| Reliable and simpleApril 17, 2017 Bare bones cleaner but it does the job well. Worked perfectly out of the box and still working after a lot of use. Does a great job with just hot tap water -- it's kinda fun to see the dirt fly off of jewelry and tools. Great value. I like the industrial look of it (better looking than the standard cheap looking plastic junk you mainly see). I also like the manual timer, can go all the way to 30mins. Although I only use in 10 min intervals. I chose the manual over digital for the classic look/feel.Only con/negative is it is loud. It's the lid that makes it loud- when it's off it's barely noticeable. I think if they had some sort of gasket on the lip of the lid, that would of solved that issue. Good tool for making liposomal C.June 25, 2016 I have tried to use it to make a batch of liposomal C and I am pleased with the result. The size is right: it could be easily taken in and out a frig.There should be a manual or instruction booklet in the box. There is only one timer knob to turn and I don't feel missing an operating manual.Cannot comment on its durability as I have owned it just a few days. | It works well but has a few other issues.February 15, 2016 I see other reviewers complain about the basket. Mine didn't have one but I put my cleaner and items in ziplock baggies for an easier cleanup so I don't miss it. There were directions with it but they were poorly translated nonsense. I'm deducting 2 stars because there is no way it is 1/3 gallon. I measured the liquid it holds and it is around 32 ounces. runs great, but water resevoir gets hotApril 3, 2015 Runs great (if loud), but I've found that the water in the reservoir heats up after about 20 minutes or so...running anything longer than 30 minutes will require replacement of that water, unless the items you're cleaning are not effected by heat. | | | | |

| Better in photographsOctober 15, 2017 Pretty much complete junk. Does not sit flat on counter top. Lid makes a horrendous noise when device is running. Appears to be made in someone's basement - fit and finish laughable. Instructions are very poorly translated - what year is this, anyway? Having said all that I do have to say that the device does work - I do have to wonder, though, for how long. Wish the product had been inspected better before being shipped out since it was a gift ...March 5, 2017 Item works as the description shows the only issue I have is that after opening the product we found that one of the rubber legs was missing so something will have to be made up to keep item level also noticed that there was some sort of screw loose on the inside when you pick the item up you hear something rattling around on the inside other then cosmetics issues it does work and removes rust really well on old drill bits about about 20-30 min of soaking inside the cleaner. Wish the product had been inspected better before being shipped out since it was a gift and will hate to have to take back a present and return it if the screw loose on inside does cause issues later on other wise would have given it a better review and ratting | | | | |
