Just a little grog the next day due to the Melatonin but after some coffee you are good to go! Good product.December 2, 2016 I would recommend ultalife sleep aid pills to any having insomnia. I started experiencing insomnia last summer and would not fall asleep until2AM or 3AM. I first used Rx sleep aids, but they were no too effective. I tried other methods of combating my insomnia, but they were notsuccessful. Then I tried ULTALIFE sleep aid pills. I now get a good night sleep night after night. I no longer look at bedtime with dread. I just hope that it doesn't suddenly become unavailable on Amazon as have other products I've liked.November 17, 2016 I've tried several version of this kind of product and, so far, this is my preference. Fast shipping too. Feeling refreshed!January 18, 2016 I suffer from insomnia and often will only be able to get 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Upon receiving it, I was going through a rather difficult period and I started it right out of the box. I started taken it the first night after work. They worked rather quickly, taking about 30-45 minutes to kick in. I did notice that I felt as though I slept more that night than I had in a while. I was feeling pretty refreshed the next day once I started the pills.About a week in, I did notice being mildly more refreshed in the mornings though I had some pretty stressful work deadlines.I would recommend them to people having trouble falling asleep for sure!The folks at UltaLife were so eager to have me try their supplement that they offered me a discounted price in return for a review.The words and review are my own based on the product at hand and not the company's discount. | |
