It works great, but the product description threw me off. The liquid cleaner has no use unless you have a supersonic cleaner.

We have an older model (red) that has worked for years. Bought the newer model as a gift. It broke after the first use. The seller, Quality Deals, will not accept return. They claim that return period has expired.

I bought this steam cleaner for my wife thinking that she could steam clean her diamond ring more efficiently. I had hoped it would help clean under and around the gem, especially in places where a brush or other cleaner would not reach. Well, it simply does not work. My wife tried it on 3-4 of her rings, pre soaking each ring in the solution that was included in the bundle. This steamer does NOT clean the ring any more than simply scrubbing it with brush and plain old jewelry cleaner. I am confused by all of the positive reviews on this product! There is no way this cleaner does a better job than 30 seconds with a brush. Don' t think for a second that this steamer will clean your rings like at the jewelry store, not even close. So here is where it gets good.... When I contacted the company that sold this item(QUALITY DEALS), they refused to refund my money! Their return policy is for UNOPENED, and UNUSED Items only. So, the fact that the cleaner does not work does not matter to this company. How am I supposed to see if the product works if I don't open it up and try it?! I purchase a TON of items from Amazon, and I have never dealt with a company that does not have some type of return policy in place for items that do not work! Run screaming from this steam cleaner, and especially this company: QUALITY DEALS. There is nothing "Quality" about this company or this product.
