I had no idea how much I would love this Table. My lower back LOVES it! I have scoliosis - an upper curve and a lower curve. The chiropractor recommended I use an Inversion Table. I found this one at a reasonable price. It was easy to put together and my back loves it. I try to use it a few minutes twice a day. I also think I am thinking more clearly and less stressed also. I have read that these are some of the benefits. Time will tell if it is actual.

This inversion table is great, and can not do without it now, for the relief it provides for myarthritis in spine and hips, and the pinched nerves in spine. No need to buy the moreexpensive tables, as this one does all that they do, without the high cost. This inversiontable is well made, and I am extremely satisfied with this product. I definitely recommendthis inversion table to all who have back problems. You will immediately notice a differencein energy levels, and pain relief.

This inversion table works great. I had sciatica and after a few weeks at an average of 5 minutes, 2 times a day, I now have little to no pain. I cannot say for sure if it is all due to this inversion therapy, because I do physical therapy as well. However, I did notice that after going on this table, that is when the pain started to subside dramatically.

I have been using this inversion table for about 3 weeks and it works very good. I have had a bad back for 30 years and now I am getting some relief. The table is very stable and the ankle holds are very comfortable. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I use this table about two times per day for about 10 minutes. When I first tried the table I was getting dizzy, but I went slowly at first for short periods of time and now it doesn't bother me at all. I recommend this table to any one with a back problem that has to do with with the spine. My wife had some muscle spasms and it didn't help her at all.

I suffer from chronic back pain and have been through several sessions of PT and am on narcotic pain meds. I was just at my wits end with the same old routine and wanted to try something different. I asked around to several people to see if they've ever tried an Inversion Table for their back pain and all were in favor of theirs. So I decided to try it. From day one this table has been my best friend. I use it first thing in the morning for about 5 minutes and again 5 minutes in the early p.m. On particularly bad days, I may use it more often. The stretch I get and relief from the pain is amazing.and instead of taking 4 Norcos a day for pain, I can take one Aleve in the a.m. and one Aleve in the p.m. I really don't see how a more expensive version of an Inversion Table would be of anymore benefit than this one is. This does everything that is needed. I'm able to move around almost like I was able to before I had back problems. I love, love, love this product and would 110% recommend to anyone!!

I have always wanted one of these and am glad to get it at this price. It was easy to put together and easy to store and use. I love it. It has helped a lot with my back and neck. David

It took a little bit to put together, about an hour, it would have gone faster with my own wrenches. The materials are not cheap and its very sturdy. I use it almost every day, its very relaxing. I need to adjust the foot holster so that the cross bar on the back doesn't hit anywhere while I'm using it because its very uncomfortable. Otherwise I love it and you can't beat the price.

Descent inversion table for the price

Seems sturdy. I wish it had a chain rather than a strap and that footbar length could be longer. Chose this one for folding and price. It has helped w back problem. Thanks to Amazon reviews, we didn't try a steep incline, working up to that slowly.

This is something that I always wanted. It took about 20 minutes to put together and works like a charm. Im 6 feet tall and can hang fully inverted on this device. The only reason that I didnt give it 5 starts is that it hurts your feet after about 3 minutes of hanging. Wearing shoes helps but that only buys you another few minutes before the pain kicks in.. Its a small price to pay for back relieve and decompressing the spine..

I'm very happy with the inversion table after getting it set up and adjusted for my 290 lbs which it seems to handle well. I really like the way it can be folded and leaned up against the wall when not in use. The foot rest pads were very uncomfortable the first time I used it but that's mostly a function of my weight and it's acceptable wearing 2 pairs of thick socks (I'll probably install some denser, closed cell foam on the upper pads at some point). Had a minor customer service issue that was dealt with quickly and fairly. Overall, I'd buy one again from this seller.

It serves the purpose. I am 150 pounds. SO glad I did not purchase the $500 model. I put it together myself. I am A 50 year old female who is not mechanically inclined, so if I can put it together, you can too. I noticed some of the parts were already " put together" so it confused me a little while following instructions. I do have about 3 pieces left over and not sure what to do with them. I love stretching my back since I hurt it working in the garden.

product was scratched up box torn clips on one side of inversion bracket broke off during assembly other than that for now works good

The metal frame is hurting my back, it need some cushioning to lessen the pain even before inverting.

not compact enough for storage.. as you lay on it the middle bar digs into the middle of back. the product does work as it claims.

This is very uncomfortable...the brace bar does not have enough padding and it presses into my back when I invert, and it is highly uncomfortable...

Doesn't fit together well. Replace nylon stop-strap with steel chain. Good luck putting this together.Please read ALL the reviews, then toss out the 5 Star ones. Those have got to be 'plants' saying that stuff.

Husband got stuck upside down on it! Gave it to our SIL.

manual very difficult to read for assembly instructions, the 2 metal brackets with the round slotted two and half inch knobs which essentailly hold the entire weight of the person were bent by 5 degrees too much, had to use a racheting tie down strap to bring everything into alignment so the table would sit correctlyHave yet to finalize the assembly & try it out

I purchased this for my boyfriend, who has a lower back problem. He may have used it three times total, however the children and I love to get on it. The other day when I went to adjust the height the plastic nut holding the bar in broke so after less than six months we will not be able to use it anymore.

I had a bad experience with this table. Odor upon delivery was a big one, it smelled like a tire but the smell was STRONG.

could never get this thing to work

When I received the package and started to assemble, the pivot arms were bent and it is impossible to put together. Very unhappy.

It's too bad I didn't know about the health warnings ( glaucoma) until I bought this and read the instructions. I never put it together because I can't use it.

I'm going to have to return this item. I just tried to assemble it and putting the first pieces together but when I do, it's obvious that they don't reach each side of the main support. Not only that but when I try to put the silver pivot arms into one of the knobs, it's impossible to get them to fit. This thing is poorly made and I am on my way to return it

This product is so defective that it could cause serious injury or even death. The screws and bolts dont fit, nothing fits together properly -- must have been manufactured in china at the lowest standards.
