These shoes came in an Asics box and are a true women's size 10. I have worn them about 5 times for about 3 hours playing at a time. There was no break in period. The fit and feel is great. The lateral support is great and I can stop and start easily. The soles do not stick to a wooden or tiled floor. They are also a great color combo! I would highly recommend.

I purchased this item for my daughter who is an avid volleyball player. This item is very true to size and gives good support while playing. The non-skid soles are a plus for all the gym floors! Made from quality materials. I would recommend this item for all volleyball athletes.

I love ASICS - I teach dance fitness and I have plantar fasciitis, so I insert my own insoles and the arch support is fine. I wanted to try the volleyball shoe because of all of the lateral movement that we do in our particular program, and I am pleased with the performance so far.

I have bought these the last two seasons for my high school daughter. She used exclusively for volleyball. She gave great feedback on fit and performance of the shoe. These offered a great value compared with other volleyball shoes and I would highly recommend.

I wear these shoes to play pickleball. They have good stability but are light and comfortable. My local sporting-goods store carries the Rocket by Asics, but they were more expensive and I didn't care for the color. Lower price and better color on Amazon? It's a slam!

My daughter LOVES these socks. Fit just like Nike Elites. I worried about the quality and was shocked when they arrived to see how well made they are. They haven't faded at all or knotted up. My daughter has probably worn them 25 times this volleyball season and they still look brand new. People compliment them all the time. I highly recommend them.

We bought these to replace a previous pair that we got that were too small (different brand). These fit great. And my niece said they don't slip during her games. Wet will definitely buy again when she needs a different size.

Love these knee pads for my daughter. Only with there was a way to make them never stink!

Knee pads are fine....my opinion is they run a little small, or maybe we should have ordered a larger size. Either way, these pads are fine, no complaints.

Daughter wanted a slimmer style kneepad for volleyball and she has really liked this set. Has held up to 4-5 days of volleyball a week for several months now, and still going strong.

My daughter has been wearing Nike kneepads for 3 years now since it is the only brand I am familiar of. I only noticed Mizuno from the volleyball club player wearing them. Apparently, it is the recommended brand of volleyball apparel. This is the first time I have bought anything of this brand.My 14-year old daughter is 5’7 in height, 118 lbs in weight and has a knee circumference of 13”. I bought the medium size of this knee-pad and it fit perfectly. It has ample padding (but bulkier than the Nike she had), which is really good. My daughter is not hesitant to dive when the situation calls for it. I had to remove/cut the white plastic tag though. It irritates her skin. I wish that, they will manufacture something that is tag-free. Other than that, my daughter is happy with this knee-pad.Now, I have to buy Mizuno shorts and shoes to compliment the knee-pads.

Great knee pads with great support. I recommend them to all my volleyball players and they have never complained about them and they have never bought replacements due to them becoming too stretched.Great pads, would recommend them to any volleyball player who likes to dive.Note: If you are considering if you should get knee pads, you SHOULD. I messed up my knees playing and wish I wore them despite that they didn't look "cool" when I was in highschool.

They are a little stiff and don't provide a lot of cushion. I bought them for just walking not serious volleyball

They were slightly painful untilI got used to them. I was looking for a shoe to cushion the impact of all the jumping required for outside hitting. These seem to do the job! Large improvement over the running shoes I was wearing previously.

These shoes look great and feel really good on my feet. They feel somewhat small though. I'd prefer mine being about a half size bigger. When I wore them and played 6 games of volleyball, my feet were fine at the end and I didn't feel any soreness. So, if you order your normal size you'll be fine, they just won't feel roomy. I think mine will stretch overtime.

Other reviews noted that these ran big. I usually wear either a 9.5 or a 10, so I got the 9.5. They are wearable but a tad snug. I am hoping they will give a bit with time and the price was great, so I kept them. I am happy enough with this shoe for volleyball -- good balance, feel secure in my footing.

My daughter loved them but she has a 10 shoe and thick calves so they were a bit tight and should have been a little higher.

My daughter was excited to receive these as a gift. They are very thick and durable. I've washed them about a dozen times since December and they haven't changed shape, pilled up or snagged. My only complaint is that they're shorter than I thought they would be.

These are fun socks for volleyball players. Clean and nice quality. It was bought was 9-10 year olds and they love the look and use of these socks. They get 4 stars because $15 are really expensive for a pair of socks. I would recommend buying one pair and seeing how you like it.

Fit smaller than I would've liked but good quality. Just too bad they probably won't fit my daughter by next volleyball season.

Took my measurements and it said I was a medium, they are a lot tighter than expected and kind of uncomfortable but it gets the job done. Next time I'll go for a large.

I bought a medium and I considered getting a small until reading other reviews. I suggest definitely sizing up because the medium turned out to be pretty tight but I'm assuming it will stretch out over time. Great product!

Used it for the Spartan Super Race this past weekend and it helped a lot when used during the obstacle where you have to crawl under the barbed wire. They run very tight so unless you have very skinny legs go with the large!

I've been playing volleyball for two years now on the high school level (both Junior Varsity and Varsity) and I thought it was time to upgrade my knee pads. my first pair were very thick and bulky which made them very uncomfortable so that made me want to get new ones that were thinner. I saw these and thought they were perfect! The shipping was quick and they look and feel like exactly what I wanted. The only negative thing is that they are a little tight. I ordered a medium, fearing that a large would be too big but I regret not ordering a size up! So when purchasing these, its best to ORDER A SIZE LARGER THAN YOU ACTUALLY ARE!I've been trying to stretch them out by putting them around jars that are pretty wide, and that seems to be helping. Overall these are great knee pads and after I stretch them out I am sure that I will love them!

I'm a volleyball coach and my own children were in need of new kneepads. I prefer the low profile type of knee pads. My girls love them. They fit great, do not slide down and give complete protection. They liked them so much I announced to my team that if and or when they are in need of new knee pads to buy these. I have placed a couple order for parents already. Great item and well priced. These are a must.

The LR6 is very comfortable to use and very easy to wear. It doesn't inhibit movement and doesn't limit range of versatility even during intense games. Unfortunately, although the compact size, there are sudden knee impacts that are not 100% protected. And after washing it for some time, the rubberized/gartered part doesn't keep it's shape making it loose. Because of this, there is a tendency to keep on pulling my kneepads up every now and then during the game, which shouldn't be, specially when focus on the game at hand should be on top of my attention. But all in all, the LR6 is 80% of what i have expected it to be. If only i have the budget to get both the MS1 and the LR6, i would buy them both, just to compare which model would suit be more. Kudos, though, to the forever-improving technology of Mizuno!

Big disappointment. I normally wear a 9.5 in all my Tennis shoes. But I use a women size 10 Asics kayano 21 for running, which I ordered bigger, because I wanted them wider and longer for.running...and they are true to size, ( somewhat big for me, since I am a 9.5) so I thought these volleyball shoes would have the same ssize.... But no, they really run small...sad... cause they look lovely.

I sure do like the look of these shoes, I forgot Asics run narrow. It's only something I comment on because I have to wear ankle braces on both ankle and it's a tight fit! Also the shoes are not as cushiony as I expected in the toe and heel region which is needed for all the jumping in volleyball.

I'm mixed on these. They are great court shoes, great shoes for the gym if you're not lifting, or using an elliptical or treadmill. They are NOT for long term standing or walking. Period. Especially if you have arches of any kind or plantar fasciitis. If you think you'll put an orthodic in these and call it good, put those delusions away unless you order up half a size. These fit snug for support on a court with a narrow toe box.

Bought these for my daughter and they fit as expected but she said after playing volleyball in them for a few hours the bottoms of her feet hurt. I would not buy these again because of this. She has not complained of having the issue with any other shoes while playing for a whole day so it is the shoes.

I ordered a whole size larger, which was a good thing because even the 9.5 was a little snug. No way could I wear them with thick socks. They also seem a little narrow; wish I'd ordered them in wide, even though I never wear wide-width shoes. I use the ASICS Rocket 7 shoes for indoor pickleball and they work well, allowing me to move back & forth and sideways to hit the ball. They work much better than the cross trainers I had been using. I think I would like them a lot more if they weren't so tight.

These run very small. Got them for my teenage daughter but they were too small so her little sister got them instead!

I bought these in size medium but they ended up being too small, for reference, I am 5'8", 135lbs, and my measurements said I was a medium. Definitely size up or you will be feeling squeezed. Re ordered a large and it fits pretty well.

Runs really small.

Good size for children. Instructions for sizing seem correct. Padding a little thicker than I expected but daughter said they are comfortable.

These kneepads fit snug, too snug for my volleyball player. I ordered a medium for my kid who is tall (64 inches), thin (105 lbs), and 12 years old. I returned them and did not opt to try a size large as I think those too would have fit snug. Despite the poor sizing, these are nice kneepads with good padding. I am not sure what age group these would fit, but I am sure they would work well for kids in the high single digits.

They are ok, but they rip easily. My daughter has had them for a short time, and she uses them only for games, and they are ripping already. She may have used them 5 or 6 times.

these hurt my feet. worn 2 times thats it. they have a large hump on the outer side of the foot that really bothers me. they make my feet ache. they will be donated to good will. no i don't recommend these.

I wish these ran to size. I always order 7.5 in Asic Gels.. not sure why these ones run small. I found this quite irritating because I got a good deal on them but had to return as there was no exchange option. So the price was up 20+ bucks.

Purchased this show along with a Mizuno Wave Bolt 5. Found the Mizuno to have better airflow and comfort. For the money this is still a good shoe.

The Asics symbol on the side was all plastic and not like other Asics shoes. I didn't like this feature. It made the shoes appear cheap. I returned them for a different pair.

Medium was too small and had to pay over $6 to return. Won't be ordering a bigger size since I had to pay to return. Disappointing to be a prime member and have to pay to return.

At first, these pads were awesome, great support and protection. However, after using them for a short time, the pads became distorted and flat. Almost as though the pads wouldn't "inflate" in certain spots. I just purchased an Asics brand, so I will see how they compare with those. For the price, I was hoping for a little better quality. Didn't last more than 1 season.

Run very small!

These are horrible shoes. When I first tried them on I thought they would work. But after playing in them for a week. The right one squeezed my foot in an odd way. Thought it was just part of the break in period, however it really never went away. On top of that after a few months they became all loose and sloppy like they where breaking down. I only wore them when I played. Horrible shoe, which is unfortunate because my last pair where ASICS and I loved them.

I have 4 pairs of asics all 5.5 in size and this one was too small sent the shoe back promptly and I am still waiting on my return

The shoes run small & when you go to return them (and you will), they expect you to pay for shipping! Really?!?! Every pair of shoes my daughter owns is a size 6 and a perfect fit. When we purchased a size 6 from All Volleyball Inc. via Amazon they came in way too tight.....Buyer beware!

One star because they were so huge, I couldn't form an opinion. I have many shoes of this brand, always the same size. These were about two sizes too large.

I was very excited initially about these socks. I bought them for my daughters middle school volleyball team. They look great but they do seem to fit smaller than normal. Already several of the socks have "holes" in them. The girls only wear them only for games so they should not already have holes. Very disappointing. Several of the girls are sad about their "team" socks. These socks were not cheap and I would expect that they should hold up for a few volleyball games. Won't be purchasing these again.

It has no coverage, poor quality, and the return policy gave me no time to return it back, and now I have a pair of kneepads that don't fit me.

I purchased these for my daughter for her school season, and despite washing (delicate cycle) in cold water & being hung to dry, they ripped after not much use. I bought a second pair (in December) for her to use for club season, which she wears for tournaments only (so far, two tournaments) and they, too, have a huge rip. We did not have the trouble with sizing that many others experienced. I have messaged Mizuno to express my disappointment.Update 2/9/15 - After sending photos of my daughter's knee pads & proof of purchase, Mizuno sent out two replacement pairs. Their customer service was great. Hopefully these knee pads will withstand regular use.
