These are neat glasses. It will take me awhile to get used to using them.
Better!!
May 25, 2017
MUCH better than any cardboard pos you might use for a 3D movie.
Great for the price
April 23, 2015
The price on these can't be beat and the quality seems good so far. They serve the purpose and have lasted well. I wasn't expecting much given that they're under $2 but I've been duly impressed. My only complaint is that they can be slightly irritating to put on over glasses but maybe that's just me. Shipping was slightly slow but hey, it's free for a product that's inexpensive to begin with. They arrived from the company packed well and in perfect condition. (Normally I don't review shipping as part of the product review but in this case it's being shipped by the manufacturer, not Amazon).

March 22, 2017
Got these to try out the 3d features of my gfx card without making a big investment to just dip my toes in the water. They work well enough that they convinced me I need to get the active 3d glasses to go with a more elaborate setup.
Good glasses delivered on horseback.
December 27, 2016
Really the only complaint I have is that I didn't realize this was coming from Turkey by horseback. The glasses work just fine. Playing Minecraft in 3D is a hoot.BTW - I'm not disrespecting the seller. I'm the one that should have seen where the glasses were coming from.
Good, reasonably sturdy alternate to the cheap paper/cardboard variety of 3D glasses.
February 26, 2015
For a pair of fairly nice, sturdy Red/Cyan 3D glasses that will last you a bit longer than the old-fashioned, cheap paper models you find everywhere, this is a good deal.To start, they work well for anaglyph 3D imagery, especially as the lenses are large and wrap around more of your eye than cheaper pairs. They are also much more durable, and less likely to crease or bend. (In fact, the lenses are thick enough plastic that they wont even bend) They're almost the same build-quality of the nice Real-3D glasses they pass out at movie theaters. So they're definitely a good buy if you need good anaglyph glasses on a budget. The only downsides I've found:-They're a bit "loose", so you may find yourself occasionally pushing them back up your nose when they slip-Despite being reasonably sturdy, they still can (and will break) if they are used frequently and/or misused/dropped/stepped-on/etc.But despite that... I'd say give them a shot.
good when your standards are low (mine are)

1st impression:The pair I got smelled like s***, literally. I smelled the bubble wrap package they came in, fine. I smelled the glasses again, s***. I washed them with soap--still smelled like s*** but diluted with the fresh scent of dove. It must be something in the plastic. I got over it.Form:The lenses are large and wrap around. You can pretty much cover your entire FOV if you keep the glasses on tight. This is easier said than done. I've got a pretty big head, but the spread between the temples on these glasses is enormous. When fully open, the arms flare OUT not IN as they appear in the image. I bundled up rubber band on each arm where I needed it to stay anchored behind my ears--easy fix.The arms have a pretty smooth edge but the rest of the frame is rough, particularly the very front (the part that's not touching your face). My pair also had a small defect on the outer nose pad area (again the front). It was a bit sharp and if I had a longer sort of nose this might've been cause for concern. I scraped it smooth with a pocket knife very easily.Main things:These glasses work well and can cover your FOV completely. I think what people refer to as "ghosting" is just due to anaglyph being one of the s***tier 3D technologies. In my visual experience, it alternated from left eye (red) dominance to right eye (blue) dominance for a minute or so, then it goes neutral. I played Fallout 3 for a couple hours--at some point it just seemed grey. If you look away from the 3D image for too long the process starts over. Your visual system is complicated, anaglyph is simple. These glasses are literally s***ty, but functional and cheap.
Get Into Your Depth

If you're looking for something to change the way you play, a pair of simple red/cyan 3D glasses might just be the ticket to kicking your games up a level. Obviously, almost everyone's tried red/cyan in the past, usually in old comic books or TV shows that weren't that good at making things look 3D. The technology of 3D has improved, and while red/cyan is scraping the bottom of the barrel for quality, it's still really effective for a budget. If you're already using nVidia, there are a ton of games you can play in 3D. I'm not sure how AMD is doing when it comes to providing 3D, but the nVidia control panel has an option to enable anaglyph support in most modern games. Just Cause 2 is a huge winner in this, though there are definitely some games that simply aren't supported well at all, like Serious Sam 3. If you have a newer nVidia card, it's definitely worth checking out.As to the glasses themselves, they met expectations quite well. I wasn't figuring on a tremendous build with glass lenses and carbon-fiber frames, so the inexpensive plastic that comprises the things is great for the price. I have no doubt that, if not taken care of, these things would scratch like crazy. I personally get headaches with any 3D glasses after very long, but for occasionally popping on, these are just as easy on the eyes as the polarized lenses you get at the theater or with a new TV. On top of that, you don't need extra hardware to use this, just media that's been put into the appropriate layout, such as Youtube 3D videos or games with red/cyan anaglyph. They fit very well. In fact, if it weren't for the headache of the 3d lenses, I could wear these all the time. There are little ridges at the ends of the earpieces have little ridges on them that hold them from slipping off easily and the nose is quite deep, so it doesn't feel like a little strip of plastic pressing down. These things got here FAST. This is one awesome seller, to be honest. Nice, simple packaging, glasses were intact and unscratched/unscuffed. Definitely recommend for speed.Overall, a great experience. If you don't get headaches from anaglyph, it's a huge bonus.
The pair I got are quite decent.
February 5, 2013
I received a pair with the somewhat more radical styling on the temples, with the zig zag shapes. Depending on the specific seller you order from, your mileage may vary, but mine are quite decent.I have tried several pairs of inexpensive anaglyph glasses now, and this is the best pair I've found for viewing full color media (ie gaming). They are not too dark, with no ghosting on the cyan and only a tiny amount of ghosting on the red side. The darkness of red and blue is well matched. Unlike many cheap pairs, the cyan is passing yellow, so yellow and green hues are visible, if not particularly beautiful. In general, I'm quite impressed for the price.(I am really looking for a *high* quality pair of (preferably) green/magenta anaglyph glasses, but as it turns out, it's hard to find anything "high qualtiy" in the world of anaglyph viewing. Heh.)

Its alright for the price.
July 24, 2017
I bought these for my son to watch one movie and for that they will be fine.....These glasses are like what you would expect to find at a dollar store quality.
alittle darks.
July 14, 2017
It was a little dark, hard to see through them. still work tho.
Not bad more the money. Could be better lenses.
October 16, 2016
Well for the price thier pretty good. Much better than cardboard glasses. My only complaint is that they seem to be more blue than cyan. I thought the blue lense would have more of a green tint. Which is good. These dont work real well with a lot of anagyliphic images. Three of these for five dollars is a decent buy though.
Eh.
October 23, 2015
Loads of pictures don't look right, you can see the blue through the red filter sometimes. The sunglass shape isn't too nice either.Otherwise, it works.
They're ok
November 14, 2014
I got these to use for a cosplay. (Sollux Captor from Homestuck) two things. First, they took forever to get here. Second, when I took them out of the package, they arms were bent out of shape. But I only needed the lenses.
You get what you pay for.
September 26, 2013
Not the greatest but not the worst. I got them in a rather timely fashion, took about three weeks. Coming from Hong Kong it seemed like a reasonable time line. They seem to work pretty well for Minecraft, 3d anaglyph on YouTube is a little harder to render. The pair I received seem flimsy, not as sturdy as other reviews made them sound, they also have a burr in the nose piece where they broke it from the mold and they sit kind of wonky on the face. I've bought better framed sunglasses from a dollar store than these. I would suggest them for parents to buy for their kids who want to play minecraft, if they break them it not a huge loss but for someone who is being thrifty and trying to find somewhat better quality move along, you may be disappointed. These were just a whim buy to putter with.

Fuzzy
August 17, 2017
I bought a few pairs to use with Power DVD 16, which has a 3D feature. While the glasses did work to make the image look 3D, they did not completely blend the image together, leaving a fuzzy outline along some of the subject matter; aside from being visually annoying, this caused excessive eye strain making it difficult to watch for any length of time. Subsequently, I bought a more expensive pair, which work fine.. I would not recommend these glasses for Power DVD users, though I cannot speak for other uses.
Works, but very very low quality - warped/cheap
June 16, 2015
These glasses work, but are of very poor quality. The frames are warped (do not lay flat) and result in fitting that is uncomfortable and not necessarily square on your head. This is made from a very low grade molded plastic that is vulnerable to breakage and has lots of jagged flash. Finally, the lenses are barely snapped in place and do not even fill the opening (lens is smaller than the opening nearest the bridge of the nose). In general, I do not recommend you get these despite their relatively low cost. The paper glasses are just as good. Don't waste your $$.
Very, very cheap quality, and first photo is completely inaccurate.
May 10, 2015
Wow, I know these are inexpensive, but they're of unbelievably cheap quality. The plastic has divots, growths, and rough spots that can scratch your face, from poor casting. They're functional, but honestly the plastic ones I've gotten from the movie theater are of higher quality. Also make sure you look at all of the photos. The first photo is of a completely different pair of glasses. These are not the simple, sleek frames pictured in the first image, they're the ones with the weird holes in the temples like the following images.
Not quite what I'd expected....
April 15, 2014
While the construction of these glasses is first rate (which is the ONLY reason for two stars, instead of just one), the colors of the lenses are a bit off, i.e., the red side is red, not cyan, and the blue is off by a couple of shades. The end result is that they give a very blurry image, and gave us a headache after using them awhile. Tested with: Three different 3-D movies on a Hitachi Ultravision 61" rear projection, a Phillips 47" plasma, and a 22" LG LED TV, as well as: 18 different online 3-D images viewed on a HP standard width 19" (monitor), a Lite-on 26" widescreen (monitor), and a Dell 22" widescreen (monitor). We gave them a thorough testing, and they just don't stack up. We had better results making our own glasses from the directions on the NASA website (those actually performed quite well!). The bottom line is, we would NOT recommend these glasses. Save yourself some money, (not to mention the headaches!) and make your own.
Took forever, now find that glasses are fairly uncomfortable.
March 2, 2014
My main problem is that it took WAY too long just to ship and deliver it. I ordered mine back in the first part of November 2013 and received them in late February 2014. That's a long time to wait. The distributors also emailed me asking if I still wanted them after a few months. Of course I do, otherwise I would have canceled by then! At least they were concerned enough to follow through, for which I give them two stars. On to the glasses themselves. As the description suggests, these are indeed plastic-framed red-blue anaglyphic glasses. The bridge of the glasses digs into my nose. You could correct this with some blu-tack or similar soft substance if you so chose. The wrap-around style does provide pretty good coverage, but I can't use it on top of my vision correction glasses like I hoped. They fit CLOSE to the face!
You don't get what you order
December 17, 2013
I ordered these just to play around with the 3D my pc makes, but not to really use much because it is oldschool. Overall ok, they are cheaper plastic so not kid friendly. The ones I received were actually a cooler more aggresive style so I don't mind much but the switching of products always bugs me. If you want cheap glasses to just mess with these are it. They fit well and don't hurt after extended wearPROS:LightweightEasy to wearLooks good!EconomicCONS:Bait and switched my ordercheaper constructionthey just feel cheapOverall: go for it if you're just messing around. They have very nice metal frame ones out there for constant use at around $20 a pair go for those if you're serious about using R/C glasses.

Their only redeeming quailty? The price.
July 1, 2017
Fortunately, they were cheap enough to write off as a loss and not think too much about it. The 3D rendering is horrible, most likely due to the lens color and the frames seems to be molded around someone with a head shaped like Stewie Griffin. They are W-I-D-E! I thought about trying to use a heat gun to reshape them, but they're just not worth the effort.
IF YOU WILL BUY ASK THE SELLER WHAT SHAPE THEY HAVE BEFORE BUYING
August 3, 2015
Dont take this wrong. The glasses are pretty much fine the main problem for me is the SHAPE. I saw on the pictures the glasses have a CURVED contour shape and that is what exactly most of people in here was expecting to have because with that kind of shape it cover your eyes on the sides so you can enjoy a very nice 3D experience if you do not have a 3D emitter with expensive glasses. In my case I have a Ge force 970 NVidia card on my pc and I was going to buy the glasses so I can watch movies in 3D using Power DVD that actually converts the 2D movies into 3D and also the 3D movies you can enjoy much better, so I do not have a 3D monitor or something like that just my videocard and the software that gives you a 3D experience with these glasses it was ok for me; but again, the purpose to buy specifically a Curved face contour 3d glasses is to avoid the light entering straight into the back of your glasses and affect your 3d experience, instead the Curved face contour will cover the sides of your face blocking the light to disturb the image. Unfortunately the seller sent me a straight PLAIN FLAT shape 3d glasses which are completely fine if you watch a movie in 3D but you have to turn off and light on the ceiling or whatever and just leave your screen with the 3D movie running but that is not the point though, so if you are going to purchase these glasses for the same purpose as me, i will recommend you first ASK THE SELLER IF THEY HAVE THE CURVED FACE CONTOUR SHAPE 3d glasses so you can save time and money. Hope this review helps.
Bottom line. You get your 3D in terrible quality since seeing too much red is gross.
August 1, 2015
These are terrible 3D glasses. Read on to find out why.I would like to point out off they do the job of making everything 3D - in Ana-glyph mode. But these glasses make everything just too red. The red color overpowers everything else and makes the image look terrible."Bottom line. You get your 3D in terrible quality since seeing too much red is gross."
Bad glasses
March 16, 2015
Received from China, literally. Got here within specified time. However, they are missing one of the ear pieces which requires you to hold them on your face. By missing I mean not in the package. How?!? Considering shipping back to China is obviously more than the glasses themselves, looks like I'm stuck with them and am lighter in the wallet in the meantime. Do not buy!
and let me know if you would be happy with this
December 28, 2014
Take a look at my picture of the product received, and let me know if you would be happy with this. This is completely different product, and not the best quality as well.
The Lenses Are The Wrong Color
June 30, 2014
This was a waste of my $2, honestly. The frames are extremely cheap and fragile, the lenses were popped out and one was cracked, but that's not the worst of it:The lenses are the wrong color. Simply, they just don't work. They make things in the background look odd and fuzzy, blinking between red and blue. The color just isn't right for standard anaglyph 3D.I think it's the blue that's off, mostly. While the red is pretty dark, the blue is just solid blue, not cyan as promised. Comparing them even to a cheap paper pair of 3D glasses reveals that they aren't correct. For $2 a pair, I expected cheap, but I also expected them to at least be the right color! But no, I was wrong.Do not waste your money. Your movies will be ruined when looking through these horrible lenses.
