Great Product And Great Price
September 28, 2017
I have a problem with my feet swelling. These are perfect for that; never too big when my feet are "normal" and never too small when my feet are quite swollen. I've had several pair of these and have never been disappointed in the quality. I also think the price is quite reasonable. My only problem, and it's a small one (it probably wouldn't bother most men, but I'm a woman) is that they don't always come in a variety of colors in my size. They have quite a few choices, just not always in my size. I would strongly recommend these.
These are great!
April 22, 2017
I love these, I use them daily to walk the dog, run errands, and any other kind of casual day. They're not meant to be formal or anything beyond casual so plan ahead. I've had them for about 3 months now and so far there are very little signs of wear(on the bottom), however I can be a foot dragger. I also don't use these for any athletic situation. I did buy these for specific reasons(see above use) and they have so far met my expectations and beyond because they are deceivingly durable. So far I have nothing negative to report.
Cozy Warm Slippers for the Winter
April 20, 2017
These are great winter slippers. They fit comfortably, are very light on the feet, and are quite warm. Too warm for my feet in the summer. We'll stick with flip flops for the warm season. But when the morning temps are cool and the kitchen floor is cold, these are the slippers your feet are going to want. Anti-slip disks work very well on smooth hardwood floors. You may be tempted to wear these outside to grab the newspaper or the mail, as I did, but the fabric part of the sole does not take kindly to the abrasiveness of concrete. A great slipper at an excellent price.
Great Slippers!
May 3, 2016
I love these slippers. They are a little more rigid on the inside than your typical slipper, I mean they feel more like a sneaker and for me that is a good thing. They are not real supportive but I can wear these a long time without feeling like I need to put on a "real" pair of shoes like with most of my past slippers. In fact I have forgotten that I was wearing these on several occasions and got into the car with them on. I have put mine through some light pavement use and they seem to be holding out well (although clearly not made for this). They are not fuzzy on the inside or super warm but with a thick pair of socks they will do fine.
LOVE these indoor/outdoor slippers...
November 9, 2014
I have owned a few pairs of Deer Stags slippers and shoes. Regarding the slippers in particular, I can say they last and last. The ones that these are replacing are at least six years old. That's s long life span for a pair of slippers! And I am rough on them - wear them outside all the time, in the basement, etc. In fact, one year I could not wear regular shoes for a month so I had to wear these to work. When I went to apologize to the manager because I had to wear slippers she said she never would have even known. That's how good looking they are. They're sort of like a slip-on suede shoe with a pretty rugged sole. After my experiences with Deer Stags I always check out their offerings in the category I am looking. Chances are they will have something that meets my needs while being ultra-comfortable and good looking. The size is a little bit on the small size. I wear a size 9 shoe and a size 9 in these slippers were a bit snug for me. Size 10 fits perfectly. Keep that in mind and also keep in mind that you'll probably be wearing thick socks with your slippers in winter. I can pretty much guarantee you will fall in love with Deer Stags the way I have. Enjoy those cozy feet!
Comfortable, sturdy, and non-slip
January 17, 2012
I purchased these slippers for my husband for Christmas after reading the reviews. He LOVES them. He said they are comfortable, stay on his feet great, and he loves the felt fabric on the bottom, as it makes the slippers non-slip. They are great for indoors and out. They even look good with jeans if you're just running out real quick and don't feel like putting on regular shoes.***UPDATE***4 months later and the slippers are still going strong, look brand new, and my hubs still loves them! He wears them outside quite a bit, and I often have to remind him to put shoes on before we head out. Sometimes he just wears his Deer Stags out of the house despite my reminder. Great slippers! Highly recommended.

Almost too warm -- order on the large side.
November 28, 2016
For the price, these are a decent pair of slippers. I had hoped they would be slightly longer, but the width is great. As with any pair of slippers, they'll work best with socks. Also, I was shocked at how warm these were on my feet. Almost alarmingly so, the extent that I often have to take them off to let my feet cool down. Depending on your situation, this may be exactly what you need. As for fit -- I typically wear an 11.5 E. I ordered an 11 E, and I should have ordered a 12 E. If you are like me -- between two sizes -- I'd go up a size.
Very handy around the home
May 4, 2016
The main value of these shoes is that they are easy to get into. That is why I buy slippers. I would not recommend them for wear around town. You won't be running in these. They eventually lose some of their good looks; but there is a core of functionality that will keep working for you. That would be the sole and the upper portion. I have kind of a love-hate relationship with them, primarily because they could be so much better, and because they are quite pricey for a slipper. Most alternatives that can be worn outside the home tend to be quite heavy and rigid.
Quality Slippers, sizing runs large
April 9, 2015
After breaking in my Deerstags, they've become fairly comfy house slippers. The tread on the bottom helps out a lot when you gotta step outside. They are a very good pair of slippers for the price and seem to be made well.In case anyone wants to buy a pair of these, make sure you get a size smaller than what you wear because mine are a good size larger than what I wear in shoes.
Great slipper
January 15, 2015
So, after reading some reviews I decided to take a chance on these. Never have I had a clog style slipper but the price was right. Some of the reviewers seemed to imply that they put them on and they disintegrated before their eyes. Not even close. As usual, I did a thorough out of the box inspection of the product, including stitching and any places that were glued. These things are well made and as warm as I need.I would, however, hesitate to get them wet. Even though they are supposed to be indoor/outdoor I will only wear them indoors and be sure my feet are dry, (the upper is a man made material that does not look durable enough to get wet).I didn't buy them for looks. They look clunky and I hate the color, but, they are comfortable and easy to slip on in the dark. I'd definitely buy them again, although I think it will be years before I need to.
Excellent slippers
July 22, 2014
I chose 4 since slippers are a bit heavy and it will prolly take some time until they 'stretch out' to my feet size. I've had a choice of 10 or 11 and went with 10 since my shoe size is usually on 10.5 side. I do like the design and I bet after a while when the fabric stretches out these slippers will feel wonderful. I also like the native feel and look of these slippers. I think they are meant to be worn outside more than inside since the sole is pretty tough so it won't wear off quick. Overall love the slippers and would recommend to anyone ... Who needs a new pair. I wear mine at work so it's ok, I sometimes go outside the office and having these babies on keeps my feed happy. Just need a few months for them to stretch a bit. If you have wide feet though to the slope of your foot is too high you may have a problem keeping them on.
Great wear around the house (and occasionally out of the house) slip-ons...
March 24, 2014
Bought these primarily to wear around the home office, with dogs spilling water, pet hair, and cold floors during this winter. Found I enjoy the shoes, they are reasonably stylish, very comfortable, and I even wore them out a few times to the local grocery store or nearby mall for some errands. I should state that normally I'm the kind of guy not caught out of the house without my hair perfectly groomed and my clothes perfectly matched, so wearing these out of the home is either a sign that I've surrendered to my "work from home" entrepreneurial spirit or that these shoes are actually quite durable and look pretty decent. My only complaint is that if I do not wear socks with them, my feet do start to sweat, as the liner is some sort of non-natural fabric. It's easy to pull out and throw in the washer however, and a pair of socks seems to fix it. If you're looking for nice "house shoes" but don't want to pay a lot more, I give this a thumbs up.

Where is the Padding Deer Stags?
March 2, 2017
I wear a lot of slippers and looking at these they looked nice, so I tried them. One of the worst mistakes I have made with my random Amazon purchases.1) Very hard, no padding.2) They fit (odd), yep no better explanation.3) no padding4) did i mention no padding, even the cheap ones from Wal-Mart have more padding. If you are thinking of purchasing these, make sure you try them on before you buy or they will end up in the back of the closet.
NOT durable, well made, or comfortable, but they look pretty good out of the box
December 31, 2016
I bought these to wear around the camp while RV camping so I could keep dirt out of the RV. The first pair was too big, so I returned them. The second pair (a size smaller than normal) fit fine. Out of the box, they looked nice, although the yellow trim around the sole was about 1/4 inch off in the little toe area of one slipper. Even with mostly indoor use, the fabric on the bottom started fraying quickly, and the suede-like uppers are a magnet for dirt and stains. The slippers are pretty warm, soft and comfortable, but they are hard to walk in, because the rear edge somehow scrapes the ground and flips little pebbles under your foot.I would not buy these again for light camping use, and don't think they are even worth considering unless you just want to wear them indoors.

October 16, 2016
Shoes do not fit properly as stated prior. Feet slip out due to no back of slipper. As noted below, the sole shreds and tears when used outside. The shoe is made in china which explains everything. poor quality. I cannot and will not wear these slippers. I would have returned them, but was beyond the return period. They sit in back of my closet where they will remain forever more..
A little short, but they are wide and wearing well. Updated sole is peeling off.
May 3, 2016
They are a little short and tight that way, but they are wide. So far they are wearing well.Updated: 5/22/16 - We have had these only for a few months. I spent a little more, so we would get more wear out of them. They are not worn outside, but the bottom non-slip over the sole of the shoe is peeling off. The sides are holding up well and no loose stitches, but for what was paid for these the non-slip should no be peeling off the sole within a few months.
Odor? Wasted my money
January 18, 2015
If you only wear these an hour or less at a time you will have no problems. The seams have begun to unravel after a month or 2, but that doesn't matter to me. The odor however, is quite real. They suffocate my feet it seems, and I have never had any sort of foot problem. I also tried to wear them from getting off work, through my entire evenings. Not a good idea. I no longer wear them because I don't want my feet to stink. Maybe it's the closed toe design? Either way I'll be looking for a different style and brand.
Obvious defects
December 12, 2014
The decorative strap around the slipper wasn't properly stitched into place. At first, I thought it was just a poor design when I looked at the first slipper. Then, as I pulled the other one from the box, it was securely attached, but this left an uncomfortable bulge in the back of the item.It appears this band is too long, maybe made the same length for all sizes, up to the XXXXXXXXXL.I realized when ordering these, they would be somewhat stiffer to accomodate outdoor usage, but I didn't realize they would not only have a hard sole bottom out the outside, the inside bottom is made of a material resembling a piece of wood. They also don't have any type of lining inside, leaving the top of your feet to rub directly against the stitching. Not my idea of a comfortable slipper. And for me, that is the whole idea of putting on slippers once it is time to start winding down from the dayI normally wear size 9.5, so because of previous reviews stating the sizes ran large, I order the 9. Way too small for my feet.Obviously, I will be returning these, and wouldn't recommend the purchase of them to anyone looking for a comfortable house slipper, or just in the market for a well made one.

March 1, 2017
These are somewhat of a disappointment. They have literally no cushion in them if that's something you are needing. I had to put inserts in them to get any feeling of support. Also these are completely man made materials on the uppers and lowers. I think for the price they are really cheap and the uppers arent' flexible since they are made of something that resembles cardboard. No kidding.
disappointed
December 6, 2016
Bought these as a gift for father's day. Barely 6 months later, they are falling apart. The bottom sole is literally peeling back in pieces and the interior lining fell apart. So it's rough and uneven against your foot. He only wore them indoors too. Wasn't a super cheap shoe...i expected better quality. Pretty disappointed. The $10 walmart slippers lasted longer than these!
Beware Inferior Materials.
December 3, 2016
These shoes are not quite 2 months old and they are already showing excessive wear.. The soles appear to be made of some sort of composite fabric that is beginning to fray. Threads along the outer edges are appearing. Though they are quite comfortable I cannot see how they can last a normal lifetime for a slipper used almost exclusively indoors (and mostly on carpet). These slippers seemed a bargain, but they reinforce the adage "you get what you pay for."
Not really the best pair I have ever had
September 5, 2016
The bottom of the shoe is slick and if you have wooden stairs or a slippery floor it could lead to dangerous falls. The isnt sny padding to the soul for comfort. Sorry but I'd try something else or maybe they will read these things and try to fix the issues.
Not comfortable after light wear, nor durable
November 18, 2015
Wish there were half sizes. As the 10 is slightly too big, where the 9 would be too small. They are hard to get good traction on wood floors tend to slid around. Maybe since they are still new.Update after owning for less than a month; The product description says "The thick rubber sole gives it durability and traction for both indoor and outdoor wear."Yet, after a few weeks of light wear around the house they are not comfortable to wear on non-carpet surfaces. Walking on the wood floor feels like concrete. Walking around barefoot is better as the soles are too stiff and feels like hard cardboard. Not to mention the fabric on the bottom of the sole is starting to come off. Have not even had these for a month. Not to mention have not worn these outside.
Short-term slippers.
July 28, 2012
I wear these only indoors.Pros: They looked great out of the box. Fairly comfortable.Cons: Fabric overlays on the soles of the slippers were coming off before the end of the first day. By the end of the first week these slippers looked as if they were several months old as the edges were already fraying with creases on the uppers.UPDATE: About a month in and these slippers simply didn't hold-up. They look as if they are many months old. I have been wearing L.L. Bean slippers for more than 15 years and the durability with them has been much better...they also cost several times as much. I contacted Amazon and they are happy to take them back and give me a refund. Good on Amazon.
