I am 5'5" and it fit well around the middle. Follow the measurements chart. I had to have 5-6 inches removed from the bottom which was expected.I bought this because my friend did for a wedding and she loved it. I was the mother of the bride though:) It is a burgandy dress but in certain light it appeared red in pictures.

I love this dress! Other reviews said waist fit but bust too big, or sizing was smaller than expected. I ordered a size 12, i was 38 bust and 32 waist and the cups in the dress fit well. The waist is a bit snug but not too snug, still comfortable to wear. I like the way it looks on... Very pretty, flattering. The quality is good on top of dress, the layer underneath is bit cheesy.. But overall good quality. Looks just like pictures online. With my camera it looks more red than Burgandy but in person it is burgandy just like pics online. Only complaint, bit hard to zip over the parts of the dress where seams are because material is a bit thicker right there.. But i do love it.

I absolutely love this dress! I purchased for an upcoming cruise after spending weeks looking on Amazon and reading countless reviews and looking a photos. I had a different dress I really wanted to get that was this same color, but reviews indicated that it was heavy and I didn't want to add excess wait to my luggage since we are flying. I finally settled on this one, but "settled" is the wrong word. I'm highly delighted with this dress and can't wait to wear it on our cruise for one of my formal nights.

Very pretty dress, just a little too formal for the wedding my daughter is planning. She opted for another Every Pretty style (Double V-Neck Ruched Waist Ladies Long Evening Dress). I very much like the Every Pretty line. They are great quality for the price and ordering through Amazon makes it easy to try on and return for another style or size.

This dress was perfect! I am a 5' 1" 110 lb junior in high school. At first I had ordered a size 6, which was too big all around, but the 4 fit perfect everywhere. I wear a 32 C bra and I didn't need a bra for this dress. The lace is beautiful and I got so many compliments! It was modest and fun for prom. I don't know how I'll top it for next year!

I purchased this dress for a formal portrait sitting. I purchased several dresses to choose from and this one was absolutely perfect. The fit was excellent and it looked beautiful on. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Beautiful dress. I got it for my friend's wedding. My friend has very broad shoulders about 19 inches. The dress fit her chest, hips etc fine but because of her shape we couldn't zip up the back. We both loved the dress. So sad to send it back. I ended up purchasing one for my other friend in green- I know it should fit her. It's so pretty.

I had to return and reorder this dress in a larger size. I also had to tack the bust pads into place and the zipper hangs up where the fabric and lace meet. I will admit that once I have it on, I get endless compliments. I wore it for three formal events which makes my wardrobe cost nearly nothing. Elegant, beautiful, just don't expect structural quality at this price.

It is a very beautiful dress and I was so excited when I saw it. However, it was way too big. I had ordered a size 12 (I am 162lbs, 5"3', waist-41in, bust-39.5in, hips-50 1/2in). When I tried it on, the top of the dress under the lacing was very itchy. I was just going to see about getting the dress altered but when I met with the lady she said there was just too much to do. It was too long, which was to be expected since I'm fairly short, but not only would I have had to get it hemmed I also would have had to get the chest and waist area pulled in. I'm a 38D so it's not like it's hard for me to fill out dresses at the top (sometimes it's too easy) but this was too baggy. Plus I wanted to find something to cover over the itchy lining from the lace. The woman didn't want to ruin the dress by taking the entire dress apart so she suggested getting a smaller size. If only it was that easy. Unfortunately, all smaller sizes were out of stock. I was a little disappointed so I chose a different dress entirely.

The size 8 of this dress fit great! I really like the dress, it's nicely made and looks just like the picture. Ever Pretty was great to work with. Answered my questions quickly and made returning the size 10 I ordered first very easy. My money was refunded in a timely manner. They have made be a believer in ordering on-line. Their selection of dresses was so much better than I could find in stores and prices much better!

Ordered this as a bridesmaids dress. Fits good, I am a size 6-8 after reading reviews I decided to order a 6. I am small in the bust and this is a little roomy in the bust for me but probably not a problem for most. Material is quality considering the price. I was concerned about the length but I am only 5 foot and with 3 inch heels its perfect. The lace detailing has some rhinestones that I didn't realize from the picture, I like it!

I am 5'9 and 160 lbs 39-34-41 and I ordered a size 12. I could probably have gone a size smaller since I will not be wearing a bra underneath it. It fit well and has an elegant look to it but upon closer inspection you can tell it is not high quality. For example, while the chiffon on the outside looks nice, the liner is made out of costume looking satin which is fine enough since it is not visible. The lace looks nice but upon close inspection you can see that it wasn't finished very well. The lace is stitched to a fine mesh area but the area has no give and so raising your arms can be a bit clumsy and awkward looking. It definitely looks nice and not as cheap looking as I expected but you get what you pay for.

Fit is okay. I normally wear a 10-12, but ordered a 14 and it does zip up. Disappointed that the material on the sides of the bodice puff out and the lace on the right shoulder seam is unattached. I don't know if they forgot to glue it or what but I'll have to have it repaired before I can wear it. I am 5'6" and will have to have about 4 inches cut off the bottom in order to wear comfortable shoes. The dress is very pretty, so I hope I don't have to pay a ton of money for alterations and repairs.

I usually wear a size 10 dress, and a 12 if it runs small. I have also ordered Every Pretty dresses before. I ordered the 12 and it did not fit right at all. The top half was too big and I could barely get the dress zipped it was so tight. I had to return it. I am very disappointed too because it is a pretty dress. There is also a built in bra, which makes it nice.

Unfortunately the size I ordered did not fit. I'm a double D and after reading some of the reviews I still thought I would be able to order my normal size (12) however there was no way to get the dress over my chest. Also the color was a lot more brighter than I had expected. I ordered the sapphire blue and it had more purple tones than I thought it should have. Overall a disappointment.

This dress didn't look great, it was okay though. I ordered this one along with a different option from another company and thought I'd keep whichever looked best. This one didn't look as great, wasn't as comfortable, and was more expensive so I returned it. The return process was very easy!

My 5'3" 123lb daughter could not even come close to zipping the size 6 even though her measurements fit the size chart. Trying for a size 8, as the 10 is sold out in grey, but I doubt it will be big enough. The dress is as cute as the picture, just wish sizing was true to measurements.

Very elegant but not quite the look I expected. The color was a bit purplish brownish and not the rich purple color as seen in the pictures.It's about a size too large. Ordered a size 8-10 US size but it fits more like a 10-12. It cannot be worn as is so I'd have to get it adjusted. It's going to be painstaking because of the intricate lace top and silhouette lining.

I couldn't wear any of my bras with it because they all showed. It was too small. It was long enough to be a good length for my 5'10" frame, so that is a plus.

I ordered a size according to the size chart but when I got it I could not zip it so I returned it and ordered it 2 sizes larger. The dress I received was only 1 size larger and still would not zip. I contacted the company only to find out that they did not have the dress in the size I ordered. I had to find a new dress but they overnighted it to me at no cost. It fit and although it is not the dress I wanted it is still a pretty dress.

Bought a size 16 and wouldn't zip up. Damn shame! Definitely ran too small as I'm 14/16 and wanted to err on the side of caution w/ the size. Otherwise looked like a pretty and well-made dress.

The lace was cheaply thrown together, was going to order for bridesmaid dresses but just didn't fit right around the bust, lace didn't match up in the back where the button was and was cut out with no attention to detail. Not happy with the dress.

This dress did nothing for me. I was tightish around the bust but loose on the empire waist band making me look boxish It was such a weird fit. Also the lace was very scratchy. I returned it

Dress was pretty, but measurements were smaller than posted and the top fit really weird. Had a strange pucker in the bust area. Now I've missed the return window and can't return it so I'm out $60

Not a good fit if you have small torso..im usually 2 or 4 , ordered size 6 and still wont fit

I am normally a 12 no matter where I shop for dresses and this 12 happen to be way too small

Cheaply made and horrible fit. I wear a size 6 normally. I followed the sizing guide and had to purchase a size 12, which is still too tight.

This dress was very poorly made, and the material was poor quality. The lace at the neckline wasn't finished, it was just raw cut edges. The bust area didn't fit properly and looked odd. Returned it the same day I received it.
