in already. I wear my slippers quite often (almost on a daily basis) and I want them to last a long time. I got this pair specifically because of the sole of the slipper (my previous ones had a very nice, almost shoe-like sole) and that is still very much in tact but the inside of the slipper is quite worn down. Not sure I would buy these again because of how much they cost vs. how long they've lasted.

This is my third pair. Thi first pair fell victim to our puppy. The second pair lasted a year before the trim (that is just glued on) started to look really tacky. While the slippers are really comfortable, I wouldn't have bought a third pair but my husband surprised me. So, now I'm wearing the second pair and saving the new pair for when we have company. (we don't wear shoes in our house.) If they could fix the trim problem, these would be great slippers.

problem is how do one get them clean ??? the inside lining cannot be removed and when it gets soiled from normal wear how can it be cleaned?I feel it was my fault for not asking before I ordered them.. Sorel is a good brand and these were costly I feel. But now what to do with them????Consider before purchasing. I should have !!!!

Love these, but the little lip on the heel is a bit annoying. These slippers are warm and well made. I would probably opt for a pair that slips on without the heel lip for extra comfort next time.

Fantastic Conformation to my foot!! I love these, but, it doesn't take long before the fleece lining becomes pilly, smashed flat & unable to be restored.

The slippers though smaller than expected had a blue color other than shown in the advertisement. What I was seeking was a warm slipper with a good sole for the NE fall and winter. In that since my objective was met. They are easy to put on and off, have a softness to both the inside and out.

Frankly, for the amount of money I spent I am unimpressed. My feet are either cool, or warm and sweating in them and the foot bed is not especially comfortable. T add insult to injury, there is a Sorel logo sewn onto the foot bed under where my heels step and it is irritating. Not painful, but like a small rock in your shoe that drives you nuts until you stop and take it out. I will have to remove them and hope for the best. Not sure why I didn't just return them...

Overall the slipper is very nice. I modified making sure the negative heel no longer existed; this style of heel caused innumerable problems as the company never listed this in their descriptions of this slipper. (I cannot wear negative heels due to knee and hip replacements.) Buyers who have had joint replacements beware; modify like I did (raising the heel) and keep the slippers or return accordingly.

The slippers are comfortable; however, since they do not provide sufficient arch support, I've had to place inserts inside the slippers to compensate for the lack of arch support. They are ideal for people who do not have any issues with plantar fasciitis. For me, the additional support from the inserts are essential because of plantar fasciitis. With the inserts, the slippers are quite comfortable. I enjoy wearing the slide slippers, though I would not order them again. I need slippers with better arch support without having to include any inserts.Enjoying the fuzzy slippers for now. :-)

I have had these slippers before and loved them so this time I got a cool color, but after wearing them at home every night I can now smell a dead cat inside them, so I set them outside in the sun to air our and now the rubber sole is sticky like gum Hunh?I washed my previous pair, did not dry them and the sole fell apart so thought ok wont do that again so hence the banishment to air out on back porch, brought them in and now the sole feels like I stepped in gum.Comfy, bad smell, even with sock and at least with my slipper crocs I can throw them in the washer and they have great support and don't smell. so sorry Sorel, I tried.

I was kind of disappointed in these. They are not as well-made as I expected (just ok), and somewhat short. They are also a little bit too warm for me. I am keeping them and will wear them sometimes, but they are overpriced. The look is good; they are just slippers, after all. I would feel better is they cost half this much. I wear a size 10 and have narrow feet, so other than my heel coming to the edge of the back, they're alright. To sum up, "meh".

But they certainly kept my feet warm, never got too stretched out or sloppy, and the insole kept its grip.

I loved these until the soles started peeling away. They look great and the fit is perfect for a slipper. I got a size 9 and I wear a size 9 for regular shoes and sneakers. I got these three months ago and have only worn them indoor on carpeted floors. Last week the sole near the toe began to peel away. At first I thought this was some excess rubber that was coming off, but the way they are constructed it looks like the sole will peel away within a week or two. I'm very disappointed.

Purchased Size 11 (wear 10 or 10.5) per advice from sizing information or comments...They stretched out to the point that my feet were swimming in them...Donated that pair after a week or so...Liked the clog style and workmanship so purchased a size 10...Same result although because of the size difference not as great...None-the-less they too are destined for donation...Purchased another pair from a different maker in size 10 and they are holding there shape...

After little more then a year of use, the sole got teared. Only used it indoors and only during cold months.

I am thinking of returning these, as they are too wide.

They were too tight on my foot and I think slippers should be somewhat loose. Got a refund with no problemo.

I bought these slippers for my husband. They fit as expected but he found them to be uncomfortable. He says it's like wearing socks, almost to the point of hurting his feet. I was going to return the slippers but was told if I did that I could be charged a 50% restock fee if they were worn. Of course they were worn, in the house for part of the day, how else are we going to find out if they fit ok?I have ordered shoes, slippers, etc online in the past and had no problem returning an item. Really, footwear on line? What? Are you serious? I have never dealt with a company like this before. I can say one thing for sure, I will never order from this company again. By the way, my husband decided to keep these uncomfortable slippers verses losing $30.00+.

I had a pair of really nice slippers with real shearling lining that my dog chewed up, so I got these to replace those. Disappointed that the shearling is synthetic. I wore them about a week before the synthetic shearling lost all of its loft and is now flat. It obviously doesn't keep the toes as warm as real shearling. I think they are pretty pricey for what you get in regards to the fake shearling. I love the soft rubber soles though. And the way they hug my foot. Just need some upgrades!

Cost too much

First thing, these were shown as Prime Eligible, but when I got all the way through the shipping process they did not ship with two day shipping, but free standard shipping.These do not feel like a $70 product. They were scratchy feeling on the inside and there was no out of the box cushion or luxurious feeling like expected at this price point. About the only thing going for these slippers is how they look. The fit was not very good - the back just covers the heal and slips as you walk. This might not be so bad, but the slippers require two hands to put on as though they would fit snugly, but when your foot gets in they are too loose. A size down wouldn't work because the length was spot on. It was a very odd fit to say the least. At the end of the day these have gone back to Amazon. For the price these go for I expected a much better product.With all of the great reviews I was really hoping for a quality product, but ended up with a sub-par slipper.

I like this slipper. nice color, furry top all good. The only trouble is the foot opening is too small and i cant get my foot in it. I have small feet and still i couldnt force my foot in the slipper. Its just a bad formation.

These slippers had a label sewn into the bottom of the heel area that irritated my foot. It defeated the whole purpose of the soft lining.

I was not pleased with the fit--too small, and I did not care for the soles which appeared to be of suede material. I prefer a non-skid rubber sole.

Super disappointed. Bought these and there is not much support although they are advertised as supportive. Also, as with the other reviews, not just the fluff, but the whole foot bed has worn flat or near flat and I have only worn them about 3 times. Problem is that I bought them over the summer for the upcoming cold months so no returns.

Fit was very odd, baggy in the middle and tight in the heel. My feet are not shaped that way. Had to return.

Careful, the Shale/Tarte version of this slipper shows as a light teal color on the Amazon web site. Don't order unless you like grey...

These slippers were too small and snug. I like a more loose fitting slide....and I agree with others that the quality of the fleece was not very soft. I found some $8 ones that felt way better.

As with memory foam, they are super comfortable. Like a hug for your feet. Unfortunately the newness wears off pretty fast. We've own for less than a year and they now have a foot odor. Both husband and I own pair and have worn with and without socks. Tried to wash but the insole has come out. Disappointed for the amount of money paid.

ok slippers but not made real well. The inside lining is breaking away from base the minute I put on. hot and sweaty as others have stated. Ordered a size up based on reviews and fits ok. Don't feel like sending back but overall disappointed.

Slipper footbed flattens out quickly. No support at all. My husband Very disappointed in this product. Bought for him as a Christmas gift... less than 3 months of light wear and he is tossing out. Sorrel usually a reputable brand. Stay away!

Had for 1 month and the bottoms are worn out at heels, Have only worn them about 20 times, was waiting for cooler weather. I have had Sorel's for years, don't know if they are using cheaper material on the bottoms. I may think twice before I spend $80 for slippers, very disappointed.

I bought these via amazon prime for $70 and a week later they are $50, but that is besides the point. They appear to be great quality until you wear them for a few days and realize how bad the lining wears off down to the bare material (suede). I have had them for less than a week and they are getting returned. I thought UGGS were overpriced and didn't want to purchase them agaIn, but they lasted me a year not a week. Do not buy these over priced slippers!

Worn five times since Christmas. The inside sherpa of the shoe has started to come out leaving places throughout the inside of the shoe with no sherpa. Poor construction. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this product to others.

I purchased these slippers direct from the Sorel web-site. For the higher price point of these slippers I'd expect them to look good for longer than a few weeks. The synthetic "warm wool" lining doesn't hold up well, and the slippers looked like I'd had them for years. I have tile floors throughout my house, so I require a non-skid sole and something warm for Colorado winters. I'm still wearing them, but would not purchase them again. My search continues.

save your money. the "sheerling" is synthetic. after a few months wear, these turned out to be a huge disappointment.

My wife is a size 8 so that's what I ordered. Very tight fit. She's worn them a couple days thinking they might loosen up a little. Hasn't happened. If you order these, order at least one size larger.

Had to return. They were used! They have pet hair in them and had been worn in with another foot. All things considered, they weren't worth the money regardless of how I received them. I'd pay 25 for them based on quality had they not been used.

The reason for my one star is purely cosmetic. The stitching on the slipper is not the same color as it appears in the picture at time of purchase. The stitching in the picture is darker than the shoe and looks to be black. The actual slippers that I received have pink stitching and while some may see that as a positive, I happen to hate pink. I would not have ordered them if I had known the stitching was pink. We actually had a discussion about this when we ordered because my daughter ordered a pair as well and when she pulled up her size, the stitching was pink and she loved that about it. My size however, showed black or dark dark grey which I loved about mine. So, when I received mine and got pink stitching, I was sadly disappointed. They are still sitting in the box as I am not sure if I want to deal with the hassle of returning and searching for another pair. When you are paying more than 50 dollars for slippers, you should get the color advertised in the picture which did not say or show pink. I pulled it up again just now to make sure and it still shows black or dark grey for a size 7.

Bought my mom these shoes hoping they would be comfy house shoes. There is no cushion on the bottom, it is like walking on concrete. These are way too uncomfortable to be so expensive.
