Five Star Reviews: | 72% Works Great on Bad Breath January 31, 2017 My sister has really bad breath so my mother heard that this works wonders but it was pretty expensive at Walmart. So I found it here on Amazon for cheaper. It has been working so far. The hard part is getting my sister to do it routinely. The best mouthwash ever! October 14, 2016 I've been using this for years. This is the first time I purchased it online. It really works and gets rid of bad breath plus morning breath if you use it twice a day. I've never gone back to other mouth wash products since starting this several years ago. Stop worrying about your breath! October 6, 2016 If you have breath issues you can stop worrying with Smart Mouth. The more you use it the better your breath will be. It says to use more, but I find that two pumps of each solution is adequate and it will last much longer using less, of course. I find that it does make my mouth feel dry, but I have a dry mouth anyway, so that may be the issue there. Nice minty taste though it almost seems to have a very faint smell of bleach when I use it. I have reordered and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this product. BEST thing ever for BAD BREATH. May 20, 2016 My husband uses this for bad breath.He has excellent dental hygiene but nothing else works for him. On days he forgets I can always tell. You do have to mix them together daily as they come in separate containers, but they are in pump bottles and come with their own little mixing container. I will make sure we always have this on hand. Love Smart Mouth! September 3, 2015 This stuff is the real deal. I always felt like super "alcohol-y" mouthwashes didn't quite do the trick. I was never really confident in other mouthwashes, even if they made my tongue sting. I did some reading ahead of time about Smart Mouth and the zinc technology that makes it work. After using this for a two weeks, I really did notice a difference. Using both morning and night, this has kept my breath fresh. One thing to note is that it does leave your mouth with a dry feeling that goes away pretty quickly...but it's there right after using it. Just something to be aware of. Love this product. | 75% Amazing stuff! May 26, 2017 I love love love this mouthwash. I have nothing to complain about the ingredients (and I am very hard to please!) They are all wonderful ingredients, BPA free bottle by the way. Tastes great (it took some getting used to at first). On the rare occasion I use traditional mouthwash, it is way too strong for me. April 10, 2017 I LOVE my Oral Essentials Mouthwash! Since I started wearing my Invisalign braces, my mouth has been dry so I tried the Oral Essentials Mouthwash to see if I could get results. I'm happy to say it works GREAT for me. Of course, I use the mouthwash after I brush and floss my teeth, not with the Invisalign trays in. I liked Oral Essentials so much, I ordered two more bottles. Four Star Reviews: | 11% Effective mouthwash ideal for regular use. April 18, 2016 Effective product. I use it in place of regular mouthwash. I personally only do three pumps of each, instead of the four recommended but it appears to be just as effective. Somehow though, I seem to run out of bottle 1 faster than bottle 2, but perhaps that's just indicative of how much pressure I apply while I pump each one. I will be purchasing this consistently. August 16, 2014 Works but...major cotton mouth! Ever talk to someone kind of dehydrated, and they have gross whiteness in corners of mouth? That will be you! I looked in mirror and so embarrassed. I would buy prob buy again. Very Refreshing Mouthrinse May 25, 2013 I like this mouthrinse very much. It feels less "harsh" than the well known leading medicinal commercial mouthwash that is sold in stores. It does not "burn" after swishing for 30 seconds or so like that product does. Although, it does begin to tingle quite a bit at the 30 second mark. It does leave your mouth feeling very refreshed and clean. You do have to mix two liquids together just before you use it but they come in two separate pump bottles that I place side by side on my bathroom sink. It is simple to pump each 3-4 times into a glass and then swish with the mixture. I only gave it four stars because I cannot really state that the effects of the mouthrinse lasts for 12 hours as advertised. I do believe that it is a very effective mouthrinse and certainly works as long and most likely quite a bit longer than any other mouthrinse that I have used. I will buy it again and I would definitely rate it highly. | 14% Pricey but... August 5, 2017 I have really enjoyed this product so much that I have a subscription for it. I had stopped using mouthwashes because I loathe the sting that occurs in your mouth when you start to swish mouthwash. However, the sting is not an issuewith this mouthwash and I love the subtle mint flavor. There are two reasons I am not giving this 5 stars, the first being it is rather pricey for the quantity. Secondly, I wish it served as a teeth whitener. I've tried the mouthwash with whitener but the lemon flavor is so overpowering I can't bring myself to use it anymore. No artificial flavors,boy thats a big one for me and probably for others as well, there are other benefits too numerous to mention. Used it for over a month seems to work out well for me so far. October 23, 2016 From the glowing reviews of this product, I guess I was expecting a miraculous mouthwash. This wasn't the case. I bought this in an attempt to no longer have the dreaded morning breath, but I didn't really notice a huge improvement (despite using as directed). I did, however, notice that I woke up with an unpleasant taste in my mouth from the mouthwash. I probably will not buy this again. Old Style Packaging Smart Mouth has Updated the Packaging September 15, 2016 This came in the old style--that is two separate bottles with a cup for mixing. The current mouthwash in the store has both bottles attached together and when you pour into the cup both pour at the same time. This is great mouthwash that works better than regular mouthwash in preventing bad breath. The reason for two bottles is that the mouthwash is activated when the two solutions are mixed. ACF is the way to go, it keeps cigar breath in check. the regular stuff is good, but wake up and need to use it, its more like regular mouthwash. Maybe a clever idea on paper, but does not work in the real world!! Makes Everything Taste Bad April 4, 2015 Saw an ad for this, and figured that I'd give it a try. I'm a 50-year-old that smokes & has constant dry mouth due to medications. Tried for 5 out the recommended 10 days and gave up as it made everything taste terrible even hours after using. Even a glass of water (my city always wins awards & I use a PUR filter) was something that I began avoiding. Back to Listerine & Tic Tacs! A rough 12 days November 5, 2014 I'm so glad to have my taste buds back! It's been a rough week and a half. I apparently am one of the few who cannot tolerate the taste of this mouthwash... or more accurately the after taste. I think it's the zinc. From what I can gather all mouthwashes claiming to conquer bad breath have zinc. It left a metallic taste that made everything taste bitter. I didn't even like my favorite dark chocolate and coffee... or even water. Glad that's over with. I'm sure it's a good product for those who can tolerate zinc.
