The box was light to carry, well packaged and the contents were wrapped securely but easily unwrapped so that I could quickly install the drop crystals on my own. What a wonderful value with MAJOR impact. Great findDecember 16, 2015 Love it! I live in an apartment so my living room it's very grand but was missing a certain je ne sais quoi! Well this was it. Love it and the maintainance employees installed it within 30 mins. Don't forget to by candle bulbs. Enjoy! Great for the price and has a chic look to it. | Good luck finding the right bulbs!!!! Otherwise, it's beautiful, even not lit up...August 18, 2017 I love this, however..... trying to find the right light bulbs for it has proven to be more of a nightmare than every single DMV, dentist, and ob/gyn visit combined. Four StarsMarch 28, 2017 seemed little bigger in the photos but my wife likes the light and will need help installing. It was pretty, but it didnt work, had to send back.January 9, 2017 The light had an electrical short in it. The structure and build of the light is beautiful, but it did not work. | I LOVE this chandelierNovember 5, 2015 I LOVE this chandelier. It is in my home office, and I get lots of compliments on it. The light it emits is low, however, and I really needed more. Also, one of the lights does not work, which really irritates me because installation was laborious. Waiting to see if the seller is going to send a new one so I can swap it out. | Would give 0 stars if possible......January 29, 2016 Just like another viewer said, my chandelier came useless- the welding from the support ring that holds the drum piece on is completely broken..... I am outside of the return window ( thought keeping it in the box was the safest- what a joke), so now I am stuck with having to fix this on my own- not happy since we paid almost $200!
Also, when I opened the box, everything seemed fine until I looked further. As I started to unwrap the pieces, I noticed a lot of random crystals and the small metal pieces that hang the crystals scattered throughout- when I tried to figure out where they came from, I didn't see any missing crystals., but I'm really concerned since I also found small pieces of popcorn in the packaging- my guess is this was someone else's broken reject that they just sent on to me.... Truly disappointing, and shame on Amazon for allowing such poor quality manufacturing to ruin their name!
Make sure if you do end up going through with this purchase- CHECK IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING IT!!!!! That way you will know if you have an issue, and hopefully you can return it! Went to install it and discovered that all 4 welds that hold the frame to the main ring were broken. The metalwork is crap on this obviously Chinese work of art. I would say the packaging is fine and it probably would have broken installing it or even eventually just hanging there. The tack welds are so tiny and obviously stressed that they don't really have a chance. Of course this happens just outside the return timeframe. | | | | |
