Elementary school, junior middle school, senior middle school, and university. I just go through all the schools every night, and I remember the dreams vividly after I wake up. It's a lot like drinking sleepy time tea before bed, but it helps put you to sleep and keep you asleep after. Unlike some other sleep supplements, it doesn't cause me vivid, terrifying nightmares! Plus plus!! Definitely worth a try!July 4, 2017 My medical plan stopped paying for the sleeping pill I had been using so I looked for something more natural since I had to change anyway. I was surprised at how well "Sleep" by Nature Made has worked. Since one of its ingredients is Melatonin which smooths out the sleep cycle, I found it important to follow the instructions and take it approximately 1 hour before trying to go to sleep, and consistently going to bed at the same time. In the three months I've been using it, I've only had difficulty getting to sleep 2-3 nights. That's far less than with my old prescription sleeping pill. There is also no lethargic feeling the next day like other Over The Counter medications I've tried in the past.
