As a Licensed esthetician who recently started their own skin service, I must say that I am in love with the kendal 3 in 1 diamond. The clients rave about it.

It's well worth the investment and takes minutes out of your day. It takes about 2 weeks to see results. Watch YouTube videos first before using it so that you don't practice on your face and make BooBoo.

This is a professional grade machine that works perfectly.

I LOVE this machine. Let me just say that after reading reviews I was so nervous whether the suction would be strong enough but decided to give it a try anyway. This machine arrived unused and in perfect condition and was packaged well. The suction is incredible! For those who say it does not have strong enough suction, they may either be made of reptile skin or they do not have a good connection between the skin and the diamond heads, or maybe they did not screw the diamond head all the way on the handle. This at home microdermabrasion machine definitely will have enough suction for everyone. The claim of "professional" in the description of this product is on point! There is nothing amateur about this machine. I would suggest if you have never done microdermabrasion before or have not done it yourself to watch a youtube video of people showing you how to use one. There are so many helpful tutorials on youtube.

This machine has saved my face by the way. I am 32 and have always had perfect normal skin without any sensitivities. Suddenly 3 months ago I started breaking out for no reason! No stress, no change in diet or exercise. I was sensitive to everything and had seriously bad acne on my chin. I was getting a new zit or pimple on my chin every day, sometimes 2 every day. I would just wake up and suddenly have 2 very unwelcome solicitors on my chin in the morning. Not only this but my chin was covered in acne scars. I tried washing my face twice a day, salicylic acid treatments, apricot facial scrubs, clay masks, everything and the only thing that worked was the incorporation of using this machine twice a week, washing my face at night, and a natural acne oil from Forces of Nature in morning and night.

I spent hours of research on at home microdermabrasion machines. Let me save you the homework and tell you to just buy this machine. It is fantastic and I can't see my life without it.

nice product but it has a lot of moving parts with the directions its hard to figure out so I sent it back. the machine itself looks pretty well built not a flimsy machine. quality looked great just a little too difficult for me to figure out

I was excited to treat myself to this and then became intimidated once I got it. I stared it for a bit and then after watching a few you-tube videos I gave it a shot. It's great! For home use it comes with a ton of filters. Mine DID come with a manual, though videos were more helpful. I have not figured out what the glass tube things are for or how to use them. Once set up initially it's quick and easy to use. It's actually quite simple to set up but the lack of direction leaves you fearful you'll do something wrong and break it. My only REAL issue is that the place on top where you put the larger filter was on so tight that I ended up unscrewing the whole piece from the base and can't get it back in quite right. I eventually got the upper part off only to find it comes with a larger filter already in place. The suction is very good - start on low till you find what works best for you.

The machine came quickly. It was smaller than I expected? In the box, there was a book of information, but none of which pertained to this particular machine. There was even a peice of paper stuck in the box that said "Since SI-BM02 has the same machine structure, appearance, adn functions as NV-108 described in the manual. Please read pages 9-10 for its basic description and operation. The "manual" tells you what you received and a small diagram of the machine only. It never instructs you on how to set up which I had to spend over an hour trying to figure out myself and while it works very well- for the price I would expect set up instructions for the actual machine that I purchased. When purchased, I think the description said that it came with the spray solution- I got two empty bottles with no clue how to hook up or use.Using with 40% glycolic peels every 7 days and seeing great result!

Skin feels great after using. Definitely reduced pore size. A bit clunky.

I haven't been diligent in my usage but hope to start and soon. Suction power is pretty awesome!

Honestly not a bad product. Not as good as professional but works well enough for the price. Tips are not the best quality but again for the price not bad. Very light but large footprint. If this is the only thing in your price range go for it but if you can afford to spend more it might be worth it.

Received it yesterday and tried it out. Definantly works well, love all the different sized tips and replacement filters it came with. The only problem I had is that the on button is stuck pushed in. To turn it off and on I have to use the plug. Not worth it to me to pack it all back up and return and start over. Could see a difference in my skin in just one use. Can't wait to see the changes in 5-6 weeks!

the diamonds do their job but i didn't feel much vacuum or suction from the machine, I just feel I little bit disappointed it does works but it's not what I was expecting

Despite other poor review I searched far and wide and this seemed the best for derma and mister AT MY PRICE POINT. Clearly I should have waited till I had more money for a better machine :/The misters DON NOT SUCK UP WHAT YOU PUT INT THE BOTTLE. they just blow out air. Mine could be faulty BUT the design looks to my husband and adult kids to have no possible way to disperse they liquid in the bottle... so that makes me wounder about the other reviewers, and how the mister worked for them ~ curious.The tips, will they get the job done well enough but certainly not Spa AND NO WAY med grade.at max the sucking is pathetic and I saw the you tube video they posted ~ NO the suction is not that strong.so for the money yea its a deal... if it lasts more than 7 sessions cuz thats about the equivalent of 2 or 3 spa derma sessions with better diamond tips.Would I have bought it knowing hat I now know ~ YEA I WOULD :)doing my own at home and focusing on the areas I WANT focused on and saving the cash... WORTH IT.

I'm sure this is a good machine, but I found it pulled my skin too much, even at lower settings. I'm sure if you perfect the technique your skin would not pull os much, but I don't have that much time to dedicate to it, and the last thing I want to do is stretch my aging skin on a weekly basis. Also I had some breakouts after using it, so I returned it. I've had better and quicker results using high grade microdermabrasion crystals, and blending them into my cleanser, much gentler approach and good for people short on time.

Very LARGE, so it's a pain to store away and too ugly to leave on counter. I've done it on my hands and noticed a improvement . Next is my face . We'll see how it goes

Purchased this item and it arrived at my front door in less than a week! it was very easy to assemble and clean. I used it right away and quickly learned that I need to practice! My face looked ridiculous after words. I looked like a cat attacked my face and it remained like that, plus red, inflamed and swollen, for about a week. But once it subsided my skin did look brighter and smoother. I will watch more youtube videos and will try again in a few days. Hoping to do a better job the next time!

I think it works like it should,there's no directions and even tho I'm a licensed professional in the industry, there should be a manual,at least.GOOD LUCK,and I recommend if you are not licensed to AT LEAST utube it.or you could RISK SERIoUS damage.

Suction is not strong compared to the microderm system that was in the med-spa Where I previously worked, however for a home system and someone without another professional system to compare it against the suction would be considered strong and actually works but you have to move the wand very slowly across your face to achieve a good exfoliation, but the wands are terrible. Where I worked, we used the diamondtone Altair system. I actually ended up splurging on a wand from the Altair system and currently use it with this system.

With the wand from a different system, and weekly to a week and half exfoliations I can definitely see a difference in my acne, my sun spots, and the overall general appearance of my skin. It is smoother and has a nice healthy glow. I do also use a beauty control acid pad and obagi products to help with the sun spots. So for a home system (with a better wand) this gets the job done for a decent price considering this price would only buy you a few microderms at a med-spa.

I've had this for a couple of months and I admit I don't change the filters regularly and I haven't had any issues, yet, knock on wood. :)

Suction is poor!! Maximum is 5 Hg and that is less than what is recommended for sensitive skin. What a waste of money.

Update: In order to improve the suction, I added 2 rings inside the diamond tip. The maximum increased to 20.

Came broken for the first time. I replaced it. After my fourth use I can't see any improvements on my skin

As an Aesthetician who is used to using the New Apeel Diamond Tome Microdermabrasion machine, this one is terrible in comparison.

It may or may not be good. Instructions did NOT cover my model and I have no idea how to hook up what looks like brushes. The info that came with it was of no help. I have never used one before.

Too large for available amount of suction

The suction power of this machine was not at all what I expected from this product. There were also missing parts (the 3 glass ventouse for vacuum) so I simply returned this product.

disappointed no instructuions ! there are no power to the machine the highest power is the lowest you can get! so Im returning the item.

I was so excited to receive this machine based off of the reviews and the price. It was shipped in a week which was nice but once I figured out how to put the machine together, (which took forever since the information provided, had nothing to do with this particular machine) I was very very disappointed. The suction on the machine is terrible. The highest notch, should typically be the lowest. I've used diamond tip before and they are usually rough to the touch. These tips. Were far from. Even with pressure added, I didn't see anything or feel anything happening. Not a happy camper.

I just brought this 2 days ago, and I just receive it yesterday... I was so excited and I can't wait to used it.when I open it up from the box and assemble the accessories,I try it first to the elbow... I don't even feel any vacuum or suction from the machine even I put it on a max level....Then I check the hose and everything still the same nothing is just a piece of a junk,... So I just pack it and put everything on the box.Now I'm going to return it ,my money doesn't worth with this piece of a crap machine.

I was so excitied about this purchase. Wanted to try it before a wedding that I was to attend.Instructions are poor although it was suggested I find a u-tube instruction video which I did and it was very helpful. Dont understand why instructions which came with this machine are not clear or user friendly.I followed instructions purposfully and still the suction was very poor. I was very disappointed in this product.

I would love to review the product, but it never worked. I attached the hose and end piece as instructed,plugged it in, flipped the switch and nothing. There is a disclaimer saying it may take a while to warm up because of a rubber flap or something, but I left it for 30 minutes and nothing. I am sorely disappointed and will be returning.

Did not worked. Pressure really low. I returned it a werk ago and I havent heard from the seller.

I think the machine was bought by someone else because diamond tips were used. So disappointed and will return it back asap.

Device had been used. There were dirty filters inside the machine.

Once I opened the product I could see it had been used by someone else and returned. There is very little suction. I would like the manufacturer to contact me so I can return the,product at no shipping cost.
