Very good in my experience - I usually fall asleep within 15 minutes after taking it. Not extremely sedating though so if someone is looking for immediate sedation, it doesn't do it. You still need to be lying down in bed, ready for sleep after taking it. Not up and wild, expecting it to put you down - it won't. The thing I like it is that it doesn't cause hangover the next morning. Another thing is that you can safely double-up the dose if you need more sedation. Latter does make you slightly goofy when waking up. I get an entire night of great, deep slumber and wake up the next day ...March 8, 2016 I've tried a whole lot of sleep aids. | Worked great at first but not after a whileJuly 18, 2016 This worked excellent when I first tried it. I would easily give it 5 stars if it continued to work that well. After I got about halfway through the bottle my body must have built up a resistance or something because I see no noticeable difference now. I would recommend trying it but because everyone's body is different don't be disappointed if it doesn't work well for you. It may take some trial and error finding a good natural sleep aid. But I am beginning to improve my sleep patterns with just change of lifestyle.. and making a better effort to sleep on your own and what time to wake up and being careful with what I eat, turning off devices.
