Love my chandeliers. We have 4 of them in our bridal store. I do have to say they are very time consuming to put together and would highly recommend an electrician do all the wiring and install it! Our electrician was disappointed with the size of the connectors for wiring as too many wires and not large enough connection -- otherwise very happy. They look more expensive then the price paid.

We bought one of these for our dining room and loved it so much, we bought another one for our hallway. These look like $3000 chandeliers! Absolutely amazing quality and looks, much bigger than most in this price range. It was much easier to put together than I expected after reading mixed reviews about assembly. We were missing a couple of pieces on chandelier #2, but the Customer Service Department corrected this quickly by sending the new pieces same day. We could not be more pleased with this purchase, product and customer service!

I have bought many things on Amazon and this is the first time I am writing a review. I don't see what the big deal about putting it together was, watch the video on YouTube and it is done in less than two hours, max! It is actually nicer than I expected and my daughter is extremely happy to have it in her bedroom! Chandelier shades from Jubilee go amazing with this by the way and I found those on Amazon as well! One of the dishes came broken and I just contacted the seller… I will give an update as soon as I hear back

If you are looking for a beautiful, full chandelier---here it is!! This chandelier is even more beautiful than I imagined, receiving compliments constantly. In addition, I had an interior designer delivering rugs to my home, and he inquired as to where I purchased my chandelier stating he could visualize two (2) of these chandeliers over his long dining table!! You need to look no further!!

Very nice so far durable I have it for 2 months so far. The customer service is excellent they help you how much you want. And are doing everything to make you happy

Bought this for our remodel cuz the wife wanted something different. Contractor put it together but he reported nothing unusual in assembly. The 5 lights allow for ample lighting for our dining room. We've received multiple positive comments from people who've seen it. The light is fairly large, I would say beachball sized.

Beautiful, fairly simple to assemble with 2 people, perfect for my 12 ft foyer.

I was a little worried about ordering this chandelier. I found one I loved at ZGallerie for $500 and was sad that I couldn't get it. It had a beautiful glass orb hanging from it that I really loved. Whenever I find something in a store that I love but don't want to pay an arm and a leg for, I turn to Amazon. I followed the directions using the zip ties to put the rings together and it was very easy to put together. The chain was too short for the length I wanted my orb to hang. I really like the look of down-rods and decided to buy a down-rod instead of a longer chain. I looked online and they were all expensive. I went to Lowe's and all they sold were ceiling fan down-rods. I wanted a thin rod like the orb itself. I discovered a mini pendant light that came with an adjustable rod up to 69.57 inches. It was only $20 and perfect for my vaulted ceilings. For $20 I could justify buying it for parts! I drilled a hole in the bottom of the rod and hooked two large key rings through it so that I could attach the orb to it's new rod. I painted the key rings with some oil rubbed bronze paint I had on hand so that everything matched. My hubs used the canopy from the pendant so the the rod would connect easily and the wiring was just like any light. I also purchased a crystal off Amazon to bling up my chandelier. I tied it on with fishing line. I am so happy with my chandelier, I actually like it better than the $500 ZGallerie Orb. It is worth every penny, you will not be disappointed!

A little more difficult to assemble than we thought it would be, mainly because of number of wires that needed to go together. But once done it was beautiful. Replaced a true antique crystal chandelier with this one and we are happy with the choice.

The chandelier is beautiful. The printed directions and video you're directed to, are less than expected. The chain meant to suspend the chandelier, didn't fit inside the included ring used to secure the cover to the ceiling mount. Would I buy again at this price point, yes. But be aware.

This was a perfect light for the space except I has to epoxy the outer most ring to the rest as it was bigger than the rest and wouldn't stay in place.

I put this chandelier in our rustic farmhouse style home. I love it, but was worried about the quality of it while putting it together. The reason for docking it one star is the construction is cheap. It looks great when you have it up, but putting it together feels a little like a kids craft project. The materials seem flimsy and light. Once up (and with beautiful edison candelabra bulbs!), this looks fantastic, though!

A wonderful value priced chandelier. I like it more than I thought I might. Excellent enhancement to the foyer of our Mid-century Modern influenced home. Expect it to take time to assemble; took our pro installer nearly an hour. Seller was swift in delivery. Easy transaction.

We love this fixture. The perfect addition to our dining room. It is quite large but glad we didn't purchase anything smaller.

Extermely happy with the chandelier. I read all the reviews about needing high celilings. We have 8 feet celilings and love how the light looks installed. We added a dimmer and it's perfect above the dining room table. It took a little patience putting it together. I would recommend putting it together one day and installing the next. You can go wrong with the price. Most lighting I was looking at was priced much higher.

Gorgeous chandelier - was a pain for my electrician and I to assemble and parts of it weren't "fitted" appropriately, requiring a drill and screws and glue. But it's beautiful once assembled and as it hangs over my foyer, it doesn't need to be the "nicest" thing ever. It's also cheaper than similar fixtures.My own issue is I didn't realize until I got it that it doesn't hold standard light bulbs.I have no idea how I'll replace the light bulbs down the road seeing as it's 20' in the air but doesn't take CFLs.

The chandelier is beautiful. However the directions for assembly were awful. One page was included that didn't go into any detail. If you are not an accomplished DIYer it would be impossible we are very experience and it still took hours and a couple of tries to get the wiring right. The next day I received and email that was supposed to contain the link to Utube directions, they were for a lamp! When I called the customer service they were very nice and sent the correct link but it still was a very simplified video and with several steps omitted. For the price the chandelier is great. Just be warned you have to know who you are doing and it takes several hours to assemble. I

It comes in a lot of pieces. Not too hard to put together, but tedious. Quality and set up remind me of IKEA. There are pieces that screw into each other and some that fit into holes. Well, one piece didn't in the hole, the two bars don't even touch and it's frustrating (pictured). The price isn't too bad (if it all fit right) and the size and shape work well in our space. It looks great hanging up, but just wish it was made a little better.

Cheap, didnt work for me, reflected the beams all over the ceiling which we DIDNT want.

Had to put together and some of the fittings didn't stay together and had to use ties to hold together on outer rings otherwise looks good

This light looks similar to the RH light but much more affordable. However, when I tell you that it's a major PIA to put together....trust me. I bent one of the metal pieces trying to align it with the screw hole. I'm hoping that when we hang it tomorrow that it stays aligned as it's currently being held with the zip ties that they supply for you to use when assembling it. You definitely get what you pay for BUT once hung if it looks like the one from RH I'll be happy!I'll update with photos once we hang it.

It is really a pretty fixture, but the outer circle had notches to hold it in place but they don't. My husband had to put small zip ties to keep it in place.

Didn't go together as planed, A1 rods are to be cable tied until all A2 rods are installed the instructions do not state whether you cut them off at the end, looks tacky with them on but when I cut them off the 2 arms pull apart. I took off A1 and bent them slightly one bent at the hole but went on OK not to noticeable. The other issue was it states comes with 5 Vintage bulbs there were none, disappointing had to go and get some bulbs. Some off the rods were not in the plastic rappers, wasn't sure if it was opened but didnt seem to be. Saying that it does look great up but took off a couple of stars because of the above listed problems

If you want a brown chandelier you will love this. It really isn't bronze, its just brown. Like spray painted brown. Sadly, this must go back. It shouldn't be called "oil rubbed bronze" should be called "plain old brown" or simply "brown" or "spray painted brown".

Tedious assembly was aggravated by a missing screw and a piece that was stripped. The box arrived with a roach. I glued it together because of the missing parts and it's up, but it is flimsy. It looks like the picture. As long as no one touches or bumps it, we should be ok.

I love the fixtures but the description stated that the product came with the light bulbs but they are missing, also the packaging was damaged when delivered

The light is crooked (and no, it is not an assembly error). The bulbs that Amazon says people buy with it do not fit, and it is a pain to hang.

It looks much more substantial but in fact it is pretty flimsy.

Much larger than I expected.

Very low grade crystal. The threaded metal nipples on 2 of the 6 center lamps had defective threads on the lamp side and just fell out. Looked like somebody tried to glue them in after machining with the wrong thread. Gave up trying to work with customer service.

Broken

We received the chandelier yesterday, while assembling it:1. Some of the screws did not hold the bars together- which I had to pinch closed with pliers.2. The chain is long to where you can adjust the height easily.3. The bottom bars do not touch or stay closed so the shape is not spherical- more oblong.4. Also, it does not come with screws to hang on the ceiling.5. Overall, for the price it is what it is- probably more frustrating to return and disassemble at this point.

I bought this in anticipation of repairs that took 3 months' longer than anticipated. It's now too late to return it. The thing is HUGE. The description is accurate, but 27" is lots bigger than it seems, when it comes to light fixtures. I did measure the space, but grossly underestimated its impact.Lesson learned: unpack it right away. Also: don't buy light fixtures online.

Assembly is annoying!!!It took me a while and at the end one of the rods does not line up with opening that should hold it in place. therefore it does not have the desired orb look. So wish I did not buy this. Not sure if I will use it at all.

This item was shipped with, what I believe to be, some faulty wiring. I have installed this item and have it connected to a switch in my room and it is non-responsive. The wiring and installation was all very meticulous and done correctly. However, the product simply does not work. I would appreciate if someone could contact me regarding this issue.

Nothing but problems with this. First it didn't come with bulbs as it was advertised to. Amazon took care of us on that. Then after completely assembled (missing a screw also) and installed, I discovered one of the light sockets was damaged and would not light a bulb. I don't think there's any way to know this until after installing the unit. Amazon sent a second unit and it had similar issues. The new unit I was able to fix by bending the light socket tabs out more to better contact the bulb. The original unit the tab was missing.I didn't have any of the assembly issues others mentioned. It was really easy to assemble if you're decent with your hands. Overall now that it's all fixed and I bought new bulbs for it, it's very nice but it was a lot of headaches.

It was ok .. Some of the peices were bent and I had to bend them back they don't fit in right but I don't wanna send it back to much of a hassle
