Five Star Reviews: | 40% LOVE LOVE LOVE August 15, 2016 It arrived today and was shipped much faster than expected and I am so in love with it. I'm using it as my wedding dress in September. I will be putting a rhinestone belt around it to add some detail to it. The dress is simply yet PERFECT with great quality and for an amazing price! I was scared to order online because I couldn't try it on before buying but I'm so glad I ordered it. I'm 5"5, 260lbs and I ordered a 3x and it fits me just right with some breathing room. I couldn't be anymore happier than what I am! I'm a 38C and its a tad big in the chest area but its nothing a little strapless push up bra can't handle! Go on and buy it, you won't regret it! March 31, 2016 Ladies, if you need an inexpensive dress that will hide the tummy and accentuate all the right places, look no further! I just got this dress in today and I love it! Shipping was fast and the quality is pretty good. I ordered an XXL and I wear a size 16/18 with a size 38 D Bust. The dress fit spetacularly, but the bust was a little large. It wasn't that big of a difference that I can't wear it as is, but I will probably have it taken in. The zipper does kind of suck, but for the price I paid I am not complaining. All around i am very happy with this product and can't wait to wear it on our vacation! Wore it as my wedding gown! March 23, 2016 I actually wore this dress on my wedding day! It was a bit small for my boobs, which is not the dresses fault because I wear a 40G bra and it's almost impossible to find a well-fitting dress with a top big enough to accommodate my rack. I hand-sewed some straps on to give myself some extra support. I also added a rhinestone belt and a brooch in the center. People think I paid at least $1k for this very lovely high quality dress hahaha. Who says brides have to go broke to look good on their day?? See for yourself, I attached a pic! Beautiful Color -Mint Dress March 16, 2016 I ordered an XL (16-18) based on size chart and comments from reviews. I am 5'8" 220lbs and usually wear a 14/16. This dress is gorgeous! Hides my tummy well and looks great! If I had a larger chest it would not fit that's for sure (I am a 40B) and its snug in the chest but comfortable and will stay up just fine. If questioning size to buy I would size up! There isn't any stretch to this dress so I would not suggest sizing down at all. I'm a size 20 and 6 feet and had to fix it on the inside because of that. Overall, great quality and price. My husband loved it and nobody could believe that I bought it at amazon. I love this dress June 17, 2016 I love this dress! I'm 5'5 and usally wear 14/16. I ordered a 2x just to be sure it would fit. It was a bit long as well. I wore this as my wedding dress because my original wouldn't fit I had gained so much weight. The 2x was to big so we took it in a little. The zipper wasn't good quality but over all I loved it. Shipping was fast it arrived sooner than expected Fantastic for the price!!! April 19, 2016 Let me just say that this dress was better than expected! It came quickly in the mail. A little wrinkled, but a little steam will fix that. I ordered the champagne color in a size xs. I normally wear a 0-2, I'm 5'2, 125lb muscular build, but my bust is a 32dd. I was nervous that it would be too small in the bust. I have the exact opposite problem! It's way too large and I will need to get it altered. The waist fits like a glove, but I could grow at least four more cup sizes before filling in the top. It does have this pretty cool ninja bra band thing that does help. It is long, which I also expected, so I can't complain. The color is an exact match to the dress on the screen, so no complaints there. All around, a huge budget win for my cheapskate wedding ;)(even with the alterations that are needed) wedding dress 26 dollars. Alterations, maybe 35- 50 dollars. Good quality for the price March 3, 2015 Overall, I like this dress a lot. I paid $20 for it and I think it's worth more than $20. Here are some pros and cons:Pros: quality is good for the price, but not great. You get what you pay for (with this dress, you get more!). The zipper could be higher quality, but it is YKK and they normally make good zippers.Cons: the dress runs a little small around the waist and big in the chest area. I am 5'5 115 lbs and got the size 4. I think a size 2 or 6 would be too small or big. Also, there is a hook on the back, but it did not have a loop for you to hook it. It's also very long! So be prepared to take it to a tailor.All in all, I think this is a great price for a good dress. Three Star Reviews: | 14% Not exactly as pictured but i can work with that July 18, 2016 I'm leaving for a cruise in 3 weeks and needed another formal gown. I was ecstatic when i found this dress at such an amazing price. It took a week to ship out but once it shipped i received it in 3 days which was awesome. I was so excited to see my amazing find in person. Upon opening the package i was dissapointed. The dress had straps, a corset-like tie up in the back (and they didnt even include the ties to tie up the dress!) and there was a ripped part of the garment (thank god the ripped part was on the inside). I appreciate the price but even at a low price i should expect to receive the dress i paid for. Thankfully i have a sewing machine and have skills in that area so im able to alter the dress to what its supposed to be. I removed the straps and cut off the little loops where it would tie in the back (which i had to do tediously to avoid cutting the dress) and will add a zipper. I also have to make adjustments because the bust and waist area are too big. Its a beautiful dress and is long enough that even at my height, 5ft8, i can wear heels and it still be long enough. But it gets only three stars because of all the extra work i had to do and have yet to do to make it like the dress pictured. Great price, nice quality, runs large!! April 27, 2016 The dress is really pretty, but the measurements seem way off.I am 5'5, 130lb and bought the medium because I have a big chest for my size (34 D), but the dress was still way too big. I am getting it altered instead of exchanging because I don't think ill be able to send this one back and receive a small dress in time for my friend's wedding.The dress has a support/built in bra type thing which also threw my measurements off.The zipper is pretty terrible.I just looked at other pictures and my dress doesn't have the inside strap to hold it up like everyone is talking about. So I'm extremely disappointed about that.Overall I would buy again! Too big! April 22, 2016 Let's just say you get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting too much out of this dress but geez. I'm between 4'11 and 5'2 about 100 pounds my bra size is a 32B and I ordered a xs and its huge on me! It needs to be taken in a lot! The zipper is janky and I'm scared it's going to break! Beautiful dress, but many issues with the seller March 14, 2016 This dress is beautiful, however, I had extreme issues with this seller. I got these dresses for my bridesmaids. The price is great for the quality the dress provides, but was far too large for one of my bridesmaids. It did however, fit another perfectly with the exception of the length they are much too long but easy enough to alter. The other issue I had was 3 of them were ordered and were received at the carrier facility without the item in the box. This was extremely frustrating as I waited 2 months to receive the dresses only to have to order them again at a higher rate. Overall I had to rate the dress lower because of all the other issues I had with them. Overall if I did not need to order them for my upcoming wedding I am not sure I would have tried to purchase them again. Pretty but Definitely Not Perfect March 13, 2016 I was a bit worried about the quality of this dress (due to the low price) but can happily say it's just as pretty in person. I ended up spending quite a bit to get it tailored, though, so keep that in mind if you're trying to get something that will truly be low cost. The dress took a couple months to ship to me (I live in Texas), but I knew that up front so I was able to order with plenty of time to spare. For reference, I'm 5'5, about 165 lbs, and I typically wear size 10-12 on bottom. I ordered the size large, and it fit me like a glove until I lost weight. :) I planned on wearing flats with the dress, but it was so long that I was stepping on it when I walked, so a tailor took several inches off the bottom. The back zipper was sewn too closely to the end of the fabric, which made it extremely difficult to zip up (whether the dress was on me or a hanger -- so it wasn't a matter of fit). The tailor tried three times to fix the zipper and had no luck, so she eventually ended up adding a strip of fabric on one side (like a handle) so I could pull the fabric taunt while someone else zipped it up, and that worked pretty well, so I highly recommend it! In addition, the tailor and I both noticed that the front portion of the dress is uneven; the right side comes up higher on my chest than the left side, no matter how I pull it up (there is actually physically less fabric on the left side of the cups). The price of your tailoring will obviously depend on which tailor you use, but this dress ended up costing me over five times the original cost of the dress just to fix all the things that needed altering, so keep that in mind if you're wanting a cheap dress. ... of the event other then that the dress looks good! Bridal party ordered multiple dresses and did not receive the same colors despite our identical orders. We had to settle with mismatched dresses! Brides Beware! Pretty but very problematic. November 7, 2016 Where to start with this dress? I got this for a wedding. It fit pretty well, a little large in the boob area, and a little long, but I did have it altered. The zipper was nearly impossible to get up and down. I had the seamstress just pull it out a bit and sew it back so it would keep from getting caught, which really helped. I put this on for the wedding and I looked awesome! I loved everything about it...until...THe dress wouldn't stay up that great so I got some double sided tape and some pins. I had it pinned at the top since there was no where to put the eyelet. As we were taking bridesmaids pictures, I heard the bridesmaid behind me gasp. I felt near the zipper, and the thing had popped open! At this point the zipper would not go up or down. It was about 2pm and I had to be in this dress for another 10 hours. Everytime I moved the dress popped open more and more. By the end of the night, my dress was covered in safety pins. I had to chase down people at least 8 different times to help me fix this dress. I spent most of my night in the bathroom mending the dress, and the rest of the night trying to barely move and breathe so it wouldn't break anymore. So as gorgeous as it looked, it ended up being a nightmare! JUST SAD! July 22, 2016 I ordered a 2X size following the sizing info carefully, when the dress arrived, it fit like a large. It was extremely small. The dress had no tags or labels indicating the size, cleaning instructions or where it was bought from. The inner lining was already separating from the dress in some areas. I BOUGHT THE SAME DRESS FROM ANOTHER SELLER AND THE DIFFERENCE WAS AMAZING. Very disappointing because it is a beautiful dress. Second dress after exchange looks like a garbage bag July 18, 2016 I usually wear a US size 16 so I followed the size chart and the reviews and got an xl figuring I would rather have it be a bit too big so I can just take it in, but I couldn't zip it up. It is soooooooo worth the $$$ price. I got the bridesmaids dresses that were $150 each in the mail on the same day ( I was planning on wearing this as my reception dress) and the quality was exactly the same. You can't beat the price for this quality. I am exchanging for the next size. I would have given 5 stars if the fit matched the size chart.Edit:So I ordered the next size up... It took about a month to come in and I could tell somethings wasn't the same just by the weight of the package. When I opened the bag my immediate reaction was "I don't think this is quite the same color". It's not bad, but also not the same. The quality of the second dress is definitely not the same as the first. And when I put it on, I felt like I was wearing a champagne colored trash bag. It is HUGE. The lining feels like thin and plastic.I hate the second dress and it sucks because I don't have the time to try to exchange it now so I am going to need to pay someone more than its worth to tailor this garbage bag of a dress.I was really excited about the smaller dress that I received first. It was perfect except didn't zip up all the way. It was a really poor zipper and after my tailor replaced that thing with a better zipper I like this dress, but the one they put in there that came with the dress was terrible and pretty embarrassing for me. Horrible servie and the quality wasn't great January 30, 2016 Horrible servie and the quality wasn't great. I originally received the wrong color and they were unable to help me. It took weeks before I received a replacement which was still the wrong color!!! I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and had a different color dress from the other girls who ordered directly through the same seller. The "boob" area is also made for people with rather large breasts. I'm a 36C and had to get it taken in quite a bit. When I brought the dress to get altered, we noticed how uneven the bottom was and it was extremely long. The length is probably a good thing so you can get it altered to your height but it was still uneven. I'm usually a size 12 and ordered a large and had to get it taken it so it does run a bit big. Also, the zipper didn't work and it took multiple people to get it up (It was the same for all there other girls too). One Star Reviews: | 14% Was I sent the wrong dress? September 10, 2017 I needed this dress for an event. It was only $20! I got really excited. There was no size chart listed so I read the reviews to get an idea of what size I needed. Other customer reviews suggested that the dress ran a little large. I went ahead and ordered my size, a 2xl, thinking that it may be a little large. I've taken in dresses like this one before and I knew that It wouldn't take much to do so. Better to have it come in too big than it being too small! The dress came in, I opened the package and immediately knew that this dress was not a 2xl. It didn't even have a size written on it! I think the dress is around a size large. I'm very disappointed as the dress is a lot nicer than I thought that it would be. The only problem is that it does not fit :( luckily, I have a friend that it does fit and she is going to wear it. However, I still do not have a dress for myself. I'm very disappointed. Worked for others but not for me. December 26, 2016 I would spend the extra money and purchase a dress at the store. Keep in mind this dress is going to need major alterations when calculating your costs. I bought this because it was cheap and I've had amazing luck with online purchases when it comes to evening gowns. I've bought beautiful gowns from "sketchy" websites (usually they say they're located within the US but the package is always from China) and they've actually ended up being better than what you get at the stores and for a small additional cost they make it with your measurements. Unfortunately, I would not recommend buying this one. The top on my dress looks nothing like the top on the display. The picture shows a sweetheart neckline, mine looks like the cut sides of a diamond. The dress does have the "heart shaped" top but its not curved and rounded it has straight round ends. (I'll upload after the alterations) The material feels very cheap and the blush color is darker than most of the blush dresses I've looked at in stores. I'm sure you could find a place that does alterations for cheap, but the place I took it to wanted $144, the reason being, the top of the dress from the bust basically to where it starts to flow. I paid $40 for the dress and $60 for the alteration (could've taken it elsewhere for cheaper alterations but it started becoming a hassle). I did think about throwing it away and purchasing one with my measurements from one of the previous websites I've used but time is of the essence. I speak for myself when I say I wouldn't purchase again. I've had amazing luck with online orders while others not so much, in this case, this purchase was a nightmare. The dress looked really nice, but the seller was horrible to work with August 16, 2016 The dress looked really nice, but the seller was horrible to work with. The sizing is nowhere near the advertised sizing, and a 3X was measuring more like a 34 inch bust, rather than the 50 inch bust it was supposed to be. The seller tried to negotiate multiple times via email instead of just returning it, and I ended up having to file an A-Z claim to get my money back. Wrong Color everytime August 2, 2016 The first dress I ordered I ordered in mint green. It came in blue. I only ordered one so that I could get a correct size because I needed three. I accepted the color ok fine no big deal. I decided ok the fit was good for one of my jr bridesmaids so I ordered the same exact dress same order just different size and these two came in MINT green! Imagine my frustration at this point. Ok my fiancé the hero told me don't worry about it just order another dress we can sell the blue one.... So I did, same size,, ,same order, it came in a lighter shade of green!! So now I have 4 dresses and one of them match!!!!! Too expensive to send back DO NOT ORDER THIS DRESS July 29, 2016 DO NOT ORDER THIS DRESS! Not even worth 1 star. I am a US size 8. The M I ordered was a little snug, so I thought I'd go up a size. I ordered a L. The first L I ordered was the same size as the M. The package said L, but the dress tag said M. I thought this was an easy mistake. I returned it for another L. The other L was still too small. I returned it for an XL and then received a S. Again, the package said XL, but the dress was smaller than the M. This was a high waste of my time. I would try ordering one more L, but at this point, I am too frustrated to even deal with this. Measurments are so off April 28, 2016 I had to buy this dress not once but twice! The second time i was going to send it back like the first one (that one was to big)because the zipper malfunctioned in the second one. I was going to send it back but they didn't have it in a different size or even the same size to where i could get it quick enough for the wedding i am in. I just now had to spend double to alter the dress than i even paid for the dress to have the zipper fixed and repair a defect in the lining. I was trying to keep my price low and now could've gotten a better quality dress for what i paid for this one and the alterations and it probably wouldn't have needed the alterations.
