Having read mixed reviews, I didn't expect this to be as cute as it is. I agree the hole is very small for a real birdhouse, but as a yard decoration it's just about perfect. And there are some tiny birds out there! The detailing was also very, very cute right down to the tiny rivets encircling it. My daughter-in-law recently received her great-grandfather's 1958 Airstream and we thought she'd like this for her birthday. She absolutely loves it and plans to take it on the road when they go. Even posted pictures of it on her Facebook page. It arrived in hard, molded Styrofoam packaging in excellent condition. And in the original packaging, survived another shipping to my daughter-in-law who lives in another state.I highly recommend this to anyone who has a 'bent' for silver Airstreams!

This exceeded my expectations when I saw it online. It does NOT go outside except on a covered porch where mine is. I have seen several small birds inspect it, but not enter it. They don't exactly turn their noses up at it, but for some reason not shared with me, they simply fly away.For me, it is colorful, well-decorated, accurate in detail. My family used to camp when I was a kid--tents, sleeping bags, etc. I would see these little trailers--usually with old people [of which I am one now] and I would say, "I'm gonna have one of those someday." Guess what? Now I HAVE one of those campers and it's a birdhouse. I LOVE IT!

The construction, price, design, and idea is great for this birdhouse. Unfortunately, I think I just bought it a little late into the bird season, so I never attracted a bird family and can't comment on how it works when there are actual birds living in it. I was nervous about the suction cups, but the hold really well! I like the "do not disturb" sign, very cute idea. I look forward to hanging this in my window again next baby bird season!

We don't have any birds living in ours yet, but it's still holding strong with the suction cups. It looks pretty nice on the window anyway though!

It took about a month but I finally have House Wrens nesting in my spy birdhouse. I love it!

My Boys Couldn't wait for this too come. They have it on there window. There is a bird that comes and goes but no eggs yet.

I think this is so adorable but it's too small to see the details when it's hanging. I have it attached to my fence rather than on a tree because it wouldn't show up on a tree with the branches, it would get lost. I wish they made them larger and charged more, it is sturdy and so darn cute, just too small to do it justice

This was a little smaller than I expected, but that's my fault. I should have paid attention to the dimensions. It is really cute and my mother-in-law loved it.

This is probably more of a decorative item than a functional one. It is a bit heavy, so you need a substantial branch or pole to hang this from. It is very cute, though.

There is no way to open up to clean out. The "wire" that hangs the birdhouse broke; recommend you replace with a sturdier wire. Otherwise it is cute and looks just like the picture.

Concept is cool, it got here on time. It’s not wood however, it’s plastic. Comes with a privacy screen & a two way sticker you can put on the see through part for extra privacy. Instructions weren’t too clear on that part, but you stick it on the slide in see through piece & cut to fit it. I’d suggest using it, although I don’t know how well it works. Also all reviews I’ve watched on YouTube state that it may be months before you get a bird in there. So patience is needed with this. Overall good item, excited to see if it works.

Excellent product, well packaged and thought out. Lost one star for flimsy plastic that it's made of but for the price, can't be beat.

this is a great bird house and i gave it to a guy with MS . he loves his bird house he wanted it for his window ,see he cant walk alot and he loves the birds, im hoping a bird family will move in as soon as spring gets here. I cant wait .

The birds don't accept it very easily. Not sure if it is too noisy where it was placed. Recommend putting it in a window that is quiet and dark if you want birds to nest inside this product. The suction cups work well. The birdhouse has been stable.

Just as cute as the picture illustrates, however, the hanger is completely undersized and the eye screws are super tiny and as soon as I hung it one of the screws slid out and the hole is stripped out. I would have given 5 stars, except A birdhouse that cannot be hung is not good.

This is a wonderful decoration for Airstream enthusiasts. I repainted mine to match the colors of my Caravelle and have placed it in a tree adjacent to where it's parke. It's a good thing the hole is so small birds can't use it because there's no clean-out. If a bird did manage to nest in it, I'd have to clean it out with tweezers. I gave it three stars because of its lack of utility.Here's the fix. The makers should increase its size and drill a hole in the bottom supplying a rubber cork with it so it could be cleaned out.

Loved this camper because I love to camp but the quality of this lil camper was lacking. The paint job was very sloppily done. Very disappointing. I would rather received it unpainted then i could have painted it myself and did a much better job.

This little 8" long birdhouse is a cartoonish rendition of the famous Airstream Bambi trailer, once seen frequently on our highways. In a word, it's cute! With colorful awnings on its little windows and signs attached (including one that says "Trailer for Sale or Rent" - remember Roger Miller's "King of the Road"?) - it's a funny item. Not perfect by any means, it has no cleaning opening except for shaking any waste out of the tiny bird entrance hole. The hanging wire is very flimsy, not to be trusted, even though the whole thing only weighs about a pound. It is easily replaced with picture hanging wire. No birds have yet taken up residence, but I've noticed a few flying around. It's only a matter of time. Meanwhile, it adds a bit of color to my back yard, justifying the modest price. A good value, worth a chuckle or two.

I give this a five just because it is cute.. My dad said howeve its not a house or a feed. So trying to get cute and funtional did'n't work out. Great idea thought has to be bigger for a house and not a feeder which is what I wanted to give as a gift and yes i did call and asked that quesition. It was listed as a feeder. I was told it was a feeder it isn't either, just cute.

I bought this last fall and we put it on a garden hook in our flower garden but unfortunately we never got any birds. We are campers and that is why I bought this particular one. It is very cute in our garden. The item says it is a bird feeder but it is really a birdhouse. See the peg hanging on the door for the birds to go in?

Great idea but we've had it up for a year and not a single bird has made this home. We did get an interesting looking spider in there for a while though!

Love the bird house but never got a single bird after months of having it up. I sent it over to my moms house where she has several birds eating in the day and they have non interest in it either.

Not optimistic...no interest yet. You get what you pay for, and this is cheap. The privacy screen options were pretty unimpressive and would still allow shadows. We will see!

Concept is great and we are still hopeful, but we rarely ever see a bird near it, and we have tons of birds.Doesn't infomercial hype.

Cool idea, but the birds aren't using it / liking it. Not sure why. Maybe because I have it about 16 feet off the ground, or maybe the location.

Seems like a very clever idea, but no birds after 5 months. I researched online about proper placement - away from heavily trafficked areas, high off the ground to provide security from predators, on a window that receives a lot of sunshine (especially morning sun), etc. - and I still have had nothing but a few bees that built a tiny cone and didn't return. I'm bummed :(

The opening in this birdhouse is extremely small! The only birds this will house will be hummingbirds. Two stars because of the looks, extremely cool looking!

Did not like all of the Styrofoam used in the packaging, and way too much tape...AND one side of the hanger came off....if it hadn't then, it looks like it would have very shortly, BOTH of them...not secure at all....wouldn't particularly recommend this product....Gemma

I had read that this birdhouse had a way to open up and clean out...it does not. Otherwise it is cute!

This is a poor quality piece of junk. Badly painted with runs and scratches all over it. Also this item arrived with a piece already broken on it. A huge mistake at nearly $15.00. A more reasonable price for the quality would be $5.00.Stay away from this one!

It's cute, colorful and does have a little perch for the birds, which is why I gave it 2 stars. But, there's no hole on the bottom to clean it out. :( It comes with very fine wire for hanging, which is anything but sturdy, but can be replaced with better wire. It's made in China. I will not buy from the company again.

Bird house did not come with all of the parts. You may also want to think of where it will be placed. Most residential windows have screens on the outside making it impossible to hang.

This is a great idea, may be because of user error but the house kept falling off our window. I gave up after the 3rd time and created my own support system. Still dont have any inhibitors however.

It just will not hold to the window I have hundreds of birds and none has shown an interest. Double pane windows prevent film from totally covering even if it would stay in one place. Not happy with this so far.

Pretty crappy. My sister and I both got one of these for our littles and neither one of us has had any success in acquiring a nesting bird. Also the mirrored film that is supposed to keep a bird from spotting you is useless and completely see thru.

1 year so far and no birds. We'll relocate for next season and see what we get. The stick on mirror film doesn't seem like it would block enough inside activity for birds to nest. In broad daylight, I can still see clearly into the house. I would think the birds will be too scared, but we will see.

While it's much smaller than I thought it would be it is very cute. The hole for the birds is way too small. It's more for decoration.

This birdhouse looked real cute but is not really functional. Birds can't perch on it to feed. If they manage to perch, they still can't reach the bulk of the bird feed within the feeder. I should have returned it.

This is definitely not the quality I expected. It's plastic and thin wire, and should be considered for decorative purposes only. If you expect to actually use it as a birdhouse, it would have to be a very small bird.

They opening is not big at all. The picture of the hole is not even close to actual size. Very disappointed but now I understand why other ones are so much pricier. I wouldn't even be able to clean it out.

The suction cups only deserve half their name. While they do resemble a cup in their shape, they lack any kind of suction. Hey, after typing that out, does it sound like any of your ex SO's? The two-way mirror (actually a flimsy sticker) does not really work, either.

Don't waste your money. It's an ordinary bird house with one side missing and a piece of tinted plastic to hang on your window. Birds NEVER moved into this house, yet the other five in our yard had no problem enticing the birds to move in.
