Great to keep food from sticking to cookie sheets and to keep cookie sheets clean
July 31, 2017
These mats are fantastic. We use them on top of cookie sheets anytime we bake anything. You don't need to grease the cookie sheet with these, and any sticky residue comes off of the mats easily. We use them for everything we bake: cookies, fish, roasted vegetables, chicken, etc.The main downside to them is that they stain easily. Ours are a strange color now, and they don't look very nice. But they're so useful that I don't care how they look.Pros:-Make cleaning cookie sheets so much easier-Don't need to grease cookie sheets-easily fits in dishwasherCons:-They Stain easily-Supposedly if they get cut you have to throw them away because they could leach bad things onto your food
BAKING QUEEN LOVES THESE
January 24, 2017
OMG I love these silicone baking mats, they are fantastic. I have used them for potatoes, fish, roast, cookies and they clean up with soap and water like a dream. They are so great to keep your cookie sheets clean but also bake with no spray or oil, everything just comes right off. I would purchase from this company again. Buy with confidence, you will love these mats and there are 2 in the package, which is a bonus when you are having to use 2 cookie sheets at the same time.
These are magical!

I don't know about you but I HATE scrapping and soaking my pans. Most of the time I just cook things on tinfoil so that I don't have to scrap a pan afterwords, that is until I found these Non-Stick baking mats. WHERE INTHE WORLD HAVE THESE BEEN ALL MY LIFE? I stumbled upon them by chance through a youtube video I was watching, a girl was making homemade fruit rolls ups with these mats and I was astounded that they just peeled right off. Right then and there I got on Amazon to find these babies, and even more astonishing was that I could get two of these miracle sheets for just over $10. I ordered mine right then and there. I used them right away. I made homemade fruit roll ups and couldn't believe that they just peeled off the mat (after 7 hrs in the oven). I also made homemade chocolates, and cheesy chicken, and NOTHING STUCK. HOLY COW! I don't have enough good things to say about these. The ONLY downside to these things is that you have to store them somewhere without anything on top of them. I find this a bit difficult, because I have a microscopic kitchen with almost no storage space (but this isn't the mats fault). Definitely read the directions before using. Do NOT cut on them, do not fold them, and do not store things on top of them. I highly recommend making your life just a little easier and buying these magic mats.
Chef approved. Comparable to french made 'Silpat'.
April 18, 2016
Chef and avid baker approved! I also have two of the professional kitchen grade "Silpat" brand that is made in France and highly respected in the industry, and these perform equally as well as thise. If used as intended, its non-stick properties will be 100% effective at every use.A couple tips for these mats to last a lifetime:- Lay flat and don't place anything rough or sharp below or on top of them- Do not cut on these mats after items come out the oven- Hand wash in kitchen sink, rather than dishwasher
Longevity and quality
January 16, 2016
PROS:- The Mats are very easy as well as straight-forward in regards to using the item.- I have never had to grease the baking pan since i've bought these guys.- Have been using these mats since August 2015, and they're still working fine to this day.- Everything is cooked evenly and minimal flipping is needed even if the instructions include flipping the food mid-cook.- There are not one, but two mats included with this package.CONS:- Cleaning has to be done very carefully, by hand or a really soft sponge. This is so this doesn't damage the silicon, but its worth it to keep the product working in tip top condition.TIPS:- Need to have the proper measurement baking sheet in order to have an even cook.SUMMARY:I have been using these sheets for so many assortments of foods. I have baked cookies on these mats. I have cooked fish on these mats as well as vegetables at the same time. I've made countless dinners as well as snacks and breakfast. There is no end to the use of these very useful mats. And the wear and tear on these guys are almost, if not, non-existent. If these mats get dirty, its simple as taking them to the sink and giving them a hand-wash in the sink. So scrubbing them with rough materials supposedly removes the non-stick aspect of them, and I do not want to test it out, so I will continue hand washing. Overall its a good product and saves me from greasing a baking sheet of any kind! And lastly make sure to get a baking sheet that fits it properly, because the food doesn't cook properly if the mat is at an angle. An oversized baking sheet will work as well.
Perfect!!

Silicone is where it's at, you guys! If you're a health conscious person like me! It's a great non-toxic alternative to using metal baking sheets!!I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to buy these - I had them in my wish list for too long. I'd been using parchment paper for every single baking experience where I didn't use glass bakeware, and what a waste of money that was - plus, it just creates more trash, which isn't good for the environment! You'll find me happily baking my grain free goodies almost daily now. I'm so happy with these mats that I can't wait to buy more for myself AND for a giveaway on my site! :) :)

So far; so good.
August 19, 2017
This was a curiosity purchase. I have the pots and have been happy with them. They have been used for light weight baking and I have not seen them warp as others have mentioned.

These can be scratched. Just like their pots so do have the right utensils when working with them.

So far I am happy.
Great baking set
April 13, 2017
Great baking set! Bought for Christmas and have used the bread pan, brownie pan, muffin pan and cookie sheet almost weekly since. The cake pans are too small for my use, but would be nice for a petite little cake. Love the Calphalon quality. It really is good for the price and the pans tend to last for years.
Good set
March 19, 2017
So far so good, I'm starting to cook alot more. I needed someone I could use and not have to purchase again after a year. So far so good. I have used multiple times. Easy to clean, nothing sticks, works great in the dishwasher.

Great cooling racks
June 23, 2017
I've been needing these for so long. They are great, works well for fried chicken, French fries and all kinds of other things. I like my food crispy so these are a must have. They seem like a non stick surface, they're the perfect size.
Oven safe!!
May 3, 2017
I bought this for the oven and for cooling items. So far I have tested this for 50 mins in the oven at 400 degrees, I was cooking pig skins. It was easy to clean none of the nonstick coating came off, now my kitchen was smoky but when your cooking pig skins the grease melts off and creates smoke plus I spilled some of the grease in the stove. Will try oven fried chicken and french fries next.
Love the non-stick coating so they won't rust or tarnish!
April 29, 2017
These are simple yet effective baking racks that come in a 2 pack, dimensions as described 10X16 inches. The thing I love about them is that they are coated in a black Nonstick texture that won't tarnish or rust like the baking rack I am replacing! They sit fairly low to the counter, which isn't a problem or anything just more of an FYI. Perfect for what I need them for and easy to store!

March 22, 2017
These are perfect. The only wire cooling racks I had were the ones without the cross bars so cookies would fall through and they were flimsy. These are sturdy and have the perfect sized openings. I also like that they are coated so no rusting.
I think they're great
October 23, 2016
These are very nice while being inexpensive. As someone who has always had to create makeshift cooling racks, this was a pleasant oddity. Made cooling and decorating doughnuts a breeze. I noted in other reviews that these are rusting problems, so I've been careful to simply wipe them down with a cloth and then thoroughly dry- has worked fine so far. I'm also very happy to note that they fit well over pans and baking dishes, which makes cleaning up much simple afterwards
After seeing them, I ordered a second set!
April 4, 2015
I am not using it for cooling my baked goods. I'm using it to air out my cold-process soap, so that it will cure faster. For that purpose, these racks are great. They fit in my drawer perfectly and because they are cross-hatched, I don't get weird indentations in my soap bars. I'd imagine the opinion would be the same for people cooling cookies or other goods that don't cool in a pan. Instead of seeing the cookie sink between a single bar rack, I know the cookie would be kept level and cool more evenly, as well. Price-wise, this is a great rack and does all it says it will. In fact, I ordered my second set today!

Ya Gotta Have 'Em!
September 7, 2017
I previously owned this set. I had them for quite a few years (5 or 6). I was pretty rough on them, and they finally gave out. These spatulas have a great shape/feel in your hands, and work wonders! My favorite is the spatula that is slightly scoop shaped. Boy, does that make it easy to scrape batter and other things out of a bowl. Plus, it's heavy duty and can scoop out heavier things without the fear of bending or breaking the spatula. The little one is wonderful for getting the last bit of whatever is left in a jar. And since they are silicone, I'm not worried about accidentally burning one while making candies. And, the molten sugar/batter/whatever is on the spatula just slides right offI love to bake, and recommend Wilton products all the time!
Great spatula set, and you'll likely not need another!
July 22, 2017
I bought these spatulas because I needed to replace a couple of old ones that I'd had, and these have not let me down. The "spoon" head is great for scooping, and the handles are made well and are sturdy. The heads can come off for easy cleaning and since they're silicone, they are flexible, though not so much so that they lose their shape and/or make it impossible to scrape the sides of bowls etc.Basically, with this set having the three different sizes in it, you shouldn't really need another.

This set was a fantastic decision.I was a little wary based on the price but they've been wonderful so far. I've made 3 cakes, some batches of brownies, cookies and pizza crust dough with them already and they've held up well. They are sturdy and strong, and very easy to grip. They hug the sides of the bowls, making it easy to scrape the sides and get the last bit of batter. I have also found them very easy to clean. They fit easily in the drawer. My package came on time and was packaged nicely in plastic.Absolutely no complaints about this product and I definitely love the brand.

October 29, 2015
After I melted an old spatula (that apparently wasn't heat-proof) into a batch of scrambled eggs, I decided to purchase these spatulas to help with out the next time I had an ovo-craving. They, of course, held up great in a frying pan (they are rated to 500 degrees), what I love so much about these spatulas so much is how good they are at getting every last morsel of food out of the pot or pan. The design creates a great seal between the spatula and the cooking surface, so when I am emptying pots full of things like polenta or a bolognese I am much more successful at getting food onto the plate. The largest spatula in the set is also almost spoon-shaped, which makes serving thicker mixtures so much easier. The spatulas have a nice heft to them, and though the heads are removable, the seal is still very tight (which I like -- less chance of food getting lodged in there). The color isn't my favorite, but hey, for a product that works as well this, I don'y care what it looks like. Absolutely awesome spatulas.
Great guy, size for everything!
January 24, 2015
I had a cheapo "spoonula" with a plastic handle that I used for a long time. The head slid off the handle pretty effortlessly and often got stuck when I was stirring thicker dishes like homemade mashed potatoes. Finally the plastic handle broke and I immediately hopped on amazon to order a new one. I use my Kitchen Aid brand rubber spatula the most with a wooden handle. This Wilton set had the most reviews and I liked the fact that the blue color matched the glass subway tile in my kitchen :) I also liked the fact that we got 3 different sizes, which I often found myself musing about when scraping out smaller cans like tomato paste or even cream of _______ soups in which the standard sized spatulas were often too big to easily scrape the soup out of the bottom or off the walls of the can. This set has a spatula size for every need. The heads and handles are durable thus far with daily use, as well as running through the dishwasher. Great buy!
Real adults use spatulas; better than a spoon
January 20, 2015
This is my first set of spatulas. Until buying these, I just used spoons. I still use spoons much of the time, but owning spatulas makes me feel like a real adult who is actually cooking. I've been using these sporadically for about 6 months. I love the big scooping spatula. It is a lot like the spoons I'm so used to using. Spatulas definitely scrape a lot better though. And this blue/clear Wilton set is MUCH prettier. I throw them in the dishwasher when I am done using them, and I have had no problems yet. The handles feel thick and sturdy, so I'm surprised that some reviewers have said that they broke. However, since the reviews stating that are older, I'm hoping mine hold up. I plan to update if they don't.

Mats may or may not always be perfect, company has AWESOME customer service and makes other great things.
January 8, 2017
Terrible item, I made the mistake of not using these for several years after buying because they came too late for the original use. I finally used them, and they smoke like crazy. What the hell?! How is this a useful item if it SMOKES AT 350 DEGREES F????Wish I'd read the reviews. Waste of money.Update: While I cannot speak to the current mats on the market, I can say that the company who makes them absolutely made it right with me, what incredible customer service. I'll buy from them again, seriously. Heck, I may try the pads again (knowing what could happen), cuz they definitely gave back more than I originally spent, and weirdly enough I needed EXACTLY what they sent me (I'm currently in the middle of a move, everything's everywhere but where it should be). What they sent me would have been worth buying, very nice.Thank you Artisan!P.S. The mats make very pretty and tidy placemats.
Best For Baking Cookies...
December 5, 2016
I love these baking sheets and use them while baking often. I currently own three sets of 2, along with 6 cookie sheets, and I use them for cookies more than anything else. They help keep my baked goods from sticking to the sheet and making removing them with a spatula a breeze. I have used them for other things, but find that if you use them for anything greasy they are much harder to clean than when just using them for cookies (chicken and other meats in particular tend to discolor them and leave a nasty film that can be difficult to remove). Aside from that, I have no complaints; I did notice some people have complained about them smelling, but I have not had a problem with that myself.
Artisan Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat - 2 Pack Review
June 9, 2016
Artisan Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat - 2 Pack ReviewI got these when my failed Macaroon baking sheet didn't happen. I am super happy with these They work awesome and so far nothing has stuck to them. Cookies come out nice, i use a air bake pan under them, and anything else i have put on them works wonders. They are a must have for anyone doing baking.Pro’s• Nothing sticks• Easy to clean• Come in a 2 pack, so that's niceCon’s• Hard to store, they don't keep rolled up well so i have had to improvise• Dust and things stick to them, i usually wipe them down right before I use themConclusionThese are another must have for any baker or aspiring baker. They help with clean up and work well for cooking just about anything. just remember not to cut on them.
Great product, highly recommended!
February 23, 2016
I'd like to start off by saying that I dont bake much - mainly stuff that comes frozen. However, I was looking for an alternative to using aluminum foil for everything. I took a chance and bought these. I am not disappointed. They work great. I have baked a variety of things that normally even stick to foil, but have not found a single thing that sticks to these. They fit really well on standard size baking pans. They clean really easily and I have not had a single functional issue with them since I bought them.So why 4 stars? I noticed that once you use them, you can see the outline of things you've baked on them - even after they've been washed. I made frozen cookies on them as a test run when I first got them and you can still see the circles where they sat. This has since been covered with other shapes and sizes, but it still is strange that it happened. They work great, but its strange to me that food imprints their shape on them - even if you follow the directions closely.I highly recommend these to anyone who wants an easy cleanup to their baking projects.
Great for induction cooktops care!
February 9, 2016
Item: Artisan Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat | Ships from and sold by Amazon.com.It works very well for the purpose I've bought it.I use it to protect my induction cooktop while cooking, by placing it over the cooktop.Has been working very well by now, other attempts using mat without "Fiberglass Mesh" has been a complete fail.Look for this "Fiberglass Mesh" when buying, not all mats have it.4 out of 5 because I didn't use it to bake, yet.
Very useful
April 3, 2015
I bought these for two purposes; baking and chocolate making. I think it was absolutely worth the cost, however, one of my mats is already a little damaged after just a month or so. More on that later. For baking, I've used these for everything from chicken to asparagus to chocolate chip cookies and they have held up really well. Nothing really sticks to the surface, the only exception I can think of is the breading I used for my chicken one time. It did take a little bit of scrubbing to get that out, but once I did, it was like new. We use the oven to roast veggies pretty much every night, so this has really saved us a lot of aluminum foil, which is what we normally use on top of the cookie sheets. From experience, I would suggest you make sure these will fit your cookie sheets, because they are just a tad too big for mine. Mine are 10" x 15" and the sides of these mats stick fold up a little bit when I put them in the cookie sheets.Great also for chocolate making. I made peanut butter cups on them last time and although there wasn't much of a mess, any chocolate that did drip onto the mat came off easily. As I mentioned before, one of my mats is already damaged. The edge is bent and there's a little bit of fraying around where the crease starts from one side. I believe this may have happened when my boyfriend put this in the dishwasher, so please try to avoid doing that. It's fairly easy to just hand wash these mats.

So far so good
December 27, 2013
I read a fair amount of negative reviews on this item and the warping of the cookware, however i have not had that issue yet or the rusting issue either. For the price i have to say i am satisfied with the quality of the pans. Its not top of the line naturally, but if you want that then expect to pay three times as much otherwise for the value of these pans you cannot go wrong. They feel pretty sturdy and strong to me. I have not used the bread or muffin pan yet, but i have used the other ones multiple times already.

Value = Excellent
Price per piece =Excellent
ratio of quality to price = Excellent
Quality of items without price in mind = OK
Forget the celebrity chef bakeware...get what you need
December 12, 2013
Very high quality at an affordable price. The coating is well-done and the pans all have a satisfying weight (for bakeware, mass means better heat retention and distribution). My only complaint would be that this set should have 2 bread pans and 2 muffin pans. Highly recommended.

Directions for use: Bake your cookies. Take them from the oven. Cool them on these trays.
April 13, 2017
Great for cooling muffins, scones, and other baked goods. They dip a little in the middle, but there's still enough clearance to air cool your treats. That's what they do. Nothing else. If you're looking for something other than a non-stick rack to cool your baked goods after they've been removed from the oven ... look elsewhere.
it's good. Not flimsy
January 10, 2017
For what it is, a cooling rack, it's good. Not flimsy, but not really sturdy - you don't really need sturdy for cookies or other baked goodies. Just used both last night baking a batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies - each easily fits a dozen and you could possible squeeze on there 15 regular sized cookies on there. Could easily do a 9 inch circular cake on each. The nonstick coating makes cleaning a breeze. The reason I am only giving it 4 stars is that one seems to have an ever so slight dip in the middle - like I said, not the most sturdy in build, but that doesn't prevent it from cooling a batch of cookies.
Functional and light, albeit a bit easy to bend
July 9, 2016
These wire racks are great! They're light, easy to stack and store, and easy to clean because of they're nonstick coatings. I use them for baking all the time. They are durable and I haven't had any issues with the nonstick coating peeling off, and I am sure these will last quite some time. The only drawback I've found to them so far is that the wires in the frame are a bit thin and it's easy for them to bend. As such, it's only been a month or so since I got them and they're bowing inwards slightly. I can bend them back but they don't always stay that way and I do not want to break them. It hasn't caused any problems, but it can be a bit tricky if it makes things like muffins fall over sometimes.
Good but could be better
January 8, 2016
I like these racks, as they're very affordable and nonstick. Although it's kind of a nuisance to hand-wash them - I'm afraid to wash them in the dishwasher based on others' reviews. Also, while not a huge downfall to the product, they're not super sturdy. I stacked a heavy pan on top of one rack once, and now the middle of the rack is "sinking" a little. But since they're meant for cakes and cookies and other lightweight items, this shouldn't be a problem. Just be mindful of what you stack on them!
Fine so far
September 26, 2015
So far, so good.PROS: cheaper than any seen in a store; more surface area than a comparable, more expensive set; tight weave so baked goods don't fall through cracks; non-stickCONS: lighter than other cooling racks I've used, so it feels cheap (but it still does the job); non-stick coating requires hand-washing and drying, no dishwasher, unfortunately.I am aware of the *rust* issue, so I will update this review if that happens, taking care of the non-stick surface by hand washing and drying. No update since 9/2015 means they have held up so far.
Great for cooling, but how do you wash it?
March 20, 2013
Never having had a cooling rack before, I wasn't prepared for the task of cleaning it afterward. All those fiddly little wire squares are a hassle to clean in a sink; and I don't have a dishwasher. Even with the great coating on the wires, it is still a chore requiring infinite patience. However, other than that, the rack is plenty heavy enough to take whatever I have thrown at it so far. I am pleased with it, outside of the work I have to do cleaning it. I think I will be using a lot of paper towels, or even aluminium foil to cut my work load, even if it does lengthen colling time.

Oh ... almost so, so perfect!!
July 23, 2017
The prob is that they are so ... I don't know ... sticky? When I wipe down goopy stuff in my stainless mixing bowls ... like quacamole ... or meat loaf guts ... the spatulas screech to a halt! They meld to the bowl surface so perfectly that even slippy, oily mixes curl up over the spatulas, so I drag them burping and skipping till I fling them into the sink and grab a whisk! Oh, my my purple face! I love perfect things but these are just too, too perfect!!
Still new?
February 12, 2017
I have finally had the chance to use all three of these Silicone spatulas and they are actually not bad. I would not recommend them for heavier batters since the top spooning portion bends, but for lighter ones they are perfect for. The top spatula portion can be removed making it easier to clean in case it gets dirty inside. I have been using them every week and they still look like they are brand NEW!
They're almost perfect. Missed it by just an inch.
August 31, 2016
They get 4 stars but before you move on to another product let me explain why. I have only one single issue with these and for some it may not even be an issue. The handle comes out of the rubber end. That is likely by design for cleaning. I have not had then slip out while using them. In fact, I only discovered it when cleaning them. Why I don't like it is because some food, particularly oil, can get in there and now I feel like I have to pull the handle out every time I wash it to make sure it's clean and no bacteria will grow. All that said, I now have 3 sets of these (We do large meals weekly for a community of about 30). Why? Because everything else about them is great. I like the handle and the way if feels in the hand and I particularly like the rubber end's because they are just the right stiffness. I've gone through lots of spatula's over the years and it's hard to find just the right softness/hardness combination. These would easily be a 5 star item if they handles were not removable. But alas, it's not a perfect world so for now I'll keep getting these.
handy blue silicone scrapers
April 2, 2016
I have been using these for over one year. They seem to be holding up good. They are probably not top notch quality but are serving the purpose for me.They are easy to wash and are nice to use. I have not had any issues with them breaking as some have had. I like the color blue, it goes with my kitchen.I have used them for scraping out bowls from making cookies, stuffing mix, pancakes and waffles. I have used these to clean out the pot from spaghetti sauce, I always make sure that nothing goes into my sink with left over food.I will probably purchase again if I find them on another lightening round, that is how I got these. I would recommend these to anyone looking for some that are not bad quality or needs a second set (never can have to many).
Some Durability Issues Due to Dishwasher; but Excellent and Inexpensive Option
February 23, 2015
Honestly, for how inexpensive these spatulas are, they are well-worth the money. Unfortunately though, I have started to notice that the dishwasher is having some adverse effects on the plastic part of the shaft that connects to the rubber 'spatula' part. The shaft is showing signs of stress (small cracks and rigidity). Mind you, this hasn't affected the functionality of she spatula, but it leads me to believe that it will probably break in the near future. I have only had these spatulas for about 6 months now, so that kind of bums-me-out.My recommendation would be to try and wash these by hand when you can. This is what I have started doing to (hopefully) prolong the life of them. Overall, they are really good spatulas, but I had to deduct one star due to how quickly the dishwasher is wearing at them. Other than that, the rubber heads work really well, and I haven't noticed any of them 'splitting'. They are relatively comfortable to use, extremely light, and aesthetically look nice.I think their biggest advantage is the price though. I wouldn't pay any more for these; but priced as-is, I think they are fair.
Good spatulas but plastic handles will melt & then break
June 10, 2012
I got this set of spatulas about 9 months ago. They worked well and were a great price. Fairly stain resistant although I used the smallest one cooking something with Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and that stained it for a while, eventually the stain faded. While the heads are silicone, the handles are plastic, and will melt if you leave them resting against a pan - which is something I do occasionally when I've got a lot of things on the stove. As a result, the spoon spatula just broke right at the spot where the plastic had melted a bit, which was also the thinnest part of the handle. So, these are great spatulas if you're always good about using a spoon rest and not letting the plastic melt at all, but if you're like me, you might want to invest in something all silicone so you don't end up with a melted spot and broken handles. I won't be buying this set again, but hopefully the other two spatulas will last a little longer!

I would given this a 4 if it haven't started cracking. I've only used this a few times since it arrived. All and all I'm still on the fence on whether to repurchase or not when it comes time to replace them.

I've had these for a while now and they have gotten pretty stained. They definitely work to keep things nonstick but you can burn things to them. They really really alternate between being kind of greasy to sticky. We use one for baking and one for cooking. I'd recommend using them for baking more than regular cooking. The photos show both.
Works as advertised, but don't use with greasy foods.

I bought this product to use as a barrier when I make bacon in the oven. I normally just throw the bacon on a baking sheet and stick it in the oven. The bacon comes out great, but it's a bit of a pain cleaning up all the bacon grease and pieces of bacon that stick to the sheet after it comes out. After reviewing these mats, I thought this was perfect. Unfortunately, cleaning bacon grease off of these is MUCH more of a pain than cleaning it off a hard baking sheet. I ended up just throwing it away after trying to get all the bacon grease off. No matter how much I cleaned it, I could not get all the grease off the mats. There was a perpetual film of grease. The product worked as advertised and made the cleanup of the baking sheet much easier, but it was not worth the trouble of cleaning the mat itself. I imagine this would be ideal for baked goods, but I would avoid using these when cooking something greasy.

This was my first purchase of silicone baking mat. I am not sure how the orginial brand of silicone mat look like, but I am happy with mine. It came with 2 mats.Beware of the size when purchase, it not a large mat, but it fits my baking tray perfectly. The mat is a bit thin and I don't know if it suppose to be like that, but I have to be a bit careful when using and caring for them. In addition, the mat seems to absorb odor/fragrance really well. I did not use my mat until recently and I store it in a hallway closet. I also store my fabric softener dryer sheet a long with tons of other things, but the mat (still in its box, but the box has a cut out piece) absorb the scent really well. I kept thinking that once I wash it and using eat to broil meat in the oven, the scent won't affect much. However, I was wrong, I washed 1 mat and placed my meat on it to bake in the oven. And the softener scent actually infused with the meat. After removing the meat, I washed the mat a couple times and it not only still has the softener scent, but now combined with the meat scent. I have to air out both mat for almost a week and reduce down the odor.Overall, it does it job at baking in high heat oven.
Great for Bakers!

I've been wanting to order these for a while and they have been a good purchase. Over Christmas I used them countless times and it was wonderful to not have to worry about looking for or be almost at the end of the parchment paper.Pros:- Completely fits onto my Nordicware Jellyroll pans- Rolls up or can lay flat- Dries quickly- Don't need parchment paper when cookingCons:- Leaves marks of where the cookies wereI read the directions about these and the proper cleaning procedures and followed them exactly. However after using them the first time there were round cookie marks of where the cookies were placed. I thought that after I cleaned them the cookie mark would leave the surface but they have stayed. It's not a stain or a discoloration but if you are looking at it when on the pan you can see that there were already cookies on a clean sheet. I don't know if that is just this brand or if the other brands would have the same effect.Even though this happened I'm extremely happy with the purchase and glad that now I have a reusable surface to use instead of having to toss paper away after baking.
Good price, don't last long
November 5, 2014
These silicon mats work great for cookies and other baked goods. Baked goods peel right off, like cooked on a greased cookie sheet, only cleanup is much easier because, well, nothing is greased. Heat transfer seems good, since everything cooks evenly, and overall these mats serve their non-stick function quite well.Unfortunately, you can't (shouldn't?) use these mats with wet foods, like for baking meat, because food bits that are left behind when water evaporates on these mats DO stick. This happens to some extent with baking, too. The consequence of this is that you shouldn't expect these mats to last long. After a few months cooking with one daily, it will be stained, and stuff will stick to it.I can't complain too much about these mats because their price offsets the unfortunate reality that you have to replace them frequently. Still, they're nothing to write home about. You might be better served in the long run using parchment paper, though these aren't a bad alternative.

Good starter set
July 25, 2012
We purchased these after moving into a new house but I think we will be replacing them soon. After less than a years normal use and proper washing and drying we are getting quite a bit of rust spots on all pieces. Also the nonstick seems to be working less and less regardless of what is being cooked in it. So in short it's a good cheap set to start out with but in time you will need to invest in some quality bakeware.
decent
March 23, 2012
The life expectancy, like most non-stick finished bakeware, really depends on how you treat it. I purchased this set and gave the casserole and loaf pans to a friend of mine, and kept the other pieces. Now, about a year later, and with frequent use, on the two round cake pans and cookie sheet, they are still holding up fairly well. My cakes slide right out of the pans, and the non-stick coating looks the same as it did brand new. The cookie sheet has a few spots where the coating has discolored, and the raised brand name in the middle of the pan (which Im not sure why they placed that there) has started to rust on the letters.
I cannot say the same for the pieces I gave away, as my friend says that they scratched and rusted within the first few months of use.
I think that I would purchase this set again, mostly because it was a good price, and included all the pieces you need for any kind of baking job.

Not super impressed with these. Not quite big enough to go edge to edge on a half sheet pan, and kind of flimsy. Both of them have warped a little after just a few uses and kind of rock.
Work as expected but already rusting
June 9, 2017
These racks came as expected, but are already rusting after 2 months. In addition to using them to cool cookies, I use them to "grill" meat in the oven, placing the meat on the rack and the rack over a casserole dish or cookie sheet.

August 9, 2016
Baker's Secret 1061483 10-by-16-Inch Nonstick Cooling Rack, Set of 2 ReviewThese are your standard cooling racks. They still bend a little in the middle with anything to heavy on them. I'm still happy with them as i only use them for overflow or cookies that aren't heavy. Coated in black they are easy to clean in the sink.
Not recommended.
January 19, 2016
Needed some additional baker's cooling racks and purchased these. They were listed under Frequently Bought Together so I just added them to my cart when I was buying some baking sheets. Big mistake. These are flimsy and coated with a black plastic material. They have a grid pattern which is more difficult to clean. Don't think these will last long, but i dont want the hassle of returning them. Oh, well.

Working great, but appearance degraded quickly.
September 18, 2016
The handles on these has developed cracks inside. They still feel smooth on the outside, and they work as handles just fine, but they aren't much to look at now. I would attribute this to my dish washer overheating the plastic when it dries, but my dish washer heating element is not exactly "high output" if you know what I mean.As for the silicone tops, they're okay. They work just fine at getting batter out of a bowl or queso out of a crock pot. But they became a bit discolored after their first run-in with spaghetti sauce. I have soaked them in bleach water, but to no avail. They work great, and don't smell like they are harboring bacteria or anything, but they aren't exactly pretty.I'm a single guy who favors utility over aesthetics so these are great for me, but if you want your kitchen and utensils to remain pretty and new-looking, maybe try a different product.
One Came With A Defect Burr On The Edge ,,, But They Are Fine.
January 24, 2016
These are cheap and I didn't expect the burr on the edge of the larger one which it will create an issue over time. I use these quite often and my last one broke in the plastic at the middle of the handle. I expect these to last a year (maybe). Maybe not the one with the burr in the silicone as it will surely tear as times goes on. Also I never put these into dishwasher even with them being "dishwasher safe" as I think over time it breaks them down. I like the color and style of these. They work fine. They would have been perfect without the burr on the edge of one ,,, but we can't have everything. These are for Light Duty use. I would *never* attempt using them with a stiff dough. Mainly for scraping cake batter out of bowls or for cooking puddings but cookie dough or even extra hard ice cream will break the handle. Of course if it breaks in a good location ,,, super glue to the rescue.
Pretty great, but don't like removable spatula heads
August 12, 2015
They hold up well in any heat, so I can use them with any type of cooking. For the most part, they're great, but I will say that I'm not a fan of the fact that the heads are removable. It's not really helpful for using them and makes it more difficult to clean.Water gets caught up in them and causes mold. So, in order to clean them, I have to take the heads off every single one and wash them separately. It just makes for more work to clean and doesn't enhance their usability or anything. It just seems like a weird design choice. I probably won't buy them again, though they're just fine.
Silicone is of high quality, but the handles are prone to breakage
July 14, 2014
Wilton is one of my favorite brands in terms of baking tools, so I was thrilled to find a three-piece spatula set manufactured by Wilton for a low price. The silicone on the spatulas is of very high quality, and even after a couple years of usage, I have found that the silicone indeed is stain- and odor-resistant, as advertised. As happy as I have been with the set, however, I do have two complaints.Firstly, although the description states that the spatulas are “heat-resistant up to 500 degrees F,” do know that this only applies to the silicone tops and not the plastic handles. Although I was aware of this, I accidentally leaned the plastic handle of one spatula against a hot pot, and the handle broke in half within 10 seconds due to the heat from the pot. Another annoyance of this product is that the silicone top detaches from the handle. The handle slips into the silicone, which means that when I am using the spatula, food may get into the space between the silicone and handle. Also, the detachability makes it difficult to fully clean the slot into which the handle is inserted. Fortunately, the entire set is dishwasher safe.I recently purchased the J.A. Henckels International 6-Piece Tool Set that includes three different silicone spatulas. I have not yet used the set, but I mainly purchased it because the handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel and the silicone tops cannot be detached from the handles.
Everything as advertized except the handles ARE NOT heat resistant.
June 24, 2014
Not only are these spatulas great sizes but they are truly heat resistant. Pretty, too, in their icy-blue presentation. Strong, yet flexible! Great value except that the handles will actually melt when subjected to the heat the silicone parts easily withstand. I was making candy and realized the handle was not only bending/sagging, but once I pulled the spatula from the heat, layed it down to cool slowly, there were hairline fractures across the narrow part of the handle. So if you only want to use them to touch the tips to hot substances, fine, but do not expect them to withstand heat for any extended time.
Very functional; not a first choice
May 26, 2014
I'm over 60 and have had my share of kitchen spatulas. Ones that are worth any money (which these certainly are) are:- heat tolerant: ever watch the tip of a rubber spatula melt at the bottom of a fry pan, you'll know- constructed with a firm core, and flexible edges: mixing bowls to the insides of spice jars...the edge needs to conform and perform- hold together: a gluey batch of bread dough can pull the paddle off the handle like caramel candy pulls out a loose tooth. These have passed that stress test often and the longer I use them, the more confident I am with them. Even if it DID separate, I'd find waterproof glue and stick 'em right back together...but it never has.- dishwasher safe. Three months of use, bottom rack dishwasher cleaning and they look brand new.UPDATE: 8-31-2017- the silicone portion DID eventually pull away from the handle- the neck of the plastic handles took a beating from banging it against the mixing bowls- otherwise, they held up okay in washing, and the silicone portion never faulted.- design-wise, I've moved on, and now prefer the full-silicone, steel core spatulas.

How Do You Like Your Cookies?
March 3, 2016
I really wanted to love these and perhaps had high expectations. I've never baked on the silicone mats before, preferring parchment paper or just a bare cookie tray. That said, I found these rather temperature sensitive. I immediately broke out my baking ingredients as soon as these arrived to make chocolate chip cookies. Well, many tries later, half the batch was burnt on the bottom and the other half was perfectly done. The culprit? These darn silicone mats. The bottom of the cookies were cooked before the centers were done and thus moved to the burnt stage when they were ready. The length of time needed for a 'done' cookie was actually a minute or two or three more than was called for in the recipe.I may try a few more recipes to be sure, but I have a feeling these will be returned and I'll return to my old methods. Who knows? I may try silicone again once I wash the taste of Burnt Cookie out of my mouth.
IMPOSSIBLE TO CLEAN after use for cookies
January 3, 2016
This was my first ever silicone baking mat, so I don't know where my experience with this product falls in the spectrum of how this product is supposed to function. My issue is I cannot get this thing clean and un-greased after making cookies. Light wash with Dawn and water, scrub here and there, and rinse - it's still greasy - so repeat, again, again, again.. still greasy. Is that normal with silpats? If so, this is not for me, my kitchen is clean, and I have no room for greasy filthy mats.I've owned this thing for about a year now (I once got it clean, and for about 9 months resorted to parchment paper instead when baking) however it's christmas cookie season, so out comes the Artisan Metalworks silpat. I look at it, and it looks me right back. It's an awkward relationship. This year, I scrubbed that thing so hard in my sink that on the first try, it came out squeaky clean. I was impressed and thought this might be the start of a useful relationship. However, days later I baked fresh bread on it, and the bread's bottom tasted remarkably like soap. I baked cookies on it days later (they were sooo flippin' good) and had to throw them away as they tasted like soap too. The day I throw out fresh baked soft gooey artisanal chocolate chip cookies, worthy of some major award, is a very sad day.So, are silpats supposed to be greasy? Is anyone else out there experiencing this? Is it just me who likes non-greasy cookware? I threw out the soapy silpat, but I have 3 more (I purchased 4 of these things, ugh).
Flavors/odors cling to the mats even after washing
October 16, 2014
While flavors and odors may not PENETRATE the mats, they do CLING to them--even after washing with soap and warm water. If I bake garlic bread on these sheets, wash, then bake cookies, my cookies end up smelling and tasting a bit like garlic bread, and vice versa (if I bake the cookies first, the garlic bread has a faint cookie taste). Not impressed to say the least. I thought the cleaning instructions that came with it said NOT dishwasher safe (in contrast to the Amazon description), but maybe I will try them in there next, since no amount of washing by hand will get these things truly clean.
I liked these a lot, but maybe mine were defective?
July 25, 2014
After just a few uses, there were bubbles in the center parts of both of my mats, so I returned these.I don't know if mine were defective (to cause the bubbles with normal use according to the directions) or if that is par for the course with these, but I also wasn't sure if they would be safe to continue using.Other than that, they worked VERY well and I was happy to not have to tear and fold parchment paper to fit my baking sheets... I'll either re-buy these to see if I just got a fluke, or try a different brand of similar baking mats.
not durable
January 31, 2014
I was very interested in trying these silicone mats. I stored them according to instructions (rolled up, not creased). On the first use, I noted the protective backing had come apart from the reverse side of the mat. According to the information sheet, this now renders the mat unusable. Very disappointing. The one that I did use yielded a cookie that did not spread out on the cookie sheet as much as the cookies baked on a pan lined with parchment paper.Perhaps I received a defective mat, but I'm not likely to replace it. Any kitchen item that requires gentle handling is probably not for me. I expect tools to be of very sturdy construction, as I believe I should not have to replace them (buy a good tool and it should last 20 or 30 years…or longer!).

December 8, 2014
This isn't the best set. I've definitely had much much better. The 9 X11 sheet twists every time I put it in the oven and makes a loud noise It does straighten back out). When I put it in the dishwasher rusty water pores from around the edge even those I wash it standing on its side (???), weird. I've had the set for 4 months and it has done this since day one.
They look nice if that counts
May 22, 2014
I am usually very fond of this brand and look for it at places when I need things, it is usually very good quality. These are not. I had a set of these used a couple of them one night to cook dinner, firsts use ever, washed them, let them dry, then went to put them away and the rolled metal around the edges had a surprise for me. This part was still full of water and had proceeded to rust. The rusty water went everywhere. I had amazon send another set thinking it might just be a faulty pan. Not at all the set I have now does the same thing. But hey they look alright and they do work I guess.

fine for cooling rack, but i assumed that if it was non-stick that would mean you could cook on it too. The literature that came with it made it clear you can't cook on it, since it isn't oven safe. This was misleading. What would require non-stick surface if it wan't being cooked on?

Handle broke after using almost 2 years
January 26, 2017
I bought these on or about 3/15/2015. The handle of the largest one broke a couple days ago. The middle size one also developed some white scratches inside the clear handle, which gives me an impression that it will break in any given day.The largest one was the only one sturdy enough to scrap off the tough bottoms. The other two would bend if I apply some pressure. This set was good enough for the price. You get what you pay for. But this time, I am going to see if there are some products with a better handle quality.
so these feel great and you're all like
January 25, 2017
Ok, so these feel great and you're all like, these are nice ... until they aren't. The spatula part is kind of just slid on to the handle, so when you wash them water gets in there and mold builds. So gross!! They also have a weak point near the spatula head, out of the 6 that I purchased 2 have broken. However, the mold growing in between was a real turn off factor!
A Cleaning Nightmare- Seriously!
December 3, 2015
I'm in the kitchen a lot and I have a lot of Wilton brand tools and pans. I normally find Wilton products functional and trustworthy. The problem I have with these scrapers are the design. The other scrapers I use are all one piece, these however are two- the handle and the head. The heads on the two flat scrapers sometimes slide off the handle when I'm using them- which is annoying. That I can live with. What I can't live with is how difficult they are to keep clean. Food and water get up into the crevice of the head and can become a haven for mold. That really grosses me out. I noticed some discoloration where the handle slips into the head and found chunks of black grime. I would have to employ a q-tip to clean it properly. Who has time to worry about that kind of nonsense! These are going in the recycle bin and I am searching for one piece silicone scrapers!
Insert sad face here

Terrific Spatulas... But Don't Last
August 17, 2012
I LOVED this spatula set when I first got it. Okay, well, I loved the two bigger spatulas; the smallest one is fairly useless to me. They felt good, they were great for mixing, made excellent bowl scrapers. I can't comment on cooking with them (ie, turning food in a frying pan) as I never used for that purpose. However, after two years of light, infrequent use (couple times per month) I am finding myself having to replace them. One developed a crack in the middle of the silicone head and the other spatula handle just broke completely off as I picked it up out of the drawer! Yes, you read right, I did nothing more than pick it up and the plastic handle completely broke off from the head.I've had cheaper spatulas from discount retailers last much, much longer than these. Therefore, I cannot recommend.
Not durable enough for me.
October 8, 2011
I cook and bake all the time so maybe I used these spatualas a lot more than they were designed for. I am down to only 1 of these 3 spatulas now. The spatula tips fell off of two of them and while this made for easy cleaning, it was a pure pain when trying to mix up brownie batter or scraping the sides of a mixing bowl since they would fall off all the time. I'm not a big fan of digging spatula tips out of batter so I threw those 2 out. Honestly, I bought this set to replace a less costly set I bought from Target but have found that the Winton set was total junk. I'm going back to Target to get another set of spatulas that do not fall apart within two months.

Smoke Alarm Hazard
March 17, 2016
Kicked-off the smoke alarm for over an hour! The silpats created a catastrophe at my house. The alarm would not stop sounding unless you stood directly under it, waving a magazine. Had to open doors & windows to air out the house & my puppy got out... it was awful. The neighbots came running,.. embarrassing. I was simply baking plain ol' Toll House cookies at 375 degrees.I didn't know that this type of product would smoke, but on a hunch, I googled it & mystery was solved. I bought them based on the number of high ratings, but from the look at the "recent" reviews of this product, something must have changed. They are going in the trash, it took over an hour to clear the stuborn fumes/smoke out of the house & shut-up the alarm. UGH.
These are NOT non-stick and also conduct heat very poorly
February 18, 2016
I've been trying to make macarons with these but after 10+ batches, I still had hollow macarons that stuck to the silicone mats no matter how long I left them in the oven or how overcooked the tops were. I tried lowering and raising the oven temp, overmixing or undermixing the batter, moving the oven rack up and down, different quality ingredients, different baking sheets, different recipes, and other things I don't even remember doing anymore, and the same problem. Finally, it occurred to me that I should try parchment paper. And what do you know? The next batch came out perfect in half the time. No burnt tops, no stuck bottoms, no hollow shells. Turns out, for some reason, the mats were just not getting hot enough to cook the bottom of the macaron so they were collapsing inside, leaving me with hollow shells and bottoms that didn't come off.I also tried to make sugar cookies with these. I had to bake them five minutes longer than usual and the batter didn't spread at all, so I had sad little puffy "cookies". I'd used that same recipe multiple times without a problem, and once again, when I switched back to parchment paper, the cookies were fine.I'm not sure if I'm just using them incorrectly, but the frustration and confusion these have caused are just not worth it.
Spend the extra on the original
December 18, 2015
Spend the extra on the silpats instead of this version. I purchased these along with the original silpat. While baking my holiday cookies, the ones I baked on these cracked on the edges and got darker on the bottom but weren't done on top, however the ones I baked on the silpat turned out perfectly. Same dough, same pan, same oven, only difference was which mat I baked them on. Sure wish these worked better.
These were great for cookies
November 30, 2014
These were great for cookies, olive oil and vegetables, and other items that don't stick too much. However when I used them with a honey brown sugar recipe, the food stuck and it would not rinse clean. This only got worse with other sticky glazes. The mats stained and the orange borders started to peel. I'll add some pics. I'm tossing them and getting the big name brand instead.
Now I know why I like parchment paper
July 19, 2014
I forgot to take some pics, but there were some deformities right out of the box. I have two "standard" sizes of cookie sheets and they didn't fit right... my fault for not measuring? THEY ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. that's why I bought them. They're very hard to clean cause they're floppy of course, and the one sheet I did use wound up with visible and tangible imprints of my cookies. Now I know why I like parchment paper. The cookies did slide off, but the matt is hot to the touch out of the oven and hard to slip off the cookie sheet... again something which might not matter to you. There were a few more bubbles and warps after one trip in the oven at 325 for 12 min.

The mats are completely falling apart. Clumps came off of the outside border, along with the material the mat is made of. They are now useless.

I've had this set for about 8 months. The coating on the cake pan is peeling off the pan itself. I do not feel safe eating food cooked out of it for fear I'll ingest the lining. I'm disappointed, I had better opinions of Caphalon before purchasing this set.
Inferior, doesn't live up to Calphalon name
December 15, 2016
After one use (cooking a roast beef) the finish scrubbed off on the roasting pan. I own Calphalon pots but the roasting pan included in this set is workmanship is less than a dollar-store knock-off. Does not live up to the Calphalon brand quality.
Poor quality
November 25, 2016
Awful quality. 1st time I used the cake pan part of the coating peeled off. Used a cookie sheet to bake bacon and the coating stuck to the bacon in places. It is inexpensive for a set including this many pieces but sometimes you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.
Not a Good Buy
October 30, 2016
I have purchased Calphalon products before and I absolutely love this cookware. I bought the bakeware from Amazon with the same expectations. However, this dishwasher-safe bakeware comes out of the dishwasher with rust colored water every time, staining all around it. I have never had heard of any Calphalon products doing this, but I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Junk. I wish I would have remembered to write a review sooner. The coating chipped right off after a few uses and they rust very quickly .

Disappointed
January 2, 2017
I received my racks today, they are not chrome as written in the description, but black coated metal of somekind. The grid is damaged on one side, not attached on one of the outside edges. These probably won't see much use.
rusted after a week, not at all non-stick

rusted after a week, not at all non-stick
Not a good secret to keep.
October 26, 2015
You get what you pay for! When you read the product information on the label, you discover that, yes, they are"cooling racks", but only if what you are cooling is not too hot. No hot dishes or pans, not to be used as a trivet, not to be used in any kind of oven, or any kind of cooking. Light weight, coated, hand wash. I would have returned them if it hadn't cost more than they were worth.
I did put my freshly baked cookies on it a few minutes later so it was fine for that
October 2, 2015
I am sure this is adequate for cooling a few cookies but they are very lightweight and flimsy. I briefly rested a pan of lasagna out of the oven on one for a few seconds while transferring it to a large wooden cutting board and the entire rack warped. It melted into waves and bent. I did put my freshly baked cookies on it a few minutes later so it was fine for that.
Non-stick is Good, Rusting is Not
January 13, 2015
I did not like the painted surface of these racks and opted for the more common chrome racks. I honestly didn't wait for these to rust or peel as many had reported, but returned them.
Peeled Quickly.
September 29, 2014
I used and washed them, in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions, only a few times before they began to peel. I thought what I was seeing was dirt, but it was actually the metal underneath the black coating.I'm sure they might have been fine for most users, they get a very high rating, but I wouldn't buy these again.

Don't Buy - Deteriorating after Less than 2 Years
August 1, 2017
Purchased Sept - 2015. After less than 2 years and after not very much use, they are deteriorating. Today when we picked up the smaller one to empty the remains of a mayonnaise jar, we found it to be extremely sticky. We checked the other two and they are definitely getting sticky and will soon be unusable. Perhaps this is normal with silicone, but if not.....not worth the price.
Cheap, came apart the first time I used it
June 23, 2017
Cheap. The small spatula is described as:"This mini spatula is designed specifically for scraping jars so you can easily spread jams or jellies, peanut butter, mayonnaise and other condiments."The first time I used it i was getting the peanut butter out of a jar and the spatula tip came off. ONE TIME!That's pretty cheap. I would not buy these if you are looking for something to last more than one use.
These spatulas are excellent until they break
May 25, 2017
These spatulas are excellent until they break. Two of the three spatulas have broken right at the point where the handle enters the spatula head. Both of the spatulas broke in the dishwasher, not while being used. These two spatulas were only a little over a year old before they broke. So, while these seem like a good deal, I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
Hard to clean
May 15, 2017
I do not like these because the two pieces are not firmly glued together and dampness gets in between the head and the handle. Eventually, there is black mold and I have to take the handles off (you can just pull them out) and clean everything with bleach. Too much trouble, so I just ordered some that are one piece... no separate handle. I hope this will work better and be easier to clean.
Buy A Better Quality Brand
April 17, 2017
These look nice but as many others have noted, the quality of the handle material is inferior. One reviewer advised that these should be in the top rack of a dishwasher because the handles will take very little heat. The plastic on mine crazed and warped....not so nice looking anymore. Finally one of mine broke with very little pressure after less than a year of light use. So I decided to find a better set at a reasonable price. The set at this link has a fully silicone design with a steel core; strong and easy to clean. Silicone Spatula Set,Besiva 3-piece 600ºF Heat-Resistant Spatulas & Baking Spoon ,Safe Soft and Non-stick Flexible Rubber Spatulas with Stainless Steel Core Design(Red)
Junk
November 30, 2015
I ordered these In late August 2015 and now November 2015 two of the three snapped. They snapped while i was washing them with very little pressure. These seem great at first but are terribly made and junk.
